Viator assisted me with transportation. Had the wrong address initially. Thankfully they made a plan. Supper was good n show was good. Beautiful way to see the Nile

Cruise was canceled after we already arrived. Bad experience

We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 5 PM. We messaged the operator at 5 and they said our car was on the way and it arrive about 515. It picked us up and drove us to the boat. When we got to the boat, we were told that the cruise for 6 PM was canceled and that we could get on the 8:30 PM cruise, even though we had communicated an hour before this with the tour guide and they didn’t say anything about it being canceled. They allowed us to take the 45 minute ride to the dock sit there for 30 minutes and then we had to have our driver take us back to the hotel. We did not do the 830 cruise and it appears they cancelled the 6pm because there was only a few of us there. If that’s the case they could have told us before we were even picked up. it was very aggravating and annoying that they wasted several hours of our day and made the inconveniences for us. We would not recommend using this tour company.

Nile Cruise

My friends and I did this the first night in Egypt. We had a lot of fun. It's an excellent way to spend a first evening or an evening with nothing planned. The food was food, but the entertainment was awesome. Our guide, Mustafa, picked us up on time and made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this if you are looking for a way to wind down after exploring Cairo or the surrounding areas.

Amazing Boat Cruise in Nile Cairo

The whole experience was amazing for the moment our driver came to our hotel he came early infact we booked this last minute and they accommodated us once we got to the cruise boat staf were great even they were so kind when I requested window table they changed me food was great and delicious singers and dancers were amazing they kept everyone entertained and engaged lastly our driver was on time to take us back to our hotel I can’t thank him enough very friendly and professional.

Very easy transfer. We came out from the air port and driver was waiting with our name. We cane out bit late from the air port but without any questions he took up to our resort. Highly recommended.

Excellent transfer service to/from Sharm el Sheikh airport to hotel. Reliable, excellent communication via what’sapp and unbeatable price. Driver was on time, polite and the car was clean. Reused the service for the return trip to the airport. I had booked online via Viator. The online form on Viator is confusing but you can reconfirm all the information via what’sapp when they contact you. Viator: please improve your web form!

Non-enjoyable

We had an issue with guide, impolite and non--professional . No cooperation, speaking russian language where we are arabic speakers no respect. Dinner was cold so we didn’t eat anything
