Absolutely stunning! Do not miss this tour. The staff are next level, friendly, helpful, informative, caring and highly professional. Food & beverages amazing! Cruising along the spectacular Kimberley coastline through King Sound, Talbot Bay to the Horizontal Falls was a ‘bucket list’ experience for us. The colours of the turquoise ocean, red earth and blue sky, reflected in the water must be seen to be believed. We saw a dolphin, sea eagles and fish appearing to walk on water. Historical and cultural knowledge imparted by the crew both informative and entertaining - we loved it. Ranger and local Bardi Man, Willy shared his family connection to the land, sea & islands we sailed past. His knowledge of country, the ocean environment, fishing, flora, fauna, traditions & beliefs gave us an insight into a rich and proud culture. What a privilege for us. The zodiac transfer to the falls is professionally managed, safe and loads of fun. From the moment we stepped on board we felt transported by Kimberley Magic. Heartfelt thanks to the team onboard the Ohana yesterday - Dennis, Graeme, Willy, Ritchie, Maxine (your culinary delights delicious), Molly & Yuki. We carry our special experience and joy in meeting you all in our hearts ♥️

A long day

The crew on this cruise were outstanding. Willie was informative, friendly and had a great sense of humour. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. We had a great day but it was a very long day as we were picked up at 4:40am and did not get back until after 7pm. The boat’s engines were really noisy which eventually made conversation very tiring but we appreciated the headphones to hear the commentary. It was a lot of travel for a fairly short time at Talbot Bay.

Just had the most incredible day!

Just had the most incredible day! Travelled with my wife and we were blown away with the whole experience. It was first class scenery, touring, food and guides - who were so friendly and engaging with their funny and informative banter. Particularly loved the headphones - that we found out were a new addition, because I was able to hear the tour commentary clearly, dip in and out of the commentry as I pleased, and made the extraordinary scenery to the Horizontal Falls all the more interesting. Thanks for a wonderful Kimberley experience!!

FANTASTIC

Amazing. Boat food crew ALL AMAZING. Get onboard. The only thing if I had to pick something. Was bus trip from Broome to the bay. No toilets on bus and no stops there and back. Bit bigger bus with toilet and biggger chairs would be fantastic. But the whole cruise was amazing

Amazing Day

This is one of the most spectacular cruises my wife and I have been on. The staff were excellent. Special shout out to Willy, Zoe and the chef. The food was amazing

Not just for visitors, locals can get a buzz too.

As a Broome working resident, it is not often that I participate in tourist type activities but I have always enjoyed them when I have had the opportunity. This tour was an excellent day. I met new people, had great discussions with the staff and tour guides, learnt some new things and imparted some of my own knowledge of the area. The food and service were both excellent and I always felt welcomed and included. Highly Recommended.

Fun, stunnng, fascinating and delicious.

Thanks for an outstanding day of stunning scenery, attentive service and delicious and abundent food and drinks. It was a privilege to have First Nations Willie to share stories and his knowledge with passion and humour.

Horizontal falls day trip

What a fantastic day out. Started early for the bus ride to cygnet bay. Bus driver was entertaining and informative. The tenders taking us to the boat were fascinating. The food was terrific, cooked on board as we travelled, using local ingredients. The boat trip was very good as was the tender trip to the mouth of the falls. Copies quantities of drinks on board for the trip back to cygnet bay. The souvenir’s given out were great. A big day out, a great day out and thoroughly worth it. Would Definately do again.

Sensational experience

We had a great day, food was of high quality. The crew were fantastic, very informative & did not stop all day. Horizontal Falls, what a spectacular experience. To see the falls in full force was unbelievable. To see the currents on our way home was mind blowing, with whirlpools & wave from the strong tide. The company went out of their way to make sure that we got on the cruise, after they had to cancel the original date due to bad weather, picking up our extra accommodation to stay an extra couple days The only issue I had was the bus did not have a toilet, they do advise you of this but it would have come in very handy. Overall one of the best days we have had on our trip.

Sensational experience

This is a must do experience if holidaying in Broome. From the moment of hotel pickup and return, this full day tour to the horizontal falls offered amazing experiences, from transferring on the beach to the motorized tender with wheels to get us out to the boat, cruising the waterways through kings sound and buccaneer archipelago islands where we were at the will of the currents, saw lots of whirlpool ponds, to arriving in Talbot Bay before transferring to the tender boat to see the falls area, which for me was a pince me moment. Captain and crew were super friendly, chatty, and attentive to everyone’s needs. Especially enjoyed listening to Willy sharing his local knowledge and stories of the area. Plus also enjoyed the fabulous food and drinks throughout the day. Note: it is a long day trip as you are at the mercy of the tides and currents BUT definitely worth it.

Good but below expectation.

Crew was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. The food was fantastic and the drinks flowed. Very hard to have a conversation with fellow travellers and crew due to a lot if engine noise. Scenery was fantastic and Will explained the indigenous peoples connection in different locations. Be prepared that the falls may be under whelming due to tide times and heights. It was just a strong current when we were there and there is no time to wait and see if it increases in flow. A very long day 16 hours from pick up to drop off.

Fabulous experience in a beautiful tranquil place lovely food and drinks great friendly staff definitely one for the bucket list!!

Awesome Kimberley Day Cruise - just epic

What a wonderful bucket list day cruise to the Horizontal Falls with Kimberley Day Cruise - boat awesome, crew so friendly and welcoming and looked after us all day. Food and degustation menu excellent. a day cruising through the Kimberley Wilderness was just epic along with the highlight of the day - the incredible Horizontal Falls - highly recommend

Totally amazing experience

A truely amazing experience all round. The staff were fabulous, the food was delicious, the people we met were delightful & the scenery was absolutely breathtaking taking! And seeing the horizontal falls was a once in a lifetime experience! It was a bit rough the day we went but the staff did everything possible to make our trip comfortable & memorable. While they were all friendly & amazing, we must make special mention of the wonderful Will. His knowledge of the whole area & his friendly way of sharing his beliefs & traditions was wonderful!
