Excellent Experience

Just one word: Magnificent! Decided to join GreyLine for my visit in Abu Dhabi and I swear it was the best choice I’ve ever made. Rizwan, kind and full of knowledge, was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever experienced. Wonderful immersive tour at the Mosque in Abu Dhabi, delicious lunch at the Yas Mall and the gem as a gran finale.. the Abu Dhabi Louvre, two hours surrounded by the most famous and mesmerising pieces of art.

Well looked after on this trip! Really enjoyed the the splendour of the mosque. Lots of stops for photos. Got to see the fruit markets also. Our guide was informative & helpful throughout. The Louvre was a beautiful space & we enjoyed that also.

Abu Dhabi in a day

An excellent way to see the phenomenal highlights of Abu Dhabi with a multilingual audio guide, supplemented by our friendly guide Suhail. Would recommend it to anyone spending a day in Abu Dhabi. Convenient pick from hotel in the morning ending with a visit to the Abu. Dhabi Louvre.

Good trade for an propper money.

Quick siteseeing. Only those date and spice market are disturbing for us. When you want to see gallery inside or spend some time in mall you need to order other trip. On this trip there is no time for sú h activities.

A Good tour with some shortfalls of Grey line to improve

Tour without Lunch, Abudhabi Mosque visit 1 hour long, Ferrari world photo stop 30 min, heritage village 20 min, dates market starting from pick up at hotel in mini van 7 persons in all, last drop at Louvre Museum by 2pm with tickets delivered for us to get back to hotels on our own. Better to hold enough water on our own for the trip as Grey line does not provide water. The ear phones to be plugged near seat serves as audio tour guide. But for me it did not work. Also better to hold Bus card for return from Louvre to city back.

Dubai Abu Dhabi tours excellent

The desert safari was really nice and the dinner I could have nice if we go back to Dubai after our trips to Abu Dhabi Our guide Mehboob was excellent and give us good information about the place

We had such an amazing time seeing all of Dubai and Abu Dhabi was our tour guide Mehboob. Not only was he super knowledgeable but the best photographer. We’re leaving Dubai feeling super fulfilled and with eagerness to come back!

I had a tour starting from Abu Dhabi. Our driver Suhail was very helpful and professional. Really good driver with a smooth ride. Always kept us informed in WhatsApp what time does he arrive and send us tickets. Very nice experience. Highly recommend! Five star service ⭐

Amazing

We did this tour and Rizwan was our tour guide. Simply fantastic. We really enjoyed, avoided the crowds and learn a lot.

DO NOT BOOK!!!

We never went on the tour as there was misscomunication with the pick up location. Tour operator was non polite, rude and they did not answer our call, did not provide any help or replacemnt tour. No answer and no reply on whatsap. 204 USD lost - we have been ripped off! Avoid there are many other great agencies to book.

Useless Travel

The visits to the Mosque and the Louvre were beautiful and we had lunch (in total 4,5 hours). But the rest of the trip we spent in a bus (in total 7 hours) and that was far to much. Because Viator combined this trip with cliënt visiting Ferrari world at the opposite site of Abu Dhabi. So we had to travel this distantie twice (bring and return); would be beter as separate trips.

Had a very very bad experience

I wish I didn’t book this thing. They didn’t tell me that I needed a PCR test until late at night. When I asked for a refund they said they can’t. Don’t waste your money not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

Grand Mosque and Louvre Museum Experience

This excursion was wonderful! The Get Your Guide team arranged for pickup from my hotel and my cousin's hotel so that we can go together. Our guide Riz was very accommodating and informative. He answered all of our questions and was quite friendly. He became our photographer and took many, many pictures for us along the way. The Mosque is Beautiful and very serene. We enjoyed every bit of it as we walked through taking pictures and listening to Riz tell the history. After leaving the Mosque, Riz provided information of the buildings, Mosques, and Shieks' homes along the way to the Louvre museum. We were able to go through the Lourve museum on our own to explore its beauty while Riz waited for us. It was a wonderful experience and we had the right guide for our group.

Rushed, disorganized, but beautiful mosque and museum

You get to see the mosque and Le Louvre and they are beautiful sights, but that's the only reason I put stars in my review. The tour was rushed and disorganized. We had less than the advertised time on Viator for the visits: we had about an hour for the mosque, and only 2 hours for Le Louvre - and that's only after I complained that 1h30 for the latter wouldn't be enough. The only explanations you get o the tour are from a recording on the bus, which sounds like it was recorded by a 1950s salesman trying to sell Abu Dhabi like he'd sell a hoover to a housewife. You even get sexist remarks from it, like "Here's an Arabic word you can tell your wife when she comes home with a new haircut: 'beautiful!'") Lunch is at some bland chain restaurant in the Yas island mall, which is just what it is: yet one more soulless mall. The cherry on the cake: the tour bus actually left the mall without me... (I had to call when I couldn't find the group, the bus stopped on the side of the road, and I was then picked up by foot to reach it!) The sad thing is, it's so difficult to get around the UAE due to its poor public transport system, so if you don't have a personal car, this tour might still be the least hassle way to go to Abu Dhabi to see the mosque and Le Louvre for a day before going back to Dubai. My advice to the tour agency would be: - Fix the timings you tell us we can expect on Viator: we definitely do not get 1h30 in the mosque (and that's a shame as it would be much less rushed) and neither do we get 2h30 in Le Louvre (which is really the minimum you'd want to appreciate it) - Have a written sign on your bus so it's easier for passengers to find it: we had to leave late as there were some passagers for a different tour on our bus by mistake. - The mall stop is a waste of time in my opinion, and I'm pretty sure all of us who book the tour for Le Louvre feel the same way. - Get someone from the 21st century to give explanations on the bus - Maybe have more tours for the mosque and Le Louvre : you have so many that go to Ferrari World and this Yas mall thing, which much fewer tourists care about. - Maybe count the passengers on the bus before setting off next time? :/

Just ok

Overall was ok but can be better service such as interact more to you guest Regardless of races or Nationality. I myself Working in travel industry would search Dubai inbound services to collaborate to our Singapore travel agency but as i join this tour to see myself the service,i would think twice before engage their service.

Wonderful museum but...

Just like every other activity I had in Dubai, this one involved a lot of waiting. My main goal was to visit the Abu Dhabi Louvre but due to delays (partially the organizers' fault, partially some other travellers were late at different meeting points), I ended up spending a total of 45 minutes at the "Louvre" which is a shame as it is a wonderful museum with lots to see. On the other hand, the Abu Dhabi Mosque is grotesque and tacky, huge and slow lineups to see the inside of the mosque which to me at least was a great let-down. Lunch was ok albeit somewhat rushed.

Too many people

Our guide and driver were gracious and helpful people. The two and a half hours at the Lounge were wonderful. The stop at the Mosque was about my worst travel e patience in 45 years of traveling. Thousands of people and the worst crowd management I've ever seen. We were given 90 minutes to see the Mosque. By the time I got to it, I had 10 minutes left to run back to meet the guide so I never got inside. The other people on the bus were not as respectful and the last one showed up 45 minutes late. Worst was the shoving, elbow-ing, poking, etc. I felt physically abused. Don't take a tour. Go and stay overnight and give yourself a chance to see something. It was a twelve hour tour and all that was worthwhile was the Louvre

Waste of Time

Mosque was crazy crowded, museum lacked quality pieces and there was no transportation as advertised when tour was over.

Lovely Tour!!

Great Tour with a lovely tour guide who was attentive to passengers needs etc. Very prompt with timings. However, the lunch that was provided at Yas Mall was not up to standard as it was just a regular chicken place. Could have chosen somewhere that was middle eastern/Arabian cuisine to keep in theme of tour as would have made the experience more authentic. Other than that really great tour and would definitely book again!

Everything was fine.

Lunch was okay for that price. Guide was good and tried to inform all passengers. Unfortunately some group members thought they would be alone on the world and on this tour, but the guide handled them very good. Even the help afterwards to get back to the hotel was satisfying. Thank you very much.

Best Tour Guide, MALIK and excellent driver, JAKIR (Mosque, Louvre, Souk of Spices, Burj Khalifa)

The Abu Dhabi Mosque is a site to behold. If you can read up on it prior to your visit,, it would amaze you even more. I should be wiring a review more on the tour, which was very good, however, I can't say enough about our Tour Guide, MALIK that made this and the previous tour even more interesting. He was very knowledgeable with lots of interesting information during our long bus drives. He was very well organized. He went above and beyond. He took group photos as well as assisted in the stores. Our first tour was the Souk spices, then the Burj Khalifa (another Excellent tour) Hopefully we'll get another opportunity to visit Dubai again in the future and be lucky enough to get Malik as our Tour Guide.

Tour with short stops at Mosque and Louvre

This tour offers stops at the Mosque and Louvre. The stops at the Mosque and Louvre are short (max 1h-1h20) and give you a high-level impression. At the Mosque you can pick up a free audioguide but you don’t actually have time to listen to all info. During the Louvre visit, you have interactive screens throughout the museum and an audio guide is not really needed here. Audioguide (in different languages) on the bus is nice to cover the long drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Rifky is a good guide keeping the group together and guided us well to the entrance of the Mosque and for lunch. The pick-up is at your hotel, the drop-off is at the Emerates Mall from where you need to take (pay) a taxi to get home.

Nice sights, could be better operated

Positives-Grand Mosque and Louvre were outstanding, staff were generally friendly and bus audio guide was interesting and informative. Negatives-Pick-up was a disaster, emergency contact line went unanswered, lack of communication caused confusion, lunch menu offered selection but not provided and not all items were served.

With beautiful views and popular places of the city. We highlight the visit to the Great Mosque that is incredible. On the other hand, we are very happy with Mr. Rifky, who has been our guide. We only have words of thanks to him. An experience worth living.

Wish to stay longer

The 1 hour visit to the mosque is too rush. In fact we only have less then 45 mins (if you are lucky) after the Security check for your attire and belongings.The visit to the Louvre is astonishing for 1st timer like me. I enjoyed my 2 hrs at The Louvre Museum. It is really an eye opener for me.We had a hearty lunch as provided. Not to forget the cheerful and helpful tour guide and bus driver. Job well done.

Wowwwww nice

Great tour that explained the history of Dubai and Abu Dhabi as we drove to each site. The Grand Mosque and the Louvre in Abu Dhabi is both breathtaking wonders. You have to add this tour to your plan because it will definitely exceed your expectations.

Don't do it!! Learn from my mistake!

I looked at the reviews and decided to book anyway. BAD IDEA! I now realize why there are so many bad ratings. We left a half hour late, there was no update as to why we were leaving late, I don't believe that the tour guide ever introduced himself. We stopped at the mosque and left about 25 minutes late from there. The guide was disorganized and shouldn't be leading a group. We were scheduled to stop at the Louvre, well it turns out that they put two different tour groups on this bus. There was a group that was on the trip that included a visit to the Louvre and then another group that was going into the city of Abu Dhabi. Needless to say as we drove past the Louvre, we were a bit confused. They had to turn the bus around, the guide had to call the office and get tickets, it was a mess! When we got off the bus at the Louvre he ran ahead of us and kept telling us to hurry up, he had to get back to the group on the bus. It's not my problem that you and your company had consistently made a mess of this tour. We were picked up late from the Louvre. Needless to say we were supposed to be back in Dubai at 6:00pm. We got back around 7:30pm. They list that you can be dropped off at 4 different locations (Emirates Mall, The Dubai Mall, etc.) Don't believe them, he refused to drop people off at anywhere but the Emirates Mall. This inconvenienced many of us who had plans at The Dubai Mall or at the attractions around us. He told us we had to take a cab or the Metro. I showed him where it says what places they drop off at and his story changed from "we are arriving late and The Emirates Mall is the most central location" to "We only drop people off at the Emirates Mall on this tour." This guide should find another career, he is not cut out to be a tour guide. Learn from my mistake and use another tour company!

BOOKING PROBLEMS

called to get more detailed info and was quoted $105.00 cdn pp but i wanted to chat with my wife re: details. 20 minutes later i went on the website and the price was now $139. called them back and spoke with a supervisor who said that the price was changed and that's what it is now. they wouldn't honour the price of 40 minutes earlier (was on hold for what seemed like an eternity). VERY disappointed.

Belle excursion mais ..

Belle excursion bon déjeuner au parc Ferrari globalement bien organisée, le Louvre mérite d y passer plus de temps que les 2 heures prévues. Problème cependant il est prévu un kit d accueil non offert, pas de bouteille d eau et surtout le programme propose un pickup à l hôtel (fajt) et cache bien en fin de paragraphe que le retour ne se fait à l hôtel mais jetés a 19:15 dans un mail sans la possibilité de choisir entre les 4 malls indiqués : désagréable et pénalisant.

Purtroppo devo dare solo tre stelle, in quanto la visita alla Moschea non è stata organizzata benissimo. Premetto che io l'avevo già visitata 6 anni fa (per fortuna!), perché questa volta sono riuscita a vederla solo all'esterno. Siamo rimasti in coda per diverso tempo al controllo del metaldetector, c'era una ressa incredibile e, visto che nel programma di viaggio che abbiamo trovato sotto la porta della camera, c'era scritto che la guida e l'autista non avrebbero aspettato più di 5 minuti, abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla visita interna, onde evitare di arrivare in ritardo. Ottimo pranzo (già incluso nel prezzo) in uno dei ristoranti del Ferrari World e piacevole visita il pomeriggio del Museo del Louvre. Mi sembra inutile dire che non c'entra molto con il "fratello maggiore" di Parigi. E' una costruzione nuovissima situata su Yas Island, la stessa sulla quale sorge l'autodromo, è molto più piccolo, è più che altro un museo archeologico, quadri, vasi e gioielli non sono molti, ma nel complesso è stata una visita piacevole ed interessante. Si tratta di una visita libera, non c'è una guida che accompagna il gruppo, ma sono disponibili le audioguide.

Abu Dabi

Foi um excelente passeio. É muito recomendado para aqueles que visitam Abu Dabi pela primeira vez, por que passa vários pontos importantes e nos dá uma ideia global da cidade. Nosso guia turístico Ashfa foi fantástico. Muito atencioso, conhecedor profundo da cidade e apaixonado por ela. Recomendo fortemente.

JUSTE WHAOUUU

Pour avoir fait celle de Hassan II à Casablanca celle ci est aussi magique voir plus à l’intérieur . Parking GRATUIT et sécurisé sous la mosquée sans problème . Un périple pour y arriver per contre car le trajet est long c IMMENSE mais tout est bien indiqué et les gardes sont là pour vous guider . Il faut se couvrir (foulard et vêtements long pour les femmes pas de short pour les hommes) dès l’entrée sur l’esplanade les gardes ne manqueront pas de vous le signaler . En dessous de la mosquée il y a tout le nécessaire pour se restaurer pour ceux qui souhaite y passer plusieurs heures . Il y a des points photos c’est juste sublime ... à faire car c’est TOTALEMENT GRATUIT

déjeuner médiocre il n'y avait pas de guide en français (audio en français dans le bus, mais notre guide anglophone nous a rien raconté dans la Mosquée, même pas en anglais - dommage), La Mosquée est magnifique.

Moschea al quanto stupenda. Non ci sono parole per descriverla. Bisogna solo andare a visitarla (chi ne ha la possibilità). Fantastica per la sua struttura e per come è stata realizzata. L’unica cosa, bisogna aver pazienza per la fila.
