Excellent tour. Informative and just the right length. Learned a lot about the park and Gaudi. Our tour guide was very easy to follow and helpful in answering our questions. Would highly recommend.

A great day

We went on this tour with Thomas yesterday. Thomas will adjust the tour to make you more comfortable. His tour was pretty much downhill the entire afternoon. Which we both loved. The food we tasted was excellent and we sampled something’s we never would have if not for Thomas insights. Beside just food Thomas provided us with the history of the areas we visited. Thomas is an outgoing personality and made our day very enjoyable. We have done 4 food tours while visiting Europe. This was one of our better experiences. We highly recommend this personalized tour with Thomas.

Park Guell Last Minute!

Great last minute booking with Viator allowed my son and me to see the Park (as individual tickets had sold out for the day and it was our last day in Barcelona). The guide was nice and knowledgeable and provided a great overview of the park.

Walk with a guide from Golden Tours for a deeper experience!

We were practically entranced with our guide Elsa, a guide with incredible knowledge, wit, and humanity. She absolutely made the whole experience. I was entranced with what she divulged so articulately and passionately. Elsa knew everything and was happy to share it. I believe she made the experience almost magical. She is superbly good at what she does. I HIGHLY recommend this tour. (and Elsa- WOW)

Bad experience with viator

I booked in the same date but I picked a wrong time and I tried several times to contact the viator agent and no response, so I missed going there

The guide's English is terrible.

Park Güell is wonderful. However, guide's English is terrible. This company's tours do not use earphones, so it is difficult to hear the guidance.

Park Guell Tour

Amazing tour guide he was very knowledgeable! He answered lots of questions as well. One tip-for the tour company is to please provide microphones for your guides to preserve their voices.

Excellent tour guide. Was very flexible and accommodating. They had great information about the park, but also the local area and restaurants.

Fabulous tour!

Gemma was a fabulous guide! She gave us just enough information to truly appreciate what we were seeing without being overwhelmed. She also gave us recommendation and directions to different spots in the park that we could explore on our own after the tour.

It was amazing seeing how this ingenious architect designed everything in a way that is function and beautiful. I will note that the meeting point is quite a hike as is the park so plan to arrive with ample time

A very nice tour about a genius architect!

Amit was so pleasant and very enthusiastic about telling the story of Antoni Gaudí and Park Güell! She made the tour interesting and enjoyable. What he accomplished in the Park in so little time is amazing. Definitely worth seeing when visiting Barcelona!

Good for what you pay

Operator ask you to be 15 min early cause no waiting time is posible.. and the showed at the time ina very crowded area, so obviously it took 15 or more minutes to get everybody and pass the entrance. It would be better to have someone with the big operator sign 15 min earlier too

Really enjoyed the tour, the guide was informative and relaxed and funny, but allowed time to fully look area and mot feel rushed.

Parc Güell!

My tour guide was amazing and she was very well-versed. I had such a fun time exploring the beautiful park and having a guided tour to aid my experience definitely enhanced my trip.

Very enthusiastic and well informed tour guide. Evan was just wonderful. A brilliant way to get into the parc as all the general admission tickets were sold out when we arrived. So we booked on the tour and returned at our time slot

It was a zoo

The guide spoke too fast, rushed us through, and didn’t bother to suggest other park highlights. It didn’t help that the park was overcrowded. The tour ended at a different location than it began. We had trouble finding the bus we came in on.

You book me for park Guel on June 14 and also I book for June 15 and your representative promise me Sargagafilia and old town tour .But they took us to sagrada familia and park girl again. So I pay twice same thing. Please refund my money. This is mid advertising just make money

Park Guell is beautiful and a must see. Our tour guide Anna was fun and knowledgeable and kept the tour moving. I would definitely recommend a guided tour in Park Guell

Great tour!

This tour was fantastic. Our guide was knowledgeable, kind and passionate. 60 min was the perfect amount of time, not too short or long, and then we were able to explore more of the park on our own. We really enjoyed it.

Touring park Guell with Philippo

The tour was fantastic, lead by Philippo our non-native guide who could have passed as a native Spaniard what with his in depth knowledge of the park’s history. It was a great experience, well worth the time we spent, and was a highlight of our trip to Barcelona.

Worth every penny

We almost missed this tour. The day we were supposed to go I did not feel well and I messaged the Golden Tours via WhatsApp and explained and they made an exception and allowed us to take the tour the following day at the same time with no extra charge. This may have been for the best because we had a very experienced guide, Marc, the following day. Marc is pretty awesome, he answered everyone's questions, did not take longer than necessary to show us around either. It was quick, easy and after the tour was done, we were left in the park to explore on our own. Definitely value for money.

Gaudi’s Guell

I liked how Alish shared his own theories and also his warmth and sense of humor. Second time here and I’m still learning. 😊 Also, thanks Alish, for the suggestion to continue on for the “surprise.”

Good, but not great

Our guide Eduardo was very nice. The tour felt rushed and it did not include headphones so you had to stay very close to hear.

Great tour guide very informative and interesting.i could not book a ticket for just admission as there were none available so booked this tour which I am really pleased I did as I gained so much more info/insight into the Park and its history

Worth the time

Good intro to Park Guell and its history. Guide was knowledgeable about the Park and about Gaudi. Skip the line feature is worth the price.

Great guide.

He explained multiple points about the exhibits and items in the park. Very versed in the history and pointed or took you to best places for photos.

Bad Tour Guide

The park itself is beautiful. Unfortunately for us though, our tour guide was super boring. Would recommend with a different guide.

Avoid this Tour Company

If I could leave zero stars I would. We arrived at the park 15 min prior to our start time only to be told the meeting point was elsewhere by park staff -,who misdirected us not once but twice. Eventually getting to the correct location - we were told by another tour group that the guide had left. No other representatives from Golden tour were there to meet us - to look out for latecomers. If someone had been there we would have at least got the entry tickets. We were 5 mins late. All in all never will we book again with Viator again whose response was ‘it’s your fault’ !!

Nice place guide not so much

I give this 3 stars as they were at least able to get us in to Park Guelle but…. The guide stated she would bring us to the must see places and advise on other places at the end. She brought us to the beginning Gaudi’ home and the bench then left for “picture time” with a time to return but never came back the tour stated 75 minutes and it lady no more than 30 minutes. It started to rain which is probably why she didn’t return but had the group wait. We did go of. On our own but lost precious time waiting in the rain

Great day in the park

The park is gorgeous and our tour Guide was OK. He was easy to understand but a bit quiet and didn’t seem very enthused to be there. The park itself was gorgeous, and the tour was worth the money.

Worth the climb!

Our guide was incredible. We and a few others didn’t read our instructions well and showed up on the wrong side of the mountain. She wasn’t even our guide, but she gave us the tour anyway. She went way beyond to help us out. She was full of knowledge, so kind and gracious.

Great tour of the Parc

It was a great tour and Ava was great it went through the history of the parc and information of the design you would not get with out a tour guide

Nice and breezy tour

Our guide was fun, we saw the main important parts of the parc, the rest you get to explore by yourself. Arriving at the venue takes time and it is advisable to plan ahead getting there (read the info about the gate meeting-place)

The history of the whole park! Our guide was wonderful. The tour was well organized. The guide Olga Escribana spoke well, loud and clear!

Good guide. One hour climbing stairs and waking to the meeting place

The guide was knowledgeable and provided the group with interesting information. She also gave us the opportunity to ask. We were very satisfied. The directions for the meeting place need to be updated and advise that after the metro ride you have to walk at least 45 minutes abut 10 set of stairs and walk around the park to the meeting point. The office should advise to take a taxi for easy access to the meeting point.

Must visit

The pictures came out very nice. The park is a must to visit if you are visiting Barcelona. The tour guide spoke English but it was very hard to understand

Memorable

Our tour guide, Elsa totally nailed it! She is the first tour guide I listened to everything she said instead of taking pictures! We learned so much! We missed our tour time and they let us joined the next tour. Thanks so much!
