Tamar and his team did a fantastic job of taking me out to the desert and letting me wander while guiding me to the best spots. It was an excellent opportunity to disconnect and experience a very different part of the world. From a planning standpoint, I would schedule during a new moon in the future!

2 days and 1 night in the desert

Excellent white & black desert trip!!!

Excellent! We were picked in Cairo by Mustafa and taken to Tamerz home for an amazing lunch! From there we started our desert trip in Tamerz 4x4 drifting in the sand (we loved it!) Stopping at black mountain, crystal mountain to explore and picture time, we stop to see the famous mushrooms rabbit, chicken, a few stops each one with amazing sights! we saw the beautiful sunset in the white desert. Incredible this desert is unreal! Quite unique! The sky light up with a trillion stars I never seen something quite like it! Tamer cooked us a delicious full course dinner!! Then setup a fire and we drank tea and talked till sleeping time where we were given option to sleep under the stars or in a tent... we choose under the stars there was a breeze so it was not hot for August and later it got cold so we needed the blankets he gave us. We saw a beautiful sunrise, wild camels! & tiny foxes. Tamerz made this trip excellent! Don't hesitate to book your trip! It is really amazing!!

Unique expérience

This is the must do in Egypt, and our most favorite tour. We really appreciated the welcome lunch at Tamer’s house, we discovered how fantastic was the black desert, the crystal mountain, the albatra mountain, and especially the white desert. Pictures are just a few part of what we have seen in reality. We also enjoyed the yummy barbecue in the desert followed by a good night under a sky full of stars!!! Sunset and sunrise was breathtaking. Tamer is very professionnal, nice driver in the desert, good cook and he knows the white desert by heart as he lives in Bahariya. We highly recommend him if you want to come and visit this unique place.

Tamer is a nice guy, experienced driver, excellent cook and friendly guide! impressive trip! We had a overnight camping in the desert. The sky is amazing, with numbers of stars.

Breathtaking experience in the desert!

This was one of the highlights of my whole Egypt trip. Visiting the black deserts, the crystal desert, and camping out under the starts in the white desert, all a breathtaking experience. Waking up to see the sunrise, with the desert silence, simply BLISS. And I CANNOT forget the FOOD! Tamer and his team provided us with SUCH great delicious food. Would definitely do this again and 100% recommend you do this as part of your Egypt trip.

A highly recommended tour

This tour gave us a very great memory and we all enjoyed it very much! Tamer, the manager of the company, is friendly and hospitable. He is also a good cook. We had the best meal among all the meals we had in Egypt! We really recommend everyone choose Tamer Safari for your tour in Egypt!

Incredible landscape & delicious food

We enjoyed our trip. Agabat, known as the ‘Beautiful Valley’, is located in the Western Sahara Desert region. We visited the Bahariya Oasis and the White and Black Deserts. The Valley of Agabat has otherworldly rock formations which remind me of a Salvador Dalí painting. Not too many tourists go there in November and we had the place to ourselves. A local Oasis resident took us in his Toyota Land Cruiser whipping through the sand dunes all by memory without GPS. He is part of the tribe of desert people of the Sahara who are culturally similar to Bedouin. He took us to the most beautiful rock formations and prepared tea over an open fire. He was hospitable. At the Oasis, we enjoyed a feast fit for a king with a variety of meat and vegetarian dishes. I definitely recommend va visit to this fascinating place!

Unforgettable experience!!

As an adventurous family, we are always seeking unique and inspiring experiences off the beaten trail and away from the loud, over-visited tourist spaces. As parents, we are also always cautious to make sure that any experience we enter into is safe. Our trip to the White Desert with Tamer Safari was both these things. Many people will caution you about a trip to the White Desert, but we never once felt any need to be anxious. Instead, our trip, with the help of our incredibly knowledgeable, kind and skillful guides, was a highlight of our time in Egypt and gave us peace and a way to remember our place in the natural order of the world. The exquisite beauty and stillness of the desert is incredible. We all fell in love with it immediately. Tamer knows the White Desert like the back of his hand as this is his backyard and where he raises his family, navigating its terrain with ease. Tamer, and his fellow guide Mahmoud, made our time in the White Desert perfect. They were kind, funny, and attentive, and provided an incredible dinner in the desert by campfire! Tamer also is one of the best drivers we have ever seen! (Navigating the desert terrain is not easy and he did it with tremendous skill!) All in all, the desert was a pinnacle experience for us all and it was made magical through the great skill and talent of Tamer Safari!

Wonderful trip to the White Desert

We have just finished an overnight camping trip with Tamer in the White Desert and it was a wonderful experience. We got to climb a (small) mountain, see magnificent geological formations and camp beneath the stars. And we even saw Fennell foxes! Tamer was a fantastic guide (and a great cook)! We highly recommend this trip, especially if you want to escape the noise and crowds of Cairo.

Best Desert Safari experience in Egypt

Tamer is a friendly and well experience guide in white and black desert! We joined 2 days 1night journey and stay in the white desert with the camp! I like Tamer’s during skill which is exciting and really relaxed, also the dinner is super delicious! I still remember the curry and the rice soup and roasted chicken! If I have more time, I recommend stay in desert 3 days 2 nights! Hope everybody can enjoy the trip!

An Incredible Experience

An incredible experience! We spent 2 days in an incredible landscape, observing the night sky with lots of stars and galaxies. The guides are friendly and all the food is made at home! Super recommended!

The only choice for black and white desert!

The boss was very kind and nice, and the food we had at the camp was the best in Egypt! There are also super sweet fruits and sunrise and sunset scenery. It is definitely the first choice for the black and white desert:) We also took great photos of the Milky Way here!

超棒的旅程 Tamer跟他朋友們都非常好

我是2019/2/12-2/13參加Tamer的沙漠團的 最近才發現他們有自己的網頁所以來分享一下心得（照片是Tamer給我的,因為我自己的檔案太大都傳不上來QQ） 我跟朋友很喜歡自由行，不過沙漠一定要跟團，因緣際會下找到Tamer帶我們玩遍黑白沙漠。 一路上都很照顧我們的感受，聊天也很愉快，非常埃及人XD 如果我跟朋友兩個人聊得很開心，他們也會自己聊得很開心，很自在的感覺（我們英文不好只好各聊各的哈哈） 黑白沙漠真的很美，跟紅砂是不同的感覺！他們很熱心介紹而且不會限制我們~ 滑沙的體驗也超棒！ 晚上的餐點超好吃，簡單的番茄燉馬鈴薯紅蘿蔔+埃及炒飯+超甜很多汁有點像柳丁的橘子+烤地瓜是我整趟埃及旅程最想念的餐點！ 途中好像有一個冷泉的景點但我們剛好遇到沒噴發的時候，可能是看我們有點失望，Tamer很努力的繼續找其他冷泉點希望讓我們看到，而不是直接下一個行程,真的很感動！ 由於已經過了1年多了，就先分享印象比較深刻的部分~ Tamer和他朋友真的很友善，很推薦大家選擇他們的旅程~ 也希望大家多給他們小費如果有閒錢的話（我那時候看到他們給司機好多錢，感覺他們自己賺不多QQ）

人生必須到的地方

佢之前會擔心危險， 但去到之後係十分安全的， 沙漠環境十分震撼，夜晚可以望到成個銀行星空， 導遊處嘅嘢食都好好食不過份量十分多， 建議一定大啤酒， 只是過程車程有啲遠， 但是不值得的， 都有十分貼心服務周到
