Great Experience in stunning Thermal Baths

A really lovely day out from start to finish. We booked the the Thermal Spa Palm house passes and is was a really good experience. We were given robes, towels and flip flops, we had a lovely cabin to change in and leave all our belongings securely in (we could come and go to this throughout the day) we went to the outdoor baths first then took the lift to the palm house where we chilled with a couple of cocktails and a fruit bowl for lunch which was really nice before returning back down to the indoor baths late afternoon and the steam rooms, we didn’t realise you could spend a whole day there but we managed it! Overall a really good day out.

Do not waste your time or money

This package is awful. Strongly suggest you do not purchase. Despite paying for skip the line and there was no line anyway, staff took us to the apparent V.I.P area located on the second floor accessed by a small lift which fits no more than 4 people comfortably. We had to wait for a family to go up first before entering the second floor. Staff gave us Robes, towels, flip flops and a cap. Only to be told we had to go back down to the ground floor where the Cabins are located to get changed. These cabins are not exclusive to this package and are all the same size. There was certainly no V.I.P treatment having to get changed downstairs where general admission guests would go anyway. Once eventually back on the second floor the area is very small. There were two (2) private areas with curtains, taken by 2 couples. The rest of the area are hammocks within the walkway of the area so no privacy at all. There are small tables with large padded chairs comfortably fitting about Ten(10) couples at best. Not enough seats to relax and get comfy with any privacy at all. The alcoholic cocktails were cheap and of a poor quality we had Mojito and an Aperol Spritz. The Fruit bowls were soggy as tho they had reused the fruit and not replaced them with fresh ones regularly. You are then disconnected from everything else and have to go back down to the ground floor to experience the thermal baths like any other general admission customers. Some of the internal baths were luke warm and over crowded. A lot of people making a lot of noise within a large echoing atmosphere. Hardly a relaxing spa experience. The outside pools were crowded again and generally nothing impressive. I felt the decor inside was out dated and gives you the feel of being within an open prison granted pool time. The tiles are old and the water is merky. I would highly recommend bringing your own flip flops or sliders as the floor appears grim and dirty. Overall I was very disappointed in this experience. We could have got general admission and a cabin (same cabin as the V.I.P package) for only £70 for 2 people. The extra £130 you pay for this package for 2 people does not justify a small overcrowded area out the way of the main pools, a few poorly made cocktails and soggy fruit bowl. There was no private pool or sauna we were introduced too as this package suggested and the outdoor balconies do not share a view. We went during winter so it was snowing and no one was outside. We attended on a weekday where it was be less “busy” however that was not apparent as there was hardly any room to do anything. I would not go back and I would not recommend this to anyone. Save your money and do a better experience

Palm House was pretty and liked having our own locked space to change and put our clothes. The baths were overcrowded. Only a couple were hot. The place looks like an old hospital! Would not recommend for the money we spent!

Amazing Day - Practical Info

My friend and I booked an all day ticket costing approx £30 each. We arrived by 09:00 and headed straight to the booth to book in for a massage as we know these are very popular and book up quickly. Our session was at 12:30. The staff were very helpful. We bagged a couple of sun beds which had all been taken by 10am. We booked private cabins to change in which are lockable and you wear a wristband which gives you electronic access at any time so no need to book an additional safe. We didn’t try the lane swimming pool - for info, this is the only pool you are required to wear a swimming cap. We enjoyed the big outdoor thermal pool with the water jets and the ‘whirligig’ was great fun. The indoor pools and spas are great too. I had one pool to myself for a good half hour which was so nice. The massage was very professional and respectful and really good. We went for the ‘refreshing massage’ which cost around £55 each for 60 minutes. The showers are OK and soap is provided. Take your own towel and flip flops. Hairdryers are provided (you’re not allowed to use your own) and some work better than others. All in all a fantastic day which I would highly recommend.

Allow plenty of time

An ideal get-away from the concrete jungle. Located in City Park. Make sure you give yourself more than a couple of hours because there's plenty to see and do in the park. I walked in and paid on entrance with local currency. Card payments accepted, but not euros. The drinks are quite expensive, but that's to be expected. There's three outdoor pools, two warm and one for swimming is cool. Plenty of indoor pools at different temperatures. One pool was 40c! Saunas are very hot. Bring flip flops, I didn't.

Cool

A great place to relax after a swim! This relaxation area was on the second floor, with a separate elevator, a little away from the main area. Calm, and quiet, and has its own bar and restrooms which is super convenient. You can get a drink and chill on the terrace on a sunbed or outside couch or in a hammock inside. There are beds for laying down, you can take a nap or just rest. There are curtains so you get even more privacy. The whole area is clean and pleasant, with cute palm trees, pleasant music, and staff. They provide the necessities like towels and bath robes, you get some coupons for drinks and fruits, can get an additional massage. Few things to consider before taking the offer. First, it was confusing to understand which entrance we had to use. The web page wrote it was the main front entrance, the ticket wrote it was the back entrance. So we went to the back entrance, skipped the line as said, and were told that this is the wrong entrance! So one of the ladies gave us the entry bracelets and walked with us and one more couple all the way back to the front entrance where we got introduced to another colleague who took us to the palm house tree. We also told them that they should fix this and the lady said the entrances switch from the to time! Second, as I mentioned earlier, it is a bit dislocated from the main pools, so there is little way to the area. Lastly, there is a limited amount of beds (I think I saw like 8, which means 4 beds per couple). If you don't come early enough, you'll have to chill in a hammock or on the couch at the tables.

Day at thermal baths.

We had a nice day in these thermal baths. We were allowed to keep the slippers and swimming caps. It was wonderfully quiet in the relaxation room. The outdoor pools were pleasantly warm. The indoor swimming pools sometimes need to be renovated. There was also an unpleasant odor. We found some other guests very disturbing because they talked very loudly in the wellness area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great facility, voucher absolutely not worth the price

Beautiful facility, package overpriced. The thermal baths themselves are very beautiful and well-maintained. The so-called VIP package is not worth the price though. The palm garden has no flair and the options available on site are equally priced. I also booked a thalassotherapy treatment on site - totally disappointed! Conclusion - just pay the normal entrance fee on site - ultimately everyone sits in the same pools!
