Perfect bikes!

Perfect service! Bikes were brought to our hotel, including explanation. We used them mainly to cycle to Los Christianos and back. Uphill no effort with these electric city bikes! Would recommend this company.

What a great way to exlpore the island. Miguel was on time, easy to talk to and very helpful. Definately recommend them! Helmets and bike locks included.

Great service

Great service quick to reply to messages. Door to door pick up and drop off would recommend. We had the electric city bikes which worked great up the Steep hills and got us all the way along the coast which we could never of walked !! Would deffo get again and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service with delivery and collection from our hotel. The Trek EBikes were fantastic with plenty of assistance and at the end of the day more than enough battery left for another day which was surprising I had mine in turbo mode the whole day.

Great company to deal with. Bikes delivered to and picked up from our hotel at the agreed times - no waiting around. The bikes were in great condition and helmets and security locks provided. Price Includes insurance and assistance in event of breakdown/punctures etc. Will definitely book with this company again

Outstay

Wow what a service, bikes were dropped off at hotel on time with extra batteries with full instructions. Total confidence. Then we broke down a few km’s away to say the least and a quick phone call and they were there replaced the bike immediately with no fuss and no charge absolutely brilliant !!! Would highly recommend to anyone especially if you were a bit nervous x

Note 10 A fantastic day I rented the bikes for 1 day Everything was top ten Tiis is the second wonderful experience with this rental company. I spent a few hours on the bikes and I didn't feel tired, only the pleasure of pedaling from Los American to Costa Adeje and then through Los Cristianos. A wonderful day through the wonderful island

Ebike hire

Great service from Carlos, they dropped and picked up the bike to our accommodation. Super easy and good bike. We managed to cycle to the top of Teide with a few stops for recharging.

Great product and amazing service!

I didn't reserve or book the bike ahead of time but they accommodated my request and delivered the bike within the hour to my hotel. He also noted that in case i encounter any emergencies (ie flat tire, etc..), just call him and they will be there to service it. Highly recommend! Bike was great too!

We got really stylish white bikes!

Rented bikes on 2 different weeks during our stay & they were superior to any bikes we’ve rented on any other holiday. Battery life was really good (to be fair we weren’t going up mountains) but plenty of power. The guys who delivered them to our hotel were really friendly & informative.

A must do in Tenerife

This service ran by Miguel was excellent. His replies via WhatsApp were super efficient and helpful, he explained how to use the bikes and what to do if any issues. We also wanted to return the bike the same day and he was able to meet us to collect them within 45 mins notice. The actual bikes are high quality and easy to use. We will definitely use them again when we return to Tenerife.

Vélo Ténérife

Les vélos étaient super, nous avons pu faire de belle balade inaccessible de base sans voiture, je recommande absolument ! Le service est génial aussi flexibilité au niveau des horaires de dépose de vélo et pour les récupérer, merci au monsieur qui s’est occupé de nous, il était très gentil et très serviable.

Snel en makkelijk contact via whatsapp. Fietsen worden gebracht en opgehaald bij het hotel. Goede fietsen, zeker aan te raden met alle heuvels op het mooie tenerife!

Mycket bra service. Cykeln fungerade mycket bra. Uppgiven räckvidd stämde väldigt bra med hur mycket ström som gick åt på min tur.

Vandaag gebruik gemaakt van de e-bikes van Bike Rent Tenerife. Top fietsen die ook nog eens gebracht en gehaald worden door een vriendelijk persoon. En ook nog stipt op de afgesproken tijden. Zeker een aanrader.

Great service and nice people

Super snelle en correcte service. Dag voordien gebeld en aan de telefoon afgesproken dat de prijs 60€ Was. Bij levering aan ons hotel, stipt op tijd stond er 72€ op het document. Na melding van de afspraak via telefoon werd het bedrag aangepast zonder enige moeite. We hadden twee elektrische stadsfietsen met op beiden een kinderstoeltje. Normaal kostte dat effectief meer dan 60€. Toch werd het aangepast en geloofde de man ons op ons woord. Zeer klantvriendelijk. De fietsen waren in zeer goede staat en hebben een heel fijne dag beleefd. Een aanrader.

El mejor sitio para alquilar bicicletas de toda la isla. Atencion muy buena, bicicletas en perfecto estado. Te acercan la bicicleta al hotel. Una maravilla!! Volveré a repetir sin dudarlo. Muchísimas gracias!!

Bici fantastiche e servizio ottimo

Bici fantastiche, molto comode e la batterie dura tanto (in 1giorno ne abbiamo consumata solo 1/4) Servizio ottimo. Abbiamo ricevuto e consegnato le bici al nostro hotel.

Un día inolvidable de bicicleta con la familia!

Alquilamos dos bicis eléctricas con y una sillita para nuestra hija de 4 años. La experiencia fue fantástica desde el minuto uno. Llamamos a Bike Rental Tenerife y en menos de 15 minutos recibimos las bicicletas en nuestro hotel. Estaban nuevas y las baterías duraron todo el día. Cuando terminamos las dejamos aparcadas en la sala de maletas del hotel y Bike Rental Tenerife se encargó de venir a recogerlas. Un servicio muy dinámico y eficiente. Súper recomendable!
