Excellent guide! Paula was perfect. Informative and pleasantly engaging. Discussion of the history, architecture, location, all engaging members of the tour. She did a remarkable job. Highly recommend!

Rude tour guide= find another company

Raul was rude and unfriendly, I would not recommend him. At the beginning of the tour, we asked if he could step back so everyone could hear. He was only talking to about 6 people out of 25 in a very loud and crowded area. His response was disparaging: first he said, “why did you choose to stand there?” We actually moved up front to stand behind him because we couldn’t hear him in the back of the group. There wasn’t anywhere else to stand. Then he mocked us and told us to stand in the center of the entire group. Overall, very bad vibes. One of the people in our group had a hearing aid and could not hear a thing. He was unnecessarily rude and didn’t do a good job to be inclusive of all the people on the tour.

I would definitely book this tour! The guide was knowledgeable and it was also nice to be able to skip the lines. Very professional staff and easy to communicate with via email and phone.

Good, could have been better

Good experience but guide added 5 more people at first of tour from another group delaying us and he talked too much making trip too long.

Great Sagrada group tour

Very Professional, Very informative and humorous. Easy to understand and guided our group well. We saw all the highlights and our guide recommended what to see at Sagrada Familia after the tour.

Pay for the Tour!! You won’t regret it.

I can’t imagine doing this without a guide. The area is very crowded. Our guide, aka Mary Poppins (I think his name was actually Isaac), was very informative. He made the day fun and provided a lot of background information. He clearly loved his job.

One of the wonders of the world

I have been amazed by this church from the first time I visited in 1978. I feel like I've watched it mature over the years and can hardly wait to see it completed. A definite "MUST SEE" in Barcelona each time I come here.

The Sagrada Familia was absolutely gorgeous and our tour guide was fantastic!! She was very knowledgeable about the history of the construction!!

Quite informative and enjoyable. Our guide was entertaining as well. The meeting point was easy to get to.

A must do tour in Barcelona.

It was a surprise for us the interior of the basilica, mainly because of the light and colors thru the windows. The tour guide (Isaac) did an excellent job, very clear and enjoyable explanations.

Must visit

Must visit. This architecture was one of a kind and you must visit if biding Spain. I would do this tour solo as it is too long with the tour guide

Great short tour

Definitely took away much more than if we had gone without a guide. Pace was good and guide Sylvie was engaging with many interesting facts Recommend!

Fantastic, but bring your own headphones

Amazing place. Tour was great. Finding the meeting spot was easy. Tour called 10 minutes in advance to make sure we could find meeting point and to help if we could not. The only downside was the headphones supplied at Sagrada Familia. They are terrible. So cheap that it was difficult to hear the tour guide. I would strongly suggest bringing your own headphones/ earbuds to use with the provided audio receiver. It uses a standard miniplug.

What an absolutely wonderful tour! Very knowledgeable and we truly loved seeing this work of art, and will make sure to come back and see more in the next 10 years:)

Good Tour--Just Ended Abruptly

My group and I enjoyed our tour of the Sagrada Familial with our guide. She was very informative and gave us detail in her descriptions. She ended the tour earlier than expected and left us to explore the museum or re-visit the inside on our own. It just seemed like the tour ended abruptly.

Must see

We bought the tickets online a few months earlier to ensure we made it. It is crowded and skip-the-line tickets are worth it. The instructions were easy to meet with the tour guide. The tour guide explained everything and answered all questions. We took lots of pictures, but truly pictures can't give the experience unless you see it. It is an unforgettable experience.

Amazing, a must visit

Dolores was a wonderful guide, pleasant with lots of knowledge to share. She told a great story and pointed out all the unique details. The Sagrada Familia is an amazing place with a very unique and interesting history. It was highly reccomended to us and we would advise the same, a must visit. The only thing that wasn't as truly advertised was the skip the line portion. It took us about 45 mins to enter once we gathered. I understand it is a busy place with a lot of construction going on but it was a very hot day.

Portugal done right

What an awesome day trip this was!!! One of the highlights of our trip. Really enjoyed visiting Pena Palace. Sintra was a real treat - enjoyed the buffet lunch, tasted a pastel de nada (yummy). Cabo da Roca, the most western point of continental Europe was lovely and then thoroughly enjoyed visiting Cascais. But truly what made this entire day extra special was having the best tour guide we've ever had. Goncallas was so personable, knowledgeable, hilarious and helpful. He went above and beyond ensuring everyone had a good and safe time. He even sent us restaurant recommendations after the tour was over. His leadership made this trip over the top.

Book it!

Wonderful tour! Our guide was great and being able the skip the line is worth everything. It’s the right amount of time and everything is explained thoughtfully. Definitely worth it!

Missed our tour

We missed the tour because our train to Barcelona was delayed halfway there. While I understand that you have rules about refunding tickets, it was so disappointing to miss the tour after spending so much money on six tickets.

It was a wonderful tour that everyone should see when they come to Barcelona. our Guide was great and the church is absolutely wonderful. To her the story and the history of how it was developed is fascinating.

Beautiful space, not to be missed

This tour of the Sagrada Familia made us appreciate the genius and humanity of Gaudi. It is a beautiful space and the play of light inside is truly remarkable. You cannot leave Barcelona without experiencing this building.

The tour operator was very clear with meeting place and any changes to our event. Tour guide (Paula ) was very very knowledgeable and friendly.

Must do skip-the-line

Skip the line is the only way to go. The meeting place was easy to find and very close to SF. The tour brought a lot to the experience because there is a LOT going on if you just look at the SF. Our guide was great and made sure we could all hear and understand.

Sights and information. Alot of standing in hot sun for overview (45 min) but understood why. Guide was terriffic.

The Sagrada Familia is a sight to behold. Stunning architecture full of meaning and spirituality. A must see while in Barcelona. Going with a guide allowed easy access and provided a great amount of detail about Gaudi's plans and how his work continues today with the support of tourists dollars.

Not worth the money. Guide was long winded .. mono syllabic and boring. Could have saved money by just buying entry ticket and looking myself

Wonderful tour

Sagrada Familia is a unique and beautiful church. Definitely a must see while in Barcelona. Our guide did a wonderful job explaining the architecture and design as well as the history of the church and Gaudi.

Accent hard to understand

Unfortunately the English speaking tour was very hard to understand. Also, the tour guide didn't really seem very happy to be there.

An architectural marvel!

Amazing experience! The historical perspective given by our tour guide was outstanding. Kudos to the front of the line pass! Kudos to the story telling about the symbolism given to every architectural detail. I have never been more amazing with architecture than at this marvelous building
