Easy, Economical and Reliable

This is an easy, economical and reliable way to travel when you are staying a distance away. We stayed at North Quay in Brisbane and used Uber on our arrival thinking it would be cheaper. As it turned out, Con-x-ion was significantly cheaper with a fixed rate of $40 to travel one way for both of us. We booked our return trip to the airport with them and it was seamless. We will be using them again on our return there.

Polite and friendly driver Greg, rang me before to tell me he may be struggling to arrive on time, as had a number of pickups but still arrived in the timeframe! Was courteous and helpful. Booked the bus for one hour earlier than reccommended to be sure of arriving on tiime but trip only took 40 mins all up.

I was scheduled to be met...

I was scheduled to be met by the shuttle at between 4:00am & 4:20am. The shuttle bus arrived just after 4:00am & the driver was courteous and professional. He helped me with my luggage and got me safely to the airport in a timely manner. Great experience with no stress. Thank you.

Extremely Poor Service

I can not even give this company one star. They didn’t even have a shuttle for us when we arrived in Brisbane and weren’t even willing to help us out. We all had to split up and get Ubers. When departing I contacted them to confirm departure details and they could not give us a shuttle for the time we needed. Then when I asked to cancel they told us we would lose money in admin fees. I have yet to get any refunds from both bookings which is around $500. I have had no replies to my refund requests. I will be taking this matter further.

The shuttle service was excellent. We were due to be picked up at 5.10am but our flight was delayed by three hours so when I called the service at 4.30am, I received great help and the rescheduling to a later time was no problem. The price is worth it compared to the extremely long train and taxi ride we had to take to get to the Gold Coast upon our arrival

Lovely, friendly driver and comfortable trip to the airport

We have been regular users of the Con-X-Ion transfer shuttle for transport from and to Brisbane airport for several years. The vehicles are always clean and the drivers are always friendly and helpful, including Michael who was our driver for this trip. The admin staff are also really helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. We look forward to using Con-X-Ion again on our next visit to Brisbane.

Quick comfortable airport transfers

Driver was nice, vehicle was clean, tidy and comfortable. I slept probably half the journey and felt comfortable doing so. We got to the airport slightly before the expected time which was great. Next time I'm travelling to/from Brisbane or the Gold Coast I'll be using their service

Punctual and polite

I booked the return transfer the evening before our departure. What was great was that I could track our driver right to the hotel. This meant we didn't have to stand outside for half hour. The tracker also informed us who our driver would be. Our driver Steven was able to tell us he had another pick up about an hours drive away and then we would be taken to the airport. On arrival at the airport he instructed us to get a trolley and he loaded our suitcases.

LEFT STRANDED WITH NO REFUND!

This is a terrible service!! DO NOT USE IT.!! I had booked travel from hotel to airport (which was an hour away) in July for travel in September. I had a feeling something wasn't right, so I rang on the day we were leaving to ask what time we would be collected. They said I had no booking, then it was for a different day, then they found it and couldn't fulfil it because they hadn't booked it with the bus company. The bus company had no buses available that day, so we were told to make other arrangements. Left stranded by Viator!! Thank goodness for DIDI (like Uber) who got us to the airport at a cheaper cost than this! Apparently, they were conducting an investigation that would take a week, well it's been nearly a month and I haven't received a refund or any mention of anything from Viator, not even an apology email. This service is ridiculous, difficult to book and will leave you stranded. DO NOT USE IT!! Go directly to the bus company!!

This company gave me a nightmare as I nearly missed my flight

I nearly missed my flight as there was a no show by the driver. My booking was for 1130am to depart to the airport. I got shocking call at 630am for my transport pickup at 630am when my flight departs at 1445hrs. When I went to the resort lobby at 1030am to query on my transfer, they told me to find my own way as they do not have a transport at 1130. I booked for it two weeks beforehand. I ask for a refund and to date, they did not reply.

i was picked up from in front of my hotel and taken to Brisbane airport. they where on time and the driver was amazing dealing with all the flooded roads.

Safe, Reliable, Excellent Service, and Stress-Free.

This Company is Fantastic. Directions of where to meet, etc, were clear. I was picked up by taxi 'on time,' from my daughters apartment, and taken to the meeting place for the ConXtion Van transfer. Traveling to the International Airport was both safe and reliable. They really 'do' take the stress out of going to the Airport. I WILL definately use their service again when in Queensland. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Waiting area explained well. I was picked up from BP Service Station. Driver turned up slightly early & helped me into the van, picked up my suitcase & put it into the trailer van was towing. Good trip. He was very polite & explained next stop was the airport. Assisted everyone getting out of the van & unloaded everyone's luggage. Excellent service - polite & professional. Highly recommended & will absolutely use them again.

They do have to pick people up at other hotels so make sure you are not cutting it close. The time they suggested was perfect

Hotel pick up to Airport

Pick up was on time, as per the instructions I was waiting outside earlier than 2pm but the shuttle was there at 2pm. The driver was really friendly, shuttle was clean and air conditioned. We made a few stops around Brisbane and continued to the airport. I felt safe the whole time.

For some reason, probably timewise, since arriving at night from Singapore, I didn't use Con-X-Ion to go to the hotel and just took a regular taxi. For the way back though I had booked a transfer with this company through internet with pick-up at my hotel. It all worked perfectly. The friendly driver was on time and my luggage was stored in a trailer at the back of the minibus and we then only had to pick up one more guest at another hotel, On the way to the airport we didn't go through the tunnel as on my arrival, but this was the nicer drive and I had still plenty of time for my departure to Samoa.

Perfect service

The hotel booked for us Conxion for our transfer to the airport. The driver was early at the hotel and got us to the airport with no issues. Would definitely use this service in the future.

Best Shuttle Bus service!

I used quite a lot of Shuttle bus services but Con-e-xion would have the most spacious fleet. You're not crammed into a fitted out delivery van but a spacious transporter where you don't have to duck you're head to walk through. Smooth ride even through Brisbane's current roadworks. Will use again. Bonus, you don't get charge a surcharge for the early call out compared to the competition

Professional efficient service

I was collected from Yandina on time and transferred to the larger coach at the racecourse all the coaches arrived within a 10 minute period and I arrived at Brisbane airport in perfect time. Both drivers were very efficient and courteous.

Excellent service

I used the service from the airport to South Brisbane and was very satisfied, so I decided to book them again to return to the airport. The on-line booking was easy, the bus arrived on time. The driver phoned me to check I knew the pick-up point, as it was a few metres down the road (which I did, as the driver who took me to the hotel from the airport had informed me already.) The driver was friendly and drove safely. I am very happy with the service and would recommend it! Thank you.

Very satisfied with service

As had no other choice in provider for an early am int flight. No public transport at 3.45am. Didn't want to walk from Cordelia St to Roma St that early. Pick up time was on the dot. Fare was fair for distance travelled.

Most efficient

Easy, quick online booking - no payment dramas using overseas debit card. Bus arrived exactly in the middle of the stated pick up time window and delivered myself plus baggage to the International Terminal also exactly on time. These people know what they are doing. Recommended.

Perfect pick up time

Great choice for early hours transfer!

I needed a transfer to Brisbane Airport around midnight so I could catch the first plane out. I was looking for someone safe and trustworthy as the journey would be at least an hour and I was on my own in the middle of the night. I found Conxion and was happy to see they could collect me from my event location and take me directly to the airport. The payment process was easy, I had a specific collection time, and my driver arrived exactly on time. The trip was straight forward and I arrived in plenty of time to catch my flight. I will definitely use Conxion for future transfers when I’m in QLD.

Stress Free

What a great service Con-x-ion offer. Always pick up on time right outside my hotel and drop off straight out the front off Virgin. Drivers are always happy, friendly and helpful. The whole process from making the booking to drop off at the airport/hotel is so easy and stress free.
