Our group loved this entire experience. The tour was absolutely beautiful and we were able to see everything before large crowds arrived. Omid was very knowledgeable and when one of our group members started feeling ill Omid went above and beyond to make sure she was attended to as well as to make sure the group event kept on schedule.

Engaging and Informative tour at Sagrada and Montserrat

We had a very engaging and informative trip. Our guide, Matt patiently explained each site that we go to, spoke clearly and most importantly a sense of humour while walking us through the histories in Barcelona. Pace was really good, not rushed. We had time at each location, linger a bit, toilet breaks etc. We had a short time in Barcelona and this is one good day trip to invest in. Two thumbs up.

A Perfect Barcelona Day

We had the best day ever thanks to our guide Omid and our driver Esther! They were so accommodating to my family of 20 with all our additional stops and needs. Amazing sights to see in one day!

We had a great day exploring the most amazing sights on this tour! Our guide, Matt, was the best!! It’s a full day so be sure you are well rested and have comfy shoes! We started at the beautiful Montserrat where the sights are breathtaking. We also appreciated the free time the tour included for our own sightseeing. We had just enough time to explore, have lunch and do a little souvenir shopping. We then spent time exploring key sights in Barcelona, including the Gothic area. Finally, we ended with the amazing tour of the Sagrada Familia basilica. It’s just beautiful and there’s plenty of time to visit each station and learn about the history. It was a full day and we Matt was very accommodating to all guests and prepared for our questions. Being picked up and dropped off is an added bonus!

Great tour

Great sights of Montserrat and Sagrada Familia! Teo was a great guide with amazing stories! He was on time, prompt and attentive all throughout. We wish the tour gave us the option to pre-purchase tickets for the Montserrat funiculars as the lines were already long when we got there. We wish the tour company would allow him to accompany us inside Sagrada Familia so we could hear Teo's commentary and insights about it as well.

Teo, Greatest guide

Let’s try this again!!!! Teo was a great guide. He was extremely friendly and had a great personality. He fed us a lot of history of Barcelona and even stopped for us to take photos. He was very accommodating in everything he did and was constantly making sure we were all having a good time. He was just FANTASTIC!!!! Now as far as the Sagrada Familia , that was not worth €26 , at all. I would have been happier looking at the church from outside and saving my €26. I enjoyed the ride to Montserrat. The place was beautiful and had a lot of history. The views were breathtaking and was happy to take a lot photos there. Thank you Teo for all the recommendations of places to have dinner. You are just a good guy all around!!!

Barcelona is awesome!

Teo was a great guide! He was very personable and gave us the history behind the sites we visited making it more interesting and gave us the ability to add context to what we saw. Mosterrat was our favorite part along with the gothic quarter. Extra points for getting us there and back safely and smoothly.

Amazing day trip (in snd out of Barcelona)

The places we visited (Sagrada Familia and Montserrat) were amazing. The views from the Montserrat mountain range were breathtaking and this admirable Sagrada Familia. So, we could get very many great photos and videos. Besides that we had the best tour guide anyone could ever wish for - he was helpful, entertaining, had a good sense of humour. The trip was well planned and we had everything during our trip - enough information (history, numbers etc) and enough time for ourselves. Besides, the rest of the group (people from different countries) to travel with were friendly, positive and calm. And the weather was fine. That is also a very important thing. So, all together we had the best guided tour ever! Thank you so very much! We (our family) would recommend it to all the others!!!

Best trip and best tour guide

Our tour guide Omid was fantastic. Our group included my 85 yr old mom, in the picture with Omid, who has limited mobility. Omid made sure she was able to see all the sights and that she understood the stories and histories he shared. I have booked a number of tours through the years and have never experienced this level of customer service. Not only was our guide wonderful, his depth of knowledge was amazing. I would highly recommend this tour as it encompasses the must see locations in Barcelona. Thanks Omid for making my mom’s trip memorable.

Magnificent Tour

Just completed a private tour with hotel pick up from Barcelona. Every single thing about this tour was perfect but what stood at the most was our amazing tour guide Omid. Omid truly went above and beyond. He was so knowledgeable and knows all the things! The way he helped my elderly mother and the attention he gave her is something we will never forget. He was so caring with her, she is still talking about him. The sites we saw were magnificent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Family friendly private tour of Barcelona and Montserrat with a knowledgeable, flexible and humorous guide - highly recommend

Booking with the company was easy and we received comprehensive details of what to expect and how to prepare as well as who our guide would be and her contact details. Our assigned guide was Liana who I WhatsApp'ed with on the morning of our pickup to confirm the time. Liana arrived at our hotel on-time in a large modern hybrid and greeted us with a great smile. She speaks multiple languages and her English is very good. She noted that our children (6 and 8 at the time) were young and offered us to swap out parts of the gothic walking tour with some other options but our children are used to walking with us, so we politely declined. We drove passed various Gaudi buildings and stopped at each to admire the design. Liana would share interesting stories around the history of the buildings, Gaudi and Barcelona itself, allowing us some time to hop out the car and take photos and admire details close up. Afterwards, Liana allowed us to walk in an area whilst she parked the car to begin our guided walking tour. The gothic quarter of Barcelona is beautiful and full of symbolic details that Liana is passionate about. She regularly references images on her phone to fully explain her stories and picks out details in the area that I'm sure are missed by 99% of the other tourists. As lunchtime approached, Liana asked us for any preferences and then she made a reservation for us at a wonderful Tapas restaurant in the shadow of Sagrada Familia - well priced, delicious food served quickly. She helped us connect to local, free wifi and transferred the pre-booked tickets to our phones and assisted us in downloading the English audio guides. At the allotted time, we split from Liana and made our way into Sagrada Familia using our audio guides to move around and note the many stunning details of the temple. Our first time entering and well worth the hype. After our tour, we met up with Liana again and we started our drive out of Barcelona towards Montserrat. During the drive, Liana drove safely whilst sharing many interesting and humorous stories. Some of the roads can be quite windy and although my wife and kids get car sick, she was careful and regularly checked to see if we were all ok. We were dropped off again at the monastery whilst Liana went to park the car and could take many photos at the top of the mountain, seeing as far as the Pyranees. There is a market and Liana took us to some of her well known vendors and requested tasters of particular delicacies that she knows are favorites - my kids loved the lemon honey and we loved the truffled cheese. She offered us various wine tasting too which we politely declined. Again Liana picked out details that I'm sure are missed by many and made the tour engaging and fun. The organ was being played in the monastery accompanied by the piano, violin and cello and we sat quietly and listened for a good time before entering the queue to see the black virgin. Liana had pre-booked tickets again and we were quickly through. At many times throughout the tour, Liana offered to take photos of us together as a family and even showed us some interesting panoramic shots. Getting back down the mountain, Liana offered us the cable car whilst she drove to meet us but we declined and drove with her back to Barcelona to catch the sun set on the steps of the Catalunya Museum near Montjuic. After dropping us off at the hotel, Liana had made several more tours, destinations and restaurant recommendations and followed these up with links that she sent in WhatsApp. Our tour was highly enjoyable thanks to our knowledgeable, flexible and humorous guide and I would recommend this to other guests who want to see as much of Barcelona with their family in a short period of time.

A day to remember!

Liana attended to our concerns, questions and requests promptly. We had lots of beautiful photos, happy moments and memories. She has a way of taking panoramic pictures. We enjoyed her company and foods she ordered for us. Thank you Liana. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Teo. He showed us all the beautiful sights of Barcelona and Montserrat. Teo was very competent with lots of knowledge and the whole group enjoyed the day very much.

Extremely Satisfying experience

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about this tour. The ride was excellent - air conditioned van and very respectful driver. Our tour guide, Miquel, was great with us - humourous, gave awesome tips and advice for food and things to do when we were on our own, he shared history and answered all of our questions along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Sagrada Familia and Montserrat through his private tour. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to have a personalized experience in Barcelona!

Ivan was our tour guide to visit Montserrat, Old Town Barcelona, and Sagrada Familia. Our scheduled meeting time & place went perfectly. Ivan was a great guide from the very first impression and remained that way all throughout the day. He shared a well-rounded knowledge about the history of the region, structures, and people who were key to places we visited. I could tell he was passionate about his country and loved sharing information, old and new. Overall we had a wonderfully memorable day learning about Barcelona! This excursion was amazing. Our tour guide, Ivan, was terrific. This was truly a private tour including the four of us and Ivan. Ivan was such a gentleman and very informative. Great trip to Montserrat and Barcelona

Juan was a GREAT guide. We drove to Montserrat and then stopped at several spots in Barcelona. Lunch was fantastic Paella under the Sagrada Familia. The entire family had a wonderful time.

Great small group tour

Well knowledgeable guide, picked us up on time. Got to see a lot all over Barcelona including sagrada familia. Things to know, if you’re wanting someone to take you into the sagrada and explain the many parts of it. There are other tours for that. This one they drop you off with your ticket and you explore it on your own. The other thing is there is a separate ticket for the lift to take you up to the top of the sagrada familia and the ticket you pay for just gets you entry. All in all was a great time and money well spent

Barcelona Tour with Teo - city tour, Sagrada Familia & Montserrat

I booked this tour for the first day of my trip and it was such an amazing experience! Teo was our tour guide and the day started off with pick up at our hotel and a tour all around Barcelona from the highest point in the city to the beach to the Gothic Quarter. Then we headed over to La Sagrada Familia for a tour and lunch on our own. We ended with a visit to Montserrat. Everything was beautiful with gorgeous views and lots of opportunities for pictures. Teo was an amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. It made for a wonderful experience. I’d highly recommend this tour to anybody visiting Barcelona.

Wonderful day for 3 generations

We had a wonderful day with Liana. She was timely and hit all of the things we wanted on our tour. She was very knowledgeable and so kind the entire day!! We enjoyed sagrada familia and Montserrat so much and I’m so glad we chose a private tour over other group options. A Day More Than Well Spent

The tour was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the beautiful sites. Matt was our guide and we couldn't have had a better one. He picked us up on time at our hotel and we then picked up a lovely Argentinian couple at another hotel. Matt told us that he would speak to us three and the other couple and say the same thing to each. He did this seamlessly. His English was really good. Matt was very knowledgeable and fun. Plus, he was an excellent driver! Of course, the Sagrada Familia was silmply breathtaking and we appreciated Matt giving us its history before we went in. Being on a tour has its benefits, for sure, because we didn't have to stand in line for tickets. We were on our own for lunch before heading to Montserrat. Tip: Ask your guide for restaurant recommendations. Matt gave us a choice of two authentic Spanish restaurants. We chose one and had the most delicious tapas and beer. Thanks, Matt. On to Monserrat. It was a beautiful winding, mountainous journey to the top. We spent a couple of hours here seeing the gorgeous church, the Black Madonna, and visiting with local artisans and farmers at the market. Outstanding views from the top! All in all, a wonderful day well spent.

Amazing day -Barcelona/Montserrat!

Pablo was absolutely wonderful. He did an amazing job and was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to. There were 3 couples and all of us were so thrilled with our day. I coordinated the tour, and at dinner they kept thanking me. But I only arranged it, Pablo made it a fabulous day. Highly recommend!

The best tour guide!!!!

Overall, the tour was a 10/10 success! Our tour guide, Teo, was an extremely, upbeat, energetic, and helpful guide with interesting facts and a refreshing sense of humor! Along our smooth drive up to Montserrat, we were entertained with Teo’s energy and unknown information about the monastery. The stop along La Sagrada Familia was even more enjoyable, as we were able to strong along the park while our wonderful tour guide took great pictures of us (and along with us 😂)! Not to mention the convenience of it all, as we were able to skip the long lines of the basilica with our special tickets. The walk of old town was especially enlightening, as Teo took us around the hidden gems of the site with his own special takes on legends and more! Without a doubt one, if not the best tours we’ve taken outside the country! Special thanks to our amazing tour guide Teo!

Our tour was amazing. We had two adults, an 18 year old and a 10 year old in our group. There was something for everyone. Don’t miss out on this tour. Matt was our tour guide and he was great. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable to ask questions and have a good time.

Valentina did such an amazing job giving a thorough tour of all areas we visited. Valentina was able to answer any questions we had and included such great information of the areas. Valentina was very patient, kind, informative, and we could tell she really loves doing these tours for customers like us!

Worth every penny. Matt was a wonderful guide. The hotel pick up, small group and tour made it so easy to see so much without the stress of trying to do it all ourselves. I am thrilled with what I saw in one day.

Excellent and money worth trip

The entire trip was worth every penny. Had a great, Informative trip arround the city, then visited the magnificent and breathtaking Sangrada Familia and drove to monsarate mountains. The guide Gaspar was wonderful gave a detailed history of barcelona and it's important architecture. Had the most wonderful and sarcastic guide. The only one thing you need to note is that Sangrada Familia's entry is not included.

Special city spent best on this tour

Every location was spectacular. From the drive out of Barcelona to Montserrat, the monistarry was beautiful, the views were spectacular. The Gothic town and finishing up at La Sagrada was just amazing. Our guide Mateus, made it even more special with his care of explaining and special attention to all his guests. A MUST! The best tour guides.

Nuria was absolutely the best. We started around 8:45 and the entire day was full of awesomeness. Beautiful Barcelona has so much to offer and see. It would obviously take months to truly see it all but Nuria really was so specific and on track with her guiding tour. We drove up and first walked around the naitical garden which you have amazing views. Then we drove by the 1992 Olympic stadium, impressive. We walked past the national museum and ended up down at the fountain and old bull fighting arena. The entire time learning so much. We went to old town and were presently surprised with the underground ruins in Born. Explored Sagrada which you really need about 3 hours to really take in but our hour was good. Had lunch at an amazing restaurant at the pier overlooking the beach. It was all perfect. The remaining half of the day we explored Monserrat. It was magnificent and magical. A must. Thank you!!!!
