Loved being in a square and just had fun being out

Quite disappointed. Tour was advertised as three hours. It was only two.. it was advertised tapas and dinner. There was only tapas no additional meal. The show was OK and the very little time we had with a guide. He was a very nice man had planned to spend all our evening on tour and was disappointed when it was cut short in two hours.

Fantastic evening

Had a lovely welcome at the tapas bar then walked down to the flamenco bar altogether approx 8 min walk away. The flamenco dancers, singers and guitarist were all fantastic with great chemistry and energy. We then walked back to the tapas bar where the tapas did not stop coming and the Sangria was refilled many many times! All very merry and stuffed by the end of it! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great night

Night on the town

The flamenco show was great. Their skill was amazing to watch. Then the Tapas were all very tasty and filling. And lastly the guide was friendly and informative.

For young groups of people

The group we were with were rowdy, the food wasn’t very nice and the dancing place seemed tired and old and again we felt liked it was overcrowded! We were worried that one of the dancers was going to need resuscitation! He looked exhausted!

Just meh

Very disappointed with the Flamenco show. Seen many better ones in Sevilla, in Mexico and even in the US This show had only two dancers, no costumes to speak off, no colors! Very mediocre performance. The Tapas restaurant was just ok, no more Gucci, the host, was friendly and funny, but the whole experience was very low brow.

Amazing tapas

Dinner experience was excellent, great food and service ! Gucci is awesome Flamenco show was to short , expected more But still excellent singer and guitarist!

Beyond the expectations!

The experience that we got from the tickets bought via tripadvisor to the Traveler's Nest Bar and the Flamenco Show was beyond our expectations. The show was passionate and the bar host, Gucci, was welcoming, great-humoured and ready to help at any moment. The traditional tapas were delicious. I would definitely recommend visiting that place to my friends and family.

Best Flamenco and Tapas

This was the third Flamenco I’ve seen but by far the best. Our hostess and follow up Tapas were also amazing.. highly recommend this tour.

Love the Gothic Quarter!

Great hosts! Very fun night out in an amazing part of the city (Gothic Quarter). Flamenco show was 45 minutes or so, followed by a tapas dinner. Cool experience for anyone visiting Barcelona!

Worth the price.

We had a great time. Loved the dance and tapas. Very hard to see the dancers feet, sit as close as possible or up high at the bar.

Great entertainment, pub crowded okay for young people

The dancing and the singing was great. The place was a bit ordinary though a bit dark and dingy. We met at a busy pub then he just took us to the place where they danced then escorted us back to the pub. The food was okay but I would have gone someplace else to eat better. I would recommend going to watch a flamenco dance somewhere as they are brilliant at what they do, but find your own way.

A taste of Barcelona

Riveting performance. A lovely combination of music, dance and tapas. We thoroughly enjoyed this very intense show

Fantastic evening but strange organisation

Location was a little difficult to find but when we found the place, it was easy to remember. We met some staff there but they were all mixed and very busy. Eventually we were showed to the Flamenco by a guy who finally turned up. The show was mesmerising! It was just brilliant and so much fun! Afterwards, he met us and took us back to the meet up point. The booking states another location by the marina for the Tapas but actually it was at the starting point and could be confusing. Food was just HEAVEN! Fresh, hot and very very tasty. All full up with sangria and good quality food!

enjoyable evening

After a slightly disorganised start, we made it to the show which was about 30 minutes long, but very entertaining. quick dash back to strating bar for a great tapas. Plenty of lovely food and fruity sangria.

Could be a lot better

Flamenco dancers were good. However put on table with family who didn’t speak the same language considering other tables did. Made meal very awkward. Food was ok, sangria was 1 glass each. Guide barely spoke. As a whole very average evening.

Vibrant, energetic and excellent

This was a great and passionate performance. The food was great too! It was definately worth the money and we are happy that we booked this event.

A not-to-miss traditional experience

Amazing, authentic Flamenco dancing, singing and music! Great tapas and sangria in a perfect location, too.

Simple and good but not a tour

The show was very enjoyable. The food was tasty and the servers very friendly and kind. The “guide” was superfluous, didn’t add anything to the experience.

Powerful performance and great food! In the Gothic Area

Wow, we were nervous with no recent reviews but we were so happy with this experience. The show was great and the food was amazing! This was a dynamic show with passionate performers! And the tapas were great! There is a speedy walk (but we got close seats being first). We definitely could use more fans in the restaurant but this is just the normal! Great value!

Worth doing while in Barcelona

The show was authentic and really enjoyable to watch, the Tapas was some of the best we had in Barcelona. There was more then enough food for all of us. The only point I would say on the experience was that we was seated on a table with another group doing the same experience, which wasn't a problem for us as they were lovely and good company that evening. But sitting with another group may not suit all.

Good Food

Loved the food and city vibe, but show was average. Be prepared to walk, as the location is in alleys and no taxi service is allowed. I would recommend. Be careful getting in taxis, as a solo traveler.

Do not buy this “tour”

We were extremity disappointed with the experience: - we were told to be there 10 min early and waited until 10 min after and no one was outside the bar. Finally, we went inside and asked someone, who sent our “guide” out to find us. She told us to come in the bar and the “guide” told us to sit at a table and wait 10 more minutes even though everyone else was already there - the “guide” finally walked us over to the Flamenco show, where we were the very last ones in line. Why did we wait 20 minutes at the bar when all attendees were there, causing us to be at the very back of the line for the show, consequently sitting at the very back of the theatre?! When we entered, we couldn’t even get 3 seats together. Some people in our group had to stand for the entire show! - we left the show and the “guide” walked us to a different restaurant, which was quite far. She was speeding at the front of the group, never looking behind to see if all group members were following. We sat down, and she immediately walked away without a single word. - the “tour “ was sold to us as follows: “learn about the history of flamenco and your foods from your guide”. The “guide” never spoke a word to us. Just “led” us from one place to another. All in all, the tour was a waste of time and money and was completely misrepresented in the description.

Wouldn't do it again

We have arrived to the bar on and we were ask to wait then the guy took us to the theatre for the show and left saying he will be back to take us back to the same bar.The show was great I must say, but thats it.After the show the guy came back and took us to the diffrent place for tapas.the descripction of the event say what's included, which should have been tapas, sangria, flamenco show, dinner, alcoholic beverages.There was only tapas and very disgusting sangria, when I asked the waiter said is nothing to do with him and it must be a mistake in the description.summaraising you can get better deal yourself for the money. You can get tickets for 17 Euros and go for tapas to almost every restaurant and will cost you less. it's a scam. The only good thing is that we met nice people and spend a nice evening with them:)

Great vegan!

Great vegan tapas! Very flavourful and great selection of gluten free items as well. Would definitely recommend! Great service as wel.

Very good ecperience and good value.

Great show and very good and plentiful tapas and sangria. Noel the guide very friendly and helpful. The meeting place, show and tapas bar all in different locations. There was quite a lot of walking between places. Overall a very enjoyable evening.

Not worth the wait, book the flamenco dancing in its own, worth seeing them

Not worth the wait at the restaurant which was an hour, then they walk you to the show 3 minutes walk, then stood in a long queue to get in to see the dancers, there was hardly any seats left, so could barely see the dancers, it was not worth all the waiting, back to the Next Traveler Restaurant, we’re given sangria we don’t drink, and vegetarians, the food part was a waste of money, I believed the dancers would perform whilst we ate, I recommend book the flamenco dancers show on it a own, they were good.

Not worth it.

Not what we expected. Very poor visibility of the stage. No explanation of the “story.” We felt very uncomfortable with the cast’s unabashed request for tips. Not worth the time or money.

It was a great time! My friends and I really enjoyed the show and tapas! I would absolutely recommend!

show was good, but short, not even 40 minutes, wished it was longer. Tapas was good, but only a few options and the tour guide just dropped us off and left. No walking tour included.

Good show but bad organisation

The show itself in an air conditioned theatre The ‘tour leader’was 15 minutes late so we were the last in line to enter the theatre After the show we got tapas but No dinner. We had to pay for water

Just take the leap and try it

Aboslutely amazing, the Flamenco show was amazing! and had great company from all over th world in the tour group. A LOT of tapas too. Our tour guide Renae was lovely to, he was great and so were the bar staff at the tapas venue!!

Okay

The flamenco show was wonderful, the dancers were very enthusiastic and proud of their culture. The seating at the flamenco show was far from good. The chairs were uncomfortable, and the way the room is designed made it difficult to watch the show- there were heads/bodies directly in front of you blocking your view. PLUS it was packed with people! Some people couldn’t get seats and had to stand for the entire show. The tapas part was delicious, but we only stayed at one bar. I thought we were to go to two bars, but our guide plopped us down and left us there. The selection of tapas was good at first, and as more came out they decreased.

Tapas tour

We were extremely disappointed with the whole Evening. Totally misrepresented. The guide was new to the city so the promise of learning history did not eventuate. The flamenco was average. The promise of Tapas bars where locals go didn’t happen either. We went to one bar run by a loud mouthed Australian using disgusting language and serving awful food and the guide disappeared. No sangria just a small amount of warm cava. Never again

Flamenco and Tapas Experience.

We were guided from the meeting point to the Flamenco performance and then again from there to the Tapas restaurant. So no chance of getting lost. The Flamenco performance was sensational, the best I’ve seen and the tapas meal was excellent! It made a really great start to our holiday and we are so glad we booked this.

Breathtaking experience

The whole experience from start to finish was truly amazing. We were greeted by Darren who was very welcoming and made us feel at home! The flamenco show was absolutely breathtaking, afterwards we had the most amazing table of tapas with a lovely couple who we met during the show. I will definitely be going again, I can’t recommend this enough!

Would not do it again

The food was good and the Dance was amazing . But no explained anything to us about the dance. The Story behind it also at dinner they never even said anything to us had to ask for water . Would not go with them again

Do the flamenco, not the food.

The flamenco was incredible. Sadly the restaurant was in a sleazy neighborhood and not very appetising. Wouldn't recommend!

Tapas and Flamenco evening event is great craic!

Great value for money! Enjoyed both the tour guide and the group's company!! The only thing is the venue for the Flamenco event was very small.

Great wee flamenco show with excellent tapas after.

After meeting outside a bar just of Las Ramblas we were taken to a square ( few minutes) walk and given tickets to the Flamenco show. Didn’t know quite what to expect but show was excellent. After the show we were met again to be taken to a restaurant for Tapas. We had assumed we were going back to original bar but we were instead walked for at least 10/15 minutes along quiet/small streets to an unknown destination. We were eventually directed into a small unassuming restaurant, which we would never have chosen to go into but I can only say both the food and the service in this restaurant was exceptional. The tapas came out ‘in rounds’. They supplied both cava and sangria and every round of food was a treat. Since I wasn’t sure exactly where we were, it is difficult to recommend the restaurant, but if this is where they use for all these evening, I can say you won’t be disappointed with the food. 10/10 for the restaurant. I’ve uploaded a photo taken outside the restaurant, with it’s name visible. All in all a very good value for money trip but just be prepared for the walk between venues.

Don‘t book this Tour!!!!!!!!

If I could give cero, I would. Flamenco Show was not passioned. The younger dancer looked liked beeing forced to the Flamenco Show, the lady dancer just did her job. No more passion for Flamenco. Later on, after the show (round 1/2 Show), when we were brought back to the Restaurant the food it self was tasty, but don‘t go there hungry, it‘s just a snack. If you book the Flamenco Show it self, it cost 17€, Food & Drinks are not worth it 24€. Round 5 different tapas plates, what you have to share with other people, but the plates are not very big. For example the albondigas (meatballs) is one meatball per Person on the plate. They Tell you it‘s plenty of food and you will get drinks while eating. But they don‘t tell you, that it‘s all over after 1/2 hour. Evenig was very disapointing. Tour it self should go 3 Hours. Start 8pm, finished with show, food and drinks by 10pm. Did not even get an information. After we were waiting for more food and drinks and nothing happend, we had to go up to the bar and then been told, tour is finished, kitchen is closed. No more food and drinks. So left hungry and disapointet and went home to get food, as others on our table did as well. There are a lot better things you can do for your money than this tour.

A great night

A great passionate show to start in a very small venue, so you get to feel the taps on the floor. Food was plentiful and had great chats with our group.

Tapas

The Tapas were awesome, not impressed with the show. The musicians were good enough but expected a little more color and flamboyance in the dance.

Wonderful Evening

This was a great tour led by our guide, Carla. The Flamenco show was excellent and enjoyed by all and the tapas meal was more than enough. Carla was an excellent guide and we enjoyed our time with her.

Slow start to a great evening

Enjoyable Flamenco show and just the right length. Tapas were delicious too. Since the meeting point was at a bar we were worried for a while, but it all turned out to be a nice time.

Medium attraction

The location on the form was not the location of the event we had to walk 5 minutes, the event itself had a ticket price of 17 euro, the singer was a nightmare, the guitarist and dancers were ok, the tapas and drinks were mediocre...not a great evening

Flamenco and tapas

Daniella was fantastic as a guide, the tapas were great but overall my highlight of the night was the intensity of the flamenco dancers, singers and guitarist. They have a real passion for what they do. Well worth it.

The perfect combo!

This was a great way to experience the Flamenco arts, as well as traditional tapas. The show was the perfect length of time and wasn't too crowded. Afterwards, we went to a restaurant and enjoyed a large amount of food and sangria. It was a perfect combo for those wanted an evening completely planned out for them. Our tour guide was Francesco and he was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Though we were not the ones actually involved, he was able to accommodate a part of the group with certain dietary needs. For his sake and any other tour guide, please contact your tour guide BEFORE the tour and let them know your situation. I recommend this tour as a fun evening for a group or a couple!

Daniella is a great guide who explained very enthousiast everything there is to know the bout flamenco and tapas. The flamenco show was amazing and beautiful. The diner (tapas) were delicious and plenty! I can recommend this to anyone!
