RIP OFF!! Beware of this fraudulent tour and company!

Dishonest tour guide. I paid 160 euros for the tour because it included ticket to Ferrari World but the guide decided not to go because the rest of the group had not paid for that, so he didn’t want to go and pick up later From Ferrari World just because of 1 person. Instead they took the group to shops where the guide gets commission and they refused to give a partial refund ( tours that do those activities cost less than 50 euros). Total rip off!

Best program for a short stay in Abu Dhabi

I had 26 hours of stopover in Abu Dhabi and booked an half-day city tour. It was the perfect program for a short stay to get to see some of the highlights of the city. Our driver/guide Suhail was very helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire trip. Good luck having Suhail as your guide.

Great tour! Amazing Tour guide

Amazing tour! Pickup at right time and tour guide Rifky was also very very experienced and managed tour very well! We reached mosque around 10-40 AM and ferarri world around 12-40 PM

The overall tour was...

The overall tour was nice, however, the grand mosque tour was rushed and there was no guidance as seen with other groups we were dropped off and told a time to return to the bus. We had to tag along and get the history from another group. The only plus was the Ferrari World package. Overall the price was ok but if you're looking to get knowledge of the grand mosque this is not the tour. On the plus side, there were no long lines average wait was 10 min at Ferrari World on a Thursday in August .

Great Day in Abu Dhabi

My girlfriend and I loved this tour. Suhail, our guide, is so kindly and explained to us everything about the city and the places that we visited. Furthermore, he was on time to pick up and give to us all the information about the schedule of the day.

Abu Dhabi Half-Day Tour

Suhail was an excellent tour guide, very friendly and made the experience very good! Fun and informative tour from start to finish.

Beautiful, and educational but rushed.

The entire visit was beautiful and educational. The guide was polite and informative. The Mosque part just seemed so rushed. We only had about an hour and fifteen min in the Mosque then at Ferrari world we only time for about 2 rides. Over all I was thankful we got to have this adventure with my family, when we return it will definitely include one full day for the mosque.

Awesome Tour

We really loved both locations for the tour. The mosque was absolutely majestic and Ferrari World had a lot to offer. The two locations could definitely be separate tours in and of itself. But this package was great and allowed us enough time to enjoy and explore. Just be aware of the dress code prior to arrival at the mosque because they are very strict. They do offer shops at the mosque prior to entry for purchase of appropriate clothing but you are going to pay tourist prices. Also this trip is really an all-day tour. The pick up options at your hotel or nearest accommodation was convenient but depending on where you are staying in Dubai they have three central drop off locations. So from the moment of pickup and getting back to your accommodation be aware that you’re going spend around 10-12 hours total. Overall we recommend this tour to any new travelers to the UAE. You will definitely have the opportunity to sight see, explore cultures and traditions, gain some insight, and enjoy some thrills at Ferrari World.

Hassle free pick up , details for the tour and drop off. All inclusions as shown on website was covered with all hospitality. Specially our driver/guide Suhail was kind enough to ask every guest for any requirements and making each guest fell comfortable during the tour. Highly recommended.

Great venues, terrible organization and communication.

The venues included in the tour - the mosque and FerrariWorld were fine. The mosque was beautiful and very interesting, especially for a non-Muslim like myself. FerrariWorld was also worthwhile. My only complaints about the park would be the almost total lack of signage, making it very disorienting. Being indoors compounded the problem. Also, the place was pretty much empty. There were no lines for any ride except the Formula Rosso. And I do mean NO lines. You could walk straight on. So why the complaint? The guest services desk right inside the park was more than willing to lighten my wallet by AED150 for a fast pass that was totally unnecessary. I found that dishonest and disappointing. Buyer beware, I guess. So, with all that said, moving on to the main main reasons I am giving this tour only three stars: 1) Despite all of the forewarnings on the website that a COVID test was required, and boarding would be denied to anyone not holding a negative result, that was absolutely not the case. At no point did anyone from Gray Line, the mosque or FerrariWorld ask for the test result or even inquire as to whether or not we had been tested. This really annoyed me. I took the time, effort and expense to get a test before leaving the US, solely for the purposes of taking this excursion, and it was an absolute waste of calories. 2) We spent too long at the mosque - you can easily see the entire place in 45 mins. We spent about twice that there, which theoretically reduced the time we could have had at FerrariWorld. The online description stated 5.5 hours would be available for us to enjoy the theme park, but when we were dropped off there, we were told 3.5 hours, no more. Not cool. But it got worse. 3) Our guide, Rifky, told us that he would text us via WhatsApp between 3 and 3:30 to advise us when to be outside the theme park to rejoin the bus. He didn’t do that. So, not wanting to miss the bus and incur a $150 taxi ride back to Dubai, I left the park and headed outside at 3:30. No sign of the bus. Rifky wasn’t answering calls or texts. After reaching out to Gray Line directly at 4pm, they finally prompted him to reply to us, and he said he’d be outside the venue at 4:20. We could have staying the in park almost an entire hour longer. But it got worse again! He didn’t show up in the bus until almost 5pm!! So now, not only had we lost almost an hour and a half of time that we could have spent enjoying the rides in the park, we all sat outside in the searing UAE heat for over 40 minutes waiting for the bus. No communication of any delay - nothing!!! Just unacceptable. In hindsight, I wish I’d paid for the private tour, but I’ll know better next time. I would not recommend this tour to other travelers.

Avoid!

Informed 12:30 am for the tour that we needed a pcr test for part or the tour the next morning. They would not switch our tour because of the time. Tour company tried to get us to take $300 pcr tests per person!!! Finally got a new tour just for the driver to never show the following morning or respond to messages. Viator refusing a credit for a tour never taken and hours wasted on our vacation! Very inconsiderate for someone who has used them multiple times before.

Okay

The trip wasn’t as great as expected. WiFi in the bus didn‘t work and also the time in Ferrari world was only 4,5 hours instead of 5. The tourguides spoke just a little bit english but we could understand everything he said. Also they should have written more clearly that the drop off at the hotel is not included. To be fair they tried their best to make it a great day and everybody was very friendly.

Impressive Sjeik Zayed-mosque

The Sjeik Zayed- mosque was very impressive with all the white marble and golden minarets. So big and silent. Ferrari world was ok but did not impress me as much as I hoped. The guide Alex was very good. Funny and he knew a lot of facts

The peacefulness of the Albany Dhabi Mosque

Great guide and driver! Both places were fantastic and well worth seeing. You need a full day to do both sights.

Worthwhile and good value

Took this day tour today and im very pleased with the service by Gray Line. The driver was punctual in the morning despite the tour group size. The guide Ashfaq was very professional and took care to introduce the place of interest. Highly recommended and great value.

Excursion to Abu Dhabi & Ferrari World Tour

We visited main tourist attractions around Abu Dhabi (Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Ferrari World, Museum, Heritage & Cultural Centre, Lunch etc). Very organized professional tour guide (Ashipar), audio commentary and driver. One of our memorable trips. Highly recommended!!!

Day long tour to Abu Dhabi from Dubai

We booked the tour just one day ahead of time, not knowing what to expect. The first good sign was the communication with the tour operator which good. The second good sign was that the driver with the minivan was in the hotel lobby a few minutes before the scheduled time. From there we transferred to another larger bus. The driver of this bus was also professional and courteous. However, the best thing about the tour was our guide, Rafky. From the moment he took over the tour until the tour ended back in Dubai. I would recommend this company, GreyLine, to any one visiting the UAE for sightseeing tours.

Good tour, issues with details

We booked online while in Dubai. Received confirmation then a later email saying the booking would be cancelled unless we sent a picture of the passport page of the credit card owner. That was settled easily, but strange. Other friends taking a different tour had no such problems. Tour was fine, lunch good. But we were surprised to learn that while they picked us up at our hotel they dropped us off at a mall in Dubai were we had to take a cab back to the hotel. Again, friends taking a different tour were picked up and dropped off at their hotel. Good tour and guide, but would suggest another tour agency that provides for a hassal free experience.

Awful

We have booked a tour to Abu Dhabi Mosque and to Ferrari world on 26th of December. We received the confirmation e-mail along with the e-ticket and we also send a reply message for the confirmation of the name of our hotel for the pick up. We also send later the same day another e-mail asking the exact hour of the pick up to which we never got a reply. Nevertheless the day of the tour we waited at the lobby of our hotel for over an hour and no one came to pick us for the tour. We tried several times to phone but the lines were always busy.So we went to the offices of Grayline travel agency where we got informed that due to a misunderstanding our booking was not listed!So after our complaints they transferred us to Abu Dhabi and provided us with the tickets to Ferrari world. We went to scan our tickets when the guy in charge informed us that we could not get in because the booking number was not correct! Fortunately, he communicated with the agency and we got in. At the end of our tour they picked us and dropped us to a metro station because the tour did not included a hotel drop off even though that was mentioned in the detailed description of our booking!

So lo vale la pena la mezquita

La mezquita es excepcional. Pero Ferrari world fue una gran decepción. Es para niños pequeños y las pocas atracciones que hay para adultos la mayoría no funcionaban. Lo de la guía en español deja un poco que desear ya que lo que nos ofrecieron fue una audio guía con escasa información.

Leuke attracties, slechte organisatie

Het is dat de moskee en Ferrari world de moeite waar waren, maar de organisatie laat te wensen over. De ochtend pick up ging goed, maar door veel getreuzel van mensen hadden we maar 40 minuten in de moskee. Wij doorgelopen want om 12:15 zou de bus weer verder gaan. Eindstand: de bus bleef op iedereen wachten en vertrok pas om 13:20 ondanks dat de guide had gezegd dat we zouden gaan omdat andere (zoals wij) nog naar een andere plek door moesten. Hierdoor kwamen we om 13:50 pas aan bij Ferrari world en kregen we de tijd door dat de bus om 17:30 zou vertrekken. Om 17:30 zaten we buiten, geen bus, 17:45 geen bus, 18:00 geen bus. Ik ben zelf maar met het bedrijf contact gaan opnemen en in plaats van dat zij mij hielpen moest ik zelf maar contact op nemen met het nummer dat ze doorstuurde. Hier kreeg ik te horen dat ze bus zonder overleg had besloten om pas 18:30 te gaan. Waardoor wij dus kostbare tijd zijn verloren in Ferrari world. Als kers op de taart kregen wij 5 minuten voordat we naar de transfer busjes zouden gaan te horen dat we niet meer bij het hotel wel afgezet maar bij de Dubai Mall. Niemand uit de bus was hiervan op de hoogte en vind ook niet dat het kan maken. Je betaalt flink voor zo’n tour en nu konden wij nog eens extra geld uit geven om thuis te komen omdat de mal zeker 30 minuten van ons vandaan lag. Kortom, leuke plekken om te bezoeken maar niet op deze manier.

Passeio foi maravilhoso....

Passeio foi maravilhoso. Porém faltou um pouco mais de atenção por parte do guia. Mudamos a data porque não tínhamos PCR, porém o guia não era em português com contratamos, o guia falava só em inglês, porém também sabia falar em espanhol mas nem se esforçou para falar em espanhol. Não foi oferecido 1 água para nós em nenhum percurso, nem de ida e nem de volta. Nos pegaram no hotel, porém na volta nos deixaram no Shopping Dubai Mall. Enfim, faltou um pouco mais de empatia.

La mezquita es la más cara del mundo, y se ponen muy exigentes con la vestimenta mujeres completamente cubiertos y cabeza tapada. Hace mucho calor así que lleven ropa de algodón El mundo Ferrari pues solo se visita de muy rápido para hacer compras, recomiendo quedarse todo un día para aprovechar

La moschea e il Ferrari World sono state due esperienze meravigliose ma purtroppo brevi, dovendo coincidere con alcuni orari di altre persone con altre escursioni o pacchetti.

Nous n'avons pas pu partir de l'endroit de départ, car nous n'étions pas en possession d'un Certificat PCR. Ce n'est donc pas tant une critique de l'organisation, que de la ville, mais l'on nous a laissé quand même, sans trop d'explications sur le bord de la route, voyant malgré nous le départ du bus. C'est en effet indiqué , mais c'est trop tard quand on s'en aperçoit, surtout que la grande différence est que le pass vaccinal suffit pour toutes les activités de Dubai, mais n'est pas suffisant pour les autres villes, une terrible et couteuse expérience.
