Delicious Burger

After a long flight, I always go to a Hard Rock Cafe on my arrival day. I am looking for good food and friendly staff after hours in the air. Hard Rock Barcelona fits the bill. Fun, friendly wait staff, delicious food and great atmosphere. Thank you Hard Rock Barcelona for exceeding a weary travelers expectations.

amazing food, great staff and unforgettable experience.

AMAZING food. The chips where exquisite . Quite fast and friendly staff. Helpful with allergies and made sure my food was prepared well and carefully. Best chips and burger I've had in a while. Definitely worth a visit in this lively restaurant with a rock and music based atmosphere. 5/5 MUST SEEE.

GOOD FOOD, FOOD ALLERGY FRIENDLY

Good food and very professional when it comes to food allergies. My daughter was happy to eat what she wanted in a safe way. Well done, my family and I enjoyed it a lot.

First time in a Hard Rock .. Barcelona you did not disappoint

Absolutely love this place ... food was fab .. but the bar crew !!! They made the visit unforgettable... can't wait to come back .. Cool as 10 !!

Nice night out

Lovely night out, the staff were welcoming, we were seated straightaway. The menu is limited but we knew that before we booked. Everything was exactly as expected and I'd happily book again at the next city we visit.

Kind of disappointed

This was my first time at the Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona and it will be my last. The greeter and my server were both excellent with customer service. I kindly asked to speak with the manager as I requested a dessert change as I am allergic to chocolate and did not want to have a dessert of chocolate instead something else. The manager said no did not offer anything and replace of the diamond menu dessert. The server found that to be rude and dismissive as he understood my allergic reaction to chocolate. I asked if I could have fruit or ice cream instead. I was given the chocolate cake to go. As you can see in my photo I ordered the baby back ribs and it looks like as if some of the ribs were cut and then one Rib was placed on the end of the slab as you can see as it's plated. This was most definitely not my great Hard Rock experience that I usually have When I visit worldwide. I received better customer service and friendlier staff in the Hard Rock Cafe gift shop in Barcelona.

A very lively Hardrock location

We had only arrived in Barcelona a couple of hours previously and decided to go here for something to eat. We always visit a Hardrock Cafe if there is one near during our short stays and, I must admit, this is one of the better ones despite it being one of the smallest. It is also in one of the busiest placas (squares) with lots going on. We had not made a reservation so, turning up at 6:30 pm, had a rather long wait for a table and were not seated until about 8 pm. We spent this time in the shop and drinking at the bar. All the staff were very helpful and ensured that we were catered to during our visit. The menu was the usual variety of Hardrock dishes and the food was of a good standard. Prices were as usual for a Hardrock. I would certainly visit here again.

Excellent Fun and Food

Brilliant night at Hard Rock. Fantastic service from entering to leaving. Food was very good. Shared BBQ plate and Salmon. Absolutely loved both. Then the Brownie dessert. OMG is all we can say. Sweet tooth satisfaction! Excellent live music. 2 brothers doing Elvis style rock. Our server was Simona , she was fantastic, above and beyond and deserved a generous gratuity.

Great Food and Service

First time visiting this HRC. A bit smaller than previous ones I've visited. Food tasted great and so did the cocktails. Staff very friendly and excellent service.

Amazing gluten free dinner and desert. Literally so big I couldn't finish it. Friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere

Avoid. LIMITED CHOICE!!!

We did the diamond menu. The options for starters was onion rings or salad. The mains had about 4 options and the dessert was a chocolate brownie (labelled chocolate cake on the menu) it is expensive for what we got. There was very limited choice! And actually would have been cheaper to dine in hard rock without purchasing via viator. Avoid! Avoid!

Chicken wings always great, but otherwise it is what it is, and service can be a bit hectic at this busy HRC.

Always a great experience!

We arrived in BCN quite late so the Hard Rock was a great option and was just across the square from our hotel (Iberostar)! We pre-booked so didn't have to wait but even at 9:30pm there was a long line so definitely pre-book. Atmosphere, food, music and staff great and all served really quickly which was nice as we were tired from travelling. Cocktails strong and always reliable food. Love the brand!

Small location but still up to standard

First great location in the middle of the city center. 1. Great spot to introduce foreigner to American food or when you want a good bite and miss American food. I love visiting all of the Hard Rocks around the world. 2. This is a busy location and it’s SMALL, try using the bar before waiting. Don’t expect much memorabilia on the wall if you are a hardcore hard rock enthusiast. 3. Menu is pretty standard of Hard rock , my wife and I ate a plant based burger and salmon salad. Pretty good ! 4. Standard bar with beer and liquor 5. CS was very good and I would check out the gift shop

Fab Food

This was a blast coming into the restaurant to eat. Food great, service wonderful. We had a server in training who was shadowing a regular, so everything was perfect. Love the atmosphere and the wifi easy to use. Great time

Amazing food and experience

Visited with friends as we love to visit hard rocks when we are abroad … The Mac & cheese here is to die for and the nachos are fabulous. Burger are mouth watering, even the Vegan one… Would highly recommend a visit here.

Awful Service

We've been to Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and always make a point of eating there when in a new city. So we were really looking forward to our meal in Hard Rock Barcelona. As usual, the food was great and the atmosphere was really good but, unfortunately, the service was abysmal and put a real dampener on our visit. We had to wait 20 minutes for drinks after arriving and our waitress then went missing in action for long periods at a time. When drinks did eventually arrived, they were slammed down on the table and we received virtually no attention from the waitress for the duration of our visit. It was comfortably the worst Hard Rock experience we've had. It won't stop us going to other HRCs but, on this basis, I wouldn't recommend Barcelona's.

So disappointing!

What a shame! We love Hard Rock Cafes and make a point of eating there whenever we visit a new city. Sadly, having eaten in many all over the world, this one was the most disappointing by far. The food was the usual excellent quality - compliments to the chefs and kitchen team, but this was massively let down by shockingly poor service. I don't think all the waiting staff were at fault - I think we were just incredibly unlucky to be served by a waitress who really didn't seem to care. She disappeared for great lengths of time, was abrupt, verging on rude, left us sitting without greeting us or taking our order for nearly 30 minutes and then leapt in rudely when one of her colleagues stepped in to help us. She kept disappearing for great lengths of time. We waited over 15 minutes for mayo, by which time we'd finished eating. A real shame as we'd been so looking forward to our Barcelona Hard Rock experience and left feeling so disappointed. If the management team reads this, please review the attitude of your female waiting staff and give extra training - it's very clear where it is needed. I won't name her as that wouldn't be fair.

Allergy Friendly/ Amazing Food

Wonderful! We pre-booked, as it was very busy. However the food was delicious and they were fantastic with my nut allergy! Fully recommend!

A fun evening

Fabulous evening with amazing staff who made the evening even better than we thought. Food was wonderful, but the chocolate cake was so big! Did manage to eat it.

Best waiter ever

Hard Rock is great. Miguel Angel served us an he was the best waiter i’ve ever had. Funny and kind. He refilled our drinks without us even asking for it.

Not the best

Wasn’t very personal and a bit rude because of it. We just got our receipt without being asked about desert, which we wanted. Just put the receipt on our table, no comment, very rude. We have been on almost 20 Hard Rocks before and we have had worse food but the service has not been this bad to be honest.

Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona

Everything was great. Waiters were very kind and professional, atmosphere was good with a great choice of music and the food was delicious.

Dinner was awesome

Saturday night. 4th June. Crowd was awesome. Glad we had our seats & Tshirts booked. Too bad there was no LIVE band performing. But overall it was a great night in Barcelona. Will return again in the future

Excellent experience

The Music memrobilia and food. It was great to wander around looking at the great rock star stuff. The service was really good.

Standard Hard Rock Cafe Top Quality Experience, even without a reservation!

Without doubt the best meal we had whilst in Barcelona, the food was absolutely top notch along with our server, he was a delight to deal with and made the experience that bit better. We had a fantastic table above the bar with a central view over the whole restaurant! Best seat in the house. We did not have a reservation and waited around 20/30mins for a table but we had cocktails seated near the bar whilst We waited. For starters we had the sliders and chicken tenders, the sweet and spicy chicken tenders were some of the best we have ever had and the portion size was great. For our mains we both had burgers and again they were brilliant, could not fault them at all. The whole experience was exactly what you would expect From a hard rock, some of the reviews we saw before going slated the service but we did not have any issues. It is very expensive but at the end of the day you get what you pay for and the meal was great. Only thing I would advise is don’t pay the extra to upgrade your chips to cheesey bacon as it wasn’t worth it.

Nice food

The food was great and the location is nice as well. The liveband played nice. What was really oustandingly good was the waiteress Simona she really did a perfect service so kind professional and present. If i go there again, i really hope to see her again.

Not the best Hard Rock Cafe :(

We arrived for our reservation a few minutes early and were seated pretty much strait away. Our waiter didn’t come over for 10/15 minutes, but was lovely once he did. In between each drink / meal being finished we waited 15/20 minutes to be seen. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, it was a Tuesday evening and there was many empty tables and the staff didn’t seem busy but instead were talking to each other in groups a lot. Our dessert order came out incorrect but was quickly resolved. The staff (once they came over) were lovely but service was very slow all night. We have been to many Hard Rocks over the country and feel let down by the Barcelona one. Food - 5/5 Service - 2/5

Another great experience!

Its a bit of a tradition - Hard Rock when we travel - I couldn't book directly as was showing no availability so booked via Viator no problem. Great deal on starter, main, desert and soft drinks. Entertainment good as always.

Great food, great staff

Staff very good and attentive. When we arrived they had my allergy notes down from when I booked and the waitress then checked with the chef that my order would be nut free. Music was a bit loud for us which made a convo across the table a little tricky. Fast service and great food, just loud music!

Average

No matter the time this location always seems busy. Besides the very central location this is also because of the very limited amount of tables they have. Because of this they have filled a basement with several additional tables, where there are no windows and very little ambiance. Definitely would not want to be seated there again. Food was okay, but due to the awful seating and rushed service I would not recommend going to this Hard Rock location, shame.

Fabulous as ever

Another great experience at this Hard Rock Cafe. Wonderful good. Felt safe and excellent cleanliness and covid precautions. Victor Pose made our visit! He was highly professional, 100% accurate order even though we had a few changes etc to the normal menu and yet he had great humour and engagement with all of us ! Great employee!

Amazing

The food was amazing, we both got the surf and turf burger and it was gorgeous! The staff were so friendly and helpful and also the atmosphere was really good!

Chef probably having post-covid syndrome?

Service and drinks 4/5, no doubt about that. Speaking about food I can openly say it were the tasteless plates we had in whole Barcelona. Chicken strips partially burnt without any flavor. Burger surf & turf can be a bomb, this one was a tragedy not even salted. Steak salad without comment. I apologize, but either chef had a post-covid tasting syndrome or a change should be considered. Regarding the prices the quality and taste of food was more likely to be a street fast food than a worldwide known brand for its good plates. Sorry not to sorry

Hearty food

Really good hearty food. Superb service and super attentive staff. We needed abit of a break from tapas so was a great alternative!

A great night

Huge portion sizes, really friendly staff and good music playing in the back ground. It was also in a really good location right in the city centre so was easy to get too!

Impossible to get a table so decided to skip it.

Impossible to get a table so gave up and went elsewhere. I've never had that problem at the other hard rock cafes. Because of it I decided to skip this one.

Walked out

Went in at 7.45 and made to wait 10 min. Taken to the basement, no windows, no ambiance, no people... It was empty, why make us wait? We're given menus, it was a diluted version of a normal HR menu......2 desserts! This is the format for an airport HRC.... Short menu, people in a rush, so get them out fast. So I stood up and left. Plenty of choice in Barcelona for restaurants who want business beyond what their logo can attract!

A classic for American style food

Very nice and friendly environment. Good and fast service. Perfect timing and temperature of dishes, taste was awesome!

Fab food & service

The food, atmosphere & service here was great. Ribs, steaks, burgers etc. All very much enjoyed. There was also live music here in a Sunday night that added to the brilliant atmosphere. Definitely would recommend.

Very Nice Restaurant

There is a consistency throughout the world with Hard Rock Cafes, and that's a welcome relief when travelling in foreign countries. The staff here were helpful and friendly, the food was very good, and the prices were quite reasonable.

Not the best

We had the two course menu which was main & a dessert.I was under the impression that we could order a starter & a main ,but this was not the case,so we had to pay 14 euros extra for a starter.The table where we sat was very dark & kept tilting if you learnt on it. The server was ok but didn't impress enough for a tip.Overall an average meal would expect more from The Hard Rock Cafe,where we spent our last evening in Barcelona!

Diamond menu - disappointed!!!

I expect much more for authentic place like is Hard Rock Cafe.. Hostess is very nice. Now food....uhhhh Really in my life I never eat plain Caesar salad...only dressing (lot of garlic inside) and croutons with parmesan crisps...before ordering waiter even don't explain food what they offer in menu..really shame for this place.. Burger average,meat dry..lack of flavors...French fries was perfect... Dessert like huge peace of buying cheap cake in market. Company should have some standards..not only to treat like they come to eat in fast food place...to seat...eat fast and go fast...so they can reach maximum money... I was on holiday and I don't want to waste time to explain manager about food..but sure not to recommend this place...

Good food, good prices, great music

Had the pre-paid gold meal with my partner here for her birthday, the food was nice and plenty of it, staff very friendly and good music to accompany it.

Mocktail🍸

I ordered a non alcoholic drink.. mocktail, it was delicious fresh and refreshing. As food was not halal, we enjoyed our drinks!!

Great Time and Value of money

It was very nice time to have dinner and have show music in restaurant and paid only 54 euro which is nothing for food requested. It's great choice and value of money
