Lots of Fun!

We absolutely loved the Buggy excursion! Macao Beach was beautiful, and the scenic cave was amazing! We lucked out and ended going out with just 1 more couple. The small group made it even better. JB was very attentive and did a great job with the tour. We’d do this again!

Very fun! Got a good feel for the culture and it was a memorable experience. We took several stops and the people were very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt safe and everyone wanted to make sure you had a good time!

JV THE TOUR GUIDE AND LUIS FHE PHOTOGRAPHER ARE THE BEST DUO . THEY HAVE GOOD ENERGY , GOOD PEOPLE SKILLS , AND I PLAN ON COMING BACK AGAIN.

Good trip

JB was our guide and it was really fun! However, beware that this is a tourist trap and at every step of the way you will be bombarded by locals attempting to sell you goods and products. Also, the buggies are junk and barely ran (kept breaking down). Despite this, it was beautiful especially the beach (however not much time here and again locals selling products at high price). The cave was neat to see but trashy. Honestly this is mostly what I would expect from an underdeveloped country. Nevertheless, it was a fun time and added to our overall trip. *Reviews on TripAdvisor essentially forced at the end of the trip and made to be 5 stars so beware*

Just do it

Absolutely amazing rides, went to macao beach and the cave swim was awesome, I was with my 7 year old, our guide JB was amazing, very very safe, Buggies are creaky but they need to be, didn't once feel unsafe.

Wonderful muddy experience 😁

Had a great experience with this buggy group. JD and company did a wonderful job in guiding us through the muddy trails. Caves and coffee experience included. Bring face covering, sunglasses and long sleeves and have a great time!

Fantastic drive. A lot of mud but so fun!!! Macau beach and the cave was so nice to swim and wash all mud!!! JB was a great tour guide!!!

Buggie excursion

The tour was very fun and exciting!! I definitely would do it again. It’s very wild and dirty and will definitely get the blood flowing!!! Great for the whole family as well. You have so much sight seeing through the village. Definitely worth the time and money and everyone is super friendly

The buggies!!!!!

This was an amazing experience for our whole group of 13 people (2 children under 10) everything from start to finish was amazing. The pick up at the hotel was super easy. The communication was a solid 10. We purchased the pictures at the end of the trip and also very satisfied!! Would recommend to adults and kids!

Awesome Punta Cana Day Trip

Fantastic day trip as a family for 4 (two teenagers). We were totally covered in mud and loved every minute! The stop at Macao beach was refreshing and beautiful - we could have spent all day on that beautiful stretch of beach (I don't know how there is no seaweed there, but it was a little piece of heaven!). Our group was only 5 buggies, which made for a nice small group experience vs. the other groups we passed with 15 or more. They also provided us with helmets, which was nice as that does not seem to be the standard. The cenote swim was just a quick stop at the end, but very refreshing (and necessary to rinse off at the end!). It was very touristy, but we enjoyed it. Our guide JV was very friendly and helpful, and the crew of "paparazzi" took some wonderful photos that will help us remember this wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Carribean Sun Yours for anyone looking for a fantastic (dirty) day out!

It was a great experience our tour guide jb was excellent a great day out got covered in mud would definitely recommend it.

Bad business

They messaged the day before our trip and asked us to reschedule as they’d booked a large private group and replaced our booking we made months prior. Once I refused they changed the story to well we are closed. I asked for a refund instead. This Was what we were most excited to do and they chose to give our bookings to someone else. Bad business.

A few of the Dune Buggies...

A few of the Dune Buggies kept breaking down. I noticed a few from other companies were on the side of the road as well. Maybe some money needs to be put into a few new ones. Overall, it was a fun experience. Just wish some of my family and friends were able to stay with us during the entire tour.

Driving durty

Great tour! Loved it! My family.. 2 teens had a ball! Transportation went good, no problems there! Macao beach was beautiful! Got pics with monkeys & birds

Fun experience

It was really fun but really short time in the beach and cave. I wish we could spend more time in the water. Pricing was tricky after I booked they txt me to let me know they were going to cancel my reservation because the pricing was given if 2 people were on a buggy, however because I was riding solo it was an extra $15 which I had to pay cash.

GREAT

This was a great excursion all the while it was a bit scary. This is real off road riding as the roads are terrible! Many riders including myself and my son broke down in the middle of a trip and had to wait for a replacement that is how bad the roads are! I would have wished that they did not keep us waiting so long to begin the excursion without any updates, otherwise it was a great experience!

Great experience

Family time is really a blast. Carlos was incredibly helpful and ensured that we will all had such a nice time. He's a good guy to talk to. Everything went very smoothly, and I actually enjoyed the whole range of life in the Dominican Republic.

Shuttle never picked us...

Shuttle never picked us up. They never even called. We had to call them and wait a hour for them to come get us.

A lot of fun

Great time. Buggies wicked fun. Tour guides cool. Just get ready to haggle if u want to buy drinks or anything at Macou Beach and the cave. Both stops are worth it though. Especially Macao Beach so beautiful I wish I had time to spend a half day there and go surfing. Also busses that pick u up are flat bed trucks with seats and railings bolted to them it's like you're on a safari from the get go. Definitely worth it.

Lots of fun!!

Great trip, lots of fun! This outfitter provides helmets, others we saw didn't. Very safe, friendly staff & great for families. Cave & beach great stops. Be prepared to get covered in mud!! The only criticism was the "plantation". Not what was expected, basically an opportunity for the establishment to sell their products.

It was an amazing experience, they picked you up from the hotel to the meeting place. All-terrain vehicles and off-road vehicles are very interesting. The tour is about 4 hours. Thomas and the staff answered all our questions and made sure we are always safe. We stayed on the beach for about 15 minutes and it was absolutely amazing. 100% must be done in Punta Cana.

Amazing experience.!

Thomas led us through Dominican towns to a wonderful cave and ended a day of relaxing on the beach, which was amazing. The photographer is capturing every moment that makes us laugh, and he poses for us. This is the perfect ending for our honeymoon!

Awful

Do NOT do this excursion! They ripped us off. We waited for an hour for pick up, called them with no answer multiple times, our hotel's concierge called with no answer multiple times, then then they called us a NO Show even though we were trying to contact them. Then when we asked for a refund from Trip advisor/Viator and without even asking me the customer for proof or my side, sided with these crooks and said no refund the vendor said you were a no show. Don't know if we will use Trip Advisor or Viator again either.

Don’t book if you don’t want to waste your miney

Do not book this tour if you don’t want to waste your money. We booked and they never showed up then lied and said they waited for 40 minutes. Then Viator took their side even though we had screenshots of trying to get ahold of them and our concierge also tried getting ahold of them. I had faith in Viator/TripAdvisor before but not anymore. Now I have to file a fraud claim with my bank because they lied and instead of taking the customers side and asking for my proof they took the company’s lies.

Everything was great booking and communication picking up from hotel Ana drop off. Everything was great.

NOT SAFE/HORRIBLE

This place is a JOKE!!! Asked for a refund due to resort saying it wasn't safe for them to pick us up outside the gates. Don't listen when they say can't come on resort we did two other tours no problems at all. They refused to give refund. What a joke bad customer service.

Lots of fun for a great price

The dune buggy’s were in decent condition, and the roads were fun. There is a lot of peddling that takes place at the beach, which kind of interferes with that part of the tour a lot. However the museum and cave portions were fun as advertised

NOT REPUTABLE

We bought a package on Expedia for Easter Sunday. We called and called and messaged the day before to no avail. Theres a Dune buggy moratorium during easter week which we didnt find out until we got there and our hotel informed us. They refused to reschedule and/or refund. Expedia was also unsuccessful in getting them to own up to it. Use Another provider. This one is out there to rip people off.

Worth it!

I just came back a few hours ago from this trip. So much fun!! It’s my first time in Punta Cana and my best friend and I are so happy we chose this. First time riding a dune buggy and all. I felt very safe and secure. The cave was so nice and refreshing. Everyone was super friendly and the photographer was amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming on vacation or visiting family!

Trip was amazing. Great tour guides lead us!! We stopped to taste freshly grown coffee, chocolate and had free cigars throughout the whole excursion!! Macoa beach was so beautiful and I got to hold a iguana.
