YS Falls a MUST DO in Jamaica!

Wonderful Waterfall Tour. Our private guide was great and we tipped him well since there is not an additional charge for a private tour. The scenery is beautiful, the waterfalls are so refreshing to sim in and we even got a limestone scrub!! Afterwards, they had a great place for lunch with the best jerk chicken, sweet plantains and rum punch EVER! Wonderful day!

Fun day

Kevin are driver was awesome. he picked us up on time, was super friendly, nice and answered any questions we had. He was like another member of the family. Although it rained we made it worked and had a lot of fun.

We had an amazing time at YS Falls!! Our tour guy was amazing and so helpful. We was able to point where we needed to step in the waterfalls with us. He had my husband's phone and took so many great pictures of us!!

Love Private Tours Cuz You Can Go At Your Own Pace

Great Itinerary, very Fun. Odane is a great host, who is very tentative to his guest. Nothing really bad to say. Only thing for a family of six, it was a little tight. I would recommend catch a cab n tours for a couple or 4 people max. Especially for the long ride. But other than that, Odane had great conversation, very informative, and a all around cool guy. Thanks Again!

Great tour and driver

I highly recommend Odane and his company. Odane is friendly and knowledgeable - I learned a lot about Jamaican life and culture along the drive to and from the South Coast. Every stop on the tour was fun and interesting. We stopped for photos at scenic points as well! I had such a nice time that I hired Odane for another day of touring around western Jamaica. He helped me plan a fun, customized excursion. 5 stars all around!

Amazing

Awesome experience 👏....I initially thought it was going to be a group tour, we were pleasantly surprised the tour was private (only me and my husband). The driver Mr. OJ was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He offered us a jamaican style breakfast (no extra charge). Vehicle was clean, smell fresh and air conditioner 👌. The drive was smooth and laid back given some of the rough terrain. The driver showed us the beauty of Jamaica 🇯🇲. Ten thumbs up 👍 😀 👌 😎 .

Odane is an amazing tour guide and went above and beyond to show us things we will remember forever. I highly recommend him. We will use him for all of our future trips to Jamaica.

Great day out with a good guide.

Odane was a good guide, friendly, obliging and considerate. We took the tour in our own time and were not pressed to hurry up. Finishing off at the Pelican Bar to watch the sunset and get our names carved into the bar was good way to round the trip off. You can probably google his website if you want to ask him any questions about the tour or the costs. I’m glad we did the tour with all four stops on it, it took about 12 hours from leaving the hotel in Negril to getting back there in the evening so it was a long day but good. The Appleton tour was interesting and made me appreciate why some rums cost more than others, YS falls were nice, we didn’t stop there long enough to swim there, either in the falls themselves, or in one of the pools near the base of the pools - we decided that lunch and longer at the Pelican bar were more important! The Crocs get up close on the Black River Trip. The trip lasts about an hour and you get to see some crocs, mangrove swamps and some interesting wildlife. All in all, if you’re going to spend the money on a private tour, I can recommend Odane, in fact we even booked our trip to Kingston Airport through him and turned it into a bit of a tour stopping off at the Bob Marley museum and seeing some of Kingston.

YS Falls - Amazingly beautiful. The Appleton rum tour was interesting and informative, and watching the sun set at Floyd’s Pelican bar was great fun. Odane and Shabba were wonderful. Zero stars to trip advisor for not clearly outlining the tour package. We booked a tour for all four places and were told when we met our guides we booked YS Falls only. Odane and Shabby were accommodating and made everything possible so we enjoyed our day.

Great day in Jamaica with Odane

A great way to wrap up 2019 - we went with the full day tour that started with Appleton Estate for the rum making and tasting tour. Turns out drinking rum before 10am is a great way to start your day when you're on vacation (tip: you can buy a juicy pattie from the shop outside so you don't have to drink on an empty stomach - they were delicious, definitely try them). We then did the YS Falls which is great for swimming or getting your feet wet. I can see how some people can spend an entire day there just hanging out by the falls. Headed over to the Black River safari afterwards but unfortunately, the boat was full for our desired timeslot. We opted to not wait another hour and spend more time at the Pelican bar. That experience varies wildly depending on how many people are there at the time. It was a bit overcrowded when we first arrived but after batches of people departed, it's a fun hangout place to have a drink or go for a dip in the water (very shallow). This place also has foodstuff if you want a bite - but no bathroom so you'll have to go before or after. Lastly, if you get Odane James as your guide, he is a super chill dude and a great driver. I recommend him for your adventure experience.

Fab time had by all

We visited Appleton Rum Factory, YS Falls, Pelican bar and Rick's cafe using Odane's services over 2 separate days. He took us to local bars and we also ate from street vendors which we wouldn't have experienced without him. His knowledge is vast and nothing is too much trouble for him and he really gets involved and ensures your holiday is memorable. We felt totally safe and looked after during our days with Odane, it was a pleasure to spend our time with a polite and friendly guy. I would not hesitate to use his services again and highly recommend him. Get him booked and don't miss out on a very memorable time in Jamaica.

Highly recommended great day. We had a really cool driver Neil. We were in NEGRIL Riu Palace. 2 hours drive but thought it was definitely worth it. Because the driver also told us a lot about the area, the journey went very quickly. Waterfalls are beautiful. The zipline is also recommended. With Marquis and Anischa, 2 nice supervisors. Nice experience. On the way back the driver arranged patties and red strips and stopped beautiful places.
