Best tour experience

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, well travelled and went above and beyond to give us a highly personalised tour with additional recommendations for later in our trip. The tour was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona.

Tasty and informative

It was just the four of us going to the different locations to try local food and drink. Our guide was very informative, knew everyone where we went and adjusted the places based on our interest. Vicenta was a great guide!

Food tour

Well done tour of places and foods. We even revisited a few stops that we were shown. Silvina was very informed and helpful.

Awesome tour, fun guide, excellent food!

Great experience! Our guide, Lucia, walked us through areas of Barcelona we wouldn’t have otherwise thought to explore. We had some of the best meals of our trip on this tour and even went back to one of the places for dinner a second time. Would recommend for couples and families visiting Barcelona!

Not worth the cost

Not a good experience. Our guide was late and was having problems paying with her company credit card. We are vegetarian and there seemed to be difficulties in finding something to eat. The first three restaurants basically served the same things, not much variety. The first three places were fairly close to each other, but the last ones was a hike.

Fun, relaxed, informative, delicious!

Sonya was great. She was down to earth and knowledgeable. She knew when do join the conversation and when do back off and let the group socialize. Not rushed with good explanation. Loved her video about Barca that she should during our first tasting.

Disappointing tour in one of the worst neighborhoods of Barcelona

This tour was a pretty disappointing experience. First of all, after booking the tour, I was contacted asking me to move it to another day, which we could not do given other pre-existing plans. I replied saying this was not possible for us and after some time I was told that a replacement guide was found (I cannot remember her name at this point). For some reason, this "traditional" Barcelona food tour was mostly in the Raval neighborhood, which is one of the worst, dirtiest, ugliest, scariest parts of Barcelona. Our guide was clearly not very experienced (was following written directions) and very stiff at first, but she later warmed up and got much better. The stops that we made were also so-so, with some being better than others, but almost none being all that special. I don't understand how this tour could be called "most complete" or "traditional".

Good way to learn Barcelona

Nice stroll around Barcelona. The meeting place was easy to find and our guide was prompt. We had delicious Tapas and beverages at 4 different restaurants plus churros for dessert. It was a very laidback kinda of tour. Would recommend

Enjoyable trip thru backways

What a wonderful experience !, Melissa's mastering of her local know-how made this trip thru neighborhoods even so much more interesting, she keeps us informed of historical facts and the realities of where we were.... truly enjoyable and worth taking this tour.

Wonderful early evening in Barcelona

Jennifer was a perfect guide for showing me where to get best tapas & drinks & told me a great deal about the area. She was friendly & informative. It's also a great tour for the money. I would recommend Jennifer & this tour to anyone looking for sightseeing, with wonderful food & beverages.

Great Tour Guide!

Great knowledge with Catalan/Spanish history and food! Knowledge of cooking was extensive! Loved and enjoyed the tour! If you are alone and have a food experience with someone who can teach you, this is the one!

Great tour...highly recommend it

Our tour guide MJ was wonderful.. she was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to create an amazing tour for us. The tapas were soooooooooooooo good. As none of our group of which there were 4 of us, drink alcohol we were accommodated by being able to have coffee, sofas or juice instead. The coffee in Europe is so good. MJ also walked with us to help us find our way back to where we had to catch our bus as we weren’t sure how to get back because of all the turns we had made down different streets we were completely at a loss as to how to get back. So she looked up directions on her phone and walked us all the way back to the bus stop 😊😊😊 MJ also let us stop to look in a few stores along the way as long as we didn’t take too long in order for us to be finished our tour in a timely manner to allow us to get back to our bus stop and back to the ship on time ......Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrreatt Tour. Highly recommend it and ask for MJ. She’s wonderful

Nicht unbedingt notwendig

Ignacio war sehr freundlich und man konnte gut plaudern ganz speziell über Argentinien, aber ich glaube die Tour hat er zum Ersten Mal gemacht. Die ersten beiden Tapas Bars waren sehr gut und lecker, der Rest war nicht berauschend. Wir machen in jeder Stadt eine Food Tour , diese war nicht empfehlenswert. Leider!
