Airport to Cairo Hotel

We landed at 2:10 am, and our driver was at the airport exit (after baggage claim) and brought the van to our spot, loaded the luggage, and brought us to our hotel within 20 minutes. He was very professional and nice to talk with. An overall good experience.

there are services that will meet you inside. some will even help you get your visa if you need. if you don't need this and don't mind a sightseeing van picking you up, its great. driver was polite and accommodating.

Excellent service!

Excellent service! Omar was waiting for me and my 12 year old son when we arrived at Cairo Airport. He was waiting right outside the arrivals terminal with a sign. He drove us safely to our hotel (Mena House) and I highly recommend that you use this service! Word of advice: you can easily and quickly get your visa when you land at Cairo Airport. There is a bank window where you can get it quickly, no questions asked. You give them $25 per person and they give you the visa sticker to give to the customs agent with your passport. Thank you Omar!

Amazing service and so much more.

Amazing service and much much more. Not only was our guide waiting with a sign for us at the top of the ramp from the plane but he steered us past the long customs lines and processed our passports and visas in a nearby facility. Then out to a spacious van where our driver Omar quickly navigated the chaotic traffic to our hotel 40kms away. We were really impressed.

An easy drive from the airport to Cairo

The driver met me at the airport with no problems at all and navigated the busy roads to Cairo all the while answering my questions about what we were passing by. The roads were very crowded but the driver with great skill got me safe and sound to my hotel

Pick Up that Goes the Extra Mile

At 1:12 am in a foreign country there is nothing better than a sign with your name on it. Prompt, courteous and a good driver - but here's the thing that's even BETTER than that sign with your name on - a guide that helps with the Airbnb security guard at 2:07 in the morning to make sure you get your keys and get in safely. Worth every penny - you've found your driver.

Our flight was 1.5 hours late. Apparently Mohammed was there with a sign with our name on it but we missed him; however we called the provided number and he quickly appeared. Trip to our hotel was quick and efficient.

Mohammed was waiting for me. Rather than I finding him, he found me. He was friendly, helpful and polite. Appreciated his help finding my suitcase then assisting me through customs. Trip to the hotel was smooth and easy and he provided some useful information on Cairo. Definitely recommend him.

Ins and outs of Egypt

Mohammed made sure we had an amazing experience! Not only did he take us to ride camels, but also brought us to the Papyra Museum, a shop filled with perfumes and oils, and finally to an authentic Egyptian restaurant in which we were able to try a little bit of everything. Mohammed is a great conversationalist, made sure we felt incredibly safe, and offered tips and tricks when visiting Egypt. Would highly recommend him and the Camelback riding to anyone on the fence about doing so. Cannot say enough nice things about the experience!!

Excellent airport pickup - Failure for airport return

Stress free arrival into the Cairo airport and to our hotel! Loved that Mohammad was communicating and waiting for us as we landed. He took care of getting me a visa and getting thru passport control quickly and seamlessly. We were so happy we made a reservation for our return to the airport 3 weeks later. Unfortunately, the driver never showed (4::00am pickup) so we ended up taking a taxi at :4:20am. We had confirmed our pickup several days earlier and the night before. No one responded that morning when I calked or texted or let us know the driver was running late.

Transfer from airport

The Guide waiting for us at the airport was very professional and on time. We didn't know the Guide and the Driver were not together. I gave 25% tip and told the driver to share with the Guide but then the Guide let the Driver leave and told me they were not together.

Amazing customer experience

Having booked transport with a different company when I last visited Cairo a few weeks ago, this trip was noticeably different, the booking system was organised and communication with the operator was very easy and responses were immediate. The vehicle was large, air conditioned and absolutely immaculate! 10/10

Mohammed was excellent. He had a good sense of humor, guided us through the passport control and customs process at the airport, and gave great advice regarding our visit in Cairo. Having him meet us in the arrival hall before the visa process was very helpful and welcoming.

Cairo Airport Transfer

Helpful transfer from the airport to our hotel in Cairo/Giza. We were met inside security, assisted through customs and with luggage, and led directly to our van. Our guide focused on us, and made the trip quite pleasant.

Extremely helpful, fast, clean car

Mohamed was extremely helpful with passing the custom and saved us a lot of time. It took us less than 20 mins after we met him right after landing, which includes picking up luggage, passing the custom, and going out of the airport. He was really efficient. The car was clean and spacious. The car waited right outside the airport so there’s no need to walk to get to the car. He gave us a great introduction to the city too.

Excellent service! After a long flight traveling from the USA to Egypt, Mohamed was waiting for my mother and I with a sign at the airport and helped us to prepare our documents for the border control and collect our luggage. Very smooth process and highly recommend Mohamed and his excellent assistance. We were then dropped off at the hotel St. Regis. On the way he provided excellent information about Egypt! we were so happy with his service we booked a tour that night with him after our long journey! That evening we took another tour with Mohamed for the sound and light show at the pyramids. The service was excellent and also highly recommend this!! We felt very safe and secure at all time with him. He even took us to many local shops to buy perfume, papyrus, and jewelry stores. He speaks excellent English. He is a very kind and compassionate man! I would highly recommend this tour and his services to anyone traveling to Egypt.

Very happy with Deluxe travel

Mohammad met us inside of the airport. He assisted us with baggage and sped us thru customs. It was nice that we did not have to look for him. On the ride to the hotel he pointed out many points of interest and gave us some history. He also advised us regarding Egyptian currency street food and tapwater. I would definitely use his service again in fact we are using his service when we leave to go back to Jordan we had a wonderful time with him and I would strongly recommend his service again

Gems in Cairo

Where do I start! We arrived private transportation and we received so much more. We were able to arrange our tour to the pyramids, we also visited a papyrus, fragrance, and jewelry shop. We ended the day with a traditional Egyptian style family dinner during Iftar. We had an AMAZING time. Mohammed was our original point of contact, Omar was our driver for all of our transportation and transfers. Hussein showed us the pyramids. This was such a memorable trip because of the professionalism that was offered.

Driver was very punctual. Excellent communication with scheduler connecting us with driver. Used this company for three transfers in Cairo and found it very profession. Very clean and well cared for vehicles.

Amazing, hassle-free transportation

He gave lots of great advice (including tips for navigating the city, attractions to see and do, tours that are good to book) and was fun and friendly. He was also easy to find in the airport and helped me understand what I would need for the passport control. There was no hassle in getting to the hotel, either; he knew where to go and we made it in good time while he talked about the city and pointed out some of the places we were seeing. Finally, he answered all of my questions too. Just, amazing service!

Excellent driver and lead person….finding us in airport, helping through visa and customs. Treated us very well. Would go back to using them anytime in Cairo; wonderful team and company.

Waste of time and money.

Do not use. Waited 30+ mins for driver at 4 am. Finally got ahold of him and he was asleep. Finally showed up after I was heckled by taxis for 30 mins. I’m not fussy by any means however I decided to pay a premium to have someone meet me as to not be harassed by taxi drivers after my 12 hour flight. This ended up being even worse because I had to wait and be harassed by people telling me to cancel my pick up. I could have gotten an Uber or taxi for less than half the price and been picked up right away.

Excellent service in every way. Mohammad met me before passport control area and helped to navigate through the customs , luggage pick up and check. He provided some good tips on do's and dont's in Cairo, was very courteous and helpful. The taxi ride to the hotel was very good. I highly recommend this service.

Safe pick up and drop off

Mohammad was amazing. We arrived at 1am in the morning and as soon as our wheels touched the ground I received a call and msg from Mohammad that he is waiting at the airport and provide us his location. Upon arriving he was with a sign with our names and walked us through the whole process on visa and collecting our luggage. The coach was really comfortable. Mohammad gave us few city overview and provided us information on what to see and do. He asked if we are hungry and if we want to stop somewhere for quick snacks. I would highly recommend using this tour and Mohammad. He even arranged to pick us up at Aswan from our hotel. Which was also great experience. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next visit and recommend them to our friends and family.

Very easy!

We’re glad we used this service rather than trying to figure things out in our own. Mohamed met us in the main hallway after we got off the plane (before the large border control and baggage area). I was worried about finding him, but he was holding a sign with our name and was very easy to find. He walked us through customs and told us exactly what forms we would need and when. We already had our visas because we got them online prior to the trip, but we heard you can get them on arrival for $25 USD. Mohamed also helped us get our bags and walk us to the van. We had a private car and weren’t with other groups. On the way to the hotel, he told us about Cairo and generally what to expect on our trip. He also helped us book some other day trips to the museums and Alexandria. Overall, his help made going through the airport and border control very easy and low stress. I would definitely use the service again.
