Rimo = reliable

I was pleased to discover this safe and reliable airport transportation service. Upon arrival in Egypt, we found Fadi, our driver, waiting outside the exit with my name on a sign. He took us to a clean and well-maintained vehicle with a company logo and was very friendly and conscientious as he drove us to our hotel in Giza. I felt so secure with Fadi's driving that I booked him again for my return trip to the airport which went off without a hitch--advance communication, safe and efficient driving with a warm smile. I recommend Fadi and Rimo highly.

Seamless transfer from hotel to airport

This was the first time we had used this service. and we could not fault it. Our driver Basta messaged to tell us he had arrived (ahead of time) and he was ready when were. He was polite engaging and his vehicle was clean and tidy the best we had in all our time in Egypt. Please use this service and more especially Basta if he is available!

Perfect transport to get to Giza hotels

We used Rimo tours to pick up and return to Cairo Airport for our stay near Giza Pyramids. We had drivers Mohamed & Mohamed Nasr who were great drivers for the wild traffic in Cairo. Highly recommend!

safety belt was defect! worse than the average uber. driver was nice but poor safety is a no go for me.

Driver met us at door and was good value

Big van and on time we did not need to wait and he picked us up at 2 am and was in touch through out.

Hard to find

Once found at airport, had to have a airport worker call them. They took me to hotel with no issues at all. From America things in Egypt are totally different and harder to figure out.

I would not use them again.

The pick up was fine. The driver was there but we were late coming out as we were withdrawing money buying a SIM card. Because of that the driver was complaining that he waited for over an hour and after dropping us off wanted US$20 extra to be paid to him with no receipt. They were cheap compared to the others but you get what you pay for I guess.

A very good journey and a very good person

Mohammed Yousif is a really good driver and very friendly. He waited for us for over an hour at the airport because we had a problem and was pleasant the whole way! What's more, he gave us a guided tour of the city right up to our hotel, telling us all about the places we could visit, where to eat, the history of the city, and so on. I highly recommend him!

Muhammad Imam has been our driver. Came perfectly on time, driving carefully in a clean and comfortable car. The service delivered by him and the company has been outstanding.

Our flight was an hour late arriving at 1am but our driver was there to meet us and took us swiftly to our hotel. Great communication on WhatsApp from the driver as soon as we landed.

It was ok, fast and safe transfer to the Hotel but I felt the driver wanted extra money. I did not like it.

Easy experience

Very easy, fair price. We were met by our driver outside of the terminal exit, he took our bags and walked us to his car. No extra hidden fees.

Great driver! Bad communication

Our driver deserves a 5 out of 5!! He was such a happy man!! He was very friendly and happy to point out landmarks on our way to the airport. He arrived at our hotel at 930 and waited as the hotel staff looked for us The communication with the operator deserves a 2/5. We requested a 10pm pickup and the only confirmation we got was that a driver would be getting us at the confirmed time. We were very fortunate that our driver was patient and waited till hotel staff found us. Our response was he showed up early. But his instructions were to pick us up at 930. So the communication was very poor from the operator

A Very Good Cairo Transfer

This was a very positive experience on two occasions (arrival and departure). Both drivers, Mahmoud and Mohamed, were prompt and responsible drivers. Highly recommended. Note/suggestion - communication could be better as other than just a booking confirmation, little information is provided by the company as to time of pickup, logistics etc. Their automated WhatsApp isn't always helpful in that regards.

Driver turned up ahead of schedule and got us to the airport in plenty of time. He drove carefully and considerately (a rarity in Cairo lol)

Our driver was Muhammad Imam and he was an excellent driver and very professional. We welcomed us with a clear sign with my name on it and he was standing in a very visible way which helped us to identify him easily in the craw. We patiently waited for us (the flight was delayed and we had to pick up our bags) and drove us safely to the hotel. Excellent service!

Car rally driver

Aircon didn’t work. Driver drove like he was in a car rally but he got us there safe. Would I use them again, probably not as I know there are better companies out there
