It was a really great experience for our family

It was a really great experience for our family for our recent trip to Dubai for 7D & 6N. Overall arrangement & service extended by Rayna Tours was excellent class from day one of our tour. All their staff are very friendly and customer centric with a smiling attitude. The activities included in the package was worthy and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel (Movenpick) chosen by Rayna was excellent to stay with family and amenities provided by hotel are best in class. Main Coordinator/contact point Mr. Hrushikesh was amazing to help us to make our trip more memorable and comfortable. He has nicely handled all our queries and added on services. We are especially thankful for his help and outstanding coordination. Dubai Coordinator also nicely handled everything on time with more perfection. Our only suggestion is to improve quality of Dubai city tour (one day) with a stretched hours to cover all main locations comfortably to avoid hurry movement and in between one refreshment/food location can be added to eat lunch, which will add more quality to single day tour without any tiredness especially people travelling with kids. Also, Desert safari was not up to the level since we are not experienced any big dune bashing moments except few up & down location and Qud bike charged for AED 150 is useless which is not a good experience since we felt that ‘it was just for squeezing our money ‘ & not worth to purchase it and over all rating for Desert safari is ‘below Average ‘ including camel ride . The food also served during Desert safari is average quality only, even we did not get chance to take few good photos of desert is a really great missing part. Finally, we are extremely happy to be chosen ‘Rayna Tours ‘as our travel partner considering overall experience during this trip & we prefer ‘Rayna Tours ‘again for our next trip without any doubts. Desert Safari with Rayna Tours, Worse Experience

Worse behaviour and very rude attitude from the driver and does not know how to talk to the guest. I am being using your service for a long time and this was the worse experience ever from yesterday. Car registration number is Toyota C (X 13281)

Desert safari Wonderful experience

It was a wonderful experience. Really enjoyed the desert safari, buggie ride etc. I would like to mention about Mr. Amer Brown who was our guide, he was fantastic and very nice. He took care of us very well from start point to drop point. I would anytime recommend him to all of family, friends and colleagues. Thank you Mr. Brown.

Risk: Bad support from rayna on foreign land

Out of 4 days trip , two days were completely messed up. The bruj kalifa ticket were expired and we need to pay from our pocket. For which i deserve a refund. Also, the POC jay tried to put all blame on us. We followed what ever itenary was given to us. With 2 senior citizens and 1 toddler, it was super problematic evening for us. Not only this, the cruise was not rightly alloted to us. It was suppose to be marina cruise and upper deck and what we got a normal cruise from dubai harbour and lower deck. These all were opposite to what was commited and given. Next i raised grivances and support was pathetic. After 1 month on followup, they want me to go on another trip and then only they can compensate by giving me discount. Is this a settlement? Is it a justice? Its not only about 550 AED which i lost but also about the mental trauma my family suffered during the trip because of your mis management. After getting such a low grade kind of support , they still expect me to take their service or recommend to others. In the foreign land if some one suffers because of wrong planning from rayna, i am sure you are not going to help and even if some one manages by own, you are not going to support on claims. Very Sad. Pathetic support team. I strongly urge you to escalate it to higher management and do justice.

Very much satisfied tour

Very well organized tour by kesari along with Mr.Danish. ww enjoyed all five days with almost all attractions of Dubai and Abu dabi. We will Definitely try to visit next time, ofcourse with Kesari and Mr.Danish of Rayna.

A few exciting days to expereincein Dubai!

Harsh, the tour guide at our hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. The night marina cruise was amazing as we had dinner and show cruising through Dubai Marina. The day tour of the city was great as we had the opportunity to travel on a Abra across Dubai Creek to the Spice and Gold souk and then on the monorail out to Atlantis, The Palm. Our favourite activity was the desert tour with 57 Heritage Tour with Amir our tour guide. The activities included were Dunne Buggy which included my grandson driving. We saw lots of wildlife (Arabian Oryx, Arabian Sand Gazelle and sand fish lizards. The falcon show was awesome! The camel ride was good. It was an exciting day and the meal provided was delicious. A wonderful overall experience in Dubai!

Excellent Service

Trips were well organized, captains were timely, views were amazing. Particularly, we had an amazing time on the Dhow Cruise, the Desert Safari, Miracle Garden, the Dolphinarium, and Museum of the Future. Excellent service from Rayna, they responded quickly to my requests and even helped to obtain tickets to the Frame at very short notice.

Ryna Tours The Real Scammers

Minus 5 stars Where do I even begin with Ryna Tours? If I could give them minus 5 stars, I would, because they don't even deserve a single star for their abysmal service and fraudulent practices. I had the misfortune of booking a tour with Ryna Tours, and it turned out to be a nightmare from start to finish. From the moment I handed over my hard-earned money, they went radio silent. Their promises of an unforgettable experience turned out to be nothing more than empty words designed to lure unsuspecting customers into their web of deceit. Fraud and cheating are the hallmarks of Ryna Tours. They took my payment with lightning speed but conveniently forgot to provide any of the services they claimed. The itinerary I received was a work of fiction, completely detached from the reality of what I experienced. It's as if they had zero accountability for the lies they were selling. And let's not forget their "customer service." If you can call it that. Every attempt to reach out to them was met with indifference and blatant disregard. It's as if they had a playbook on how to avoid customer complaints, and they executed it with cold precision. The pick up was on time very organised and plenty information on Dubai given on city tour lots of things to see and photos can be taken. The cruise was fantastic meal was great and lovely view

Pathetic service. The employees are very rude and not coordinated. The drivers are never on time. They sold us tickets for wild wadi and in the day of the day tour wild wadi was closed. We call Rayna to ask and they don’t answer or help on to Mr.Desai and Tushar at Rayna continue wasting your time and being unhelpful and uncooperative

A pleasure in Dubai

I wanted to tell you several things in praise of Mahmoud ali tour leader. At the beginning of the trip, he welcomed us with a smile and explained everything to us and was really pleasant. We contacted him and asked him to organize several trips for us. Mahmoud was available for us all the time and always answered us both on WhatsApp and on the phone. It is not understandable that he was with us at the airport in these difficult moments that we missed the flight because of a mistake by the driver who took the wrong route and therefore we were late. Mahmoud did everything to make us satisfied . In fact, we are all human, so we were not angry and trusted Mahmoud to fix everything, Mahmoud is a very kind and welcoming guy to the tourist and we really had the pleasure of working with him and I will highly recommend him to my friends who need to come to Dubai soon 🔜.

Worst company with poor management do not update driver details on time driver is always late by 1 1 hour management do not pick calls booking people do no pick calls no time value they do not have sufficient vehicles, just taking unlimited bookings in season and ruining people's tour and money and experinces terrible services would not recommend to any one even in free of cost

Dubai city review

I liked the timeliness of the drivers and the speed of the visa process. Favorite driver was Junaid. one thing rayna needs to improve on is the flow of information especially about the tours. Tourists need to know what particular activities entail to enable them dress appropriately for the activity. Also, it would be nice if tourists were provided with simcards and some data for whatsapp communication when they are outside wifi coverage. Overall it was a decent experience.

My Dubia experience

Mr Brown was fun to be with, he made our desert safari trip educative. Again our Dubia city tour also sets us up for the Dubia heritage and the history of the UEA. We are indeed happy for all.

King of desert - Yousef

Amazing, very good driver, good music. We had the time best time with this king. A rider like you never seen. So much fun in the desert and on the road. Yousef is a good guide too. The show, the ride, the food, the landscape were insane.
