Great and memorable trip with Tash Maree

Great trip with a small group. John, our tour guide is such a lively and great person. The pick up was timely and he allowed the group to pace ourselves with a slight nudge when we went overboard!

Excellent trip.

John is an excellent guide and was very knowledgeable of the areas where he brought us to. He's very friendly and accommodating and we could not be happier with our wine tasting experience.

A fun relaxed day!

We had so much fun on the winery tour. The occasion was for my sister's hen's party. The hosts were very friendly and made it really fun. All the stops were great and there was a decent number of tastings. The lunch at Hamptons Estate was amazing, so delicious. We all had a great day and would do it again.

Fun little wine tour!

40th Birthday Celebrations

Thank you so much for taking care of my 40th celebrations on your wine tour. You made the whole day effortless and enjoyable for all. The kids loved the alpaca farm while we tasted wine and relaxed in the beautiful locations we visited. The food was divine as was the wine. It is definitely a tour we will visit again in the near future. xx

lovely views

We had an original booking with the views were amazing, our original tour company kept me informed many times as to the problem with not enough guests booking, Carol from Tash Maree tours was good enough to re- book us with another tour with Pineapple tours. At our 2 nd stop they advised it would be a triple drop for our lunch, this did not go down well with the majority of us as it was advertised as a gourmet lunch 2 course. Fortunately, they came back and advised we would be getting a choice, which we did. (that saved an email being sent straight away.) Alot of time was spent waiting at roadworks which could not be avoided due to the bad weather QLD has been going through cutting our shopping time down at final stop. Regards Jeanette

A Great Day with Tash Maree Tours

This turned out to be a tour beyond our expectations. It started with Tash providing door to door service from our hotel, the Stamford Plaza. Pickup was on time and the the drive to Tamborine Mountain took about an hour. We enjoyed the visit to all three wineries with each providing about 6 varieties of wine to taste. The lunch at St. Bernards Hotel was excellent. The weather allowed us to eat on the outside patio with an excellent view of the valley. The visit to Tamborine Distillery for liqueur tasting it was an excellent day with the highlight being Tash's attention to her clients. Well done Tash. Donna and Dave

Super day exploring the delights of the Hinterland

Great day out discovering the Hinterland, tasting regional wine and eating good food! Everything was generous and delicious!

This was a last-minute...

This was a last-minute replacement for the usual Mt Tambourine tour - re-routed because of storm damage to Mt Tambourine.

Fantastic staff, excellent wines and great food.

Everything about the tour was great. The driver drove well and was very informative. The wineries were located among magnificent scenery, and the tastings were lots of fun. At no time did we feel rushed. Overall it was an excellent tour!!

Great day out

Tash Maree tours is the one to go with. After being let down by another company, Tash Maree tours were there to pick up the pieces so to speak. What a fantastic day! Great company and the wineries we stopped at were great and very accommodating. Great service at each one. John our driver was excellent. Definitely worth checking it out. Mount Tamborine distillery was the the highlight. Definitely going back.

Educational with a great variety

We were able to fit a lot into our trip for the day. Each of the wineries and the distillery had their own unique style that made everything enjoyable. Our guide (Peter) was very knowledgeable and made the drive fun. Would recommend for someone with a day to spare.

So much fun!

The driver was so welcoming and informative. Each winery was a wonderful experience and the lunch at Mason Winery was superb. The roasted chicken was delicious and the charcuterie tray was amazing. And then the distillery was the icing on the cake. It was also great to meet new friends from around the world.

Joyful

The best birthday weekend. Between Tash’s organisational skills and fun loving nature, she made the day so easy and enjoyable. Not to mention the beautiful venues with our own private tasting room and delicious wines. I had such a special experience celebrating with all my friends and family, 10/10 would recommend.

Anniversary tour

We had an awesome time on our 54th anniversary. John was great and very knowledgeable on subject matter. The lunch was first class.

Mal's the Man!

This was my 4th tour with Tash Maree Tours but my first tour with Mal! He was such a funny, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. He even sang us a song over lunch at Hampton Estate. The tour and stops were all great as usual and I would highly recommend Tash and her team to anyone interested in touring Mount Tamborine - we were a group of family and friends for my brother's birthday and Tash accommodated all requests even a last minute venue change. Thank you Tash and Mal!

Great wine, great views

This was our second time on this wine tour with Tash Maree. Our driver, Mal, was fantastic, so friendly and professional. The wineries were lovely and fantastic selection of wines. Lunch was fabulous. We went on a Sunday and it was reasonably quiet, so we had a relaxing day.

‘Highly Recommend’ Tambourine Mountain Wine Tour

Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful with us, we thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. Cedar Creek Estate was by far the most impressive wine tasting experience we’ve ever had, Judi was very knowledgeable of the wines and how to ‘taste’ in a way we had never experienced before. Lunch was divine and the venue was amazing with gorgeous views.

Best day of my visit to Australia!

Our tour guide, Mike, was the best part of the tour! He knew all the shop keepers, the history of Tamborine Mountain, and anything about Australia that we possibly wanted to know. Everywhere Mike took us, I felt like a guest and not a tourist.

Good experience

Michael, our driver, was extremely knowledgable and humorous, and he gave us a wonderful tour of the mountain while explaining the history of wine in Australia. Although the wine was great, the lunch at the Hamptons was definitely the highlight of the tour. Would recommend for a chill day out!

some what dissappointing

Pleasant helpful driver. Pleasant winery's, average wines. The Gourmet lunch advertised did not happen, the lunch was basic pub food quality, no partially refund was offered. So a very expensive pub lunch.

Fantastic experience for a day out in the mountains

Really great experience with a great group. Very nice wine, liquor and food - I definitely recommend the pork belly 😋 First wine tour I've done and I am looking forward to future ones!!

Awesome 50th birthday wine tour

Had an awesome 50th birthday wine tour with my sister and friends. Mal the driver was lovely and has a terrific singing voice. Really enjoyed the Cauldron and Cedar creek winery. Great day had by all😊

Testing your taste buds

Very interesting day with large selection of wines at the 3 vineyards. There seemed to be something to suit all. Lovely lunch at St Bernhard Inn. Excellent driver and commentary.

Recommended Experience

Great wine tour. Michael our driver was friendly and informative without being intrusive. Each winery had its own ambience and charm. The gin distillery was a unique experience with so many choices and amazing flavours.The luncheon at Hamptons Winery, was superb. I would recommend this small group tour as a must for those visiting Mount Tamborine. Pickup can be in Brisbane.

Amazing Mt Tambourine

Was an awesome day of sightseeing & wine tasting, the Mount Tambourine region is totally worth visiting with so much variety, we were treated to a beautiful sit down lunch. Special mention to our tour guide Michael his knowledge was first class & nothing was too much for him, made our day a very pleasurable memory.

Save your money - choose a different tour company

The winery’s were fantastic and the food was fantastic. However, we all felt a little rushed at each winery. We got to Hamptons estate and I pretty much had to skull my second last wine tasting because ’lunch was nearly ready’ and we still had one more tasting. We then got to the mount tambourine distillery and Michael our tour guide told us that we were to taste the liqueurs only and that no more sales were to be made of any other alcohol (really insulting and disappointing). One of the girls chose not to taste the liqueurs as it’s not her thing and instead ordered and paid for an espresso martini. She then ordered a second martini and we all got in trouble for it (by Michael). Michael the tour guide then turned to the waitress and said “no more, no more, no more”. The girl drinking the martini’s wasn’t drunk and she had every right to order another drink. There were also NO lawn games which I was excited for (even tho the weather was perfect!). We then stopped at the lollie shop which Michael rushed us to leave the distillery for because it was ‘closing soon’ but we googled it and it wasn’t closing for another 1.5 hours. We would have preferred to stay at the distillery for longer. Please save your money and choose a different wine tour. I’m unsure as to how this tour has so many 5 star reviews and I’m assuming it’s because they tell you that you’ll go in the draw to win a $100 voucher if you leave a 5 star review. I was left very disappointed.

What a great day. So much included and everyone was friendly. We had Tash as our guide and she was fantastic. The only downside was I would not have described the lunch as gormet. It was perfectly adequate but not gormet! thank you for a fun day out. Tricia

Wine tour

It was an amazing day. Michael was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable. The places we visited were spectacular in particular the distillery. It is a fabulous tour to do.

Group fun made up for the wine quality

Our tour was so much fun! There were 11 of us and our guide got us warmed up quickly with his jokes and commentary. We stopped at four wineries including a liqueur tasting. The wine was so so at each stop but we had fun nonetheless. The whole van was singing and laughing all the way back to Breezy.

Music and wine

This whole experience was wonderful .but Tash made it exceptional. she is so much fun .we have traveled all over the world and I usually don’t do tours but Tash really made this an exciting trip. She asked each person what kind of music they liked and even asked us old folks do I need to stop and let you guys take a bathroom break.for the money we payed it was actually not expensive as we went 4 places and she took us to a shopping area. If you get a chance sign up for this tour.

Great Wine Tour

We had a grand time in the wine tour! Michael, our driver/guide was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the region and kept us all on schedule! Mt Tambourine is absolutely stunning!

Exceptional Experience!

We enjoyed a perfect day of sightseeing and wine tasting. Carol accommodated us with a pick-up at the cruise-ship port and organized a tight, but comfortable itinerary allowing us a complete experience. Michael was an excellent guide - informative, fun, and great driver. Over the past month of travel in Australia where we have enjoyed several wine tasting excursions, we can say that this excursion was exceptional in every way! We enjoyed the variety of wines and liqueurs as well as a delicious lunch. Thank you Carol and Michael!

It was a great day. Michael was very friendly, informative, efficient and kept the tour on schedule. The food and the wines were excellent.

Cancelled Booking

Did not have the chance to go, as the tour was cancelled due to low numbers, so obviously I can't comment on what the experience is like. However, I would like to make a suggestion for those considering making a booking with this company. An effort was made by Tash Maree to make it workable by either shifting our booking to another day or by asking another couple shift to our day, but it wasn't possible to make it work. I was unable to change the tour to another day as I had specifically rearranged my work schedule in advance to be available for the particular day I had in mind (booked 4 months in advance - Christmas present). The nature of my work is that I cannot rearrange my schedule that easily, especially when only given 5 days' notice. My suggestion is that if you make a booking, be prepared by having another day or two up your sleeve in case the numbers are too low for the day of your choosing. If you are only available for one particular date, then there is a risk in my view. I hope this does not come across as being too critical - the people I spoke too were friendly. I just wanted to sound out a warning to others who may be in the same boat as myself.

We had a lovely day on the Tamborine wine tour. Our guide, Michael, was very welcoming, attentive and informative. The wineries and lunch were all great. It's a really good way to get to know mount Tamborine. Would highly recommend.

Best wine tour ever!

Enjoyable tour, informative guide ! Two course meal was excellent! The tour guide accommodated seniors who where a wee bit slower so this was nice to see!

Great wine tasting as part of a small group, excellent lunch and all of this in the serene beautiful Tamborine Mountain setting. The whole experience was great wonderfully orchestrated by our hostess/driver/guide - Tash.

Great day out!

We were a small group on the mini-bus and we all had a great time. The wine tasting was carried out at the different wineries by pleasant, knowledgeable staff. The lunch was of very good quality including the little cakes/patisserie. The wineries are located in the Tamborine Mountain which is away from the hustle and bustle of Brisbane and affords spectacular views All of the above was excellently orchestrated by Tash - driver/guide/hostess.
