Poor customer service

Booked cruise through Viator, no contact number provided for the company - attempted to contact the company due to running 5 minutes late, no response and on arrival boat had left. Was told that the boat wouldn’t come back for us. Guy working in the office said he wouldn’t even bother contacting Viator customers to see if they were still coming so we drove an hour each way to get there just to be turned away for being 5 minutes late despite trying to get a hold of the cruise company. No empathy from the cruise company what so ever and then wouldn’t provide a refund. Terrible customer service, would recommend you book with a company who values their customers.

A truly spectacular cruise!

A truly spectacular cruise! The cruise dock was easy to find and well signed on the highway. The site has toilets, plenty of parking and a shop with deck area to look out over the river. The boat was big enough to feel safe (my first croc jumping experience!) and safely expectations were clearly stated at the start of the cruise. The staff on board were very knowledgeable and shared some great stories and facts about the crocs. Everyone on board had a great view of the crocs jumping and the driver ensured the boat was turned around so both sides could see. We would definitely recommend.

Amazing Jumping Crocs

WOW what an amazing morning. Staff were professional and very knowledgeable. Captain Jake didnt disappoint he knew exactly where to find the crocs and had them jumping right beside the boat. He had a story to tell about most of them with a side kick of humour..... he shared his knowledge of crocodiles answering everyone's questions with passion and enthusiasm. If in the NT this is a must do tour... Thankyou Elaine and Geoff

Exciting to see crocs in natural habitat

I hour cruise was just enough ,very informative guides ,super friendly guys running it,would highly recommend. Only 57kms out of Darwin, hire a car instead of paying $100 each for the bus

Best Jumping Croc Cruise

This was so awesome. Crocs coming straight for the boat as soon as you take off. Exceptional guides with their wealth of knowledge

Not worth it

The tour was not bad but we only saw 3 crocs and the duration of the tour was too short. This is a money maker not a good tourist attraction, we had rent a car and did 1h driving for something that not worth it. I really love crocodiles and i will now look for another better crocodile tour.

Spectacular Crocs

Fabulous experience in seeing all the crocs on the edge of the Adelaide River. Certainly wouldn’t want to end up in the water. Informative and amazing watching the crocs jump. Suitable for all ages!👏👏👏

Stumpy Rocks

The crocs were great - we saw a number - swimming in the river - coming to meet us. Swimming beside us - eye to eye- amazing The captain had so much info to share Highly recommend this trip, it is not for profit - well organised and informative Plus the ice cream at the shop are Devine Do it u will be gob smacked PS - I was to focused on the jumping to get a pic 🙄

Wild Crocking experience !!!

Such an amazing hour spent. Tour is so much worth and knowledge shared by both the folks was amazing. Recommended to not miss it when in Darwin or around NT.

Absolute cracking trip. Damo was a legend with the entertainment as well as knowledge of the crocs. They were all in flight.

Eat me

A very pleasant hour with good commentary. Being Territorians it was not new but have not done it for a number of years. A reasonably new boat well set up from previous experiences. Well worth it.

Brilliant experience and less than an hour from Darwin - I'd say it's a "must do" if you're in the area. Good facilities and pleasant, knowledgeable staff.

Spectacular 🌟

Skipper Damo was a crack up with his jokes and knowledge Everyone was able to see the crocs fed on both sides of the boat. Loved it and felt safe at all times. A MUST DO when visiting Darwin.

1 hour Jumping Crocodile Cruise

Wow what a great to see the crocodiles in their natural environment. The staff were fantastic and all the information shared by the person in charge of the boat was brilliant. If I am back in Darwin I will do this again

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely amazing ! It was our first trip to Darwin and we will for sure be back and looking forward to seeing the jumping crocs again! Love how much they care for the crocodiles ❤️

Really enjoyed our croc tour trip today. Got to see a couple of crocs and also experience live feeding with the crocs jumping right in front of us. Damo and Shaneo were fantastic tour guides, ensuring everybody saw the jumping crocs and Damo shared some interesting facts along the way too. Would highly recommend this tour! Holy Jumping Crocodiles!

Great skipper Damo and assistant Shano. Full of fun facts about crocs and their habitat. All safety instructions were clearly given. A good way to spend an hour on the Adelaide River.

Brilliant!

Great experience. The host was very informative and entertaining. The staff ensured everyone had ample opportunity to see the crocodiles and take photos. The 'cherry on top' was the feeding of the Sea Eagle and Kites on the way back to shore. Well done. Worth every cent for a once in a lifetime experience. My 17 year old son and 14 year old daughter loved it.! Thank you

Very disappointed

Staff are friendly. However, only ended up seeing 2 Crocs, and they weren't interested in the food at all. Was very boring at times, only know it can be better because of a croc tour I did with another company a year ago on the same river and we was kept entertained the whole hour with lots of crocs. I know it's depended on the day. However, this isn't made clear, and considering these rivers a full of Crocs, we didn't see them.

The whole experience was amazing, the guys were super passionate and knowledgeable about the crocs, it was just a brilliant experience. The best thing of all though was that we saw heaps of crocodiles!

Fantastic!

Highly recommended experience! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, funny and passionate and really made the experience. We were impressed by the number of crocs we saw on the tour, plus the birds of prey display was a lovely bonus. The setup of the boat allowed for excellent visibility by all guests and felt very safe.

Great value and met lots of Crocs.

We did the 9am tour. The boat is really comfortable and well set up. We got to see so many crocodiles on the tour. The skipper provided excellent information as we cruised and the the crocs did not disappoint raising for the food and very close to the boat. Great value and great fun. Highly recommend

Fantastic family friendly tour highly recommend!

Cannot thank staff enough for today. Our 4yo son who suffers anxiety and was ridiculously tired today lost it once it was time to board the boat. A fantastic gentleman staff member chatted to him and quickly convinced him otherwise. Once we were aboard the boat it was wonderful. The perfect amount of commentary and facts shared by our well informed guide, along with the odd Dad joke kept our tour interesting for all age groups. Crocs galore right from the get go. The sturdy, comfortable boat made us feel safe and my son was at ease within moments. Every staff member we encountered gave us a warm friendly welcome. Lovely little items were available for purchase along with nice cold drinks. I’d recommend this tour to anyone - the young, the older folk, with or without kids. Thank you 😊

Amazing crocodile experience

Amazing trip, saw plenty of crocs fed as well as white bellied sea eagles. Damo and co were excellent at their navigation, communication and feeding skills. Don’t miss this if you go to NT.

Incredible opportunity to see crocs in the wild

This was such a fun outing. Great experience and the ability to see crocs in their natural habitat. Small tour size, with great guides, made this a must do. The guides were down to earth, super knowledgeable, and obviously very passionate. Can recommend this without hesitation.

Great storytelling

Damian 'Wildman' Duffy and Paddy were fabulous story tellers. I was grateful for how well they interacted with my children. We all loved the cruise and listening to the guides. Particularly loved that Damian was able to talk in detail about crocodile industry and how to care for the animals. It was clear that they are not a company that takes advantage of the local crocodile population, but that they care about the animals they regularly come across and care about the ongoing sustainability of the whole ecosystem. We were all very impressed and would highly recommend.

Must do activity for anyone visiting Darwin!

Amazing cruise on which we saw heaps of crocodiles in their natural habitat. The staff were knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning facts we never knew. The jumping itself is remarkable and we loved that we supported an indigenous owned business. Highly recommend !

Spectacular!

The croc tour was amazing, saw quite a few crocs and some sea eagles and kites. Were lucky as there were only 4 people on the boat The guys operating the tour . Rick , Shane and Paddy are very passionate about their work. Good value for money . Highly recommend this tour

Best Jumping Croc Tour in Darwin

It is by far the best experience we have in joining a tour. The operators are professionals & very passionate in their work. They did their best to keep the one hour tour entertaining every minute from beginning to end. Will recommend them if you are visiting Darwin.
