Highly recommended Abu Dhabi City tour

Suhail was a very pleasant and accommodating guide. Despite our late night booking, he made every effort to communicate the itinerary and requirements for the tour the next morning. He arrived promptly at the pick-up location and was quite patient as he ensured all instructions were well received. We also appreciated the audio during the tour as it provided very interesting facts about the culture and traditions of Abu Dhabi. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful. We highly recommend it.

A Comprehensive Tour of Dubai

Gray Line Kurban Tours, Dubai On 29 September 2023, I joined the Gray Line Kurban ‘Dubai Full Day Tour’ which included the Burj Khalifa. This is a large group tour which was managed very successfully by the guide, Naveen, and the driver. I commend them on their patience in dealing with tourists who knowingly kept the group waiting for 20 minutes. The tour itself is comprehensive. Join this tour and you will see most of what Dubai has to offer. The tour involves hotel pick-up, but drop-off is at well-known locations such as Dubai Shopping Mall. This makes the tour cheaper than others but the return to the hotel can be difficult for solo and older travellers, like me. I commend the company on their helpfulness and support of my special needs. It was a pleasant day out. Thank you, Naveen and your driver.

We really enjoyed the trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. We were picked up from the hotel on time. Our travel guide Suhail also gave numerous tips and information about the country and its people along the way. In Dubai we stopped at several sights for photos and gave ourselves enough time to take wonderful souvenir photos. The day trip was wonderful. Our driver and tour guide Suhail also contributed to a large extent. We would definitely recommend this excursion.

Fantastic one-day

Fantastic one-day tour departing from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Suhail was not only our driver but also our guide, taking us to interesting highlights of Dubai. He told us anecdotes and gave us useful tips. We also benefited from the self-guided tour in Italian throughout the trip where every single stretch we travelled was described. If you are staying in Abu Dhabi and want to make a day trip to Dubai, don't hesitate to contact them - it will be a fantastic experience!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I paid for a trip to the grand mosque for 2 and they did not have the full terms and conditions about the PCR tests before you book it so I was only aware of half of the rules then I paid them and they send me a message and email saying I need a PCR dated in last 48 hours but this was not mentioned before hand I told them this and they said they can’t cancel it and they done everything on their behalf, clearly they have not. They also stated they have no power to cancel when I know they 100% do because another company cancelled for me a day early as the date I booked for was no longer available. They are choosing not to refund me due to their negligence. Do not feed a company who are desperate for your money. There’s also other tours out there for $25 pp and it also included Ferrari world and this is just a rip off and a scam

Good value for money

Good value for money but too rushed at each of the sites. We only had one hour at the grand mosque of which half an hour of it was spent just getting through the gates. It would be better to start earlier to give us more time at the mosque at the very least.

Good event

Tour itself is good, arrangement and pickup from hotel is made in best way. Mosque in AbuDhabi is free of charge, that's why it is REALLY crowded everyday, especially with chinese tourists which are nonstop talking and shouting, making photos everywhere, even in spaces where it is prohibited. Stopping unpredictably, and pushing other tourists, just be ready for that. Schedule of tour is good, so people have to observe time(one family was late for 15 minutes to depart, and we have departed to next stop without them, that's cool)

Abu Dhabi Tour

It was a great tour! We saw and did everything described in the itinerary. The Audioguides in the bus provided some interesting information and facts. Bonus was the access to free WiFi. Our guide ASHFAQ was very sweet and made the tour very easy to join. Everything was on time and he was always smiling and willing to answer any questions we might have. He could even provide tissues when we needed it. We really enjoyed it, thank you ASHFAQ!

Abu Dhabi full day tour January 20th

Great tour, pick up at my location at given time and taken to meet coach. Ashfaq our tour guide was really helpful, especially as I needed to borrow a burka to visit the Mosque which was amazing . Lunch was spent at Yas Island Mall and we had time to explore . After this we visited a date market, a heritage village and an art centre. All along the trip we had a commentary on earphones pointing out places of interest. The coach was comfortable with air conditioning , wifi and charger points. When we arrived back in Dubai we were dropped off at either the Mall of the Emirates or Dubai Mall. The whole day was about 10 hours and for the price was very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Good Tour

Got to see plenty of sights around Abu Dhabi. Staff were very welcoming. Pick up and drop off had no issues. Would've liked to spend more time to on sights. Otherwise all good.

The very kind and friendly guide, fulfilled all the sights and always respecting the times. The only negative point is the bus, I found it a little uncomfortable. The translator inside the bus worked very well.

Great tour but needs improvement

We did this trip booking via Tripx.. First.. Our tour guide Muhammed Ashfaq? was great, he was lovely guy. He was pleasant and polite and knowledgeable. The coach driver was also very nice. Tour Experience - Driver was late 45 minutes picking us up in the morning. Not a good start! Tour group ended up having 50 people. Difficult for tour guide to manage as people go missing or dont always listen to timings. Coach had no wifi!! we felt very rushed and short on time on almost every stop we made.. Mainly the Grand Mosque! - you need minimum 2hrs/2.5hrs stop here. 45min/1 hour is not good enough :( by time you go there and pass security and walk you only have short time. Cant even take pictures with short time. Yas mall - was good and enough time to eat - 1hr Ferrari world - didnt go inside, driver dropped off family Louvre - didnt go inside, driver dropped off family Heritage village - was nice here but again short time we only had 20minutes.. should be minimum 1hr Carpet art museum - we had 20 minute here.. rubbish experience. No point stopping here and wasted our time. Mens toilet is disgusting! Emirates palace - nice driveby scenery Corniche - nice driveby scenery Overall our tour was ok..but it wasn't great. Tour guide was very good Muhammed. And grand mosque was best part BUT.. VERY SHORT

NICE TRIP TO ABU DHABI ...

All that is included in the price is individual ... When you visit the mosquee from Abu Dhabi , you'll do it alone ... When you visit the Heritage Museum , the same ; or if you choose to visit Louvre Museum ... The guide is there only for several informations in the bus . Most visits are commercial character ... You'll see a date shop ... and a gold traditional work shop ...

Pas vraiment top

Le chauffeur est venu nous récupérer à l'heure à notre hôtel, il avait un numéro où le joindre c'était utile. En revanche nous sommes allés chercher d'autres personnes à leur hôtel qui n'étaient pas à l'heure nous étions très en retard. Du coup notre visite à la mosquée s'est faite très très rapidement. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre le temps de contempler. Tous le reste s'est fait très rapidement. Beaucoup de trajet. J'ai bien aimé l'audio en français dans le bus qui nous a permis de découvrir l'histoire d'Abu Dhabi. Les lieux que nous avons visité étaient très très beaux. Le chauffeur et le guide était très sympas.

Un peu décevant

Les visites étaient très bien mais pas d’arrêt au Louvre qui me semble un incontournable. De plus, la description est mensongère bus luxe avec wifi ( bus normal sans wifi), excursion de 10h ( de 9h à 17h ça ne fait pas 10h au total ) et le repas dans un Mall où tout est en train d’être construit c’est un peu étrange et pas vraiment typique. A part ça, le guide était super

Pour le prix c’est convenable.

Nous avons choisi de passer une journée à Abu Dhabi au depart de Dubai via une visite organiser pour voir le maximum de chose en une journée. Nous avons vu le principal c’est à dire la mosquée mais pour le reste nous avons été légèrement déçu. Nous aurions aimé que le bus nous plonge en plein coeur des buildings, nous rapproche du palais royal au lieux de ca nous les avons vu seulement de loin à la place nous somme aller voir des marchands de tapis c’est un peu dommage ... mise à part cela on en à pour son argent le ramassage se fait à l’heure, l’audio guide nous donne pleins d’infos intéressantes et le guide lui est très professionnel.

Très bien! Départ à l’heure de l’hôtel et du point de rdv. Bus avec connection wifi, prise usb, eau, casques avec audio guide en français. La visite des lieux est libre. Nous aurions préféré avoir du temps dans Abu Dhabi plutôt que d’aller sur le marché aux dattes et la galerie d’arts (attrape touristes), avis personnel. Merci à notre guide Ashfaq pour le bon déroulement de la journée, l’organisation et sa gentillesse ;)))

Abudabi Tocca e fuga

In pratica si ti fanno vedere tante cose ... ma più che un tour di abudabi sembra un tour fotografico quasi da fare sul autobus, per ogni metà 10/20 min e poi di nuovo in autobus, Manco il tempo di scendere in pratica... Ti portano da quello che vende i tappeti che è squallidissimo, in pratica è come se ti volessero vendere un inciclopedia o un’ aspirapolvere... per non parlare che ti portano al mercato della frutta, ma io dico cosa centra?! Che se leviamo il tempo di questi due posti e invece li sommiamo ai punti di interesse visti in precedenza sarebbe top...comunque ho scelto l’attività che costava meno quindi forse dovevo aspettarmelo...

Super tour

Très belle journée à Abu dhabi, le chauffeur était au l’heure, on a eu une bonne heure pour visiter la mosquée ce qui était suffisant puis le repas était bon ( il y avait des choix végétariens;)) , notre guide Ashfaq était tres gentil nous a bien guidé , on a choisi de visiter le Louvre , on a eu 2h , très beau musée , à ne pas manquer je recommande .

Excellent trajet pour une belle expérience à Abu Dhabi

Le trajet Dubai-Abu Dhabi fut excellent, le car est confortable, wifi disponible, climatisation, présence également d’un guide auditif en plusieurs langues et grande gentillesse d’Ashfaq le guide principal, très disponible et sympathique. Je recommande et referais appel à eux quand je reviendrais aux Émirats Arabes Unis

Trop d activitées proposées en un temps très limité donc on ne profite de rien car tout doit être fait au pas de course. Je ne recommande pas ce type d organisation mieux vaut un circuit privé

Bonne excursion mais mauvaise communication

Les échanges se font par mail avec cette compagnie, la communication via WhatsApp aurait été plus simple. Prise en charge a l l'hotel. bonne excursion, car avec casque et tour en français avec explications le long du trajet. Lors des arrêts guide anglais, grande escale à la mosquée puis plusieurs petites escales sur les autres sites. Temps très limité pour le repas au yasmall. Pas de prise en charge au retour, taxi pour revenir à l hotel.
