Great transportation service

Mohamed Farag. Was our driver from our Cairo hotel to airport and back to the hotel when returning from luxor. He was amazing explaining the city. Had snacks for us in the morning and evening when he picked us up from airport. He made stop to buy us Egyptian typical desert which is a sugar cane drink. Very friendly and well informed. Highly recommend the tour.

Driver to airport - Abdo Ragab

I was picked up early from my hotel by Abdo Ragab. Abdo was friendly and accommodating, making sure I was comfortable during my ride to airport. Abdo also noted points of interest along (also pictures) the drive and also taught me some Arabic.

Perfect experience

First day in Cairo, I arrived at the airport super early but the driver Abdo Ragab still managed to pick me up. He is very helpful. On the way to hotel, the sun was rising on the Nile river, he stopped and took pictures of me.

Nice experience

Marolla was the best planner and logistic

The experience was great, all our guides had the best attitude and knowledge about Egypt. But if there one thing that was always perfect, was the Sten and planning given by Marolla. She was always there for us, always giving us the information of our tours, connecting us with the guides and sending us our tickets. Taxi service!

I was picked up from Abdul Ragap from the Airport in Cairo to my Hotel. The Service was very good, the car is nice with air condition and he drives very secure. If you want to make a stop for something is Not a Problem, and he helps you if you need something. He is always on time and wait for you if you need it. Thank you for the good service.

Awsome driving and tour experience

Abdo Ragab was our tour guide. He picked up us from the airport and drive us to the hotel. He can speak english easy to understand. From airport to our hotel takes us average 40min. He explained all the historical about the old cairo and the new cairo. He brings us to night life of cairo. Recommended his service!!

Memorable

Jasmine is knowledgeable and she informed us all things about the Citadel and the churches. She explained to us very and made sure she gave us time to explore the attractions ourselves. I would like to thank Nice Tours for arranging a birthday surprise tonight and Muhammad as well for sorting the gift. He and the hotel staff sang an Egyptian birthday song for me. Cairo experience.

a fantastic trip to Cairo. we visited the pyramids and Memphis with the best guide we could have asked for, Mostafa, our brother. his welcome was excellent and we understood each other so well that we became friends. very professional and enthusiastic that we did not see the time passing. Great church visits in Cairo with Mostafa

We had an amazing tour guide called Mostafa on May 4th who showed us the religion district in Cairo. He was very knowledgeable and a fun tour guide when visiting the mosque, the orthodox churches and synagogue. I highly recommend anyone this tour guide and this company.

Pick-up from Airport

The pick-up with Ahmed ragab was perfectly organised, he kept close contact with us, sent us location pictures, was very careful to be on time and to help us through the crowd. We enjoyed a pleasant ride directly to the hotel (we were too tired for dinner and already have something to eat in the plane), he offered us SIM cards and WiFi. Overall the perfect service!

Great driver

Ahmed picked us up at 2.30 in our hotel in Giza for our flight to Aswan (keep in mind this flight is very early! we did not know this beforehand), and was very prompt, kind, and explaining about Cairo city and taking nice pictures along the way.

Tour was good

Today is our last day in Egypt. Nice Tour arranged a car from my hotel to Cairo International Airport. Our driver Abdo Ragab was very friendly. He was introducing Egypt cultures to us. He was a nice driver and tour guide. If we ever come back to Egypt, we hope he can be our driver and tour guide again! Thank you!

Amazing Egypt but I won’t recommend this tour company It’s an amazing trip to Egypt, and I would like to thank for all the tour guides, drivers, friends in hotels and cruise during the trip. They are all nice people with pride to their culture and heritage. Salute! Visiting an ancient civilization of Egypt was eye opening. We had considered traveling by ourselves or joining a tour and we finally decided to join a tour for hassle free reason. After all the searching and reviews comparison, we had decided to go for an 8-day tour by Nice Tours and booked through GetYourGuide. Main reasons were: 1) 5-star hotel and cruise; 2) all entrance fees included; 3) itinerary matches our interest. My overall experience of the tour was average, 3 stars, but something were really unacceptable and contradict to the promotion description of the tour. The problem was all on the tour company and their arrangements, 1-2 stars, the tour guides and drivers were actually good, 4-5 stars, but I found out that they were all outsourced freelancers. It’s the first time I joined a tour that didn’t have anyone following through the entire tour, knowing all arrangements and schedules of hotels, flights, cruise, etc. Every day at around 19:30, we were informed the arrangements by the tour company through WhatsApp on the pick-up time, tour guide and driver assignments for the following one day only. Yes, there were different tour guides and drivers everyday, or even for different activities on the same day. Therefore these guides became the guide of each destination providing introduction only, rather than a guide of the tour helping us navigating everything beyond destination introduction and between each activity. We were also not informed about the hotel name, cruise name, flight schedule, etc until one night before. I also feel the tipping system is a bit challenging, we were reminded to tip almost everyone and every time. We knew it’s an important part of their income and we were very happy to tip them but having non-stop reminder could be annoying. My another challenge was the review system - we were also asked to give reviews to the tour guides and drivers, etc, almost every time and everyday, to be exact we were pushed hardly to provide review every time before the end of the activity or the day. However there’s no user-friendly review mechanism for the activities. We were asked to provide feedback through a link to Trip Advisor and the link went to a very general page for Nice Tours instead of the specific activities. Therefore a 5-star review for one activity / tour guide could be easily misinterpreted for Nice Tours in general and thus misleading. Thus I told them I would only provide my complete feedback in one go after the trip. Day 1 Driver: Muhammad Moka - 5 stars. He is nice, polite, always smile, energetic and willing to go extra mile as needed. He has good driving skill and I would recommend him to others. Tour guide: No tour guide on day 1! Hotel: Tree Lounge - 1 star. It’s a disaster! After our lunch, we were brought to a guest house called Tree Lounge which shocked us. This tour was promoted to include 3 nights in 5-star hotel in Cairo, but not a guest house in Giza and it’s old and poorly managed (definitely no star). The shower did not work, the white colour pillow cases were old and turned yellow, there was hair on the bedsheets 😱. The toilet was terrible, there’s not even a window in the room. We wanted to leave and and there was no guide to help us navigate this issue. We could only communicate with the tour company through WhatsApp. Though Zeinab from the tour company responded quite quickly, with all the back-and-forth of negotiation, we were given no option but to stay in that guest house! We could only change hotel on Day 2. Zeinab explained it’s the reservation team she needed to check, but I should see them all as one entity and shouldn’t need to know how they operate internally. We were helpless standing in the guest house without anyone physically from the tour company to help us discuss with the guest house. Overall arrangement: 1 star - unacceptable! Day 2 Tour guide: Christine - 5 stars, meaning outstanding. She is just great! She understands customers’ needs, she is pleasant, helpful, provides clear introduction to all destinations, coordinates well all timings and itineraries during the day. She was the only guide who didn’t ask for tips (of course we were very happy to give our gratuities to her and we did) and push us for immediate review (and of course we provided good feedback on her to the tour company directly). Highly recommended. Driver: Ahmed Omar - 4 stars. 4 stars mean good to me. Hotel: Pyramisa Suites - 4-stars - good. We were able to change to a decent hotel on Day 2, and we were happy with the hotel in general except the crazy check-in process. And the front office lady kept giving us room keys that didn’t work at all. Total 4 times!! We were asked to go up to the room to try again and go down again for a few times, until she was willing to send someone to help us and ultimately needed change rooms for us. Overall arrangement: 2 stars - bad, the overall arrangement and execution were just bad. It’s another surprise for us, nerve racking and exhausting!! We were brought to a new hotel on day 2 after all activities at 4ish. The reception said that our room was unpaid and we were not allowed to check-in. We then WhatsApp Zeinab again and seek help. She was again responsive and check with reservation team and explained there might be payment issue on website and payment didn’t go through. Again we were left alone helplessly standing at the hotel lobby discussing between the tour company and the hotel for “3 hours 15 mins” until the tour company sent someone to pay the hotel physically. Why did we need to suffer from their payment mistakes? Super crazy!! Since I was asked to provide review to everyone, I thjnk Zeinab is 3 stars - responsive and OK. She was unlucky too to deal with all issues together with us. There were miscommunication issues that what she told me was not transferred to the partners like the guide, hotels, etc as they said they were not informed by her. Day 3 Tour guide: Christine - 5 stars, outstanding. Since she was great, we requested to have her to be our guide for this day too. Driver: Hossam - 4 stars - good. Hotel: Pyramisa Suites - 4 stars - good. Overall arrangement: 4 stars - good. Everything on track. Day 4 and 5 Tour guide: Khaled - 4.5 stars - excellent. He’s a good man, helpful, very knowledgeable, shared with us a lot of interesting stories, answered all questions we had, just that he had a bit strong ascent and small voice. Driver: Ramz - 5-stars, outstanding. He’s nice, helpful, super responsive, great driving skills, we had him and his car waiting for every time we stepped outside the destination. He also spoke good English. Highly recommended. Cruise: Le Fayan II - 4.5 stars - excellent. We were told by the tour company that we were upgraded from 5-star cruise to this 5-star deluxe cruise to make up the bad experience we had on Day 1 and 2. Honestly I appreciated that but I just needed to be treated fairly during the entire trip. Overall arrangement: 4 stars - good. The hot air balloon ride during sun rise was amazing though we need to wake up super early and leave the cruise at 4:15am. I highly recommend the hot air balloon ride. Day 6 Tour guide: Mohamed (Temple of Horus) - 3 stars - fair. He spoke very fast with strong ascent. The visit was very rush, we only had 5 minutes literally for photo taking. The entire visit was less than an hour. There was a delight surprise of horse carriage ride between the cruise pier and the temple. Another “Mohamed” (Kom Ombo) - 4 stars - good. Clear introduction of the destination. Cruise: Le Fayan II - 4.5 stars - excellent. Overall arrangement: 4 stars - good. There was not any arrangement per se but 2 visits during the day. There was a delight surprise of having a horse carriage ride between the cruise dock and the temple. There was another from the tour company called Marina WhatsApp with us to provide arrangement details and support. She was good and responsive - 4 stars. Day 7 Tour guide: Waleed Adnan - 4 stars - good. He did a good job in introducing the stories behind Abu Simbel and Philae Temple. The pace of the visits was good and we were able to spend sufficient time in seeing the temples and taking photos. Driver: 2 drivers and they were not introduced to us. - 4 stars - good. Cruise: Le Fayan II - 4.5 stars - excellent. Overall arrangement: 4 stars - good. It took 3.5 hours by car from our cruise dock in Aswan to Abu Simbel and thus we needed to start leaving the cruise very early at 4:30am, very tiring. After 2 hours of visit, we needed another 3.5 hours going back to the cruise. But I think it’s inevitable as we had another visit to Philae Temple in the afternoon. Day 8 Morning flight 08:15 to Cairo. Why 08:15 while there are other options slightly later. Meaning that another day of waking up at 4ish in the morning and we couldn’t have breakfast again on the cruise. Overall arrangement: 3 stars - fair.

Great Egyptian Tour

So far Egypt has been amazing! Eslam Nashaat has been my driver/tour guide. He’s made the whole experience unforgettable! Very accommodating! Also, Marina is around what seems like 24/7 to help with any questions I have about the trip. Very helpful! I would definitely recommend this trip.

Cairo Airport pick up

My flight is delayed. But my driver Ahmed is very passion and waiting more than 2 hours without any complaints. It's really appreciated his pick up in midnight. The car is really nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Overall good experience

As a tourist who wish to visit Egypt for pyramids, tombs, temple etc, the entire tour gives me a complicated feelings over the accommodation /traffic arrangements, tour guide quality as well as customer service. Frankly the first 2 days of the tour was an unpleasant encounter to us. As we arrive the hotel arranged by the agency, we found out the standard as promised in the description was not delivered. It was a motel facing the Giza pyramids rather than a five-star hotel as promised. We were in great dismay so we complained to the agency. Next day we were transferred to five-star hotel in Giza area. However, due to the miscommunication between hotel and the agency, we were kept waiting in the lobby for three hours before settling in the hotel room! Luckily we had Christine as our tour guide for the 2 and 3rd day of tour. We appreciated very much for her professionalism, detail, enthusiasm and care to us. After several tiring complaints, we were told the cruise trip was ungraded to a real five-star cruise ! We all satisfied with the ungraded and the rest of the trip was then echoing well with the description as promised. Finally, we want to explain fairly about the trip. Communication with the agency was responsive and quick. Tour guide and driver service were great ! And we did enjoyed our trip very much!!! Special thanks to Christine, Waleed adnan, Khaled Galal and the drivers who had made our trip a delightful experience !

Best trip with best friends

The overall trip has been wonderful. I thought I was going to sleep even less, so it's bearable. The accommodations are very good although the hotel in Cairo was not central at all so it was not feasible to escape for a walk if it was not planned with a driver. Without a doubt for me the best was the part of the cruise, you eat phenomenally with a very varied buffet and although I really enjoyed the explanations of the guides, especially Mustapha in Abu Simbel, some explained too much, stealing the short time they left you to see each place, and we could barely see the enclosure of the Sphinx at Gizah. Honorable mention to Zeinab from nice tours who was attentive to our needs at all times and helped us to be able to do extra activities that we wanted to do with her excellent planning work.

Transport Hotel-Airport

The transport to the airport was amazing. Ahmed is very kind. The car is perfect for a family of 4 people. The car also was very clean. He explained a lot of things of El Cairo while driving and played some local music so it was a very nice way to say goodbye to this amazing city.

Charismatic Cairo

I had a wonderful trip, starting with my first day, with my guide Abdo Ragab. He was so kind and took care of everything, including some flexible stops for me and my whims. He even bought me some chocolate. I felt very safe and had such an amazing time! The car was nice and air conditioned, which was great because it was 90 plus degrees. I always was provided water!
