Our tour guy was the best that I have had before. I have been here before this is my fourth time. I remember when the church was not even down and we were walking around boards., Albert was precised on all the descriptions on the different face of the church. You have a great representative n very knowledgeable.

Expert tour guide

The tour guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and shared so much info that was quite interesting. The place was magnificent. It's really an amazing accomplishment and it will be nice if they can finish it by 2033 as they currently plan. There is still so much to do. Gaudi was really ahead of his time and I would love to see his vision finished in my lifetime. I highly recommend this tour and this tour guide.

Great experience - must do thing in Barcelona

Everything was excellent and it is definitely a must do thing in Barcelona - this is not a regular touristic attraction, the interior of the Sagrada Familia is one of a kind to the point of unbelievable.

Great tour guide but go out of peak times

Guide Jaume was very knowledgeable and gave a good tour. I hated how overcrowded the cathedral was and really ruined the experience which was not the guides fault but I would recommend going at non peak time to better experience the ambience and space designed.

Great overall experience!

We had a great tour guide Jordie, who was so informative & friendly! He knew to bring us to see the amazing sunset light at west side so we got the best possible view of the stained glass. Gorgeous!

Amazing

We went in the afternoon and the light coming through the stained glass was incredible. Our tour guide was the best one in all the tours we took in Spain over the whole week.

Worth it

Montse was a lovely and engaging guide! Loved that we were able to go straight in (no lining up), learn the history and see Sagrada Familia as the sun was going down. After the tour you can stay exploring as long as you like (until close).

Caution

Our tour operator did not show up. We contacted support and they could not find our booking, even though we paid for the booking and it was on the app. I requested a refund and still waiting for a response 3 days later

Great tour!

Awesome tour! Meeting place was well described and we were given headsets to hear. We walked around the outside and then entered to do the tour.

Bad communication!

They cancelled the tour & we didn’t receive that information (sent by email - which I couldn’t access until today - a month later). We paid for a taxi to get there & back on top of the disappointment of missing out on that tour! We did get a refund - but only after I rang & found out it was cancelled & rescheduled to another day - long after we left Barcelona.

Don't pick this tour they won't show up.

After changing my time by 1.5 hour, the tour guide stood us up. I was beyond embarrassed as I was treating a bunch of people. Never replied to a message after I confirm we accept the new time.

guide never showed up

Paid for the tour, arrived 20 minutes early at the address of the Redemption Point specified in the email I receive, and no tour guide arrived. Later I read the fine print saying the guide would not be at the address, but rather in the middle of the separated street, near a lamp post. Why could they not pass by the address that was in the email? Frustrating. TripAdvisor needs to help with refunds and not just profit from the bookings.

Terrible.

Paid for this tour and waited at the meet up spot for 1 hour. Guide never showed up and tour operator said they had no confirmation of our booking. 3 groups of us waited for the guide to never show up and had a lot of difficulty getting in contact with anyone about the tour. We were told that the tour had both switched times and that no tours existed for today. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Frustrated and disappointed

Upset, Frustration and disappointment that’s my experience. Our tour guide didn’t show up. We’re at the meeting point 30 mins early and stayed there for another 30 minutes passed the supposed to be starting time of the tour but NO TOUR GUIDE SHOWED UP. It’s a big tour group and all of us waited for nothing.

Disappointed

Tour was cancelled…too late to get another ticket. We had this issue several times in Barcelona. I would suggest booking directly through the Sagrada website rather than trip advisor

Tour never happened.

The scheduled tour that we paid for never happened - apparently some misunderstanding with the tour provider. Very disappointing - we relied on the integrity of Trip advisor and were sorry to see that it didn’t apply this time.

Best Decision

We did the tour on a whim when we couldn’t get tickets to do the tour on our own. It turned out to be the best decision!!!! Our guide, Aida, was fantastic! The highlights tour was just enough information to really understand what we were looking and but not so many details that it was boring or overwhelming. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Decent tour

Good tour. Very basic though compared to a similar tour my parents had done. If you’re looking for a little info with a group, this is perfect for you.

No Superlatives are Strong enough!

The Sagrada Familia simply took our breath away. The church was absolutely teeming with people so it was definitely necessary to keep a close eye on our guide as well as wearing earphones plugged into live audio. But nothing could spoil the awe inspiring surroundings. We had plenty of time to take it all in once the tour finished. We kinda skipped the queue but did have to wait for stragglers to join our group and there was a bit of a wait before we got going. Nonetheless there are no superlatives which could match this inspiring and wondrous space whatever your belief system. Unmissable if you’re in Barca.

Aida did a great job explaining everything about the tour to us. She took her time and trying to give everyone a chance to ask a question .

Tour Cancelled without Notice!

Booking with confirmation email does not guarantee a tour!!!! Tourguide NO SHOWED without notice. I booked for 3 adults on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00 pm. We waited for 30 minutes at the meet up point and no one arrived. I called TripAdvisor they were unable to provide additional assistance, beyond a refund. I called WALKS the lady offered no solution or help. I asked for them to please at least send the entry tickets to La Sagrada Familia and she said she was unable to do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she was "in a meeting" and would call me back. It's been 5 days and no call back. Very disappointed and worst of all I had to leave Barcelona without entering La Sagrada Familia because I put my trust in this company.

Great guide

Quick and very informative. Loved our guide. No lines at the entrance. We had a great experience and our guide gave us very good lesson of history and told us many interesting facts about the architecture

Sagrada Familia is the...

Sagrada Familia is the most stunning church in the world. Guide was excellent. Went in the late afternoon in July. Light shining through the stained glass windows was beautiful.

La Sagrada Familia small group tour well worth it

Our guide, Oliver, was great. He explained the history of the building with lots of details. Wonderful experience and an awe-inspiring building. I loved the very small group. There was only four of us and Oliver made it seem like we were friends touring together instead of strangers. Would definitely recommend the small group tour.

Do not miss this!

Sagrada Familia was our #1 must see in Barcelona. This Express Walking Tour with Walk It Tours was perfect. Our guide, Oliver, kept the small group of 8 together and interested the whole time. Aside from being a tour guide, Oliver is a historian. He shared his wealth of knowledge about architecture, Gaudi and the influence of Gaudi’s faith. The length of the tour was perfect and we learned so much. After Oliver left us, we were free to stay as long as we wanted to further explore the marvel which is Sagrada Familia.

Impressive

We did this tour and so glad we did it ! It was a group of about 15 people with Tour guide Mar .. She was to the point and is good at ushering the group together. The documentary was just sufficient and she gave us enough information This is an impressive tour of Gaudí work that cannot be missed if you are in Barcelona The stained glass work is so beautiful and it is so different to any cathedral in Europe

A blast !

I was lucky to be in a small group of 8 with Almudena as a guide. She made the Sagrada Familia come to life for us; it was not only learning about how this masterpiece was born but it was like being back in time and meeting the architect that designed it. Almudena's passion and patience were amazing, and everything was accompanied by very clear explanations. Thank you !

Simply Amazing

I am in the construction game and this place is amazing. The knowledge of our Walks guide was also first class. I now know lots more than I thought I did about this incredible piece of history.

Solid

Do not wait until the last minute to see this treasure. I waited until 2 days before arriving in Barcelona and of course, Familia Segrada was totally booked. I was lucky to find this tour. It was pouring rain but our guide did her best to keep us dry. She was very knowledgeable. The meeting point at the Picasso Bar made it extremely easy to connect. All in all, a very good experience.

Fabulous tour

Our guide was Almudena and she was an absolute wealth of information, the tour was thorough and so interesting. She gave all the highlights with extensive knowledge of Gaudi's objectives in the design and the meaning of certain structural elements of the Sagrada. We would highly recommend this tour. From a practical standpoint, Ali was so pleasant, spoke excellent english, had great microphones for each of us, was on time and not in a hurry to get finished. She answered all our questions and had a great sense of humor. Outstanding experience on 9/15/2018.

Great Tour and very Knowledgable Guide

Was able to book this tour last minute and so glad I did! It was great not to have to wait in the long line in order to get in and once we were in, i could not stop staring at the ceiling. Felt like i was inside of Forrest of art under a beautiful canopy. Just amazing!

Non si può descrivere. È un emozione unica. Ingresso comprato direttamente nel sito della basilica. Con lo stesso prezzo si entra nella casa museo di Gaudí nel park Guell. Non c'è stata nessuna coda. Si può entrare anche 15 minuti prima dell'orario stabilito. Audio guida con moltissime informazioni. Se non avete tanto tempo conviene portare avanti la registrazione. Consiglio di visitarla quando c'è il sole anche se io sono andata con tempo nuvolisi
