Easy, prompt and curious. Our driver was waiting for us to transfer us to the airport. We arranged early in the week and it was nice not to have to be concerned with how we were going to get to the airport.

Dependable transfer

Had several flight schedule changes. Relayed the info to Viator and, although arriving about 9 hours later than originally scheduled, driver was there (at midnight) to take us to our hotel! Highly recommend!!

Zoltan our driver was friendly and communicative. Texted us before our flight into Budapest and stayed in communication throughout the day. Recommend booking this airport transfer in advance of your arrival- super easy and nice not to have to figure out exchanging or paying in HUF from USD or EUR while in taxis.

Taxi cab

Thought I was booking a sedan but ended up with a regular taxi cab. Our flight was delayed and communication upon arrival was not great. Might have been easier to grab a taxi on site.

Budapest pick up/ return from cruise port and airport

I would recommend this service to any tourists. It’s very reliable, the driver is on time., he came directly to the lobby to help with your luggage. I feel less stress and secure in Budapest, it made my trip easier

Zoltan waited for our delayed flight and picked us up promptly. The ride into the city was smooth and he dropped us at our hotel. This is a great service especially if you have a late arrival. We considered it a great bargain.

Exactly what you want in a ride to the airport

Perfect airport transfer. Driver was a few minutes early, car was big enough, etc. Very responsive about confirming the booking and responding to questions. I love that they show you your pickup location on a map, as there were some similar addresses in town that were very far away and it helped to be sure they had the right place.

Received a text on landing and Zoltan picked is up from arrivals within a couple of minutes. Spacious taxi with plenty of room for cases.

Fantastic prompt and reliable service. Drivers messaged us to let us know they had arrived and were friendly and on time. Would definitely recommend. Only slight issue was that the pick up time wasn’t on the ticket so I had to contact Viator to have it confirmed but this was easy to do and the agent was really helpful.

It was such a relief to see our driver after a delayed flight of several hours. Big smile and roomy van welcomed us to Budapest.

Didnt show up on time, it took 55 min to meet a driver after called a travel agency over and over.

Driver was not at the meeting point, we had to call travel agency several times(they kept saying that they are working on it), driver finally showed up 55 min after we arrived. I dont understand why viator makes us write down all the details of arriving time and other info when they are late.

Fantastic! Was collected from airport, smooth, efficient. No stress! The driver spoke English well, quite easy to converse but no matter, fabulous sightseeing on the way!

No driver at the airport

I was waiting at the airport more than an hour but no one was waiting for me. I was so tired and I had to take a cab and pay again. It is unacceptable, I do NOT recommend this service.

Called the mobile number to confirm the exact time of pickup at my hotel on Saturday June 1, 2019 - I was told 11:00am - the driver showed up at 10:52am - very friendly and got us to the airport in about 35 minutes - no problems - worry free
