We drove our quad among the dunes, saw camels jumping happily in the sand, took pictures in the sunset. The food and the shows in the evening were amazing! Super recomended

It was a very fun experience riding a quad bike around the desert near dubai. If it is your first time on a quad bike it will be a great experience as its quite suited to beginners.

Familiy ATV Tour

The tour was easy and nice, designed for beginners (more for families). Nice camp and location with friendly staff. If you are looking for a tour with a little bit more action and less photo breaks you should not take this tour.

2-Hr Quad Tour - actually 1 hr 15 min (deceiving advertising)

As a general observation, all tours in Dubai lack in detailed description of the activities. This one doesn’t make an exception. The only reason I booked this one was for those 2 hrs advertised quad driving time. This never happened, after arrival at the camp we had 15 min brief and documents signatures and fitting the helmets. Then 45 min of driving before 1st brake of 30 min then again 15 min driving and another 15 min brake and finally after 15 min drive back at the camp. The tour is not worthing even 1 star but it’s the lowest I can give. I could of spend these money more wisely on a decent Arabic restaurant.

2-hour Quad bike

The ride was nice. But we took too much time to get to the place almost 4hours for transportation from the palm and the driver is driving way too slow like he didnt know how to get to the place ( he keeps checking out the map every second ). We lost almost the whole day for this tour. Also, we didnt have much opportunity to take photo with the bike since they have a photographer joining the tour with us and sell the phots with a very expensive rates. They should inform us before the tour started. We missed a lot of great photo.

<p>This was a great experience. It was a bit out of town, about an hour and 15 mins but our driver was on time, and we ha good transport to the site. There were just six of us and the guide. We had a nice welcome and two great hours of desert driving with a few refreshment stops. It was fantastic. We did the morning trip, picked up at 0830 and back just after 13:30. We had a excellent tour and I can really recommend it! The quad bikes were in excellent condition. I would also recommend to wear trousers because it's a hot engine.</p>

<p>The actual desert quad-biking was awesome, but the transportation to and from Dubai was terrible. We were being picked up from the Burj Khalifa, and it took over 2 hours to drive back from the desert and drop everyone off. This was more time than we spent on bikes in the desert.</p>

<p>This was a really good value experience. A bit of a trek out of town, about an hour and 20 mins but our driver was on time, good transport to the site. Nice to see a little of the terrain north of Dubai. Nice welcome from the guide at site. No hard sell on anything else. Two great hours of desert driving with a few refreshment stops. It was fantastic. I would have come back and done it again if my trip had allowed. There were just two of us and the guide. Efficient transfer back into Dubai afterwards. We did the morning trip, picked up at 0830 and back just after 13:00. Was not too hot at all, you get a cool breeze when driving in the desert. The air temp was in excess of 30 but it was really comfortable. Buy the head scarves as the sand will irritate otherwise, even though they provide goggles. </p> <p>Excellent tour and was one of the highlights of our trip.</p>

<p>Enjoyable trip but as it was a mix of experienced riders and absolute beginners you could sometimes feel a little out of your depth! The instructor was very patient though and tried to help whenever we got stuck in the dunes!</p>

<p>In short this was a good experience out in the desert but. We were a small group of 5 of varied experience levels, for the inexperienced this was a fun trip following a guide mostly across desert tracks in single file but for the others it was a little frustrating. Great quad, all that desert and we were stuck in a line on a path. In conclusion was better than a similar ride in the UK but you are not free to go for it.<br/> Also beware of the time, we were picked up at 11am in Dubai, got there about 12:30 near Ras Al Khaimah, had a brief and full 2 hours in desert and so back to hotel by 5. Also no coffee or dates offered.</p>

<p>Great time had two weeks ago by myself and daughter who had never ridden any vehicle at all in her life. Very simple single lever accelerator contol and of course a hand brake each side as per a bicycle. Course a bit tame for me but just right for her. Apparently you are able to choose a tour time when booking but i don't believe i had that option so we had a mid-day tour which in April was just about ok but later would have been too hot. Suggest you wear long trousers and a a tee shirt with trainers or very light boots.</p>

<p>Very fun for me and my son. Im a beginner but my son has done this before. I can really recomend it! we got water breaks in the shadows 2 times. Recomnend throusers because its a hot engine. We all got burn marksfrom outgoing hot air from the engine. About 1h and 15 min from Dubai... Recomend early mornig as we did.</p>

<p>Quadbiking was really good - bikes in great condition and guide was really helpful when I got stuck. Lovely landscape and even passed some wild camels which was ace!</p> <p>Now the downside - and why I've marked them down on stars. We were apparently the only ones not booked for the meal and floor show that evening we'd booked a separate trip a couple of nights later to do this type of thing as we had plans that evening but it quickly became clear we weren't going to be taken back to town before everyone finished their meal package. Having tried to get us to pay to upgrade to the meal package, then offered us a discount, we declined and explained twice we'd arranged to meet friends for dinner in the city who were only around the one night but no matter - still sat there for over 2 hours afterwards waiting for our lift back to the city. They did eventually offer us the meal free but that's worth little when we had plans for the evening that they ruined by our 2 hours quad biking being picked up at 1600 and not getting back until 2245. I wonder why they offer quad biking only if they have no intention of taking people back and just do the hard sell on the meal or make them wait half the evening?</p>

<p>This was SO much fun. If you are scared of going over sand dunes, don't do this trip. Our guide was great, you follow in a single line and if you go over a dune the guide stops to give you clear instructions. When I went the people did not listen and many ended up getting stuck because they were scared. Not fun waiting for them to get saved from being stuck in the soft sand. This isn't a scary trip and by all means you aren't going over super tall and scary dunes, but it is exhilarating and just plain fun! If you are gonna be scared to follow instructions or scared to ride over some dunes, don't do it. Otherwise, if you are looking for a fun trip through the beautiful desert on a well maintained and fast ATV, then this is for you!</p>

<p>Absolutely fantastic!!!! Ahmed was amazing! He picked us up from the hotel, drove us to the site and trained us both on how to use the quad bikes. When the whole group had convened 11 people in total , the guide took his time to ensure everyone had helmets/gloves and took us through safety instructions and how to maneuver the bikes in the sand. We then all followed him through the desert on out bikes! It was great! I would say it was the highlight of our trip! Absolutely recommend it! Recommendation is to do it in the late afternoon around 3pm/4pm when it is cooling down a bit.</p>

What a GREAt experience! Our day...

<p>What a GREAt experience! Our day started off a little rocky because they were super late picking us up from the hotel. However, the tour guide and the entire team made it worth our while once we arrived on the camp grounds. We did not realize the ride over to the campground was about an hour and half. The guides were exceptional! They were very friendly and accommodating. The Safari Quads Team outfitted us in gloves, knee and arm pads and helmets to keep us safe. Get ready for a 2-hour fun Quad Bike ride with lots of hills and exciting views along the way camels and goats It was super hot 115 degree so I recommend that you plan this excursion around 4 or close to sunset. Do not wear sandals....the sand is HOT. Wear boots or tennis shoes Once we returned to the campgrounds they greeted us with tons of water, hot tea and there are nice bathroom to wash-up. The grounds are very nice. Highly recommend!!!</p>

Tolle Quadtour

Es hat alles super geklappt und lief wie beschrieben. Die Abholung war pünktlich, alles gut . Der Guide war sehr freundlich und hat sich unseren Bedürfnissen in Sachen Geschwindigkeit und Fotostops sehr gut angepasst. Es gab nix zu meckern.

Nie wieder!

Kam 20 min später als vereinbart. Führer war langsam und wir konnten nicht frei fahren. Keine 2 stunden! Höchstens 1 stunde gefahren. Es wurde an einem schlechten Platz zum Foto machen angehalten. Absolute Verarsche!

バギーツアー自体はとても面白くまた参加したいと思いました。 ただ、2時間で終わるツアーだと聞いて参加したのですが、現地に行くとそんなツアーはないと言われました。 参加する前に何度も何度もViator経由で終了時間を確認していたのですが、事前に聞いていた終了時間と現地で言われた終了時間は全く違いました。 現地で言われた終了時間では飛行機に間に合わないため、急遽タクシーを呼んでもらい、ツアーを途中で抜けました。 最終的にはタクシー代をViator本部に負担して頂きましたが、かなり残念な体験となりました。

<p>Wir wurden vom Schiff abgeholt und dann ca 1std sehr bequem zur Wüste gefahren.dann eine kurze Einweisung und schon gings los.2 Std auf dem Quad durch die Wüste an Kamelen vorbei die frei herumliefen.Zwischendurch kurze TrinkPause. Fotostopp. und weiter Dünen rauf und runter incl steckenbleiben im Sand.Man muss Viel Gas geben wenn man rauf will .Es hat Spaß gemacht.Es War auch jemand dabei der Fotos machte,die man auf CD für 150 dirham kaufen kann bargeld.Sehr schöne Bilder und Film.Es hat sich gelohnt.Dann wieder zurück zum Schiff.Da unsere Tour morgens begonnen hatte war es noch kühl.Feste Schuhe sind von Vorteil sowie Jacke.Vielen Dank an das Team vom Camp es hat Spaß gemacht</p>

<p>Diese Tour durch die Wüste, war das beste was wir machen konnten.Wir wurden wie vereinbart war abgeholt und fuhren dann eine ganze Weile bis wir dort waren. Dann ging es los,kreuz und quer ,hoch und runter durch die Wüste. Eine Pause zwischendurch war ganz gut um etwas zu trinken. Danach ging es weiter. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. <p>Alles Perfekt, haben uns vom Kreuzfahrtschiff abgeholt, und nach der Tour ins Hotel gebracht, Tour war Super, leider wurde unsere 5 er Gruppe durch 2 weitere aufgestockt. Von den beiden war einer ein Depp, der immer wieder vom Guide zur Ermahnung gerufen wurde. :<br/> Hat unserem Spass aber keinen Schaden zugefügt, unsere Familie, Alter von 16 bis 68 Jahren hatten mörderischen Spass !!!!<br/> Wollen wieder kommen, und mehrere Tage bleiben, nur zum Quad fahren !!</p>
