Perfect! Book with confidence!

We hired this ride when visiting the city on a Viking river cruise. TukTuk picked us up right at our ship dock and were exactly on time. Communication for booking, payment, confirmation, reminders were wonderful. We booked two weeks out, some friends tried to book upon arrival for next day and were disappointed the tours were full. Peter was our guide and driver. He did a fantastic job! He is so knowledgeable with a good way to tie all the history together so it makes sense. Ask for Peter!

tuk tuk tour is great...

Robert our driver guide did an EXCELLENT job of showing us more of the off the beaten path sites, the ones the large buses can not access....We did the hop on hop off too but this personal tours was great....HIGHLY recommend the tuk tuk and Robert!!

Ben was a fantastic guide of Budapest. He was on time, polite, and his English was very good. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the history. We stopped for photographs and walked around. We felt safe, glad we booked in advance. Ben’s the Best!

A fun way to see the sights of Budapest

Had a really informative tuk tuk tour around the sights of Budapest. Our driver was David who was really knowledgeable about all different aspects of the city and gave us a real insight into the history of the place. We had a lot of fun, zipping around the streets, stopping at various locations for photo opportunities. It was the ideal way to start our city break!

Awesome experience!!!

David was FANTASTIC!!! We loved our 2 hour overview of the city!! We got to see sooo much (we booked it for our first day there ) and find what we wanted to go back to later in the week in more detail! Can’t recommend this enough!

The race around Budapest! More fun the more TUKTUK’s you have!

Had the most amazing afternoon with Peter and Robert. We had 2 TukTUKs and was so fun chasing each other around the city. These guys are amazing, they were really funny, very informative and despite the weather I would highly recommend booking this. Best way to see the city and you find out a lot. Hot Tip, In the winter months, wear VERY warm clothes and take a drink with you.

A great experience of the highlights of Budapest

My friends and I had a great tour of the Budapest highlights with two guides/drivers: Ben and Peter. The trip was very informative, Ben and Peter were friendly and helpful, provided a lot of information, and their English is excellent. Having two "personal" guides was a great advantage. Fantastic day in Budapest

A truly wonderful afternoon! This is an excellent private tour. Paul our guide is very knowledgable and provided us a splendid experience in Budapest. We learnt about Hungarian history, art, culture and much more. We are fairly well traveled and have high standards, and we were very happy with Paul - he was great and spoke excellent English. Time and money well spent. Pickup and dropoff at our hotel was very convenient.

Robert was great! Fun, informative. Love everything about the tour. By the way, we didn't really switch drivers. :) Great way to see the sights.

Fun ride!

Greg was so personable, had the best laugh, and tailored our tour to our needs. We requested an overview of both the Buda and Pest sides of the river. Picking us up right at our hotel was a big plus.

Ben is best for TukTuk!

Ben was our fabulous driver in Budapest. He was funny, patient and took us to places and sights that were meaningful to us. He asked what we wanted to see, we told him, and he took us there. He knew the history and related lots of information to us. I would highly recommend him!

Wonderful driver and tour!

Our driver was David and he was a great driver along with being very knowledgeable and cooperative. I emailed a specific list of places to see based on what we hadn’t seen yet, and he did a great job of showing us everything on my list plus a few extra surprises! He also often offered to get out and take our picture which was an added bonus. We had a sudden rain storm and he pulled an umbrella and blankets out of his tuk tuk to protect us. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Make others on your river cruise jealous!

We had a great time on our one day in Budapest! We were able to stop and see things we never would of had time to see doing another type of tour. The one downside was that it was difficult to hear what our guide was taking about as we were driving.

This is a fantastic way to see everything in Budapest without doing a lot of walking or hill climbing. so fun!

Good Tuk Tuk tour

I would have given a 5 star if the weather was better. It was bitter cold and rainy that day but that’s Mother Nature. It dampened the experience quite a bit since we could not see out very well. Our guide, Zoltan, was great. He provided us with blankets. This tour definitely needs good weather to be enjoyable.

Amazing tour with David today he was informative and showed us around all the places in Budapest giving us a detailed background on each one. He was such a lonely guy and took the time to take pictures of us at really special locations would highly recommend thanks again we loved it.

Great way to see the city with limited time.

We took a day trip to Budapest and wanted to get a shotgun view of the city. Gabor drove us around all over the city and provided us a great experience. There is no way we would have seen what we saw without the tour. Gabor provided us information about the city that was very informative and insightful. He was very friendly. The TukTuk was comfortable and we were given blankets for the cold day. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant tour

Robert showed us the city in a wonderful way. He knew so much about everything we saw, took us into the market and treated us to traditional food and made us laugh along the way. Thanks for a truly fantastic experience.

A must do experience, especially at the start of a stay in Budapest

The tour guide Robert had a wonderful love of his city and showed us amazing views and sights it would have taken us ages to find. He took lots of photos of us and asked if there was there anything particular we wanted to see. He included our request to see the shoes on the river bank and showed us a number of music related sites once I explained I was a musician. He dropped us outside a ruin bar at the conclusion. A must do start to any trip to Budapest money well spent. A massive reccomend.

The best use of time to see the city in a short window!

Ah man, what a great trip this was! My partner booked it as a surprise for my 40th and our host, Robert, was great, he really made it special. He customized it to what we wanted to see - We were quite open, historical and interesting stuff was our directive for him. I didn't expect so much information from him which was delivered fluently in English and in bite-sizeable chunks. He was just an all round top chap! More importantly, he latched on to it being my birthday, and when we came back to the TukTuk, he had a Hungarian style birthday cake with "40" on top, waiting for us upon return. 100% recommend. A great use of time and a fun experience!

Perfect way to explore the city

A super way to see much of the city with lots of knowledge along the way. Our driver Gabor was excellent and tailored the route according to what we wanted to see. We hadn’t realised how hilly Buda is so it was the perfect way to see things without my husband ruining his dodgy knee! Highly recommend. Although I would book for 3 /4 hours next time to have time to stop for a drink and go to Margaret Island.

Great way to see the sights

I'd recommend this as the best way to see the city sights whilst avoiding the crowded busses and boats. It's fun and our guide / driver Gabor was full of great background info.

Our first Tuk Tuk tour ever. The most fun thing we did in Budapest! I got to see the highlights of both Buda and Pest. The driver clearly loves his city and was full of good information and positive vibes. He could drive and park in areas normal vehicles cannot. Really glad we did it!

Great fun and informative!

We would recommend this tour to anybody! It’s like being some sort of celebrity as you whizz around in your tuk-tuk being snapped by all and sundry!! Our guide was Peter and he was extremely knowledgeable, not just about Budapest and Hungary but also the wider world and sport especially!! We were fortunate as, the weather was kind, the sun shone and we cocooned ourselves in the blankets provided in the tuk-tuk to keep cosy! This really was an excellent way to see the city and also, to interact with your personal guide who was funny along with everything else! Don’t hesitate just book!!

Perfect way to get acquainted with the city and history while dodging the crowds and tour buses. Bart T was very entertaining and provided the best history lesson on Budapest that we had during our 5 day stay. Only wished we had reserved 1/2 day instead of 2 1/2 hours.

Brilliant

We had a great tuk tuk trip today, really informative and our driver Tu took us to some excellent places. We had been to a couple of spots earlier in the day so we avoided them on this tour and he took us to other spots instead. Highly recommended

We had a fun, and educational experience. Mike was our tour guide and he was fun, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We asked to go off the beaten path a bit, and he did. It was a fun afternoon! Highly recommended!

Great way to see the city

Our guide Erik turned up on time and gave us options on how the trip would pan out We went with the flow and learned a lot about the sites we visited and plenty of time to take enough photos We went back to one of the sites the next day Erik was a careful driver and knowledgeable. Take this trip to save your feet!

Excellent way to see Budapest, our driver David was friendly, his English was good and his knowledge of the city brilliant. A trendy way to get around the city, highly recommended. David particularly was good and asked where wanted to go. The tuk tuk was cool and as it was a sunny day we had it open and took in the sunshine. Thank you for a memorable trip

Well Worth it !

What a great idea this was, we knew it was going to be fun when this little red tuk tuk parked up outside the hotel entrance and in came Peter in his chicken hat :-) - what a great way to see the city and Peter was a mind of information and nothing too much trouble, we saw places we could have easily missed and to conclude our 2 hours round the city at Ghetto Goulash in the Jewish quarter was the perfect end to a perfect day - Thanks Peter :-)

Outstanding guides, personalized tour, just book it! Worth every penny.

We hired 2 Tuk Tuks in January-freezing cold but we were cozy and cared for with blankets and a little complimentary local spirit to warm the heart. Our guides "Paul" and "Zoltan" were thoughtful and knowledgeable. Gave us information about life in Hungary and history that I doubt we would find on any other tour. They love Budapest, and they love showing you around it. We spent 3 hours with these men and I loved listening to them. Dont worry about weather, if you know where you want to go, ask them.
