Slade was our captain and truly went above and beyond for us. My girls and I had such a great experience for my bachelorette party!! From moving to different areas of the sand bar, to providing games & goggles, helping us blow up our floaties, handing us our drinks from the boat so we never had to leave the water, and even shielding us from jellyfish. We didn’t have the best weather, but once we got the party going, we barely even noticed. We ended our trip with a tour of the harbor and lunch at one of the restaurants he recommended. Thank you Slade!

Above and beyond experience

We couldn't have had a better experience!! Captain Mike was just amazing. Very interactive the entire time, had us laughing, didn't have to lift a finger when it came to passing us food/ drinks and taught us how to look for hermit crabs haha! He made the experience awesome. Would 100% do it again and most definitely requesting Capt. Mike :)

Crab island must do!

My mother and I went on the boat with Captain Mike. He was very kind and fun, Making sure we’re were safe and had a great time. Awesome trip and we highly recommend this trip and Captain Mike!

Best boat excursion ever!

Our boat captain, Slade, was amazing. My daughter and I had the whole boat to ourselves. Slade took us to Crab Island and then on a nice relaxing boat tour of the beautiful homes. Even the 100's of Jelly fish couldn't ruin the day!!

Wonderful Day at Crab Island with Captain Mike

On 8/19, we traveled out to Crab Island with Captain Mike behind the wheel for a 3 hour excursion. It was the first time on CI for our daughter and son-in-law and they were blown away. Captain Mike was unbelievable!! Informative, professional, extremely helpful and catered to us like we were royalty! The boat was beautiful and very comfortable. The weather was perfect and we all enjoyed the emerald water. Do not hesitate to book this excursion and request Captain Mike! You will not go wrong.

Bring Sunscreen

It was our first time out to Crab Island and we did it on the day before we were leaving and couldn’t have picked a better thing to do! The 12:30pm time slot was perfect and our guide, Slade was the best! It’s definitely something anyone coming to Destin should do, not to mention it’s at a perfect location on the harbor with so much around it.

Awesome crab island trip

Captain Mike was above and beyond !Definetly do this crab island experience!No more than 6 people fit on the boat so it’s a very private experience and we were lucky enough was only two of us .Captain Mike was very helpful answering all of our questions and make sure we had an amazing time from the start till the end!Absolutley recommend this for everyone who like more private trips and the boat was super clean and quiet as well! Thank you Captain Mike !

No floating dock

Was not giving a floating dock as stated and tons of jelly fish. I kept this reservation primarily for the floating dock to avoid being stung by jellyfish. However, we were only given round tubes. We got stung several times

Crab island excursion

Our excursion was everything we hoped for. The captain, Slate, was a really nice guy who even aired up our float for us. He let us leave a little ahead of schedule and even took us on a boat ride after leaving Crab island. Highly recommended!!

Amazing

The tour was amazing, I went with my wife and my 2 children aged 7 and 12, it was all very fun, the captain was super polite and attentive, we will definitely be back! Thank you

Just a terrific experience. Capt Harrison got us a very nice spot out on the water. Music was great and we enjoyed the water toys he brought along. Boat had plenty of room and well-conditioned. Meet a very nice couple from Detroit so fun all around.

Relaxing morning on crab island

Great morning in the water hunting crabs on crab island. Captain was professional, knowledgeable and had safety in mind at all time. His experience showed as the waters got crowed around lunch and he navigated out.

Thank you Captain Mike, for an amazing day! The weather was beautiful, and Mike even found some dolphins for us to hang with and take photos of. The most memorable day of our Destin trip by far!

Great Excursion, Great Experience

Capt. Mike was great and my friends and I really enjoyed his southern hospitality. He was very personable and made the experience so much more than just a trip to crab island. He gave us a tour of the luxury homes and provided historical knowledge of Destin, FL. We even played a game. I will book this excursion again. It was a blast. Thanks Capt. We had an amazing and fun time with Cpt. Mike. He was super nice and helpful. Book yalls crab island trip with him!! I was unsure if I'd have fun at the island but we enjoyed it way too much!

Ask for Captain Mike

My husband and I booked a three-hour harbor tour. We went at 9:00 a.m. to avoid the hottest part of the day. We were on Capt. Mike’s boat, and he was friendly and informative in his interactions with us regarding how Crab Island and the East Pass were formed, among other tidbits of interesting details regarding the area. He drove us around the harbor to view the yachts, homes, and waterfront restaurants. We even saw dolphins! He blew up our floats, so we could enjoy some downtime in the water. He literally said, “You let me know what you want to do.” It was the relaxing element we needed prior to our 10-hour drive home.

Comfortable excursion

The ride was incredible, we didn't have any problems. Captain Mike was the best in providing us with excellent attention and kindness. Without a doubt we would return!

Must do when in Destin

Captain Slade was really friendly and considerate Knowledgeable and experienced too Overall experience was perfect The views were amazing and stayed at crab island for some hours and enjoyed the water and sun Definitely going to do this whenever we visit Destin again

Like a private experience

Went 7/7 for 12 pm slot. It was perfect time to go to crab island, it was gorgeous. It was like a private experience, only one other person with on the boat along with myself and a friend. The captain was great! Helpful with giving a mini tour/history about crab island and recommended great places to go for dinner/breakfast and night life. They had ice and cups available for our drinks, along with bottled water. Helped with getting our drinks for us while in water so we were able to relax in the water. They did have a floatation device to put drinks in while in water. Recommend bringing any additional floatation devices you may want in the water. Captain does have machine to blow devices up.

Best Trip ever

We have taken many trips to crap Island with other companies but this by far was the best and will be the only company we ever use in the future. We got a great spot, we got there early and even got to see dolphins. Thinks Captain Mike, we will see you again next year if not sooner!

Paradise

Great captain! Water was the most beautiful clear blue I had ever seen! Highly recommend! I travelled solo and everyone on the boat was great! It was my very own tropical paradise. Can’t wait to come back

Fun time at crab island

Harrison our captain was awesome! We went in the morning and that was perfect. We didn’t really know what to expect so we weren’t as prepared but we will definitely come back!

Worth Every Penny!

This was our first experience at Crab Island, and it was wonderful! The water was gorgeous and refreshing. There are vendors circling in their boats, if you want to buy food/drinks/souveniers. AJ was our captain and did a fantastic job! He was friendly, casual and chatted with us most of the time. He circled a dolphin and a pelican for us so we could get a closer look at them. He did his best to calm down my daughter while she was scared to go into the water. He handed us our drinks and made sure to play our music while we took a dip in the crystal clear water. I was worried about spending as much as I did, but I would definitely do this again!
