Private VAN Airport Transfer: Cairo Airport Transfer to anywhere in Cairo

Rimo Tours is useless, they do not follow your instructions. Beware!!!!

We pre-booked a taxi with Rimo Tours and had our own schedule that Rimo agreed to as well beforehand as there was 13 of us and we were only in Cairo for one day so wanted to maximise Cairo before the flight back to Hurghada the same day. The driver was friendly but the reason we were very disappointed and won:t recommend Rimo is that after he picked us up he us to a papyrus shop where we had a lecture and the tour guide was trying to sell us scrolls. We didn't ask for a tour guide. He then took us to a shop for horse carriages instead of the pyramids. We were on a tight schedule and he wasted about 2.5 hours of our morning on this when we could've been at the pyramids. I emailed Rimo to complain but they didn't reply back. Too many add-ons when all we wanted was an all day taxi.

Trustworthy Service

We were very pleased with our airport to hotel transfer on arrival in Cairo. Rimo Tours communicated with us via WhatsApp, giving us assurance of being met on time for our midnight arrival. Everything went very smoothly.

Excellent private transfer from Cairo airport

We booked a private transfer through Rimo tours and we were lucky to have Captain Iman Mohamed as our driver. Iman was very friendly and kind. She made sure that we found ourselves safely to our destination. Highly recommended service!

Beware!

Driver kept constantly in touch and on time. Very efficient. However the title of this product can be misleading. Some times be for our departure the tour operator got in touch with us advising they would require an additional USD 5.00 as apparently Giza is not in Cairo???. We did accept and agreed to pay as we did not know any better. To our surprise we were got there we discovered that Giza is in fact in Cairo!.

I booked a private transfer to get from Cairo Airport to Zamalek area. Mohammed Yousif was very kind and professional. He did wait for us after the flight was delayed and while we had passport, visa controls and luggage collection. It was perfect to get into the city and reach our final destination. Thank you!

Asked for extra money

Asked for an additional amount less than 24 hours from the scheduled pickup time even though they had confirmed the pickup days prior.

Polite and kind Driver

The driver was really polite, helpful and kind! A pity that the company did not provide him with a navigation system and we had to borrow him our mobile phone so he can use gogglemaps. Otherwise, the car was very clean and the transfer went well

Worst driver ever

Had 2 transfers from Cairo airport from same company. The one on the 21/10 was great, driver met us and drove us to the hotel fine. When we had second one on 28/10 (different dirver) we were in fear of our life, the driver was tailgating and cutting people up (not normal Egyptian driving level of craziness the worse driver I've ever seen). Seemed a nice guy but drove like a psycho. Genuinely horrible experience.

Fast and efficient transfer from the hectic airport to your hotel. Person was waiting with a sign outside of the airport arrivals section. Fast, safe, and efficient driver. Would definitely recommend.

5 bags and a child's trolley - not a problem.

The driver waited us as plane was landing with an 1 hour delay, helped us to take lots of luggage and was kind and pleasant. Everything is ok and liked it. Thanks to our driver Mohamed Ahmed.

Unic vacation in Egypt

Beside the excellent transfer to and from the airport, we had many oher activities, like Old Islamic Cairo day tour, half Day Giza pyramids, Coptic Cairo, etc, taylor made tours. Everything was exquisite, very clean van, good and helpfull drivers, exceptional guide( Madame Hoda). We spend even 10 hours in our trips, nobody was with the eyes on the wach. Very good prices, even to Abu Simbel( far from Asuan). We spent amazing time in Egypt!

We first met Mohammed Rady when he collected us from Cairo Airport. He was early and waiting for us very patiently. We were very tired from the flight and Mohammed made the journey so pleasant for us and accomodated our every need. He went on to explain some information about Cairos hot spots as we drove by. His English is good. He was so polite and kind and offered if we ever need anything to text or call him as he knows how to get some good prices for tours and trips. He gave us some information on where to travel around in cairo and good spots to go and see. After staying 4 days in Cairo, we needed to travel to Hurgahda
