Gaudi and La Sagrada Familia Exterior Self-Guided Audio Tour

Impossible to Find Audio Tour and No Help by Tour Operator

After several attempts to reach the tour operator, we reached out to Viator and have asked for a full refund. The pickup audio tour location was impossible to find and we asked tourist information officers and Sagrada security and none could figure it out. It was an awful experience.

Great SELF GUIDE of the Basilica

For those who dont have the time or couldnt go inside the Sagrada Familia, this is the perfect way to understand the story of its creator Gaudi. You will walk around the area surround it, going to take the perfect picture of every angle. It was a very creative way to get to know the story with sound effects.

Totally misrepresented

Until recent edits to title and description you could easily be misled that this was a tour of the interior of La Sagrada. Instead you are stuck outside with the requirement to download a phone app and use your own earphones - for a tour of the EXTERIOR. To use this "tour" at all means you must have active mobile data on your phone and earphones. Even the directions link opened a map with the red pointer at the middle of the opposite park - in the middle of the park pond! This tour was intended to deceive until recent edits. Viator needs to protect their reputation.

Awful!! Worst booked excursion ever! Not sure what we paid for! An audio recording, standing on the street!!

Trip adviser NO TIX ?

Trip adviser tix not on my account and I only had a reference no! Traveled from Australia, paid my money, got confirmation and a reference but no tix from the reference - I’ve got another tour booked that’s also not in my account - 4 booking are showing but 2 are not and I’ve wasted my day stressing 😡😤😭…..What’s going on ? I sent a message and no response from yet Trip Adviser ? I can’t get this day back …

Not Tickets for Entry

Warning. This is not a ticket to entry. Like others have said read the fine print. We were caught looking for last minute entry tickets and were not able to refund.

No one to instruct you or assist

It's no good if u dont have internet to download the story or headphones This should be made clear as we expected to have a headset given to us Like on other walks we ha e done,waste of money for children with no access to head sets or a phone

Stunning

Absolutely stunning building. Can get busy and there will be queues but it’s a must see building. This isn’t a review about Gaudi but this is one of the most outstanding buildings you will ever see. Be sure to see the towers and have a guided tour of you can as you will get much more from your experience. Tour without the towers was €25 in May 2023.

Bad expirence

I never got to heard anything the recording didn’t work, I try to communicated and no body answer,I just lost my time. I want my money back

The Best in Barcelona!

This is amazing!! We were ahle to actually go inside and this is truly genius. The colors of the stained glass bounces off the walls and looks like the interior is tie dye when the sun hits it. If you get the chance you must see it!

The worst company to book with!

Be careful of a scam! We booked a guided tour and we're unclear where to go. We circled around the place for 20 minutes while no one from the company was available over the phone to tell us where to go. Once we arrived we were told that we are too late and we can join our group or go to the next one. We requested a refund and we were denied. Be careful to book with them!!

A must see in Barcelona!

This place is unbelievable!! This is a must see in Barcelona. Make sure you buy your tickets online before and also do a tower tour.

Visiting the Sagrada Familia and using this app as a guide was a great way to explore this impressive monument. The audio provided detailed information about the history, design and highlights of the structure which further enriched my experience that day, I am pleased with what was provided.

Self-Guided Audio Tour of Gaudi's Exterior and La Sagrada Familia

I had never had this type of experience in which you simultaneously listen to an audio telling a little about history and take a tour while you can observe what is being talked about and I thought it was excellent. Both the detailed information and the voice that guides and makes you feel emotions, immerse you in the story and hook you, which I think is fantastic!

Unmissable Experience

I was impressed by the detail of the history of the Sagrada Familia, its details, meticulous curation of history, even without visiting its interior, we were able to contemplate the majesty of the temple... excellent, looking forward to learning more Soundwalkers experiences...

It is a scam, the entrance to Sagrada Familia costs €26, it is a scam, I repeat, a very big scam. Don't let this price fool you, there are no tickets

El servicio de TripAdvisor es pésimo, no utilicéis sus servicios. Me siento engañada porque no me facilitaron el servicio contratado.

Un gran guía para un gran lugar

Recorre los alrededores de la gran obra del maestro Gaudí contada por una TORTUGAAA!! Mágica experiencia. Se las recomiendo todos los que quieron realmente conocer el centro de la ciudad.

La genialidad de Gaudí contada por una particular personaje

Quien creería que una tortuga podría contarnos sobre la enigmática obra del maestro Gaudí. Es la segunda vez que voy a Barcelona pero la primera en la que realmente entiendo y aprecio a profundidad la historia de las estructuras creadas por Dalí. No dejes de hacerlo durante tu visita esta gran ciudad.

El recorrido por el barrio de Dios ha sido maravilloso. La historia detrás de la construcción de este maravilloso templo, declarado un Monumento Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, hace del recorrido un espacio para llenarse de conocimientos sobre la Sagrada Familia.
