Great way to see both the Park and Segrada

Oliver was incredibly knowledgeable and he brought to life living and growing up around Segrada Familia. He was accommodating and spoke beautifully between both English and Spanish.

Barcelona

Great tour, they take you from Park Güell to Sagrada Familia. Our tour guide for park Güell, was great, gave us so much info on the history of the park. Same for our guide at Sagrada familia. This is operated by Julia tours. You get an hour break in between the 2 so you can get a quick lunch. There’s a McDonald’s local cafes gelato etc.

Not quite what I expected

The guides for both Guell park and the Familia were very good and informative. What we did not appreciate is being dropped off a 15-20 minute walk from the office after the park and then having a 20 minute wait for the Familia tour

Good Tour

Park Guell was very crowded which made it somewhat chaotic to hear the guide and see the Park. La Sagrada Familia was amazing.

Amazing Tour

We all really enjoyed the history and knowledge of our guides Oliver and Christina. The inside of La Sagrada Familia was breathtaking. The beauty of the nature at Park Guell was so beautiful

Beautiful and interesting

Didn’t expect the clever engineering of Parc Güell. The exterior of the Sagrada is so odd, you don’t expect the total beauty of the inside. Well worth the experience. The information shared by our guide, Jose, made all the difference. He brought it to life.

Not to be missed

Both spectacular places and loved seeing them. Would have liked a slightly longer amount of free time at the park before heading off, but the break in between was also much appreciated. The familia sagrada was awe inspiring and the trip up the tower was a huge highlight. Just “wow “

Visually a wonderful experience. Jose and Roberto were very knowledgeable and excellent guides. Well cordinated and bus to go from quell park to sagrada familia great.

An solid "C" tour

Sagrada Familia is fascinating and well worth a visit. I was less impressed with Park Gueli. The tour guide was well informed, but not as interesting as other guides I have experienced on this trip.

Great experiences with Viator! Very organized and professional. Both guides were very knowledgeable and eager to explain things. The tours at Parc Guelph and Sagrada Famillia were better appreciated with buddies and skip the line access. We will book again!

Two iconic and beautiful places in Barcelona

Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia are two of the most iconic and beautiful places in Barcelona. We absolutely loved both the park and the church tours. Unfortunately, with the group sizes and the amount of time allocated, we felt a little rushed at the Park. I wish we had more free time there to explore on our own before we had to leave for the next stop. And then we had almost an hour break between arriving at La Sagrada Familia and our tour time, so it felt like we should have been given the opportunity to spend extra time at the Park. As they limit the number of people who can enter the park throughout the day, having a set tour (and the skip the line at Sagrada Familia) was certainly worth the price! I definitely recommend this tour!

Amazing!

Great experience and worth the money

We had the same guide for both the park and Sagrada. He was excellent. Very passionate but not forcing his opinion. He offered multiple perspectives and interpretations. He was also considerate to the weather. He always directed us to shady spots to discuss his comments. The fast pass was definitely worth it when you saw the long lines to enter . I usually prefer private tours and was skeptical that a group tour of monuments this big and complex could be but am glad to say it was wonderful

Handicapped beware

My father is handicapped, this tour requires climbing 100+ we had to leave the tour . Spent $658 no refund

Disorganized and Inflexible - Park Guell is cool, though

Park Guell is cool - the organization of this two attraction tour not so much. We enjoyed the Park (after a myriad of issues) and then bussed to what we thought was a close location to Sagrada. It was not. We had to walk from where we were dropped off to the local office and check in there. Fortunately that was across the street from Sagrada. A medical emergency followed for one of us, and we had to leave the tour before it started. Despite writing e-mails to Viator that night to see if they could reschedule at least one of us for the following day (we only had one more day in town) or MAYBE get a refund, we were brushed away with standard corporate language.

Great way to learn about Barcelona

Booking the tour made it easier to navigate the Parc Guell and the Sagrada Familia, two extremely popular locations. Marc and David were both professional and knowledgeable, making it a very good experience. We were only disappointed that the Sagrada closed the visit to the tower, even though our tickets included this as part of the tour.

Poor value

Park Guell was presented only in English. This part I would rate 4 out of 5. Unfortunately our same guide at Sagrada Familia was providing Spanish and English. He was rushed and unclear. He spoke in Spanish much more than English. We were disappointed. We did a free walking tour today looking at Gaudi architecture. I learned much more from this free tour. Cheers

Tour guides were excellent Just a bit too much wasted time walking to and from offices and buses etc in order to get where we were going.

Park Güell and Sagrada familia are absolutely beautiful places - a must see in Barcelona. Our guide was excellent and explained everything really well.

A good overview of two iconic landmarks

A nice overview of Park Guell and a very thorough tour of Sagrada Familia. Knowledgeable guides. Prepare yourselves for a few things. The tour involves a lot of walking and stair climbing. The meeting place for the Park tour is very hard to find if you are on foot from public transport. The group size was very large. The timing of each aspect of the tour is not well explained in the instructions. Big gaps in time which gives you time to explore and even grab a bite to eat. Take plenty of water because it is not available in either location.

Chaotic Tour But They Get You There to See These Amazing Places

Tour was chaotic and not well organized because between the 2 locations you have to go back to their office near the Sagrada Famiglia and check in all over again and get assigned to a different guide that the morning tour. Most people didn't know they had to do that and one couple from Australia were actually left behind at Parc Guell by the guide who didn't bother to count heads or make sure everyone was there. He was rushing through everything and just not clear but provided useful info here and there. The 2nd guide at Sagrada Famiglia was much better and did a very good job of providing info in 3 languages and taking questions and moving everyone along. At least at the end we were able to spend free time exploring more of this amazing church and really soaking it all in. Really enjoyed the tower extension--lots of stairs going down (360 in a narrow spiral staircase) but we were up really high in a spire and felt like were seeing a special area not everyone accesses. In all fairness I think most of these tours are chaotic due to the heavy crowds and restrictions -- not much you can do to get around it so just be prepared and go with the flow because the sites are worth it.

Okay, but could have been more effective.

Our guide moved a little fast up the stairs and was sometimes hard to understand. I thought it was an English speaking tour, but it became a bi-lingual one so she had to repeat everything as we went along. She was knowledgable, but we seemed to do a lot of standing around and waiting. The Sagrada was fantastic.

Excellent tour with details and history details of both attractions. A must do when you go to Barcelona.

Finding Meeting Spot Difficult

DO NOT USE GPS DIRECTIONS FROM THE APP TO YOUR MEETING PLACE FOR THIS TOUR. We climbed straight uphill (like you’d see in San Francisco). We made it to the top and were told to climb more. We did and were told “Wrong Gate. Go down and walk two minutes (downhill) to the other gate”. We did (uphill) and were told we had to go to yet another gate…down two flights of stairs, across the street and down the hill. By the time the tour began, we were a hot, sweaty mess. And maybe that was why we did not really care for the tour at Park Guell. If you like to walk and climb, it could be for you. However, La Familia Sagrada was the most beautiful thing I’ve seen in my long life. To go inside is a MUST. I appreciated the bus ride - even though it wasn’t cooling after all that walking in the heat. But to have to wait on a corner to get our tickets and wait for the new tour guide to begin shift seemed unorganized. There was a lot of stand around and wait. In talking to the other guests, we were not alone in our disappointment. Kudos to the first guide we had. A male - 39 years of age. He was kind and caring for our well being. We must have looked as hot as we felt. 🤣

Park Guell tough walk for senior citizens. La Sagrada bus was not allowed to let passenger off near the cathedral.

Excellent trip

We had a wonderful tour with Jose. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. Also engaging. We would highly recommend him and this tour to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Do see sights in Barcelona

Was a fan of the tour, aside from a few minor technical difficulties at the start with the headsets. I think a more succinct guided section to the park and then some more free time to explore could be beneficial in the future. Cannot fault the Sagrada section, Manu guided us through and she was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We also had some very difficult guests on the tour and I think our guide did a good job not getting rattled by them.

not 100% satisfied with our tour

There was technical difficulties at the beginning with our ear sets which costed us tour time and then we had to wait for several people to show up which costed us more tour time at Park Guell. Seems this kind of threw our tour guide off some and we didn't get to see much of the park.....we kept back tracking on what we were seeing. The tour guide was good explaining what we were seeing but was hard to keep her in site as all she had for us to follow was her hat! There were many people there with hats on and we were a large group.

Beautiful park, spectacular church. Definitely worth seeing. Tour direction very confusing at meeting point.

Must do in Barcelona!

Unbelievable and a must see when in Barcelona! Park Guell was an unexpected surprise! It was much more than we could have anticipated. Segrada Familia definitely lived up to the hype! Our guides Carles and Carla were outstanding guides. Knowledgeable and funny. They did a great job with our groups!

Informative highlights

Informative tour of both locations. Adequate time to go up the tower (in Sagrada Familia) and go down. Our tour guide was interactive and informative. He was also helpful in maintaining our group together when we had stragglers. Nice to not have to wait in long lines. Perfect amount of time for both locations and also allowed for snack/ bathroom break).

Everywhere all at once

First of all the first meeting point you definitely need a taxi. This should be noted. It should also be noted that once you get into Parc Guell there are so many steps; if you older be prepared. The guide should the tourists know that they will have to climb the steps all over again to catch the bus. There is time before leaving the Parc. The guide should make people aware so they could get a head start. Lastly, the mile walk to julia travel before entering the church was absolutely ridiculous. We had to wait an hour. They could have recommended restaurants or other things to do in this hour between. We were literally everywhere. I would not complain so much if elderly people were not on the tour. This could have been an issue with anyone with medical issues.

Fabulous trip with great guides! Felt like it was a perfect amount of time at the Park and at Sagrada Familia.

Horrible tour

Horrible tour! We left 25 minutes late because of technology problems with ear phones. We waited an extra 15 minutes in the park for two people that were late, but guide never communicated this to us. We did not tour many areas of the park, including going above and walking on the bridge. Our guide left us on our own while she returned ear phones to office. She gave unclear directions of where to meet the bus with group members struggling to find it. In fact we had to wait another 15 minutes for a couple who got lost. There was a lot of waiting around and not a lot of waiting around. I would not recommend this tour!

Highly recommend this tour!

This tour was so much more than I expected! Beautiful artwork, beautiful park, and the basilica was absolutely amazing. This is such a unique place. Highly recommended. The tower is very optional.

Both sites well worth seeing

Tour guides were good. Tour company organization was chaotic. We had a different guide for each location and because of Tour company error, we ended up with a bilingual tour. We had to wait an extra 30 min for Tour guide for Sagrada Familia

The half tour we had was way better than the agency who provided it

We were only able to see the Sagrada as we missed the Park Guell. The directions were not clear that we should have started at the Park. The agency was indifferent and not helpful at all. I would use them again.

Barcelona Icons not to be missed!

Nestor is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide. Park Guell is a fascinating cultural icon and should not be missed. There are so many important details in both Sagrada Familia and Park Guell and this tour gave all that information.

Horrible English and spoke mostly in French

The tour guides English was barely recognised. His accent in English sounded French and speed an intonation made it hard to understand. Other people said the same. Could only understand 30% of the words he spoke. Irritating

Our guide David was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. We loved him. He floed from languages easily, which was impressive. Great historian and story teller

Great tour esp Sagrada Familia

On the Park Güell part of the tour our guide was Anna. She seemed to be in an awful hurry to finish this part of the tour. As such it was not relaxing and enjoyable. Sarah was the guide in our Sagrada Familia leg of the tour. She was fantastic, informative, personable and humorous. We loved every minute of the second half of the tour.

Disappointing.

Have done a number of wonderful Viator excursions previously, but sadly this was a big disappointment. Tour group was very disorganized, spent a lot of time waiting around, back-tracking and trying to understand what was happening. Guides gave a lot of anecdotes, but between the faulty headsets and thick accents, much of it was lost. Overall, the tour groups were too big to get a good feel for either place.

Una was a wonderful guide. The tour was informative and also entertaining! Her knowledge of the city was perfect

La sagrada and park guell tour

The park guell tour was really good. But la sagrda was alright. La sagrda is not an only English language tour. They were also catering for Spanish language.

Obnoxious guide and bad experience

This was the most ridiculous waste of money. There was no line to skip. The 12:15 pm woman guide on May 17 (did not get her name) was impossible to find at the address given. When she showed up with the 30 (!) other people in our tour group she yelled at us for not being at starting point. Everybody else had headphones, but she did not give us any. Given her attitude, we left the group to walk on our own. We discovered that you cannot enter the view points and main house without being in a tour group! Ridiculous! We managed to get in the best areas another way and got our pictures, but it really soured the visit for us.

Sagrafa & Guell

I really liked the tour guide. I just felt that there was too big of a gap between Park Güell and Sagrada. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made it very interesting
