Awesome Adventure

The tour of the Bardi Community aquaculture farm was very interesting, and of course the Horizontal Falls were awesome zipping around on a 1200hp powerboat! Stunning scenery of the Buccaneer Archipelago from the seaplane. All staff super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great birthday present

Wow what a fantastic day. Everything was perfect. The staff, the itinerary, the weather, the food, the company. We couldn’t asked for a better day. Whilst it’s not cheap it is great value for such a jam packed 11 hour day. Congratulations to the team- we loved it. Special mentions to Tom, Sam, Daisy, cygnet bay pearl farm and the chefs on the pontoon.

Well worth it

A great day The Pearling farm was interesting and not too much of a Sell The agriculture Centre was highly entertaining The plane ride to the horizontal Falls was absolutely stunning although a little warm in the cabin The marine activity was swimming with fish and sharks but within a cage and was the highlight of my day The horizontal falls themselves were thrilling boat ride The food staff and general comfort of the day exceeded all of my expectations

Such a once in a lifetime experience that I can be so blessed to have been on. Staff really look out for you. Best ever time I have had going solo.

Horizontal Falls sea plane adventure full day tour from Broome

Absolutely brilliant experience, one of natures natural wonders. We experienced the full day tour which enabled us to see the falls from both air and up close on the water. Definitely recommend it.

Adventure on Horizontal Falls Broome ✨️

Power boat drive through the Horizontal falls, it was most memorable experience in the trip. Skipper John had wealth of knowledge in explaining the cultural heritage associated with Horizontal Falls.

A highlight of Australia!! Power boat thru the falls and fly on a sea plane. Wow!!

Just amazing, don't hesitate. Must do the power boat thru the mind-blowing falls and the sea-plane was amazing too. Great staff at every point along the points of interest. They even employ a lot of Callum's (3) so it's easy to remember names, talk about going the extra mile. 😅 I've done all of Australia and this is one of the best couple of things I've done. David Attenborough is not wrong.

A life long memory

We did the horizontal falls departing from Broome the staff were helpful & friendly. We had the best day we will never forget it . Thank you for making it a very special memory for us. The scenery & the falls are breathtaking

This trip is a must

What a trip. Should have got 5 stars except for the fact we were cramped up in the plane. The trip started early - 5.30am and we drove to Cygnet Bay Pearl farm for breakfast and a guided tour of the plant. This was thoroughly enjoyable and yep my wife purchased a pearl. Then off we went to an indigenous community where they use aquaculture. The lady there - sorry I don’t recall her name - was an absolute delight and full of knowledge. In fact she gave us the impression all the fish and starfish etc were here own private babies. It was then to the air plane. I am quite big in both height and do weigh a bit so being forced to go to the front of the plane to balance the weight was a real battle as Allsopp I am no longer a spring baby. But the flight itself was superb and we saw some amazing scenery. Upon landing at the pontoon we were quickly put onto a boat to traverse the amazing falls. Wow!!!!!! Then back to the pontoon for a great barramundi meal. After lunch one of the crew showed us feeding of lemon and nurse sharks from the pontoon. Another short boat trip ensued and before long we were back on the plane - me crammed into a seat along side my wife at the front and it was back to Broome airport at about 4.30am. What a truly wonderful day. Very professional organisation and well worth the money.

Information and Excitement Pairing

This tour is exceptional, action packed and for people who want to learn about pearls, marine life and the geology of the Kimberley’s. All of this is paired with a flight on a seaplane, crossing the horizontal falls and Cyclone Bay with a speedboat and swimming with sharks in a shark cage. Last but not least the food on the pontoon boat was delicious as well. All together this tour is worth the money.

Nothing horrible about horifalls

Amazing all day experience sooooo worthwhile the cost. Check tides before booking. We went fly drive option due to tides. Breakfast was substantial and delicious. Waterfalls a bucket list adventure. The river system tour a great experience. Flight in and out a bucket list of photo opportunities. Best was the aborinal farm of local coral coast. Best. Cygnet Bay Pearl lunch delicious and tour very good. So worth the cost.

A unique experience

When planning our trip, we had come across this tour provider and were able to book this day tour already in January without any problems. Full of anticipation, we got up early at 04:00 and were picked up on time shortly before 05:00 from our accommodation. The departure was delayed a bit because of the weather conditions, but the team was immediately able to organize the necessary adjustments for the rest of the tour. The one-hour flight to Talbot Bay and the landing on the water were an experience in themselves. The supply on the base was very good. Our two giudes gave a lot of interesting information about the geology and biology of this remote and beautiful region. The absolute highlight was the speedboat ride through one of the two horizontal falls. The return flight to Cape Leveque showed again the beauty of the region. The tour continued by land and took us to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. Here barramundi of the highest quality was served for lunch. The laborious production of cultured pearls was also vividly demonstrated. We recommend this tour without reservation and warmly.

Great Horizontal Falls experience.

The combination of aerial views and boat ride gave a wonderful perspective and enhanced the overall experience. The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A bucket list item ticked off.

Worth the early start!

Loved the visit to the cygnet pearl farm, very interesting and educational. Felt very privileged to learn about local sea life up close from a Jawi women. The horizontal falls were beautiful. The whole day was 11hrs.

Highlight of our trip

We had the most fabulous day on this wonderful tour, a highlight of our time in Broome. The tour is beautifully organised and packed with so many different experiences. The highlight was the seaplane and the jetboat ride through the falls and around the area. We loved every minute, such a great experience with a professional company.

A bucket list item and worth every cent.

The whole day was spectacular! The falls and surrounds were stunning, and the flying great fun. An unexpected delight was how interesting and engaging I found the visit to the Cygnet Bay Pearl farm. The staff at each point were of the day were friendly and knowledgeable.

A Must do on the Bucket List

From the get go (even with a nice 5:15am start) the experience was top notch. My sister and I got greeted outside our hotel by the hilarious tour guide Pete with a smile and a warm welcome. The activities were awesome, sea plane was a tight but safe journey and the horizontal falls were next level. Thank you

Best Day Ever

The two hour drive to Cygnet Bay felt a little long and quite early but Tom our driver was lovely and very informative and the doco movie on the bus was very interesting and kept us enthused. Cygnet Bay and the pearls was awesome, and informative. Flying over Buccaneer Archipeligo, (Kings Sound) on our way to Horizontal Falls was an amazing sight to behold, almost spiritual, and an experience we will never forget. All the staff were friendly, approachable and fun, not to mention very helpful.

Terrible service - unprofessional and disgusting way to treat clients

This company has appalling customer service. We had a family of four booked for the falls and it was cancelled last minute Re the winds - that’s perfectly understandable. What happened next wasn’t. We indicated we could travel within the next two days and rung later the same day and the next day to enquire what was happening Re any spots opening up. This company still had our money so this was not for a new booking but just a new date with clear instructions as to our availability. Despite being told ‘sorry nothing has opened up’ at 1pm on the second day - we assured them we were still keen and wanted anything that came up subsequently. This is Broome and the peninsula with variable reception and because we didn’t answer their call barely thirty minutes later - all we got was a voicemail saying ‘spots have opened up but they are not being held for you and even if you ring back they might not be still available’ So of course when we did ring back they were gone. No response when I requested to speak to the supervisor - just ignored. Keep in mind they still have our money even now four days later. Like many people we don’t just have money to throw around which then limits us for other bookings (this tour was costing us around $4500 for the four of us). So we have missed the falls - three years in the planning. They STILL have our money (and no just waiting on a Viator refund is NOT AN EXCUSE) and I still have not had an appropriate response from management. Avoid this company!!

It was a great day we enjoyed the all experience from the time we got picked up until the time we got back, everyone involved was great they are very good the way they explain everything along the way .

Sensational

Boat ride through the falls and swimming with the sharks. Lunch was lovely however disappointed we are now not allowed through the smaller falls.

A great experience

the whole day is fantastic from the drive to Cynet Bay and the really informative session on the pearl industry , the aqua cuture where we got to touch a turtle, and then to Horizontal falls by seaplane and the runs by a very fast boat through the horizontal falls the whole day is a fantastic experience and the lunch is good too.

Worth every cent

Fabulous and worth the money. You will see uniquely beautiful country and go across the falls. We loved it. The food and facilities are excellent. I only wish we’d done the sleepover option.

Seaplane adventure

Started with 2 hour drive to Cygnet Bay had breakfast and tour of pearl farm which was excellent. Then to the aquaculture farm. Very entertaining and informative. Said goodbye to Tom who was a great driver and boarded our sea plane with our pilot Lidia. Flight was excellent. Great lunch, shark feeding and trip to the falls. Excellent team. Had great day.

Up there with the best

Friendly, inclusive staff and genuine care for guests. Informative commentary and an excellent barramundi lunch. A must do trip when in Broome.

Truly wonderful experience

We travelled by 4WD bus from Broome to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. We had a full breakfast when we arrived at the cafe, then we enjoyed a tour of the Pearl farm before being taken to One Arm Point to see the local indigenous aquaculture centre, this was interesting and we were able to purchase polish sea shells to support this community. We then went to the airfield to board a seaplane which flew us to Talbot Bay. The scenery from the air was spectacular. We swam in the cage and viewed many sharks and bat fish. We enjoyed a lunch of barramundi and salads which was delicious. We then boarded the boat and travelled to Cyclone Creek which was beautiful and traversed numerous times through the falls. After a full day we flew back to Broome. Every member of staff we meet was fantastic. This was a most wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

What an Experience!

The entire day was full of amazing experiences- from the very informative 4x4 bus ride, the extremely interesting Cygnet Bay pearl farm visit, the exhilarating seaplane flight over the Horizontal Falls, the fast speed boat ride through the falls, the delicious BBQ Barramundi lunch and wonderful experience of swimming along side the sharks on the amazing pontoon. All the staff and guides were exceptional friendly, professional and had a wealth of information to share. Highly recommend this tour!

Full day horizontal falls tour

Yesterday I had one of the most exhilarating experiences you could have in a very remote part of WA with a very professional team of young, enthusiastic and friendly people who looked after my every need. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish all businesses were run like this marvellous company. From the moment I boarded the seaplane in Broome I felt great & very safe with the gorgeous Izzy at the controls. I can say that because I’m 70 & he could all easily be my son, even grandson! Later the wonderful Callum & Bryce took me on the jet boat to explore this majestic destination …. Then the piece de resistance, oh my gosh, the numerous times we went through the falls! Everyone onboard was squealing with delight/a little fear/satisfaction…. You name it. Wow wow wow!! I felt completely safe at all times. Their skill manoeuvring the vessel was fantastic. The beautiful Liv & Jess prepared our delicious hot breakfast plus morning tea. After taking so many videos & pics my phone battery was almost dead (as was another lady’s) but they hunted down chargers. My only let down was missing the Barra at lunch at Cygnet Creek Pearl Farm. Despite knowing they cater for this tour daily they ran out! We got chicken instead :( Finally the cheerful Cob got us safely home. Well done guys.

Well worth the money and respect for traditional culture, and breathtaking beauty and ride and fantastic staff . Superb food too.

An experience not to be missed

A bucket list experience you must do when visiting Broome or Derby. It is so worth seeing the sunrise in a seaplane on our way to the Horizontal Falls. We were able to experience the falls at high tide and later in the morning when the tide was going out. The staff right from the pick up driver throughout the day were so professional and informative. Breakfast on the Pontoon in Talbot Bay and lunch was local Barramundi at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. A great way to explore the tip of the Dampier Peninsula.

A Day to Remember

It was worth getting up before dawn to do this amazing tour. We were flown from Broome to the Horizontal Falls in a seaplane and landed at a well-fitted out pontoon. First up was the opportunity to swim in a tank with grey nurse sharks safely on the other side of a sturdy metal grille. This was followed by an interesting boat trip into Cyclone Creek, after which we were served a cooked breakfast on the pontoon. After breakfast came the first of two exhilarating boat rides through the Horizontal Falls, broken by morning tea back on the pontoon. It was very exciting going through the churning water of the Falls as well as rather scary to witness the force of the tide and the whirlpools and eddies it created. Back in the seaplane, our pilot took us on a scenic flight over the Falls before continuing on to Cygnet Bay, travelling over King Sound and the islands of the Buccaneer Archipelago. We were met by a bus which took us to Cygnet Bay pearl farm where we had a delicious barramundi lunch followed by an outstanding tour of the pearl farm. Finally, we were taken back to Broome by bus, arriving back at our accommodation tired but very happy. The whole day went like clockwork, run by friendly and professional people. Highly recommended.

Totally Worth It!

The whole trip was fantastic from beginning to end. Everything was spot on and well planned. We would highly recommend and would go again if we were ever back in this part of the country.

Broome Trip

This is the best way to see the falls - sea plane and boat ride. Breakfast and lunch was provided. All guides were very knowledgeable and obviously love their job! This is a spectacular part of Australia. Distances are far and the day trip started at 5am for us. Would recommend though as we did so much in the day. It is an expensive trip but well worth it.

Fantastic (Sea plane Adventure) forget the falls

Super friendly Staff .. Unbelievable plane trip … Great food..(Sea plane adventure)) is what it is👍🏼BUT 21/2 years in the wait &!So disappointing booked for a big tide when we got there 3/4s of the tide gone😤 Only went through the big gap for a thrill seeker So Tame They to make it exciting by doing donuts & in and out of the gap a few times🤔Then came the so waited for ride through the narrow gap NO GO & we weren’t the only ones ready… But very cunningly She took the Bost to the exact position of ALL THE PHOTOS In advertising !! Emmm got that covered🙈 No we don’t go through😂 Expectations Shattered😤 In my non professional opinion to grab more Tourist Dollar THE BEW BOATS are to big & wider than previous one used….. Especially having pics of smaller boats going through😤😤😤… This is my own personal opinion… Such a fantastic Crew..on the ground & in the air👍🏼!! Hatchery waste of time (someone’s pet fish tanks) 🤔 Cygnet Bay great almost made up for previous disappointment … Beautiful Lunch very knowledgeable tour & Talk … lots of info.. Bus back to Broome lovely driver ALL DONE Big Day

Awesome adventure

We chose the day tour and after a two hour drive we arrived at the Cygnet bay pearl farm for breakfast and an informative talk. Onto an Aqua hatchery and then boarded a seaplane for the trip to the falls. Arriving at the pontoon on Talbot bay we were transferred to the speed boat to go to the falls. We went through the first falls in an exhilitrating fast ride with several fast u turns by the driver. Very good adventure. Unfortunately we were not allowed to go through the second narrow entrance due to the rough conditions. We did however stop right next to the entrance and got a good view. Back to the pontoon for a delicious barramundi lunch, trip up the creek anmd a swim. Returned to Broome via the seaplane. Highly recommended.

Great day out

Very enjoyable day out with an early start(5am) and after picking everyone up we drove up the Dampier peninsular with the very entertaining Pete, as our driver. It's a two hour drive and an opportunity to catch-up on some sleep before you get to the Cygnet pearl farm for a relatively small hot breakfast and a very detailed tour of the farm. The local indigenous speakers were excellent at describing and explaining the history and the process of pearl farming. Then drove to the fish hatchery where we shown the various sea life in tanks with an informative description and explanation of the sea life being cared for. The flight to the Buccaneer Penisular was spectacular and we landed alonside the pontoon. The ride through the "falls" was an anti-climax with only the one 20 mtr. gap accessed since the accident last year. The flow was relatively moderate at best. Wonderful scenery and the bbq barra was very good. Staff are friendly and helpful but if you're wanting something exhilarating, you won't find it here.

It was a great trip from...

It was a great trip from the word go, great 4x4 bus trip, excellent Cygnet pearl farm tour as well as the aboriginal aqua culture farm. Fantastic flight to the Horizontal falls, beautiful lunch and was great swimming with the sharks and that's where it ended, with the tide changing there was no "falls" , the boat went thru the 20 metre gap a couple of times then we waited about 20 minutes and he did about 3 more runs and then returned to the pontoon for our return flight home, a lot of us felt flat and disappointed. It was no different than me talking my boat thru Port Phillip Heads on a change of tide. I would have thought that you guys are the experts and would have been able to manage the timing of the boat going thru the falls better, considering the amount of money this costs and the fact that most of us are travelling thru and only get one shot at this. I did say that I would recommend this trip, but it will come with major warnings to who ever asks me

Pretty good

After a great start to the day with the bus tour to the Cygnet pearl farm and follow by visiting the Aboriginal aqua hatchery we boarded the sea plane for the Horizontal falls, absolutely magnificent arrived onto the floating pontoon and greeted by great friendly staff, did a bit of sightseeing on board one of the boats followed by a magnificent lunch of barbecued barramundi after which we had a swim with the sharks, after which we again boarded the boat to do the falls, and that's where a lot of us were totally disappointed, because it was on a change of tide there wasn't anything at all, after waiting around for about 20 minutes, the skipper went thru the 20 metre gap above 3 times and we returned to catch our flight home. This last bit was a total disappointment, as an experienced boater coming from Melbourne it was the same as going through the heads at a change of tide. It left a lot of us flat after such a magnificent day.
