Horrible experience and customer service

We arrived EXACTLY at 5:59. Tour started at 6. Would we have liked to have been there sooner? Sure. But the fact of the matter is we were still there in time. The guide had already left, we tracked another one down and he refused to help us, said it was too late and was incredibly rude. My advice: DO NOT USE THIS TOUR GROUP!

Excelente guided tour

Clara's guided tour was excellent. She gave us an overview of the Cathedral and took us to the most important and beautiful places. I highly recommend it!

Clara is an exceptional guide

Lovely, informative visit. Clara managed the large group very well, her English is excellent and her knowledge is extensive. She conveys a lot of information in a light, sometimes humerous fashion, engaging her audience. We certainly learned a lot!

A cathedral of outstanding beauty!

Did an organised tour with our guide, Olga. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about presenting the best of this awesome place. I did not know much about the architect, Antoni Gaudi, but after this experience I now fully appreciate his works. The amazing way in which the stained glass windows reflect a mixture of colours inside the cathedral has to be seen to be appreciated. Normally I am sceptical about guided tours but I can wholly recommend this place and if you are lucky enough to have Olga as your guide, then it will be an enlightened experience!

A site worthy of a private tour

The Cathedral of La Sagrada Familia Is an amazing feat of architecture and art. Our guide Aleix was extremely well-versed in Modernism, the work of Gaudi and specifically his life's work at this site.

Best private tour EVER!

Our guide, Aleix, was the absolute best guide we’ve ever had for anything! Almost three hours of history, personal background and anecdotes on Gaudi’s life and work was only a start. Aleix’s explanations of the architectural design, physics, color diffusion, biblical references and planning that were incorporated into the building of Sagrada Familia amounted to no less than a 3 credit course in less than three hours! The best choice we have made on this (and possibly any) trip we’ve made. There were four of us in the group, and he answered every question each of us had in the clearest way—even the intricate materials questions.

<p>Had to give it a rating to provide comments. We missed this tour because Air France made flight changes that ultimately got us to the Cathedral at 5:30 PM for our timed 4 PM tour. I wanted to give the tour guide and Amigo tours a shout out because she tried to contact us twice on our home phone not there, and once on our cell on Airplane Mode. Thanks for the dedication to service.</p>

Großartige Privatführung in der Sagrada Familia

Die Reiseleiterin Sarah hat uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art und ihren profunden Kenntnissen die Sagrada Familia in eineinhalb Stunden sehr nahe gebracht. Auch über Antonio Gaudí und die Stadtgeschichte von Barcelona wusste sie viel und spannend zu erzählen. Wir haben die private Führung genossen und empfehlen sie jederzeit weiter. Ein großartiges Erlebnis. Danke Sarah.

Excelente experiencia de un lugar inspirado en la Naturaleza y amor a Dios de Gaudí, puede verse la historia de la salvación.

El recorrido es de una hora, solo que es el interior del templo te explican las dos fachadas y poco más

Imperdibile

La chiesa più bella che abbia mai visto. Questa cattedrale è ancora in costruzione e verrà terminata nel 2026 la sua bellezza è unica; la facciata delle entrata è caratterizzata dal classico stile di Gaudì, frastagliato e apparentemente casuale, Ma l'interno è veramente Un tripudio di armonia con luci e spazi molto aperti e caldi e con una struttura liscia che si inalbera verso l'alto. Obbligatoria la prenotazione s'è fatta online saltate una coda, ma quando arrivate state attenti a mettere nella coda di chi ha già il biglietto. Arrivate almeno tre quarti d'ora prima e se volete salire anche sulla torre (non indispensabile ma sempre interessante) il biglietto è da fare separatamente chiedete pure dentro. Prendete anche l'audioguida che vi aiuterà a comprendere meglio ciò che osservate. Nota anche se l'audioguida ve lo consiglierá, sconsiglio la casa di Gaudì. Non c'è niente di particolare e volendo i giardini esterni sono visibili e percorribile non a pagamento.

PESIMO! UNA ESTAFA

Contratamos con más de un mes de anticipación el servicio que ofrecía esta empresa en Despegar.com que figura como TICKETS Y SALTAR LA FILA pero en realidad no lo son!! Un dia antes nos enviaron un mail avisándonos que la actividad constaba de una visita guiada. Al llegar al punto de encuentro en el horario indicado no se encontraba ninguna persona de la compañia. Esperamos por más de media hora, siempre preguntando al personal de seguridad de Sagrada Familia por el ingreso y llamando al telefono que dejan como contacto y jamas nos atendieron. No fue hasta que salió una persona del staff del lugar que nos informaron que el guía habia ingresado ANTES de la hora pactada con otro grupo de personas!! UNA VERGUENZA! Pedí que el guía, que se encontraba del otro lado de una puerta de acceso, saliera a darme una explicación y se negó. La misma gente de Sagrada Familia nos dijo que no quería dar la cara. Eramos varias personas en la misma situación. Me dirigi a atencion al cliente del lugar y cuando amablemente se ofrecieron a ayudarme llamando a la empresa les dijeron que era nuestra culpa por no habernos presentado y que no se harían cargo de nuestro reclamo. Reclamaré por todas las vías necesarias la devolución del dinero y efectuaré la denuncia correspondiente a defensa al consumidor, de la cual el mismo personal policial de Sagrada Familia me informó. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA COMPAÑIA. Es una falta de respeto al cliente la forma en la que se manejan.
