Easy and efficient!

Really glad we booked this, our flight was coming in very late and pur hotel didn't have an airport pickup. First time to Egypt so we were a but nervous. Issac picked us up right after we deboarded, helped us through immigration and to get our bags. Gave us also a lot of info as we were passing sites on the way to the hotel. It was a warm welcome to Egypt and I'd definitely recommend to other first timers.

Isaac is great, had a sign with my name on it before passport control, breezed us through passport and customs in the diplomat lane, coordinated with our Airbnb owner the address and arrival time, and took us there. Our flight arrived at 11pm so we were a bit nervous about it being so late but Isaac reassured us and made us feel very safe. Told us about his life in Cairo, very interesting man! I definitely recommend booking Isaac to get you through the airport to your home with no problems.

Best thing I ever booked! Met as we exited arrivals by a smiling and friendly Kyro. Visa done in 5 minutes, through Immigration in 10, luggage collected and into the car to be driven to the hotel. Ice cold water provided and a safe and easy drive through the traffic. I would highly recommend this service as we avoided the long queues. Worth every cent we paid! Our guide was Isaac, who greeted us as we disembarked at the gate. He had already taken care on the visas. It was then seamless and stress-free to get through customs. We then had transport to the hotel in a clean car with a knowledgeable guide.

Meet and Greet Cairo Airport

Isaac was fantastic, very efficient, professional and friendly. He was there, just before passport control, when I landed. After a long flight, I really appreciated that Isaac completely eliminated the stress of the airport and provided a smooth ride to my hotel. This might not be the best choice for a young, adventurous backpacker on a budget, as there are less expensive ways to get to Cairo from the airport. I am a mature woman, and although a seasoned traveller, I found this service to be very well worth the price for a seamless and pleasant transfer from the airport to the hotel. I definitely recommend this experience.

Super professional. Kind and helpful driver. Well dressed and safe driver. He was on time and standing holding a sign with my husbands name. Super cool! He helped with all transactions. Visa and currency exchange. Also. Getting through the shady security who are asking for tips if you simply say hello to them. Our driver was amazing!

An Absolute Godsend

What an amazing experience and well worth the price! Our driver Kyrillos was absolutely incredible. He met us just after our gate, already had our visas ready to go, and took us straight through customs and out the door. He was also our tour guide on the way to our hotel, giving us facts and information about the city of Cairo and Giza. We didn’t just receive a driver, we received a friend.

FANTASTIC!

Isaac is amazing. I had no idea that when I changed my arrival time due to a flight cancellation that I didn’t change the date with it. Isaac not one showed up at the time I said I should be there but when I didn’t show up he came again at the original time I had booked just to make sure. When he realized that flight had cancelled he contacted me to see what was going on. Thats when my mess got cleared up and he met my wife and I. The VIP through the airport was stress free and the ride to the hotel was safe and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this service enough!!

Definitely the VIP experience!!

HIGHLY recommend this company. Yes it is a bit pricey compared to other companies but it is worth it. Isaac met us before passport check and gave us the visa before we got to passport check. Once we got to passport check, we went to the local citizen line and not the tourist line, we saved about an hour waiting in line. Isaac was amazing and after passport line, there is a checkpoint where if you do you research, this is where they scare you, and ask you where you are from and if you say the wrong thing they will take you to immigration customs and keep you for hours until they let you out. Isaac spoke to them and gave them our whole itinerary and told them we were good. I did see a lot of foreigners get stopped and get interviewed. He then took us to get our phone local sim cards. Paid $10 USD for our whole 10 day trip. By the time we finished it was already 2:30 AM and even then Isaac took us to get food. Isaac was amazing and this was definitely a VIP experience like stated on their tour. Would highly recommend for any foreigners! THANK YOU ISAAC!

Fantastic

Isaac was recommended by a friend from Brisbane. Communicating with him was extremely easy and we arranged a meet and greet service at Cairo airport on arrival from LHR. Our flight was delayed but Isaac was waiting to meet us at 1am in the morning. He guided us through customs, arranged our visa and helped with our bags and delivered us safely to our hotel. We had arranged a full day tour the day after arrival and were picked up at our hotel at 8am by our wonderful guide Treaz and driver Kyrillos. Before we knew it we were standing in front of the amazing pyramids. Treaz is a qualified Egyptologist and her knowledge was outstanding. After some short walk we were driven to a viewing area. We were then taken to a Papyrus demonstration and an essential oil shop. Both were interesting but absolutely no pressure to buy. We then stopped at a restaurant for lunch with an amazing array of hot food and delicious salads. A visit to the Bazaar was next and was also interesting where a couple of small purchase were made. Finally a visit to the Egyptian museum finished off a very memorable day. Thank you to Isaac, Treaz and Kyrillos for making our visit to Cairo so memorable.

Wow, I honestly cannot recommend this VIP service more! Isaac made the whole experience a total breeze. He met me before customs, helped me through the whole process and with my bags, drove me to my airbnb, even making sure I asked the host whether I would have water, and then stopped along the way to get some for me. He even helped with finding the building guard so I could check into the airbnb - I had to wait for a little bit while things got settled, and he waited with me and the building guard to help translate and figure everything out. I was so happy to hear that tours are offered through the same company, and we had a wonderful experience! My brother and I had a fantastic tour of the pyramids and sphinx, despite me asking about it rather last-minute! Our tour leader and driver Kyro was so funny and friendly, and even stopped to find us a delicious sugar cane drink, and then our tour guide Sarah was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy-going. They made our time so easy and fun! Although they did not ask for tips, I had heard about tipping custom in Egypt, so I decided to tip well to show that I appreciated the good experience! I definitely recommend both the VIP meet and greet -and- any tour that you want to do!

Great pickup service. Our flight landed very early in the morning. When Isaac couldn't find us he called and texted to get ahold of me. (We were just slow because we had our 8 and 2 year old kids with us.) Once he found us, Isaac helped with visas and customs. He walked us to the transport he had arranged and ensured the driver knew where to take us. Isaac was on time, dependable, and trustworthy. Just what we needed!
