Awesome guide, amazing trip

Had a great experience in Alexandria with our guide Eslam. He has good knowledge about the rich history of the monuments which we enjoyed learning about. One of the major things we liked about this trip was that we were able to visit many picturesque places and Eslam made sure that we got satisfactory pictures at all those sites. Alexandria is definitely a must-see place if you're visiting Egypt and this tour allows you to fit the major sites of Alexandria in a single day trip if you're on a tight schedule.

A Historical Adventure Worth Every Minute!

The day-trip to Alexandria from Cairo was absolutely fantastic. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared captivating stories, like how Julius Caesar burned the Library of Alexandria. The visit to the Citadel was a highlight, with breathtaking views and a deep sense of history. Highly recommended for a memorable and well-organized experience.

Great tour guide for Alexandria

Ahmed was a great guide, he speaks very good english and a bit of spanish. He took me to Alexandria and was able to see no only the citadel, library and cathacumbes, but also took me to the museum and a local market. Ask him for the best restaurant in town!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Confirmed trip, 3 weeks b4. Day off said wrong address. Showed up 2.75 hours late. Only saw the Citadel.

They need to prepare more

A mixed experience overall. The driver was half an hour late and we were not warned at all. The petrol fumes which lingered in the car after refueling was no fun either. When we reached Alexandria we had to battle minor flooding due to the rain which is no one’s fault of course but the guide could have had umbrellas for us or altered the itinerary so that we started indoors to wait out the rain. I do think our guide overall was a good person who had a sincere wish to show us his wonderful city but I think better planning and preparation would have made all the difference. A partial refund was requested but not given as we had cut short our trip given the circumstances

Great day trip

Great day worth every penny. My partner and I had a great day with Eslam. On Tuesday the 18th October. Eslam was a great tour guide that was filled with knowledge. He was so attentive and happy to take pictures. Eslam was friendly and professional, we didn’t feel rushed and took in the great historical sights.

Fantastic day trip!

This was a fantastic day. Apart from a little miscommunication in the morning (which was 100%my fault), it was really great. Our driver Mohammed was great, answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable on the drive to Alexandria. Our guide Eslam met us in Alexandria, and was funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He took us through catacombs and the library of Alexandria, and several other places as well. They were both very good with our kids (who are both on the spectrum), and really made us feel welcome in Egypt. 10/10 would recommend.

What a perfect day!!

Slam contacted me very punctually to start the trip from Giza, the vehicle was very comfortable, I visited my places of interest in Alexandria and the lunch was spectacular. Slam always very attentive. Thanks a lot.

Amazing tour of Alexandria

Just had a fantastic tour with Last Minute by Egypt. Our tour guide Mr Medhat Farah was amazing and have years of experience. He answered our questions patiently and took us to a very nice restaurant. Also our driver Islam was great and drove nicely. I was expecting a hectic day but it went smoothly. Highly recommended!!!

Great tour to Alexandria

The tour inside the city was pretty good. I really enjoy the visit to the fortress. The weather was really nice, and give the opportunity to take a moment to enjoy the breeze of the sea. The driver and the guide were really friendly and relax with the schedule.

Very enjoyable tour and excellent guide!!

As an extensive solo female traveler it is important that I feel safe during my excursions. I felt safe from the moment the driver Hasan picked me up. He was on time, his car was clean and he drove very safely. In Alexandria I met my guide Elsam. What a professional, knowledgeable and respectful man. I learned so much and felt really comfortable around him. He's fun and I learned a lot about the local culture as well. The lunch was absolutely delicious. I'm so glad I did this tour and would recommend it to my friends.

Great trip to Alexandria!

This is a must if you're in Cairo and want a one day tour of Alexandria. Our tour guide Amr was amazing with his knowledge and willing to answer any questions we had. Also very important: he is a great photographer! :) He went out of his way to please us with special requests of quick stops and pics. We were completely pleased with the experience, thanks Amr!

Alexandria trip

I was guided by expert tour guide Amr and he drove from Cairo to Alexandria. It’s about 45 minutes and he was very professional and safe. I was able to see the Alexandria library and then we went to the beach. He treated me to a very delicious lunch. It was some of the freshest fish I have eaten and would definitely recommend.

A Beautiful Roman City on the Mediterranean

The trip to Alexandria was wonderful and we had a great time. Visiting the Catacombs, watching all the teenagers meeting at the Citadel, and strolling along the boardwalk on a beautiful day was really a cultural experience. Having Egyptian gelato after a great seafood meal while watching the myriad fishing boats on the bay made for an unforgettable day.

I was contacted by the team right away, they confirmed the time of the pickup and sent contact details for the driver and the guide. The ride to Alexandria was a pleasure, the driver, Omar, was excellent, very knowledgable, great chat, made de 2 hour ride part of the guided tour. On arrival at Alexandria, the guide, Mostapha, was awesome too, open to sugestions and gave me enough time to take the overload of pictures I usually take, knew tons of details about the places we visited, and would help with the pictures. Thank you guys for the excellent work!

It was a wonderful experience a day to remember with Rana our tour guide she was professional and she took for us a wonderful photo we enjoyed the whole tour and we had a delicious seafood meal and a tasty ice-cream so everything was great we'll organize from last minute of Egypt is the best company... Our driver on this trip was Hssan, he was a skilled driver who picked us from Cairo and drove us to Alexandria safely in heavy fog conditions. I highly recommend this tour

Not a "must see" as a city trip

Christina was wonderful! Warm and informative. The drive from Cairo was longer than stated, which made it a very long day. I found the city itself quite disappointing, but the sights very impressive.

Visit to Alexandria today, December 2 Departure from the hotel at 8 a.m. was at our request Ahmed was very punctual and attentive Half an hour before he warns us that he is waiting for us downstairs He speaks English and Arabic and Spanish On the way to Alexandria we take a break an hour later and offer us coffee and water. When we arrived there, he didn’t hesitate to guide us and wait. As soon as we finish the visit we write to him he is already ready to leave Pleasant driving clean vehicle calm music As soon as he finished he offered us a beautiful restaurant And arrived in Cairo he guided us to a seller of wholesale souvenirs the best prices limit I made my day in Alexandria profitable I highly recommend doing this day Have a good trip
