90 Minutes Speedboat Tour Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab and Atlantis

Brilliant Tour!

We had the best time on the Speedboat Tour. The two Guys were absolutely lovely and made the experience more enjoyable. A great way to see lots of popular landmarks. The views were amazing! I would definitely recommend this tour.

A great way to see Dubai

First--make sure your taxi drops you off at the right spot. Give the address for the mosque and not just "the marina." This advice will save you 30 minutes of speed walking to make the tour on time. :). The boat tour was great. We went out when there were some waves, but the boat caption did a great job of keeping us safe. We were able to see some of the famous hotels and other buildings. Because it is a speed craft, we could cover a lot of ground (or water, rather) in 90 minutes. I think it was a great deal!

Shocking experience

We had an absolutely shocking experience with splash tours this morning 24-04-24. Arrived an hour early for our 10:45 trip to ensure we were in good time. Spent a lot of money on the taxi getting there rather than getting lost on the Metro/tram. Approached our speedboat 15 minutes prior to departure. Was initially told the boat not going due to windy weather conditions. When we said why had we not been informed - we were then told the boat was broken and was waiting for a mechanic. I believe they did not have enough people for the tour as they were putting lifejackets on it in preparation for a trip. We called the office, probably at great expense to us on a mobile phone. Still waiting for that bill!! I was told that their emails were blocked up and they hadn’t got my booking. Which is amazing being as they had managed to withdraw my money with immediate effect. They then said would we like to hang around for 3 hours and 45 minutes to the 2:30 pm tour. Or she would ask the chap to take us out anyway. So was she suggesting we go out on a boat that is not safe. Or had we been told a lie in the first instance that the boat was not working? When I said would they compensate us for our taxi fare which had been wasted they were not interested in doing this. they did not seem particularly apologetic or care about our predicament. So would I recommend them - one simple word NO! Zero communication, Zero customer service!!!

Amazing value with all the best spots

Amazing value for money!! Deeshan the guide is super informative… they boat stops at all the best landmarks and also you get to enjoy a ride at a speed! Photo spots also perfect… high reccomend

Recommended!!!

It was a great tour, very nice guys who were with us - the captain and the assistant. They showed us everything and told us everything. There was also a fast ride on the waves and turns!!! Very cool and interesting!!!

Fun morning

Really good trip. Seas were too choppy on day to get to see Atlantis, but still had the full time out and around the palm. Plenty of time to speed around the bay & throwing a few donuts in to get everybody wet. Great fun.

Loved it!

We were very exided, very nice trip, for a good price. We loved it!! Only reason I don’t give a five, is that they tried to book us to another timeslot. With the excuse that there were technical problems.

Nice experience

It was a nice and fun ride, we enjoyed it a lot, will like to take it again once we are back. The Pilot and the guide explained the place in details and also taken some nice pictures for us,

Great fun

We were welcomed with friendly faces - a great start. The whole experience was great fun. It’s great to see all the sights from the water, with plenty of photo opportunities. Would highly recommend and well worth the money.

Excellent value for money.

Excellent, the sea had a high swell that made the trip even better. Lots of ups and crashes down. All safe thiugh. The boat operator was excellent, gave information throughout the 3 stops we had. Well worth the money paid. Give it a go.

Not bad

Well organized trip. I was hoping that we would be going past some large yachts in the marina and getting inside the Palm but we did neither. Saw the edge of the palm but could not appreciate the structure. Tour guide was very good speaking very good English and answering questions. One bit of fast adrenaline inducing spurt but other than that, pretty sedate.

Don't book if you expect any kind of communication. . .

I booked this tour through the company's website back in July 2023 for a trip in late March 2024 and tried for months to contact them to get confirmation of the booking. The payment cleared my credit card when we booked it, but we never received a confirmation email with any details or instructions for the tour. I emailed the company multiple times and sent messages through their social media accounts, but never received any responses. Now, our trip has been cancelled completely, and I emailed (as the website instructs) to cancel and request a full refund, well within their refund period, and I have again, received no response. I've given the company the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but would like to share my experience with other who may be considering booking. We travel internationally often and this is the first time I've encountered a completely nonresponsive tour company.

Great views of Dubai

Great fun tour around Dubai. Crew were great and looked after everyone really well. Really enjoyed the ride.

Speedboat ride

Fun out on the water. Pretty much had the boat to ourselves. Unfortunately due to high winds unable to get out to Atlantis. Safety first.

Cancellation without warning.

We arrived at the time requested for our tour only to be told that it was cancelled due to rough sea. We paid 300 AED return for taxi fare and had paid in advance for the boat trip. My contact details were given with the booking and you had contacted me on various occasions previously with updated details so why were we not contacted before we got there?

This was a brilliant activity, the boat ride itself was very fun and it was great to see some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks from a different angle. Highly recommended

Fun, exciting, Seeing Dubai from the water

This was a great way to see Dubai from the water. The guide was informative and helpful and was happy to take pictures at each of the view stops. I didn’t have much time in Dubai so this 90 minute trip was perfect 👌

This was an excellent tour, great value for money, good fun, saw some lovely sights & the guide was very informative & friendly & took photos for you so it wasn’t necessary to try to get good selfies.

Boat Tour in Dubai!

This boat tour was so fun! Allowed us to receive a different perspective of Dubai and was truly so much fun! Our tour guides were very kind as well. Only complaint was they did some doughnuts in the water right at the end (which overall was enjoyable) but they didn’t give us any forewarning and it caused my brother and father to lose their sunglasses and my brother almost dropped his phone. Other than that 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing experience

Fantastic

I can’t comment on this particular boat experience as on arrival we were advised that the boat we were in had a problem with it so we would be getting an alternative boat and asked if we were ok with this. We were provided with which in my opinion was an upgraded. Our own speedboat for the 4 of us. We loved every minute of it and would loved to have been on it longer. Thank you for giving our son a very memorable 16th birthday. If we are lucky enough to return to Dubai I would be booking again

Amazing service

Had a great experience from start to finish. Their sales person Asmahene was very helpful and she made the reservation process seamless and answered all of the questions that I had. Their tour operator crew was also very good and professional!

Perfect Trip to Enjoy Dubai

The crew started the trip on time which was perfect. The crew and nice and took several pictures of our group which was perfect. We totally loved our experience and I really re ommend everyone to book this trip.

The ride is fantastic. Even with infants, we ride it a good experience. Make sure you have cloth to wrap the infant on the ride.

Great tour, but hard to find the boat (need better instructions)

We did enjoy the tour, the boat went to places as described, the crew took nice photos for every passenger when the boat stopped at the landmarks. However, we did experience a hard time to find the place. Luckily I read some one star comments and got warned about the difficulty in finding them and gave myself 2 hours. It turned out that I needed it. First, the street address given in the instruction (Sena Street) is not in google map. Fortunately, “Splash Tour” is searchable. We followed the map, reached the location, and expected to see an office, or a both, or at least a sign showing us that we were indeed at the right place. Guess what? Nothing. We walked up and down around the red spot on the cell phone screen for quite some time. When the departure time was closing up we gave up and decided to ask somebody who seemed to work for some boat companies. He told us that we were at the right place, just walk to the water front and wait near the glass door that everyone goes through to get on a boat. Why couldn’t the instructions say these think clearly?

Speedboat spectacular

Once we found our speedboat ,it was amazing, the driver was great. His commentary was good,took photos of all people on boat and did exciting swerves on way in. Great 2 hrs.. Cold water given out, unforgettable

Friendly team. Worth every penny! Great way to see the main sites around Dubai palm. Refreshments provided which was very welcome in the heat! Photo opportunities at each stop. Also lots of fun where the boat is able to go faster!
