Poor Experience

We booked a cruise which served alcohol but on arrival were told it doesn’t and it is Viators fault. After much discussion the guy arranged for us to go on another boat which did have wine. Boat was a bit rough in places, we were in the VIP section and could smell exhaust fumes. Wine was very expensive to purchase and the food was ordinary to say the least. It was also 99% Indian food, NOT international buffet as stated. Entertainment while you dine was one performance only that went for 10 mins. Overall a very tired experience. I’m sure the operator will try and deny all this in their reply but I have no reason to tell anything but the truth. It’s certainly not the romantic, relaxing cruise with sumptuous food. And one more thing, the music was far too loud, more like a disco than a relaxing dinner cruise. Would not recommend

Pray You Don't Fall Sick

The dhow looks good. Thats it. Your disappointment starts once you sit on the table for dinner. For vegetarians, please avoid it. Find some other better place. The view of the creek is good but you can experience it from any other dinner cruise.

Don't waste your time

Highly overpriced, dirty tables, seemed like they were never cleaned, too loud music, when we ware asked if we liked crouse, we kindly mentioned dirty table, cruse staff started moking us. Food was only indian. Terrible smell of engine exhaust, not recommended, there are far better optiones, don't waste your time

Lovely evening with very attentive staff

Had a wonderful evening, great food and very thoughtful and kind staff. The entertainment was also very fun and got everybody up and dancing, definitely would recommend!

Marvellous trip

It was a great experience, the stuff was so polite and kind. The food was delicious, there were biryani, spegatti, Russian salad, sweets,drinks and many other food items which were too good and yummy. Their entertainment was mind blowing the horse show, tanura, cartoon show etc etc. I really love visiting with them have alot of fun

I recently dined at Rustar dhow dinner cruise and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The breathtaking views of the city and souk paired with exquisite cuisine made it an unforgettable evening. Extremely irresponsible!

Dinner cruise was canceled due to mechanical issues with boat. Company never notified us of cancelation in advance. Extremely irresponsible. Would definitely not recommend!

Terrible service, not even enough good for the passengers.

Ship was good looking, food was terrible and not even enough for the passengers. Service was terrible as well to the point that the person seating us was arguing with me because I told him my name and he told me I was wrong? So what are you supposed to say to that. He was very condescending, impolite and rushed. So I wouldn’t recommend this tour at all. I would recommend to just come down to the marina no reservation and take your pick they are dozens of nice boats that would be thrilled to tend to you. The only good thing to say about the experience was the show.

Despite numbers being very low they delivered a first class buffet, good friendly service and entertainment.

Fun night

Fantastic . Great night , food and fun . Yassar thank you for your hospitality .... made us all dance ..... me who was very tired . All the staff were courteous and accommodating. I loved the entertainment, however the robotic disco lights guy didn’t quite fit the theme . His dance was ordinary and maybe some thought needs to be put into this. Otherwise I enjoyed myself and so did my friends . Have many friends visiting Dubai regularly and won’t hesitate to recommend this. It’s one of my favourite things I did in Dubai. Average

The Dubai Creek is more exciting during the day than at night. The food was average at best. The entertainment had a great singer and one outstanding performance out of three performers. If you want the free transportation, get it in writing and hope they show up. I sent two emails looking for the pickup time, stating our date and hotel. I also got confirmation of a half hour window for pickup but no-one showed up.

Dad's Birthday Treat

Overall, enjoyed the evening. I mentioned it was my dad's birthday and we got a complimentary drink and my dad received a cake at the end of the night. The food was plentyful and tasty, and the staff tentative.

Great Dhow cruise

A very romantic atmosphere aboard the ship on the Dubai creek river. The staff was very attentive, a nice show and a delicious buffet. The experience is worth it.

The pick up time was on time, well organized, nice food, interesting show. It's not extraordinary but still it's a nice way to spent your evening on a boat, eating and watching the show.

Went for Valentine’s Day, non stop entertainment...excellent singer, dancers, other performers. They got the crowd involved, very pleased. Food was phenomenal!!! Overall, a perfect evening. Strongly recommend!

A nice cruise on a great Dhow

Met a great guy on the Dhow, one of the sales team i Believe, he told us all about the history of the Creek and his home Turf Kerala in India. A great guy pleased to meet him The food was delicious and a great choice for all types Veggies etc. could not fault the food at all. the staff on the boat were all great and put themselves out to make sure we had a great time. The guy doing the whirly twirly dance i don't know how he kept going, it made us dizzy watching him. the trip included transport which was a bit rough coming through the rush hour traffic it unfortunately took ages. but hey ho that's city traffic.for a nice easy night out i would recommend this trip. it turned a bit cool into the light wind nothing bad, when it did the guys came and offered us all a shawl to keep warm. a nice touch, didn't need it when we turned around. this is the winter in Dubai after all. We had a good time on the cruise

We really enjoy the cruise and the food but the only negative thing is that when we came to have dessert nothing was left except fruits. I asked for dessert I was told it will be coming but never came.

Good Experience

Boat was very nice, buffet food was good. Nice to sit on top deck with views of Dubai Creek at night. Entertainment - singer was good but then a man twirled like a whirling dervish with flashing lights was a little bizarre.

Eh, the "shuttle" was a ripoff and ruined the whole experience

The cruise and the dinner were fine. We noticed as we departed that there were many, many boats on their way back. In retrospect, the late timing of this cruise wasn't ideal, and I would have preferred to be on one of those earlier boats and see the sunset. What made this experience less than great is the transportation provided by the cruise at an additional charge. That was a complete waste of money and time! DO NOT sign up for it, just take a taxi. We weren't told this beforehand, but a taxi to and from would have been faster, cheaper, and more reliable. Meanwhile, the cruise organizers had us stuck on a shuttle for three times longer than the cab took, and we had to pick up and drop off passengers from what felt like a dozen of hotels all around town on the way there and back. We were so tired and just wanted to go home. I wish the organizers were more honest about what this transportation entailed. Taxis in Dubai are very reliable, and the drivers are honest and always use meter rates. And they are very inexpensive and safe. Use them!

A Farewell to Remember..Great Service! 💕

The whole trip has been absolutely amazing. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and was escorted to our table. We were a group of 7 and had been provided the best spot in the dhow where we could see the live performances up close. The entertainment, the service and not to forget the food..were all wonderful! It was really a night full of fun and laughters. A big THANK YOU to Mr. Zaid and Max for accommodating us. 🙏 A job well done to the team! 👏👏👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you for the surprise cake. Loved it so much!! Will definitely recommend you to our friends 😉
