2 Day Private Tour: Pyramids and Cairo Highlights- All Inclusive

Perfect 2 day Cairo a day Giza trip.

Our guide Ahmed, was absolutely fantastic. Very thoughtful and took care of everything. We were able to walk around without being haggled by local retailers and he was able to bargain a fair price. He stayed with us even if I was taking cash out of an ATM. Service was great. Had all local knowledge and knew his history. Highly recommend.

Good driver and best guide Ahmed

I wish only Ahmed was our guide for 2 days trip. Driver was no nice person as well. We missed him a lot for 2nd day trip. However, bad thing was that too many shopping course for guide incentive. 1 or 2 is fine for 2 days but 5 shopping area was so meaningless and waste time. I give you 3 stars for Ahmed and driver.

Poor Customer Service

We booked this 2 day trip based on the various 5 star reviews on the Let's Explore tour on TripAdvisor. But I would urge you to look at the average to poor reviews before you commit a tour with them and part with your valuable money and time. This in no way reflects on the ability of our guide (Ahmed) who was extremely knowledgeable about the Egyption history and our driver (Mohammed). They were both execellent. My comments are aimed at the general manager Mena who got in touch the day before the tour but refused to reply to my messages or return phone calls when I reached out to him after the tour because of organisational issues we encountered on the tour. It is obvious that Let's Explore is not concerned about customer satisfaction as the mark of any good company would be to wnat to understand the issue, acknowledge a problem and eventually learn from their mistakes. Both my wife and I are vegetarian and we let Let's Explore knew at the time of booking. On Day 1 the restaurant was satisfactory. However, on day 2 lunch was organised near Giza while most of our sightseeing was in ancient and old Cairo and a visit to 2 museums - NECM and Egytian Museum. The itinerary organised by Let's Explore would have meant that we would end up for lunch well after 4pm as they wanted to take us there af the end of a full day tour! The company could have planned it better. We complained to our guide that this was unreasonable and after discussion with Let's Explore we were taken to a fast food joint called Kazaz (not a sit down restaurant) near the Egyptian Museum which had a limited veg choice (see photos). In the end we insisited that we get taken to Hilton (behind the Egyptian Museum) and that we would pay for our lunch rather than eat at Kazaz (which Let's Explore did refund us in the end). However we ended up wasting almost 1 hour which meant rushing through the Egyptian Museum which closed at 5pm. We coud have done with one more hour as there was lots to see. Feel diappointed as we missed the opportunity - we do not know when we will be back in Cairo.

Ideal Cairo Experience

Throughout my visit, I was guided by Nour and driven by Desokey. Both were incredibly hospitable and knowledgable about Egyptian history and culture and treated me to traditional meals, snacks, and experiences. Nour was clearly an expert on all of the landmarks we visited, giving detailed explanations on each location's past and identity, also taking great pictures along the way. Desokey was the best driver one could ask for, navigating the hectic Egyptian traffic with ease and explaining landmarks we would drive by as well. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend for anyone with an extended layover in this beautiful city.

A launchpad for the Egyptian experience.

Cario, with a city of a population of at least 25m, being dropped in downtown can be rather overwhelming. Although it is a very safe city both during day and night time, it’s easy to get lost in the many different areas. We had a wonderful time with our tour guide and driver (Siad and Ayman) , being launched immediately in a full Cario experience. We were lucky with the season, not being busy this year and had great access to all the big sights one wants to check off. The tour guide and the driver were knowledgeable as well as had a good sense of humour and had access to areas that you wouldn’t be able to get to without them. We were able to get extremely close to some of the great sights such as the pyramids and sphinx as well as getting an inside look in how people live in this city. The tour itself was flexible and the tour guides adjusted the itinerary based on the traffic and unexpected events such as the light show being cancelled. We had a really good time overall and laughed a lot. The food was great and everything was well. One thing that some people may be put off by is that the tour involves going to shops and places that expect you to buy something but it is completely up to you. It is important for the guides to give back to the Egyptian people. They were also very thoughtful and helped us plan the rest of our trip by giving suggestions. The finish the review, see this tour as more of an introduction to Egypt and check off the big ones before continuing your travel down south; don’t expect detailed archeological insights but more of a launchpad into the Egyptian experience!

Tour para conocer las pirámides y el antiguo Cairo

An excellent option to learn about the history of Egypt, including the most notable pyramids in Cairo and the Egyptian Museum. The attention of our guide Sherif and our driver Hassan was incredible, they know the history and culture of the city perfectly and are very friendly, in addition, the restaurants we went to and the Nile cruise met our expectations. I highly recommend this tour, congratulations!

Review of the Tour

Nice tour guides, they explain the history of the monuments and also the tradicions of egypcian people. If anything we need they try help us. However, we didin´t like to visit some shops, because, they were creating the need to buy something. Also in egypcian culture given tips is something almost obrigatory even if you pay the service. which it is common in our culture. Overall, we recommend this tour.

Spectacular Time in Egypt with Sun Pyramids!

We did a Private VIP Tour with another Couple for two days in Cairo and then went for the one day Flight to Luxor all day. During the VIP Tour we had a Primary Guide that met us at the airport and then two other Historical Guides for the Historical visits in Cairo and the Historical Visits in Luxor i.e. Valley of the Kings, etc. I provided two other five star reviews for the Historical in depth tours. What was wonderful about the whole VIP Tour was that we also had Moustafa (spelling?)--our Lead Coordinator that met us at the airport and took us out in the evening on Nile River Cruise and other Dinners in the Evening and Ahkmed (spelling)--the Driver that was a consistent presence during our time in Cairo driving us around. Mustafa was always available and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything or wanted extra activities when we were at the hotel. He was super pleasant to be around and was there to drop us on our Luxor trip 4am in the morning also making sure we would be awake :-) and pick us up and had final goodbyes at airport... We also had a nice walk around Khan Al-Khalili one of the best markets in Egypt located in the historic centre of Cairo, Nile River Cruise and Dinner over looking the Giza Pyramids. Rip off

So we booked a 2 day Cairo tour with 3rd day visit to Alexandria. We never got picked up for on 3rd day and contacted the tour company Viator and they refused to compensate us. I would not recommend anyone use this company. It really spoiled our overall experience of Egypt.

Explore Egypt will give what the want and not what the customer requested and paid for!

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to go see the pyramids for me, my wife, father in-law, and mother in-law. We requested a Spanish guide for both days because my parents do not speak English. The guide for day 1 and day 2 did not speak spanish, and they didn't even try to find one in Spanish. I was not communicated of this issues at all, other wise I would have canceled and hire someone else. But out time in Cairo Egypt was limited so we had to settle for English speaking guides. On DAY 2 the Pyramid Sound and Light Show was on the schedule but the guide didn't take us and told us it was closed. I contacted Mena, the operations manager, and he ignored my text messages and refused to solve the problem. The next day I had to purchase the tickets to the pyramids Sound and Light Show for me and my family at my expense. This was a major attraction that was part of the 2 day package and Explore Egypt did not delievered.

The Most Amazing Tour

This tour is a must . On the first day we went to the pyramids and Nour was not only a really fun tour guide but an amazing photographer. In the second day we toured Cairo. Both Nour Nagy & Desokey were so much fun and had great energy. They were flexible when we wanted to make changes to the activities and made us feel safe at all time.

2 day Cairo/Gizza

Our tour Guide Mohamed was very nice, friendly and flexible. However his knowledge about ancient Egyptian history seems to be a bit limited. The tour car driver (Hani) was very helpful, friendly and supportive. He even stayed with us until the last minute to make sure that our Uber driver to the airport was there and he also helped us with our luggages etc. All in all we had a good time with Mohamed and Hani.

Nice 2 days in Cairo

Nour my guide and Henny our driver were awesome (Crazy Cairo traffic). On time and taking us through all the experiences. An opportunity to improve is providing some some history about the place and areas we were moving through during travel from site to site without being prompted. At the sites we were told about what we were visiting as well as the historical context. The night cruise was average.

Great tour to experience everything in Cairo

This tour was an amazing way to explore Cairo in 2 days! Rania, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable about every spot and George our driver was great! We got so many good pictures and learned so much. Definitely a great way to explore the city with limited time.

Must do experience!

If you are considering this booking, you should absolutely do it! Ahmed Elsayed was our guide and he was absolutely amazing. We always felt safe, he made sure we had water to drink. He has amazing knowledge to share. He also stopped for lots of pictures and even told us how to pose so we got some amazing shots we never would have thought of. It’s only day one and we have already climbed up a pyramid, rode a camel and drove an ATV through the desert. To say I am impressed is an understatement! This is a must do tour.

One highlight after another.

After a shaky start with the tour company my guides saved the day. Nour Nagy my guide with her excellent knowledge and fantastic spirit made the tour I hoped it would be and more. Every place we visited I was made to feel welcome through the way all the people at each spot seemed to know her and welcome us safely and in great humour. Haney my driver navigated the Cairo traffic with skill and nerves of steal, I found him to be a warm and humourous man. I would recommend you request both Nour Nagy and Haney for your tour, you will not be disappointed. Thankyou Nour for taking me to the Red Sea for a swim the next day a tour I hadn't planned but glad I accepted it was an amazing day.

THE BEST TRİP EVER

It was the best ever! We are from Turkey, I planned the tour for my son (11 years old). He wanted to see the pyramids. At first, when my husband said he couldn't come because of his job, I was afraid to come with him. I saw Nour when I checked out local tours and booked the tour. This tour, which was my son's first trip abroad, should have been a lot of fun. do you know what happened? IT WAS PERFECT!!! our tour guides Nour and George were warm, interested and smiling like friends we have known for years. Their energies were very high. I felt safe and in safe hands. The pyramids were very fascinating. Lunch was delicious. Our dinner on the ship was fantastic . We met happy people from many countries of the world and had a lot of fun. My son thanked me many times for this trip. I have participated in many tours in Europe before. but this trip will remain in my memory as the most beautiful and special trip I've ever been on, thanks to Nour and George. I would like to thank again and again to Nour and George for making my son live these beautiful memories. If you are curious about the pyramids and want to have fun while being fascinated with Ancient Egypt, I would say don't hesitate. Cairo 2 Day tour - Great Tour Guide

We just finished the VIP 2 day tour and it was fantastic. The pyramids are amazing, but what made the tour the best was our guide Ayoub. He was very knowledgeable, spoke great English, and helped us get the most out of our trip. Here are a few things to know about cairo. - they take you to 3 government controlled stores. Papyrus, oils and perfumes, and a general souvenir store. Understand that you should negotiate prices at all the stores. They all have pretty good quality but are still over priced expecting you to bargain. - (dinner Extras) even though dinner is included in the package, drinks are not, so either buy water or plan to pay and extra $2-3 per drink (other than water $1.25ish). - (pyramids and camel ride extras) the pyramid park is included but if you want to go inside, I thought it was worth it, it will be an extra few dollars. The camel ride is pretty simple, walk you down to a place where you can take a pic on a camel in front of the pyramids and back. But they do expect a tip. Again overall we had a great time and saw so much of cairo in just a few days.

The Best Trip Ever

Bebo and the driver Aiman took the time to show me everything that I want to see and explained the history behind the places and Egypt. Took pictures for us and make sure that I payed the right price for bargain souvenir. He make sure that my 13 year old and I, was traveling safely at all time. He keep us hydrated and his choices for food was very tasty. He waited for us patiently and gave us free time to take pictures and explored the iconic places. Love the market Place and Sakarra Pirámides. My cellphone run out charge so he took pictures in his own cellphone and send them to us, so we have memories. Very respectfully. Highly recommend for woman traveling by herself or like me with family because he will take care of you so you can have a unforgettable experience.

Best guide and driver

Ayoub our guide and Hossam the driver made this tour great! Even in the insane Cairo traffic, Hossam drove professionally. Ayoub is very knowledgeable and always quick to help out. We especially are grateful to Ayoub for taking many family photos as we travel a lot but one of us is always behind the camera. If you’re in Cairo we strongly recommend Ayoub to guide you through all the wonderful sights and Hossam to get you there safely and comfortably.

Amazing Tour of Saqqara Burial Ground , Dashour and Memphis

Guide - Mimo Driver - Andrew What an amazing day I had on Saturday - We started off visiting the Saqqara Burial ground where Mimo was able to share a lot of knowledge and Interesting facts about the Step Pyramid , Unas Pyramid and Princes Idots Tombs. Our second stop of the tour was Dashour , here Mimo was able to explain the history of the Bent Pyramid and the red pyramid in detail. He also knew where the best spots were to grab some brilliant photographs ! Third Stop of the tour was to Memphis , what an interesting stop ! The highlight of this stop was viewing the statue of Ramesses the Great ! Mimo also showed me the river near by where these structure and a few other structures were found. To top it all off Mimo organised a lunch at a 5 star restaurant with a beautiful view of the Cairo pyramids where I enjoyed the grilled beef. A big thank you to our driver Andrew who was also fantastic and great behind the camera ! Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the history of egypt !

Pyramid delights and a Nile River night

Ibrahim Rashad was our tour guide for around the Pyramids Area, Saqqara and Sphinx. He was incredibly talented at finding the closest parking spot to stand for the best pictures at each location as well as working hard to get the best pose. He was a wealth of information at each location and guided us successfully through those people trying to sell us things along the way. I felt completely safe with him! Our driver was a genius at navigating through our journey... I would never drive this on my own! My favorite stop was at the step pyramid where we were able to explore all the way down and through several rooms! We also got to see a couple of cute little bats sleeping a few feet above our heads. Our day finished with a Nile River Dinner Cruise. The perfect end to a perfect day!

Amazing Egypt

The three days with Let’s Explore Egypt were absolutely action packed and filled with very interesting lessons about Egyptian history. My tour guide Mohammed Mahmoud was a true professional during every experience. He went above and beyond to make me happy. Definitely recommend them!

Amazing 3 day Cairo experience!

My wife and I had booked a 3 day tour with Let's Explore Egypt for our portion in Cairo. Our guide Mr.Hosny Zahran was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He made sure all our needs were met and left us with a great impression of Egypt and it's culture (besides being a great photographer!! lots of great photos by him) As for the tour itself, the first day we got to see the pyramids in the Giza area plus the Sphinx and in the evening we got to experience a Nile cruise with belly dancing and traditional Egyptain dances. On the 2nd day we went to the Cairo Museum (a must for anyone who loves History!) , the Coptic sector of Cairo, and citadel of Saladin. The final day was a day-trip to Alexandria. As for the food provided during lunch, all very good restaurants (clean with good variety). As a vegetarian our guide made sure I had enough options. In conclusion, would highly recommend the tour to anyone and if you get to go with Hosny you will have a great guide.

We took the 3 day tour with Hosny Zahran and he was AWESOME!!! He showed us all the cool historical places in town, and not only that, he also tought us about modern Egyptian culture-language,food,people,traditions, etc.- Highly recommend you taking your tour with Hosny, a wonderful guide, and even better, a kind human being. Ps: Our driver Amr was the sweetest!!

Wonderful tour with Lets Explore Egypt

Being a solo traveller and not knowing what to expect and not speaking the language, I was immediately at ease with Mohammed Mahmoud. He spoke excellent English and was always concerned about my wants and needs. His goal was making sure I was happy and felt safe. He gave me my space to explore on my own and he also taught me all there was to know about anything and everything related to Egypt. It's clear he loves what he does and is following his passion in life. As for the tour itself, it hit on all the highlights. In spite of having flooding rains my first day of the tour, I was still able to see the pyramids and do the camel ride as well as go to the Saqqara Archeological site. The Egyptian museum on Day 2 was amazing and the views of the Mediterranean in Alexandria on Day 3 were stunning. I didn't mention the Nile cruise because of the flooding rains it was postponed until tonight. Am sure it too will exceed my expectations. Driving through the flooded streets was no easy task for Bebo and Amr. Amr had to take many detours to ensure our safety on the first day and Bebo was just as much the professional. Both were always waiting a short ways away during my tours and were friendly and nice and again, being a solo traveller, I felt immediately at ease with both. Bebo even filled a bottle of sand for me from a beach in Alexandria to add to my collection. Egypt is a place I will never forget made extra special by my guide, Mohammed, and drivers, Bebo and Amr.

Better to book directly through company, not TripAdvisor.

We had Rania as a guide and she was great! Very knowledgable and helpful. Booked the tour over the phone through TripAdvisor so we were booked on the wrong tour by mistake, TripAdvisor was stressful to deal with and you should note that the tickets for entry are not covered here. Let's Explore Egypt did well in working with us despite the issues!

Visiting the Pyramids at Giza Plateau and the camel ride was the highlight of my trip!

I had a wonderful time with Mohammed the tour guide and Mohammed the driver. They both are very trustworthy people. They showed up on time every day and made sure I enjoyed my time here in Egypt. Mohammed is a very knowledgeable Egyptologist. All of the tours I participated in were amazing! The Camel ride at the Pyramids, The museums and the felucca just to name a few was awesome, also the restaurants we frequented had great food. I would recommend using their services, you won’t be disappointed.

Are you crazy?

Are you crazy? Omg why would you put yourself in danger? Those are the type of questions my husband and I had to answer before traveling to Egypt. We are from a very small town in Michigan, USA so traveling to Egypt to fulfill our dream to see the pyramids of Giza was a little crazy to some people. When we first arrived to the airport, boy it was different. We were freaking out because we used another company (signature tours Egypt) for airport transport and I wish we kept everything with let’s explore Egypt. So we started our trip thinking ... crap! Maybe our friends were right... are we crazy?so we didn’t start our trip as we thought we would until we met with Mahomed and Saeed. The next day we met right on time! Mahomed Mahmoud and Saeed(driver) from the beginning our tour guide reassure us that we will be safe and that we will be okay(He probably saw the fear in my eyes) Mahomed kept saying you are with me and your are safe. My husband can’t walk long distances so Mahomed and Saeed made sure that we were dropped off close to the places we were touring so my husband wouldn’t have to walk too far. We visited the pyramids and every single place you want to go to if you come to Egypt! In 3 days! At the pyramids the camel guy was awesome and funny and probably the best photographer ever! The lunch on all 3 days were great! Clean and yummy! At the market My husband couldn’t walk long distances so Mahomed went to get us a few gifts/souvenirs since we clearly couldn’t walk around because of my husbands injury. He got us a falafel omg the best food every! Got us waters every day! We stopped for coffee, he took us to the bank to exchange money. Really they did everything to make our stay memorable. Both guys were awesome and very very kind. Mahomed is kind hearted, you can tell he loves his people and his country. It was so nice to see kind people in the world. Mahomed knows a crazy amount of history of Egypt and the ins and out of the entire city. I would highly recommend these guys. They are great and will do anything to make you feel safe and happy. These have been the most fantastic 3 days in Egypt. We traveling friends who who now will come to Egypt because of our experience! I have sent them pictures and videos and we have changed their views on coming to Egypt. Egypt should be in everyone’s bucket list! We loved our time in Egypt and if you are having second thoughts about coming to come to Egypt, just come to Egypt! These guys will make your stay safe, informative and comfortable! Erin and I can’t thank these guys enough for keeping us safe! Thank you Mohamed and Saeed from the bottom of my heart! you guys are freaking awesome!!!!!

My Favorite day if the tour

On the 2nd day of the 3 day tour we went to the Pyramids of Giza,The Sphinx, Road a Camel,The Museum of Egypt,Felucca ride on the Nile & had lunch. It was my most favorite day! To be that close to the Pyramids & Sphinx was incredible! I loved how Aziza would explain thungs before we got started at a site,give info while there,answer any questions & know just the right spot for the best pictures. She was very detailed about how to deal with unwanted advances at each site & it was easy to follow her lead. We liked how she gave us alone time & time to take our own pictures & video, though she was never to far from assisting us. Aziza & Bassem Hoka,our driver were the best!

Great Value and excellent coverage

Our tour guide Ahmed El Sayed WhatsApp us before we arrived and pick us up at Airport. He is organized and we covered all pyramid within half day, enjoy a complimentary lunch- lamb and chicken and return to hotel to rest. Second day is challenging since we need to leave 6:00am and we do not realize the highway traffic can be so bad, some cars climbing up slope to get onto the highway, if I have known, will leave earlier. Our driver Bassem Hoka is extremely skillful to cut through all cars and get us there safely Ahmed help to move the itinerary around to go to places when there is less traffic and he help to move our complimentary cruise dinner to third day so we are not so tired!! Will definitely recommend him! The lunch @ Alexandria enjoying fresh fish lunch overlooking the water is fabulous. The vehicle is a Kia SUV, I am very delighted since the road are very bumpy so Bassem’s car make a huge difference ! Overall experience is great since we have been travelling a lot, need a detail and patient tour guide, who always look out for our needs from opening the door to let us out and get us cold bottle water! My Egypt tour

I personally highly recommended this tour Big thanks to my tour guide Ms. Rania Yahia she is amazing and panctual her excellent work i admire the most because of the knowledge she gave me about the history of pyramids and kings and places. Excellent Guided Tour

We booked this tour because of the good reviews, and I completely agree. We visited Cairo for the first time and were able to enjoy a great service at a very good price that included the classic visit to the pyramids, camel ride, dinner on a boat across the Nile, visit to Alexandria (fortress and library), Coptic Cairo, ottoman mosques and many more interesting places. The price also included lunch and transportation. The guide Hosni was always nice and punctual (even though we were not), and Andrew the driver was just as amazing. Totally recommendable for anyone looking forward to get to know Cairo and Alexandria. The service is great and it is tailored to what you want. I give it 5 stars.

Fantastic Egypt Experience

What an experience... Amazing arrangements done by 2 of the finest gentlemen I met in Egypt Ahmed El Zayed and the driver Hany. We had 3 fill day tour covering pyramids... Alexandria Catacombs... Islamic Cairo and khan al kalili.... Lots of pictures we took and Ahmed was so patient and kind while explaining the history behind each archeological sites. They took us to 3 amazing lunch points all covered as part of the tour. Ahmed was instrumental in getting us good bargains through out our trip. Hany was excellent during the long 2 hrs journey to Alexandria. Made us comfortable so that we can sleep in the car especially after the long day. If you are a young couple looking for a safe trip please opt for this tour.

Excellent value versus similar packages

Highly recommended! Great experience with lots of variety and the 3 days of activities includes something for everyone. Mohamed Mahmoud is a very accommodating guide and is very helpful through and through. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home which is important. Our driver Mego was also very professional and courteous. Overall satisfied with the whole experience - and would recommend.

Wonderful 3 day tour!

One of the reasons we chose this tour is because it covered everything we wanted to see and do in Cairo! I wish we had more time in Cairo to truly soak in all of the beauty in history. The 3 days are jammed pack! The tour did a great job getting us to each location and giving us enough time to see everything. If you have a limited time in Cairo, book this tour! If you have more time, book some individual events so that you experience it with more time. Our tour guide Mohamed Mahmoud was amazing! He always showed up on time and always had a smile on his face. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We loved that he would educate us then give us free time to take photos and explore on our own. Our driver Mego (IslamMagdy) was also excellent. Always kind, happy and professional. How he navigates the road is quite magical! Thank you Mohamed and Mego for keeping us safe and entertained!

Fantastic tour! Very well organized we got to see the main attractions from Cairo and Alexandria like saqqara, the Giza pyramids, Old Cairo, Citadel and Downtown area. In Alexandria, we saw the catatomb, the great Library of Alexandria and the fortress. Amazing sites for our first time in Egypt. Our guide, Mohamed Mahmoud provided us with lots of information about sites, culture and local food. I also got sick during my trip and Mohamed went to the pharmacy and got some medicine. It was very nice of him. Other very helpful person during our trip was our driver Omar always on time and prepared. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Mohamed and Omar for making our trip a great one! Hope to come back soon!

It's a 3 days amazing experience with a great and helpful tour guide (who talks good italian) and a friendly driver. The car was always clean and they gave us water and snacks each day. The only critic to him is the time we spent to buy ((souvenirs, not enough.

3 Days with Mohamed Mahmoud

I can't believe my luck. I just had the most enjoyable 3 day tour of Cairo and Alexandria with Let's Explore Egypt with my guide Mohamed Mahmoud and Mego Islam who was a very careful driver. If you only havs a few days and want to see the "greatest hits" in an indormative but non-frenetic way, I really recommend this tour. Day 0 - I told my friend who works at the Canadian Embassy that I had found a very reasonably-priced 3 day tour that included 3 delicious lunches, a dinner cruise, AND admissions to all attractions, AND a private guide and driver to pick me up at my hotel and take me everywhere. He said, "It sounds too good to be true." But it was true!! Day 1- Saqqara Pyramids, an amazing feeling entering the pyramids and looking at the hieroglyphics, visit to a carpet factory, papyrus making shop, the Cheops pyramids, a camel ride and amazing Egyptian lunch. Never rushed, always taking the time needed to take pics and rest (at my advanced age lol). I like the fact that the tour wrapped up at 5pm on Day 1 and 3 so I could have some free evenings. Day 2 - Citadel, Alabaster Mosque, Egyptian Museum, Old Market and dinner cruise along the Nile with belly dancer, whirling dervish and buffet. Just like ut was advertised and lots of flexibility to do more or fewer activities as I wished. Day 3 - I wasn't sure if I wanted to go to Alexandria and back all in one day but we stopped for coffee along the way and saw some great things there. I was most impressed with the library and if I'd known I would have spent more timw since it is a complex of museums, art galleries, a planetarium, etc. So if I could recommend one thing it would be to find a way to spend more time there. The best part of the tour was the company of Mahmed and Mego... we laughed the whole time and became friends. I will be back and will make a special request to hang out with them again.

3 days guided tour in Cairo and Alexandria

We had an amazing 3 days tour with a professional guide Ahmed Elsayed and the accompanying driver, Said. Our guide explained all the ancient history very thoroughly, also answered all the questions we had. We are very content with everything they have provided us for the price including the dinner cruise at Nile, all the delicious lunches at good restaurants. Above all he always made sure we were picked up on time from the hotel lobby and called the driver, so he can pick us up from the door of all the places we have been. He even took all of our pictures in each locations. I would highly recommend to book the trip with this company, so you don’t need to spend any time looking for the reliable and most dependable tour during your visit in Egypt. Honeymoon tour with Mohamed Mahmood

We had a flawless experience with Mohamed and the driver Mego over our 3 days. Mohamed guided us through pyramids with complete background and great detail. On the second day he gave us a tour of downtown Cairo including the Cairo museum and Khan el Khalili market. Mohamed was helpful in guiding us to the right shops and helped us get the best prices. The second day ended with a great dinner cruise with good food and fantastic entertainment. Day three is a day tour to Alexandria with the highlight being the Alexandria library. Both gentlemen are extremely kind and great to hangout with over 3 days. Mego is a great driver, knows the best roads and careful to not scare passengers. This trip through Let’s Explore Egypt has been a very rewarding experience and greatly recommended to anyone looking!
