Enjoyable trip

Driver was there on time. Helped with all the luggage and gave a brief overview of the city. He also told us what sights were near or hotel and what good restaurants were nearby. He was spot on.

The best shuttle service.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Cars are clean and our driver was very professional. We had to keep changing shuttle times due to flight delays and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to orhers.

Excellent service!

Driver greeted me by name in a warm and professional manner. He was polite and courteous, and ensured I was inside my hotel before he left. I will definitely recommend Viator and Con-x-ns to my family and friends.

Disappointed

After coming off a 20hour flight, I was told that I was too late to use this service that I had already paid for, the driver a very gruff Australian was not helpful and just said you have to get a taxi as I dont have time to take you!!! The problem I thought, that wasn’t taken into consideration that, firstly they only ask when your flight arrives? Then secondly don’t take into account getting thru customs, luggage etc, then finding the place, took ages to speak to support. A very disappointing introduction to Brisbane! I’m still waiting on my refund!

Meeting place

The l meeting location shown on the meeting place was totally wrong. Took us a lot of time going here and there before we found out the actual pick up point.

It is the thought that counts

Excellent service at a very fair price. My plane was late and they waited for me for 5 minutes but had to leave. They automatically scheduled me for the next shuttle.

Awesome. On time. Easy to locate the van. Good driver . Had a very good experience. Went to the airport arrival counter , instructed where to go and Bingo . My name was called , Got to my hotel quick and easy.

Professional Driver

Our driver was extremely professional , did a wonderful job and had excellent service. Plus he gave us a brief explanation of the area. Also some interesting facts along the way.

It was a horrible experience. False advertising. They did not even transport to the hotel that we had booked. Would not recommend at all.

Prompt and courteous service

Pick-up was as scheduled, as I was looking at conformation paper the van pulled in at the airport, very timely. Driver was very friendly and we had a good conversation on the way to the hotel.

No communication

Never responded to messages. I was at the domestic terminal and they apparently went to the international. I messaged two days and never responded. I ended up taking a cab. Is fighting to get a refund

Stress free service

Such an easy and efficient service, pick up straight out from airport terminal. Also used Con X Ion from Airlie beach hotel to Proserpine. Definitely use this next time I travel over .

Easy to find location and a wonderful driver

Easy to find location right outside the airport. We had a wonderful driver named Mark who was so lovely and took great care of us to get us to our hotel!!

Very smooth pick up from the hotel to the airport. I honestly was worried about our pick up because we had some major construction in front of the hotel entrance. Thankfully our driver was very good and found us easily.

Easy booking, quick response when we wanted to change to pick up time. Loved the ability to track the van, which took a lot of the stress out of a shared transit.

Never again

Very poor pick up instructions on email. Eventually found what we thought was correct place in Brisbane Airport CONEXIONS pick up point. Waited over an hour. Nobody arrived. Info desk closed in airport. Had to get a taxi. Never again

on the spot booking

We had no idea at the time as to how we were getting to our hotel once we landed. Conxion were very accommodating and it was very easy to book from the kiosk directly outside the terminal. Logo is very noticeable. service and information was very good. Would certainly use their service again.

Brisbane Airport transfer

The service was easy to book, the location to pick up the service was easy and the price is very reasonable. Staff were very friendly.

Disappointed and lost money

Not happy with the service. I told them when my plane landed and the only gave me 30 mins to my luggage and go thru two security lines to get to the lick up spot. I called them about and was told that I missed my spot so I would have to find other transportation I was also told I would be given a refund and have not seen the refund and it's been over ten days. I would not use this transportation for airport pick up

Excellent Experience

We had a reservation for an 11am nus The agent at the desk was able to get us moved to a 9am bus based on we able to deplane, collect our bags. and clear immigration by 815a. We were easily reaccommodated and it was much appreciated. Would definitely use again and recommend.

The Shuttle Bus That Never Was

We were not informed by Viator that the Shuttle Bus has been cancelled for the 8th August. Our Flight was late due to a fog causing a backlog delay from Melbourne to Brisbane. My Credit Card had already been charged $64 [ for 2 } on the previous day 7TH AUGUST! I request that this Debit will be changed and my Credit Card will be given the necessary $64 Credit to correct the charge that we incurred for a journey that never occurred Thank you in anticipation - Neil Chapple Booking No. 1434737349

I was charged for airport transfer on Aug 12th and 14th when my destination hotel was outside of drop off.

I arrived and there were no shuttle buses as the service ends at 4 pm. I had to pay for a taxi at $68 to get to my hotel

Comfortable -Punctual - Safe transportation!

Hands down ,feet up the best transportation company I’ve used! I travel a bit and try to find comfortable and convenient ways to get to and from airports to my accommodations , and these guys are fabulous. Beyond friendly - punctual- super helpful and all around made traveling more simple and relaxing. And a huge plus was how spacious the van itself was and the fact they could accommodate so many bags. Easy transport Airport to Accommodation

Great experience. So easy to book and took all the 'worry'out of getting from the airport to our accommodation in Maroochydore. We also booked our return trip on the day of our departure. Again took all the worry out of getting to the airport and getting there on time. Highly recommend ConXion.

No service

I booked for group of six from Brisbane International Airport for a 10 minute ride to a local motel. Early evening pick up. Van not a pick up spot. Spoke to a driver. Was rude, told me there’s no trips to Brisbane. Told me to ring the office. Rang the office who said they don’t do Brisbane transfers after 5:00/6:00pm. I have sent two emails over the last two weeks, asking for refund. No contact.

So much for your easy booking online. I arrived at Brisbane airport at 11 pm only to find out ground customer service could not find my booking they by both my name and confirmed reference number nothing found in their system. TO THE VERY LEASE I AM NOT A HAPPY!!! THANK YOU FOR MY REFUND, AS THEY SAY: YOU LIVE AND LEARN I WON'T BE USING YOUR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE!!!

Great shuttle to Hotel

Very easy once we found the desk. Just a short walk to load into the shuttle. Driver was knowledgeable and courteous. Best and cheapest way to the hotel.

The passengers were told our booking was not confirmed, even though we received confirmation and that they do not travel into the city after 3pm, we will be expecting a full refund for this booking, very disappointing

We were all grouped in a large van. When we tried to book as a group we weren't allowed. At $20 a head it was much cheaper when doing a taxi. Was ok but nothing special just a ride to the hotel.

My flight was cancelled so called transfer company and it was no trouble to change, as long as I arrived before 3pm, including collecting luggage.

We never got to the...

We never got to the hotel. We were not on the vendors list and they said they do not go to that hotel. I will be requesting my money back. Also, it made us miss the second Viator booking to the Koala Sanctuary in Brisbane

Good service to Noosa

The service was prompt and easy to book. It was easy to find where to wait at Brisbane Domestic. We had a shared shuttle to Noosa.

Long wait for our 30 minute ride

Great service to our hotel once our bus arrived at airport. We had to wait until 1:15 pm even though the website said that I had a 12 noon appointment. We got there at 11:30 am. Very disappointed with the wait time

Great service once accessed

Great to have a reservation and not stress about how to get to the hotel. Frustrating not knowing until talking to the airport desk the expected time of departure. Might not have decided to wait 4 hours for transport if I'd known.

Easy to find Con Ex desk at airport, instructed where to go to pick up shuttle. Shuttle dropped us off at hotel for a reasonable price.

Good eventually

There was quite a bit of confusion and the agent desk in the airport couldn’t find our booking, so after a long flight from Uk we were hanging around over an hour. When the van did arrive and pick us up all went very smoothly and effectively

Con-X-ion saved my day!

Con-X-ion saved my day. I had all planned: land in Gold Coast, grab my rental car, go to my accommodation, go and see friends. It all failed when my plane was delayed one hour and the rental car office closed before I arrived. Con-X-ion was the transport that save the day. I called, booked on the phone and went to the pick up area. The bus was almost waiting for me, jumped in and 20 min later I was home. The driver was super nice and courteous, the experience was a balm in the stress of the delayed flight. Thank you so much.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible service. Told me to wait for my pick up at 4:20AM. Was waiting since 3:50 am and was they notified that they bus left without me. Call the customer service at 4:18am and was told nothing after being left on hold. They then stated my problem I need to find my own transportation. No one takes any responsibility and all they do is pass the buck and say to contact other department.

Comfortable air-conditioned coach. Checkin desk staff welcoming and helpful. Driver organised and co-ordinated transfers well. Overall a good experience.

Great efficient and friendly service, only disappointment was that as a result of covid and therefore lack of drivers some pick up and drop off times were not available. Not the companies fault in any way, just a result of circumstance.
