Beware of upsells and adding more tours

I made a reservation for a single tour with this guide, they then reached out to me over text asking to do more tours with them since they are a private tour guide and will not do a single tour. I told them no as this was the only time slot I had and had other tours booked. They were very pushy and sent me a pile of other tours I could add to what I had booked. I assumed that was then end of it until I woke up the next day to about 10 more text messages asking why I would cancel the tour and telling me I should book more tours with them.

It was ok.

It was ok, the boat was a bit old. The local food at the restaurant was ok, but the restaurant was not that nice. The staff were friendly.

Great if there is wind!

I would say only book this excursion if there is wind in the weather forecast. When we got to the boat there was no wind and there is no auxiliary propulsion to the boats which is part of their charm. Because there as no wind we ended up turning back and the operator took us to the Museum of Egyptian Civilization instead (we had to purchase separate tickets at the museum). Overall this would be a great trip if the weather is right, would definitely try going again.

Amazing Tour!

THE TOUR WAS AMAZING! Our guide MARSIL was really knowledgeable spoje perfect English & took the most amazing pictures. The Driver Nour was very polite, helpful & the food was really good.

River Nil

We booked this trip 1 hour in advance, and all was without problem. Driver picked us from hotel. The ride on the Nil was amazing experience and their tradition food was amazing. Thank you driver Karam for amazing trip

Sunset Feluca Sail the Nile - great evening

Assem was a fantastic tour host and was happy to answer our many questions. It was hotel door to Feluca service in a private well air conditioned car. We thoroughly enjoyed this sunset sailing experience and it was made all the better by our host, Assem.

Lovely peaceful boat ride.

Excellent short and peaceful boat ride. The boat was charming and comfortable enough to have the lunch provided. The captain was talented and the driver Moaz did not sweat the Giza to Cairo traffic.

Awesome experience on the beautiful River Nile at night, incredible views and fantastic adventure!! Would recommend this to anyone that wants and authentic experience on the river.

Perfect peaceful Nile River cruise

I had a wonderful time cruising on the Nile in style on a Felucca. Assem was my driver and was lovely and offered many helpful facts about the city, country, and history of the Nile. This is a must do if you are in Cairo. I will definitely do this again when I return and bring more people to join.

Memorable ride on the Nile

Assem spoke fluent english and was very informative during the tour. He made recommendations of what to try and locations to get for the best pictures. The lunch we had was an authentic Egyptian meal known as Koshary which was delicious.

Moaz our driver for the day was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the Nile River for the Felucca Ride. It was very beautiful. We then had Koshary Lunch which was delicious. Moaz drove us back to our hotel and we highly recommend him.

Pleasant.

The trip actually included complimentary trips to perfume and oils workshop, papyrus museum and government owned silver and gold shop so was much longer than 60mins. If you only want the felucca ride make sure you state this as we were away from our hotel for around 4+ hrs. The guides do seem to encourage the extra tours though so be firm as the add ons aren’t necessary and did mean we returned back much later than expected. The felucca ride was so relaxing, we had the boat to ourselves we doesn’t travel that far up the river so it was more a therapeutic exercise than a sightseeing one. The guides were very pleasant and we felt safe and well communicated with throughout.

Glorious evening sail on Felucca on the Nile

A wonderful evening with Assem on a Felucca sail on the Nile at sunset. Assem was super helpful and so nice answering all our questions and providing history about the area. We had the boat to ourselves and Assem played photographer for me and my young adult son. English was no problem and on the way home he suggested a local place to take a falafel to the hotel as was our wish. Absolutely no reservations regarding safety, cleanliness, or driving. Pick up at the hotel was seamless and there was good and polite communication with the tour organization.

Felucca ride Cairo

Pick-up and transport went without any problems. Bisho, my driver and guide, was very personable. It is a beautiful and quiet boat ride in an otherwise loud and hectic city. I enjoyed it very much and would recommend the experience.

Relaxing trip along the Nile River, a pleasant and comfortable experience. We had no problems communicating with the guide, he was very attentive to pick us up at the hotel
