The entire experience with Ahmed Gaber the Tour Guide along with the driver Osama was absolutely delightful! The way that the trip was organized made appreciate the experience and locales with more awe than I could imagine. I could tell that Ahmed was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about every single sight on the tour. On top of that, Osama is a very skilled driver and is extremely adept to the bustling roads in the area. On recommendation from me would be to ride the camels when given the opportunity. It may seem a bit scary at first but it’s an unforgettable experience!

Amazing, Highly Recommend!

We took this tour in June 2024. It was a great experience. Sam and Mina made the day great. Sam was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and all of the key info on the sites. He gave us a personalized tour of the Giza complex. He was very patient and helpful especially as we navigated the camel ride, sphinx and shopping. I appreciate his recommendations and helpfulness with making the tour so nice. He was also quite patient when our group needed to walk slower or needed more time in certain stores. I would highly recommend booking with Sam and Mina for this tour !!

Nour Nagy (the English speaking guide) and Ayman (the amazing driver). Today could not have gone better. Nour was amazing and guided me through all the ins and outs of Egypt. She was so kind and full of information. I am a solo traveler and she made this experience for me feel so fun and most importantly safe! We made multiple stops and she offered to take my photos. If I could give more stars than what's allowed right now, I would! Nour and Ayman were AMAZING! *Quick side note, closed toed shoes is a MUST! I wanted to wear cute sandles for the photos, but they would not have made it if I did. Sneakers or some kind of shoes for outdoors. Your feet will thank me later 😉💜

Best day ever!

Experience of a lifetime! Mostafa was an excellent and thoughtful guide. He was kind and helpful throughout the entire day. He shared interesting facts, and checked on everything we needed. It made the day so seamless and pleasant. We were able to visit pyramids that were basically empty and it was incredible! Mostafa made sure to help with even the small details, such as Egyptian money for the bathrooms 😂. We would 100% recommend him, and will call him if we ever return. As a side note, we had a different tour guide the following day, and she was terrible. I wish we had him again!

Great Day Trip from Cairo!

Went on this tour with family in May 2024 and we had a great time! Mostafa was a great tour guide and Hani was an excellent driver. The communication before the trip was great, Mostafa got in touch the night before and made pickup at our hotel super easy. We started with the Great Pyramids complex and they drive you between all of the different stops here. The camel ride is pretty quick, you go out to the panorama and the guide takes all of your pictures while you stay on the camel. We then continued on to Memphis and Saqqara. Despite the heat, we were comfortable in the large air-conditioned car and were grateful that we decided to start at 8 am. Our guide Mostafa was knowledgeable about Egyptian history and helpful with logistics and advice throughout the tour. He also takes incredible pictures and videos! The tour does make a few stops at local shops, but you shouldn't feel obligated to buy if you aren't interested since prices can be high. Also, be aware that some people can be pushy about tips, including the camel handler and guides inside the Saqqara Pyramids. To be clear, you should tip them something, but with us, they kept demanding more. Although please do remember to tip your tour guide and driver at the end of the tour!

Highly recommended!

As a traveler and photographer who don’t usually take tour guides and prefer to venture solo, I’m glad went with Nour Nagy and George Abkareno who were super accommodating and gave me all the time I needed to walk around and snap the shots I wanted. It was nice to learn a bit of the history and not having to deal with anyone or anything else other than the enjoying my time and shooting photos. George was also getting some cool behind the scene videos of myself shooting photos which is very appreciated!

Giza, Sahara, and Memphis Tour

Went and got to go see the pyramids with some of my bids and our tour guide Sam. Had an absolute blast. Sam made things effortless and kept a lot of the hawkers away from us while we saw the sights. If you plan on coming to Egypt to see the Pyramids this is the way to do it. Thanks again Sam!

It can be done in 1/3 of the price if u do on your own

Guide asked to enter in ku smaller pyramid snd not the great pyramid while great pyramid is only worth going inside… Few places were avoided saying its very sunny which I realized later on while seeing photos of other people..Guide is not great for taking photos… its not a full day tour.It can be done in 3-4 hours max if time is managed rather than being slow purposely on other things rather than tour. Over all guide is nice person but could have done more … The fee charger by Viator is way more than the amount spent on tickets and all.One can do this on uber and but ticket on counter rather than online in 1/3rd of the price … Food is included but water/drink isn’t so have to buy in restaurant at and exaggerated price plus tip…

Awesome!

We had a great day from pick up to finish. We were picked up on time and communicated with. Our guide Wael Abdallah was very knowledgeable and attentive. He made sure to provide details and gave clear information on what we were doing for the day. He was also an amazing photographer for myself and my family. We have these memories to last a lifetime. Our driver Ahmed was also very good and kept us safe. From pyramids, to camel riding, to the sphinx, and more it was a awesome day. Can't thank them enough!

Ali baba is a really knowledgeable Egyptologist, friendly, jolly and lively person.He teaches you everything in detail and trust me with a knowledge person these pyramids are just rocks. Aymn who drove us is really experienced driver and a nice person to travel with.I had amazing and friendly experience with them and I must say it was worth every dime

Today was a perfect way to round out my adventure in Cairo. Eman was an absolute delight. Nour and Hany (our tour guide and driver) took us on an amazing adventure in and around Cairo, visiting the most spectacular Pyramid sites. Phenomenal day with Sam

Sam led a very informative and fun tour through Giza and the pyramid complex. The day started as we were picked up and immediately he was excited to teach us about the Egyptian history. We were able to go in the kings chamber as well as climb on the pyramid for amazing photos. Sam got the best shots of us and was wanting us to be having a good time all day. He then set us up on camels and took us to the sphinx. Following our time at the pyramid complex we were taken to lunch for amazing kofta and given the opportunity to shop at local stores. Overall Sam exceeded all of our expectations and made for unforgettable day and experience.

Once in a lifetime experience

Sam was an amazing guide!! He took his time at each place with us and took some awesome pics for us that looked very cool, he knew how to take fun pics with the pyramids & did so with ease. The pyramids are so special and to see in person was amazing and the camel ride was my favorite!!! The lunch was arranged beautifully ahead of time by Sam. He also took us to Egyptian paper making, Egyptian high grade oils, & Egyptian jewelry. Be sure to bargain with sellers for best prices so you don’t get charged too much, they start out with high prices!! Overall special day & memories that I will cherish forever!

The magnificent Pyramid Tour and Camel ride

We had a fabulous day with our very knowledgeable, friendly guide Shariff. Not to forget our patient driver whom brought us where we needed to be. With Sharif's impresive knowledge about the Egypt history and passion makes this tour very pleasant. Our interest in pyramids were richly covered by Sharif's knowledge. He told us he had studied archeology which enriched our tour. This reflects all the answeres he gave us to our questions. This tour made our dream comes true. Thank you soo much to make this happen. Great way to see pyramids with limited time

Only had one day to see the pyramids and this worked out perfectly for us. Packed in the highlights of the great pyramid and the Sakkarah pyramid. Ahmed was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide who was able to point out the history and meaning of the pyramids.

The driver was in time for pick up at our hotel and we were able to see everything described on the listing and have some great photos as well. Our guide Sameh was ver knowledgeable and was able to answer many of the questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

It was an incredible experience the guide was very nice and able to explain everything very clear traveling in town and knowing the best restaurant and points of attraction was also on point.

SAM IS THE MAN best tour guide I’ve ever had. Gave us genuinely one of the best days of our lives. Took us to a few places after where you had the opportunity to buy some souvenirs that are authentic and not like what you get at a gift shop. Hanni was a great driver, very bubbly and was playing great music. If you are looking at doing a pyramid tour this is by far the crew you want showing you around. 10/10 would recommend.

This was the best tour we have ever been on. Sam was an incredible guide and took every care to ensure the trip moved at a pace we were comfortable with and to ensure we got as many photos and questions as possible. If you are considering getting a guide over doing it solo my advice would be it 100% enhances the experience and makes everything smooth and stress free. The driver Mina was also very good and friendly. Sam was so patient, very knowledgeable and passionate about Egypt, and also all round a very nice guy. If you are lucky enough to have Sam in your tour , be prepared for an amazing experience. The tour itself was brilliant. Seeing the pyramids of Giza up close was a dream come true, the camel round is 100% worth it because of the amazing views you get of the pyramid from the back. We were not hassled at all with Sam by our side, it was extremely pleasant and hassle free. Being able to touch the pyramids is a great privilege and Sam even showed us some hidden gems such as a whale fossil at the base of the pyramid. Sakkara is also incredible, it may even be better than Giza! What Sam can show you is just mind blowing and fascinating. Our trip then carried on to Memphis, which was also incredibly fascinating. Once again, Sam sorted every ticket and ensured we had an enjoyable hassle free experience! - They will also take you to a few shops on route (Jewellery and Papyrus store). There is no pressure from anyone in the stores to buy anything and overall we feel it certainly enhanced the experience. I would make sure to carry cash to tip with, you are never pressured to at all, but we felt everyone we saw tried very hard to give us a good experience so we wanted to tip. As we started early (which I would recommend due to less traffic and lower temperatures) we had lunch as a final destination which was large and tasty meal featuring many side dishes and your main course. We left the trip so happy and fulfilled with what we had payed for and cannot recommend it enough. It’s not often you visit places like this, so make sure you do it right and have an unforgettable experience like we did, thank you Sam and Mina!

Our guide Ahmed Elsayed was amazing. His knowledge of Egyptian history was great. He was very helpful with taking great pictures and recommending cool places and poses for pictures. The driver was very professional and safe.

Amazing family experience at the pyramids

We had a fantastic tour of the pyramids and sphinx with our amazing guide Eman. We're so glad we booked a tour as the site is huge and we learnt more this way. The camel ride was an unforgettable experience! The tour guide adapted the pace of the visit to the children when they were tired and wanted to do something which was perfect for us. The lunch was delicious.

Best tour ever!

Sam is all we could have asked for and more. From the time we met he made us feel welcomed and safe. He had thought of everything. He educated us on the culture and history, aswell as made sure had fun and took lots of photos. It felt that we were walking around with a friend more than a guide. He had local recommendations and made sure we didn’t spend too much at markets. He organised the camel ride and bike ride making sure we were safe at every step. The market sellers can be quite pushy at the pyramids but Sam made sure to get us through quickly and safely. I can’t recommend Sam enough. For anyone looking for this right tour, this is it!!

Gamal is a real treasure. He's not just a guide but an Egyptologist who knows and cares deeply about the history. You'll get a standard tour plus a heavy dose of in-depth discussion about any part of Egyptian history, if you want it. He took us to all the less frequented and more interesting parts of the pyramids. Felt like a guide you can actually ask questions to. Plus he's a likeable guy. Worth every penny.
