Transfer from Barcelona Airport to Barcelona CITY (any hotel or destination)

Bad experience

They never picked us up. Want a refund. Had to take an uber. We were not happy. What more can i say. Usually Viator is my go to place for tours. This is the first bad experience

Taxis are easy to get and much less expensive

At the airport, our driver was on time and communicated with us well. Unfortunately, one of our bags was delayed and the driver couldn’t wait for us so we never did get our ride to the hotel. He also stopped communicating with us when I asked what our other options would be and whether he could come back after his other commitments. We didn’t want to lose out of the $158 we paid for the booking but we did. In addition, I have received no response from the company when I contacted them after. My family ended up taking a taxi, which turned out to be a private ride that cost about 45€ total. The taxis are downstairs from the baggage claim, easy to get, and less than one-third the price of this company’s service.

Disappointing experience

I had arranged for a car to pick my husband and I up at the airport to take us to our hotel. I received a confirmation and a charge to my credit card a few days prior to my departure. When we arrived at the exit from baggage claim we saw nobody there waiting for us. We waited about 15-20 minutes then tried calling the driver at the phone number provided and it was busy every time. We then called customer service and got several answers. Someone was parking and. E there soon. Someone was on there way, etc We finally got a call from a driver ho said he would be there shortly and where would we be. I told him and we found each other. When we asked they he was so late he told us he had just gotten the call to pick us up. I think those things should have all been determined when my credit card was charged. Come to find out he was an Uber driver. I found have saved myself time and money if I just went straight to Uber and bypassed getting a transfer.

Incorrectly fined and was ignored

Our driver was prompt and we had no problems getting to our hotel in the city. I’m only rating it 2 stars because customer service told me to upgrade to a more expensive car so I could have two child seats (and not booster seats) for my young kids. But at pick up they still gave me a booster seat. I emailed twice to ask them to refund me the difference between the bigger car and the sedan I had originally wanted. No resolve whatsoever. I do not recommend.

Courteous, dependable service

Driver politely dealt with long travel delays! Made it easy and comfortable to get from airport to our hotel.

Would not recommend.

Taxi did not arrive, took 30mins waiting in telephone Queue to arrange pick up. We waited another 40mins for taxi to arrive.

Great airport pickup.

our driver met us as scheduled . Took care of the luggage and did everything with a smile. Vehicle was clean and we were offered botted water and face masks was required along with wearing seat belts

Worry Free Transport

I was worried the driver wouldn’t be there in the event of a delay. No need! She was there after a 2 hour flight delay and an hour and half delay through immigration.

Rude driver

Drive was rude and refused to wait while I checked on a piece of lost luggage. Did not offer to secure another driver. My 6 year old became very upset. Plan on asking for my money back. Took a taxi to my hotel. Much easier and safer

The driver was waiting for us. Was very kind and helpful. We are very satisfied of the services. We would recommend it

Cruising

We had a little angst when getting off the plane & getting to the driver but that was because of the language difference. Once we found him everything was great!

Good travel

This is very excellent to find any hotel. Here we can choose destination. For travelling this is best.

Smooth transfer process

Greeted at airport. Multiple vehicles arranged. Quick service to hotel. Drivers friendly and knowledgeable along the way.

Best Decision!

We had a great trip to the airport from Barcelona. The driver did an excellent job of getting us there, and pointing us in the right direction. The Barcelona airport was even a great experience.

No-Show Airport Transfer

Car never showed up for our Barcelona Airport pickup. After waiting over 5 minutes I called the number provided and spoke with the local company and was on hold for about 40 minutes and finally was told the driver was in an accident and no other car available. I hope the driver is OK but this is very poor communication and can't recommend this company at all. I'm also not sure if this story given to me was actually true? Took a cab which I should have done initially, cheaper and very friendly. At least Viator refunded my money.

They create straw men to attract the unwary

They work with misleading advertising. They say that they monitor the flights, that a driver will be waiting with a sign; They draw a fairy tale for you, because they know that it will not be like that. If you don't want to lose your money, don't take this service .

Mala

Fatal, el conductor llegó 20 minutos tarde para la recogida en el aeropuerto y para la vuelta más de media hora. Se puso en contacto conmigo alguien de una subcontrata cuando pasaban más de 10 minutos de la hora para decirme que había mucho tráfico y que llegaría más de 20 minutos más tarde. Teniendo un vuelo que coger esto me parece un desastre. No lo recomiendo. He contratado otras veces con otras compañías como.chofix y Booking y siempre ha ido bien pero con estos fatal

Comment faire de l’argent facile sur le dos des touristes

Notre avion a eu 15 minutes de retards et après avoir passé les douanes et récupérer nos bagages le plus rapidement possible notre chauffeur avait déjà quitté. Ils attendent une heure à partir du moment que l’avion touche le sol, pas une seconde de plus. Aucune solution nous a été proposé, aucun remboursement possible je plaint la responsable du service à la clientèle. Belle compagnie de champions ( voleurs) ! Ne réservez pas avec eux, prenez un taxi, il y en a tout plein directement sur place et à meilleur marché!

Fatal, estafado

La reserva estaba prevista a las 14.15 y se presentan a las 15:00... y encima dice el chófer que había llamado ¡como si no supieran estos piratas que dentro del avión hay que llevar el móvil desconectado! Cabify no llega ala suela del zapato de un buen taxista ¡ aver si controlan a quienes contratan!
