What a fantastic place to visit. If you are ever in Dubai it a must, the lift takes around 60 seconds to get to the 125 floor have as much time as you like taking photos. Well recommend

Disappointed

Our trip to Dubai was cancelled days after we bought our tickets in early January, due to political unrest in the Arabian Sea. Even though the cancellation of our trip was months before our booking date, we were unable to get a full or partial refund.

Awful!!! Buy your tkts at the tkt booth or online direct from Burj Khalifa.

Got to desk snd was told they didnt have out $596.00 reservation they could contact the third party whom tkts were bought thru trip afvisor.

Terrible terrible company

Terrible. Avoid at all costs!! No customer service. Book directly for any tour do not use this company!!! Scam!!!!! We tried contacting them day of and they did not answer phone. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Absolutely Horrible

Absolutely awful. We went to the exact location where the instructions said to redeem the voucher and there was no one there, and after asking 5 different people and walking around for an hour we finally found where to redeem the ticket, in a completely different place from where it said, and the workers still had issues redeeming our vouchers. They said it wasn’t working. And finally brought over a manager to get it to work, but I heard countless times that we had the wrong tickets. Completely defeated the purpose of skipping the like as well. The Burj Khalifa experience itself, however, was fantastic.

I absolutely loved everything about this tour group. Everything was explained in details including any additional cost, itinerary and timeline. I felt safe and it was very organized. I felt I got the entire experience and didn’t miss out on anything. After shopping around I learned their prices were the best also. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a good time at a good price.
