Park Güell Guided Tour with Skip-the-Line Ticket

The park is great but it wasn’t a sign for a point of meeting with the guide. Everybody were wondering around the entrance of the park asking for help

Best avoid

Sold me tour after the meet up time. Got to the entrance as fast as I could and was a few mins late. Person on WhatsApp told me guide was waiting for me but lied. He was rude and sarcastic and refused to give a refund. Tour may be ok but would avoid this company as if anything goes wrong will just take your money and be of no help.

Needs microphone system

Not sure how to rate this. They were very late taking off, so we actually were only guided around the park for 45 minutes. The guide was super nice and knew what he was talking about...when we could hear him. The company NEEDS to invest in a microphone/earpiece system. It was so hard to hear our guide with 20 tourists. If you weren't close to him then you couldn't hear. Not the guides fault...the company's. Not sure I'd recommend unless they get a microphone system. But the guide was good.

Great excursion

We really enjoyed our guide Raul, who was a few minutes late due to leading a previous tour, but he was very informative and shared many wonderful stories of the history of the park and of his own personal experiences there as a child. He showed us the key highlights and pointed out areas we could do on our own at the end. He was very personable. The park was beautiful and very worthwhile to see.

Amazing guide..

Violet was so informative, and lovely .. really enjoyed ourselves Defo worth getting a guide as otherwise we wouldn’t have had a clue what we were looking at !!

Güell Tour

The park is fabulous! Great views of Barcelona! Tour guide was a wealth of knowledge and she was very helpful and welcoming! Would recommend! Only down side could be that if your there just for the photos the tour may not be for you! But still it allows you to get all the photos you want!

Great tour

Violeta was our guide for the tour and once everyone was ready we entered the park. Her knowledge and enthusiasm led us to throughly enjoy the hour it took. she didn't take us everywhere, you were left to do that after the tour, but the places she did show us were explained fully and really were an eye opener to the creator Gaudi. a must tour if visiting Barcelona.

Last minute purchase to get in when tickets are sold out.

Excellent tour of the beautiful Park Guell. The guide (Violetta) was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Great option when you can’t get tickets.

No entry or refund when late

I accidentally went to the wrong entrance. I was 15 minutes early but it took me a while to find my ticket on my phone and when I did they let me know I was at the wrong entrance. I was to run down the hill, across and up to the other entrance. I was about 8 minutes late and was not allowed in, even without a tour. No refund. I accept that I made a mistake, but I would have hoped I could at least enter without a tour since a spot had been reserved. I was dissapointed to lose the money and the opportunity.

An informative, interesting tour of an amazing Parc.

A really good informative tour of this amazing Parc. Our guide shared lots of detail about the history to the Parc and the variety of architecture found there. It was really interesting. She was also very mindful about how hot it was and so altered the logistics of where we stopped accordingly. That was much appreciated. We were sent clear details about where to meet the tour which was useful as there were a lot of tours gathering in the same spot. The guide waited just past the tour start time to make sure all guests had arrived. Would highly recommend this tour to others.

Great other than the event being held there

We really enjoyed Daniela’s tour- she was really informative and knowledgeable. Beyond her control was the activity at the park re the Lois Vuitton event- shame that this is being held there and affecting the natural beauty/ peace of the park.

Great Tour With Beautiful Views

We had a great tour of the park and our guide, Marina, was very informative and entertaining. Highly recommended when visiting Barcelona to enjoy some beautiful city views and Gaudi architecture.

Very good guide named Bruna lots of good info about the history of the park and answered all questions. Good details. Very friendly and held groups attention.

I loved the tour. Alberto, our guide, was very kind, funny and taught us great things about Park Güell! We came from Kosovo, and had a great time! I totally recommend booking with him! 10/10 experience!

We couldn’t find the guide 30 minute before the tour so I call the line received no help and miss the whole thing Very disappointing to say the leastt

Güell Park

Güell park is an amazing place and our tour guide, Paola, made it even better by sharing all of the background and history with us. It was a super rainy day but Paola kept our spirits up and was funny & entertaining and shared so much extra information. We had a great time, 10/10, I’d recommend :)

The tour was great! The guide was very informative and funny! Even though it was an hour, the tour went by very quickly and she took us to all the major spots. Would recommend!

very disappointing experience

I was very dissatisified with the entire process and park experience! KNowing where to meet was unclear...the tour guide held a tiny sign and we had to wait for others to arrive starting our your late. The guide was not as organized or as well informed as we would have liked...she wasted time in insignificant places...we were all disappointed with the tour and left early will be less likey to trust Trip advisor and definitely Tours for today

Just wonderful

Not good

We were very disappointed because we didn’t find the correct entrance until too late. We walked to 3 different entrances and at each one we’re told we were in the wrong location. Finally had to Uber to the correct entrance. We missed our trip. Do not try to get there on your own. Only Uber or take a taxi. Very disappointed. Ended up buying tickets 2 days later and we can use any entrance.

Amazing and amusing tour through park Güell

Paula, our guide, was great! Totally nice and funny. She told us lots of anecdotes about the park and its many sights. Always in a very amusing and exciting way. We learned a lot about the origins and history of Park Güell. We really enjoyed Paula's relaxed, funny and friendly way of guiding us through the park. We We keep our fingers crossed for everyone who books this tour to have Paula as a guide.

A Must Do!!

Although it was difficult to locate the guide at the crowded meeting point, the tour itself was excellent. The detailed information and history from our local guide Bruna was spectacular. More daily English-speaking tours would be appreciated.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR

DON'T TAKE THIS TOUR!! To start the tour guide was late. He looked homeless and seemed as though he was in drugs. He could not finish a sentence or concentrate. He gave no actual facts and kept rambling. He argued with other people on our tour if they dared ask questions and told them he would just end the tour. The tour was listed as 1½ hours but he only did 45 minutes, which was actually a relief because he was so awful.

Park Güell visit

Seeing the entrance of the park and the story of Gaudi. The instructions to meet the tour guide need to be more specific as the taxi/ Uber dropped us at the wrong meeting point.

Tell the taxi driver the postcode for the entrance!

Please make sure if you get a taxi to this meeting point you make sure to show the taxi driver the entrance address on your information. Ours dropped us at the main gate which isn't where group tours start and we only just made it after rushing to get another taxi to the right entrance. Apparently taxi drivers don't like going to the higher entrance and some will drop you at the wrong one to avoid it. It's quite a walk between the two and it's sold out days in advance so if you are late chances are you won't get in. Great tour guide and a very interesting place to visit.

We had a great time on the tour. Our tour guide was Isaac. Isaac was entertaining and funny. He told us a lot of stories about the park. The park is beautiful and a must see in Barcelona.

Roberto, our tour guide, was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, kind, and friendly! First off we were running late to the park...we were able to text him to let him know we were on our way. Once we arrived at the back gate, he found us! He made us feel very comfortable. This was our favorite tour while in Spain.

Parc Guell a must see and tour recommended.

Our guide , Gloria, was excellent. She provided a lot of background information on the history and creation of the Parc, as well as stories about the key players. She was enthusiastic, very entertaining and a bit 'quirky' all of which was in keeping with the park atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Must arrive at correct entrance-search for the details!

Please read carefully where to meet, it’s only written in Tripadvisor booking, not on any emails or reminders you get from Tripadvisor. There’s no signal around park, only finding booking details from a restaurant’s WiFi outside. We arrived at gate 1/2 hour early and was told we were in wrong place. Went to main gate and told this was also the wrong place and should be back where we were. It was at least 20 mins walk up and down hills between gates so too late to go back. They refused us entry without being with group. Had sold out of tickets for the day and refused to let us in. Made them call a manger eventually who said they’d had cancellations and let us in, but had to pay again!! It cost £150 for 5 of us to go in between the original cost and new tickets and had no tour! Complained but park blamed tour and tour blamed us. We were only there 2 days and with my two 17 year old nieces who study art for their first ever holiday abroad, so this really put a dampener on the day but so glad we got in. I found a phone number for your and they answer but couldn’t help, wouldn’t contact guide to meet us at a feature on the way so we didn’t miss out and wouldn’t help at all to get us in. The park is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. No idea of quality of tour and disappointed with customer support. Complained and have been given £30 gesture of good will but as tour was near £100 and got nothing for it not even entry, as paid again for that, so really not very happy.

Visit was slow

The guide was nice group of 20 people. The entire visit could’ve been done in about 20 minutes but we stopped and talk for 15 minutes about history when nobody seem to care. It would’ve been nice to see more than just two things and walk the entire park, which I would recommend versus buying a ticket to a tour.

Very interesting

Our guide made this very special..he had very good explanations and took the time to make sure everyone understood and answered any questions from our group.

Nice tour

The tour was nice, however there were many things to see and it felt very rushed. You can explore the park by yourself afterwards, but you’d have to walk around it all over again.
