Lovely day exploring Cairo's history with Ehab

This was a nice half-day tour of several sites in Cairo. We saw the highlights of Coptic Cairo, the Citadel, and the Egyptian Museum. This is a good tour to get a birds-eye view of the many religious and cultural influences of Egypt. My favorite was the Egyptian Museum. My guide, Ehab, gave a really good tour of the museum's highlight's then gave me free time to take pictures and see more (like the mask of King Tut). The guide was also very considerate to give me picture-taking time everywhere and answer my questions. He was quite knowledgable. The driver, Peter, was also very courteous too. Thanks Ehab and Peter for a great day!

Flexible

We spent a good day getting some knowledge of the ancient of Egypt and seeing a bit of their life style. Our guide was flexible asking what we would like to see and go, as we shared that we had been to other market. He showed was the stores. It was nice.

Fantastic

Super interesting day in old Cairo visiting the oldest church, mosque and synagogue of the city. So much history. Then the Egyptian museum which needs no words for the treasures showed. Wonderful day with our special guide Aheb (thanks!) and driver Hassan

Awesome city tour

Fabulous tour of Cairo city. Guide Marsil was very knowledgeable about the Coptic and Islamic heritage and history. The architecture is breathtaking. I added a sailboat ride (Feluca) which was also very nice. Beautiful way to see Cairo - from the water with a refreshing breeze. Ibrahim the driver was very good. Very careful and safe

Fascinating tour in Cairo

Kryllos Eskandar was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and organised our tour to suit our wishes. He explained about Egyptian culture from Ancient right up to current day. Fascinating and inciteful. Ahmed was a great driver in a comfortable air conditioned car. We would highly recommend as we had a personal tour at a reasonable price. We enjoyed it so much we are booking them both again for tomorrow.

Good experience on my first visit in Cairo

Thanks to the guide and driver,we were able to travel the major sightseeing sites safely and efficiently, while taking a lot of photos. You can enjoy even with small children.

Amazing experience with our fantastic guide Ehab! A must-do in Cairo!

We spent a fabulous day with our guide Ehab, going to the Citadel, the Egyptian Civilization museum and the Khan el khalili market. Ehab was really knowledgeable about the Citadel and mosque. He explained all the displays in the museum very clearly and in such an engaging way that even the kids were not bored. More than anything, Ehab was just so pleasant, polite and helpful. The best part of the whole day was our visit to the market, where Ehab accompanied us and showed us around. This is truly where we saw how honest and helpful he was. We never once felt pressured to go to any store or buy anything. Unlike other visits and tours we’ve taken, where the guides take you to certain stores where they get a commission, Ehab was very respectful of us and just guided us through but left us to our own devices in the stores. We never felt manipulated at any time. Would recommend this tour a 100% because you feel like the team are looking out for you.

Cairo in a day

Mr. Ahmed Gaber is very patient, knowledgeable and did a great private guided tour of Cairo in a day. We covered a lot and it was not very tiring either. He was very amicable and helpful. Both trips were very informative through the guides allocated to us.

Again, we had a very informative guide, Ehab, though he sometimes talked a little too fast to digest all the information that he wanted us to absorb. The driver Mohammed was quiet, but drove carefully. The only disappointment was the lunch compared with yesterday's as it was just a bowl of rice and pasta with some veggie bits and a tomato sauce. The visit to Cairo Museum was amazing although the famous mask of Tutenkhamun was in another museum, so slightly disappointing.

Day tour of Cairo historical landmarks

Super fun filled pack day with last minute booking suggestion from our airport driver Tamer. Completed two museums and two religious sites in the same day. Our guide Ehab was incredible. Excellent English description of everything we wanted to know. His super strength and pride of his job showed a five star rating. Amazing everyone new and respected Ehab. He made sure we weren’t rush and took photos of us and gave us ample of time to walk around and enjoy our surroundings. Both Tamer and Ehab made an excellent team combining together. What a wonderful day I had with my guide Bisho and our driver Islam I got stuck in traffic reaching the meeting point in the morning but they patiently waited for me then we started with a visit of the Coptic quartier followed by the Muslim area and the grand finale was the Egyptian museum I had a wonderful time They were both very attentive, genuine and caring. My family was tired so I went on my own. As a solo woman traveling I felt extremely secure and comfortable with both. Thanks again Wishing you both all the best Thanks Yasmina

Good half day tour

Good day out if you have limited time to explore the museum and bazaar. I don’t have much more to say but there is a minimum character limit

To save money you could use Uber however the service was excellent. The driver was always on time as we set it. He was very kind and dependable. Due to how smoothly everything went the ease was more priceless than what I could have saved using Uber.

Fun and knowledgeable. The tour guide was very informative and nice. The architecture of the Muhammad church is beautiful and the you can see a good view of Cairo.

Eventful day in old Cairo

Our guide Ehab and our driver Ahmed gave us a perfect half day out in old Cairo. We skipped the already visited Egyptian Museum and are replacing it with the Khan El Khalili bazaar. First we visited Hanging church and Cave church christian churches. Ehab was very thorough and told interesting stories. Later we went to Muslim Cairo and visited the citadel, the Muhammad Ali mosque and the bazaar. During the walk we learned a lot about the surrounding buildings and streets. Finally, our guide and our driver managed to find a place to buy lunch during Ramadan and took us back to the hotel. It was a truly eventful day. Ehab sent many pictures he had taken during the tour.

Great first day in Cairo.

Bishoo was very energetic and passionate about Egypt. He was also very knowledgeable about Coptic and Islamic Egypt. He also took us to perfume and papyrus shops - even tho not mentioned on the tour listing.

Wonderful

Such a wonderful surprise to see Yasser again this morning for my Coptic Cairo Tour and visit to the museum. I really enjoyed the visits to the churches and mosque, and he was such a wealth of knowledge.

The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum was amazing. We are very great fil for the information we learned of Cairo’s history but also the Ancient Civilizations. Being able to see so many structures from such a long time ago was overwhelming and very exciting.

Thus whole was amazing! Ehab and Ahmed were extremely friendly and courteous. The museum was beautiful and the felucca ride was very relaxing.

Really good tourguide (ask for Mahdy), very knowledgeable and speaking English perfectly! Entry fees are not included but given that it’s only 40€ including driver, value for money is great. If you don’t want to make any shopping stops (like so many other commercialized tours do),you can let the guide know. Would do it again!

I had one of the best guides and Egyptologist, Khaled for the tour. He gave a detailed explanation on each location and made the experience fun with his knowledge of Egyptian history. I recommend to have him on this tour!

Enjoyable and informative

Today we visited Cairo's various important and historic place of worships. Ahmeds knowledge and historical narrative is very broad. He continued to keep us intrigued and educated us during our tour. He also took us to the Museum where he did a fantastic job at describing Ancient Egypt.

The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian museum was Amazing. I have always been fascinate by King Tutt history. And going to the church where Mary and Joseph hide in a cave to escape King Herod was very eye opening for me. As a Christian, this was very humbling to me. I enjoyed my second day of tour. My tour guide again was Doaa. She is so knowledgeable about the history of Egypt.
