Great family day out

We had a fantastic time at Trevena Glen Farm with our 5 and 2 year Olds. We did the personal 1 hour tour and our guide was fantastic. She answered all of our 5 year Olds questions (and there were alot) and also kept our 2 year old interested in the tour. Our kids got to pat, feed, brush, ride and hold so many different animals and loved them all. We also added a pony ride which our two year old decided she wasn't going to ride the horse. So they let our son use her ride as well. A great wholesome family place to visit.

We both loved it!

I took my 2 year-old grandson for a personal tour on Thursday - it was fantastic! Being so little, he often gets overlooked in big groups so one-on-one with our excellent guide was perfect! She had such wonderful patience with a toddler. Leo got to pat the donkey, feed the pigs, alpacas & goats, hold the softest sweetest chicken and brush the guinea pigs. He was most excited to see the tractor! It was a lovely morning outing - all the staff were friendly, I was impressed by the on-site cafe and the farm is well set out for kids. Too small this year for a pony ride or the treehouse so we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great day!

Lovely experience!

Great staff! Knowledgeable and accommodating. We’ve been there once before, and were pleasantly surprised with addition of the cafe and the tarmacked road.

with MANY things on a farm to learn and enjoy - these were enjoyed the most - Horse riding, HUGE tree house, learning about farm animals and how they are cared for, The "laughing donkey" and the process of getting our tickets and group booked was SO easy! They are busy doing a mini train track - which I HOPE will be finished soon. one thing my 4yr old noticed and he asked me on the way home - "Where the cows on the farm mommy?" The group enjoyed all the animals, playing and climbing and holding the chickens - hope to have some more animals when the train comes in and more people support this amazing family business. We NEED more places liek this for the family to go in the holidays thats for sure.

This is a great place to visit for school holidays and any day, we booked 1 hour personal tour for 2 adults and 2 kids, the staff are very friendly, helpful and patient, nice little cafe area, lovely coffee, special thanks Alan, he gave me the advice of which type of tour is best for age group, it’s amazing l’ll give this place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Farm Tour/Horsemanship Session

Enjoyable school holiday/weekend activity to do with kids who love and enjoy patting and feeding animals. Picturesque mountain views as well. Very friendly staff and tour guide. The Horsemanship Sessions are another great activity to do over the holidays if you are a beginner and want to see if horse riding is for you.

Farm Theme Birthday Celebration

Fantastic experience for the kids and also the adults. We had a lovely time celebrating our two year old birthday with our friends. This place has opened up a cafe and the coffee was a great addition to our winter morning birthday celebration. Thank you.

Excellent Activity For All Ages

This is the 2nd time I have visited the farm with my grandson who is 3. We love it, we did the 1 hour tour as this is enough with just the 2 or 3 of us. He also had the pony rides before & after the tour as he lives horses/Ponies. The tour is tailored for you which is perfect, from walking the Lama’s, spending time with the small animals & feeding the pigs. Our personal guide was Jade who was great with our grandson & very knowledgeable about all the animals. We will go again in a year or so time when he visits again. By then hopefully the cafe will be open as this will be a great addition to the farm experience.

Best farm experience on the north side!

Got to cuddle, pat and feed a range of animals. Animals are well looked after and the farm is well kept. Super friendly staff too!

Great fun for the little humans

We did the 1 hour guided tour, shown around by Mia. Mister 3 loved being able to touch some of the animals (the ones he wasn’t fearful of). Hopefully next time we visit the farm, he will be more open to the bigger animals. Thank you team and thank you Mia.

Great Family Day Out

My 10 & 6 year old girls had an absolute ball. Staff were amazing. Lots of animals. Great place to visit. We did the 1hr Animal Tour and Horse ride.

A fun activity for families

Great experience for our family of 4, our tour guide was amazing with our kids and we got to spend lots of time holding and feeding all the animals. The horse/pony ride was worth the extra pennies.

Fantastic Interactive Farm

Fantastic outing with my grandson. My grandson is just 3 years old & loves Ponies. I booked him a 15 minute pony ride & we had a 1 hour personal tour. Highly recommend a visit. Not a large farm but there’s enough, we got to really interact with the animals inc taking the Alpaca’s for a walk. Megan our guide was fantastic with my grandson & the animal. I’ll definitely be taking him again.

Great place for families of all ages

Perfect day out for us all. Our 3 year old was happy to touch, feed, lead and ride all of the animals. This was because the tour was made at her pace and capability

Very enjoyable

The staff were great and knew their animals. The are equipped to manage all different types of customers which suited us as we had a person in a wheel chair. I would recommend the tours to animal lovers.

Best Farm Visit!!

We visited the farm as a new experience for my Daughters 9th Birthday with two of her friends and their parents. We attended the standard 1hr Animal tour and a 15min Horse ride and the Girls absolutely loved and enjoyed the entire experience! Even the play ground under the big fig tree was awesome fun too!! Huge thank you to the Staff Members of Trevena Glen Farm - Everyone was helpful, kind and truly cared about their animals and the enjoyment of the people attending their Farm 😃😃 Highly recommend this venue 🙏

Above our expectations

My colleagues and I supported a group of ndis participants on a farm tour in June. There were a few last minute changes to our booking where we ended up with a bigger group than we had anticipated. The staff at Trevena Glen Farm went above and beyond to cater for our group. They split our group in two and for those who weren’t confident walking around the farm they brought the animals to them. Our group had the best time and we can’t thank staff enough for accommodating us.

Unforgettable experience

Absolutely amazing experience! We went as a family and our girls loved it! Our tour guide was amazing and made sure the girls were very involved at all times. It was an unforgettable day, thank you so much!

Fun for the kids

After a wonderful hands on experience with the farm animals the children had a horse ride around the grounds.

Birthday party with animal tour and a hay ride.

It was a birthday party of my 8-years-old son. It was one of the best parties. All the kids and parents enjoyed the day.Tree house near the party space was better than any playground.

Fun family outing!

My girls (2 and 4) had a fantastic time feeding and meeting all the animals on the farm - Guinea pigs, rabbits, pigs, alpaca, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys and we finished off with a horse ride for my 4 year old which was the highlight of the day. Our tour guide Zarlea was very informative and made the whole experience so fun for us and our girls. Thankyou so much!

Great for kids

10/10 recommend, especially for kids. Private tour is worth paying a little extra for. Krystal is a legend guide and great with the kids and animals. The kids also did the 15 minute horse ride at the end which was the perfect length for them and well organised for their age.

Wonderful experience

An absolutely terrific experience. Our little one had a fantastic time getting up close and personal with the animals including feeding them and putting them in their pens for the evening. Our tour guide Sarah was marvellous and welcoming. The location is beautiful with stunning views and there are many variety of animals. Highly recommend a visit and will definitely go back again:)

Making memories at Trevena Glen Farm Experience

Trevena Glen Farm experience is well worth a visit, my 3 & 10 year old girls loved getting up close to the assortment of friendly animals and had lots of giggles as they displayed their different personalities. Our tour guide Sarah was fantastic and made my eldest daughter feel relaxed and comfortable during her horse riding experience, The farm has a very relaxed/ friendly atmosphere with Mount Samson as a beautiful backdrop, thanks for a great day 😊

Excellent experience and highly recommended

Took 4 of our grandchildren (aged 5 to 13) to the Farm during the September School Holidays. Gave them the 15 minute Horse Ride and then the 1 hour guided farm tour. Experience was fabulous! Our guide (Grady) was absolutely wonderful with the kids, kind and thoughtful all the way through the tour and also helped our youngest 2 grandsons ride their horses. Well worth the trip and we really look forward to coming back again soon!

Farm tour

We visited the farm for our first time yesterday. My 2 girls that are 4 and 5yr old loved it. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Extremely good with all different ages of kids! We had Jess as our tour guide and she was amazing with kids! The horse ride is definitely a must, such a beautiful farm and environment, we'll be back!

Personal Tour

Farmer Pete was magnificent. We bought our 3 year old grand daughter to have the animal experience and he was absolutely perfect. He interacted with Bailey and met her needs. She was at ease with him and we will be back. Many many thanks

Great way to spend an hour

my two year granddaughter along with three adult family members all thoroughly enjoyed her birthday treat tour The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and focused on providing a memorable experience. He succeeded!

Fun and educational farm animal visit.

My 2yr old granddaughter, her parents and myself loved the whole farm experience. Our guide Grady was such a friendly, knowledgeable young man who interacted really well with the young children. My granddaughter loved the smaller animals like the guinea pigs, rabbits and chickens the best, but also enjoyed being able to feed and pat the larger animals as well. She would have liked to see a cow and a dog as she saw that those animals were painted on the large mural, but it certainly didn't detract from the wonderful day she had. The one hour general tour was long enough for our 2yr old although I am sure if she could have had some more baby animals to cuddle she could have stayed all day.

Farm fun for the family!

What a fun, farm experience! We really enjoyed the one hour tour, especially the hands-on interactive experience of walking and feeding the animals. Our guide Lexi was fantastic - bubbly and very knowledgeable about all of the animals!

Two year olds loved the animals.

I visited with two 2yr olds (my grandchildren) and a friend to help with them. We had to rebook our tour twice due to bad weather and sick children. The staff were very happy to accommodate us. Communication was excellent. Kayla was our tour guide. Both children were excited and a little warry of some of the animals. But with some coaxing we got around that. The close up experience feeding the animals was fantastic. We got to spend time alone with the animals and not be rushed. Kayla gave us a break in the shade as it was an exceptionally hot day. It was lovely to hear that some of the animals are rescued. Kayla put the children on Samson and did a little ride for them. They were talking about the "horsey ride" on the way home. The animals are very loved. The staff - only women that I could see were welcoming and caring. I had been here 30+ years ago with my children and only remember the shady tree. We had a picnic under the shady tree before we left. . The children were asking to see a cow. That was the only disappointment - no cow. One hour tour is long enough for 2-3 yr olds. They were getting distracted and hungry by that time. Thank you for a memorable day.

Wonderful experience!!

Great place!! My son absolutely loved it! Many thanks to our tour guide Georgie who was wonderful with my son who has additional needs. I highly recommend a visit! We will definitely be going again :)

VERY friendly staff!!

We had this really wonderful girl, Sarah. she defs knew what she was talking about and she was amazing! very sweet and made really good conversation!! Will visit again!! the alpacas and bunnies where sooo cute! and i loved the GOATS !

Loved the whole experience.

We did the tour and horse riding today. The staff are just beautiful and so so friendly. We had an amazing time. We loved seeing and interacting with all the animals and loved how knowledgeable our tour guide Maddy was. When it was time to do the horse ride, one of our girls was quite concerned, however Maddy was so encouraging and friendly we managed to make it through the whole ride and had two beaming proud girls at the end. Our other horse riding host (I’m so sorry we didn’t get her name) was equally as encouraging and supportive and had our other girl up on the horse and looking like a pro in no time. It was honestly such an enjoyable day. I would definitely go again and recommend this to anyone.

Great little farm.

Really lovely farm experience: Justin was am excellent tour guide who clearly had a passion for the animals. The kids and I had a blast. We’ll be back!

Guinea Pigs are the Winners 🥇

Last minute time change for the tour due to staffing availability was the only setback and the actual experience was well worth it. My wife and son and I had a guide to take us around the farm and we could choose what animals to see based on how our son (23 months) was coping. We started with two beautiful pigs which we fed some bread and then onto goats, sheep 🐑 skipped the alpacas 🦙and headed to the Guinean pigs which were the star 🌟 attraction to our almost 2 year old who was able to feed them all by himself! We also saw rabbits and had the opportunity for a pony ride. Thank you to Justin who was a kind & patient guide explaining everything in detail to our son who was a bit mesmerised by the whole experience.

We had a great time at Travena Glen!

The staff were friendly and the guide that we had for the session engaged with both children and adults and it was lovely hearing our children recite what they learned from the tour. Our youngest, who is usually apprehensive to try new things, enjoyed feeding the animals and taking in the experience. We recommend Travena Glen to everyone.
