Great way to start our Barcelona vacation!

Our multi-generational group of 13 had this private tour with Christian on our first full day in Barcelona. Fabulous way to start the vacation! Highly recommend at the beginning of your visit. We were able to go back and shop and dine in some hidden areas of the city that Christian showed us that we wouldn’t have found on our own. He had interesting information and stories to share. Very Insightful and Fun Tour

My girlfriend and I did this private tour with Michael and had the best time! We got a lot of knowledge about the different sights and sides of Barcelona, not just visiting the most famous places, but gaining a real understanding of what makes the city special and seeing all the little hidden alleys and hearing about the history of the city and how it developed. In addition to that, it was just very interesting to talk to Michael and hear about his life and his history with Barcelona. He also provided us with more tips for our visit and kept informing us about upcoming events. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see more of Barcelona than just the biggest sights.

Off the beaten track is best!

Barcelona is enormous and it’s easy to get lost amongst the throngs of tourists. Christian took us through some amazing neighborhoods that we never would have discovered otherwise. As a result, I purchased a piece of jewelry from the studio of an amazing local artist and I am ecstatic!

See places no one else will show you!

Our tour with Christian was the perfect introduction to Barcelona for us. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the city and this area of Spain. He personalized our tour according to our specific needs and was very attentive to all of our needs throughout. We loved getting to know the areas of this amazing city that you don’t read about in any guidebooks or blogs. Christian’s love for this beautiful city is contagious. We are so happy that this is the way we spent our first moments in Barcelona for the first time!

Great way to explore the city

Christian is a super nice and knowledgeable guide. The tour was very informative - I just wish we would have taken it at the beginning of our stay, so we could go back to all the interesting places he showed us!

Fabulous Barcelona experience!

Our walking tour yesterday with Christian was fabulous! Our small group were shown some lesser known hidden gems, passing through quiet back streets away from the crowds. A perfect way to spend a few hours in Barcelona! Christian was so knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the city and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We loved the fact that the tour adapted to our needs and we all felt that we had spent a few magical hours together in such a wonderful place.

Best Tour of our entire vacation!

Our tour guide, Christian was amazing. He was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. We learned more and saw more than we ever imagined possible. By the time we were done with our tour my husband and I felt like we really knew the history of Barcelona including a lot of tidbits of information that we are sure many of the locals don't even know. See 1000 things you would otherwise miss

An unforgettable adventure in the alleys of Barcelona. Christian guided us unerringly and expertly through the city. Again and again he drew our attention to details that one would have carelessly passed by. Again and again, he told us about the culture and history of these alleys and squares. This trip is recommended to everyone, preferably right at the beginning of their stay in Barcelona. Afterwards, you are almost as fit in the old town as the locals. Very nice walking tour exploring the old city in Barcelona. Very informative and took us to parts of the city we would not have seen otherwise. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Taps Tour

Our guide was excellent! I can't say enough great comments about him. He was extremely knowledgeable about wine, had maps to show us exactly what region the wine/port we were tasting came from. The tapas restaurants were each unique with wonderful tapas!

Incredibly knowledgeable guide who was friendly, professional, and showed us parts of the city we never would have found on our own. We learned so much and had a wonderful time. Easy to communicate with and very punctual. This is the best way to see the city, especially for first time visitors like us.

Best intro to Barcelona!

This was a fabulous introduction to the El Born and Barrí Gótic neighborhoods. Our guide, Christian, was superb: he was very knowledgeable and engaging. We saw so many sites we would have missed on our own. Don’t miss this tour!!

Discoverd the hidden streets of Barcelona with Stefan!

We went for a 2,5 hour walk through the area El Born en the Cothic area. Stefan is a very nice guide who knows a lot about the history of Barcelona. He gave us a lot of information and guided us through the area to show us places were tourist don't come easily. We had a great afternoon.

We were guided by our wonderful host Christian, who walked us through the magical Gothic Quarter. It was very educational and the locations were places we would’ve never found on our own. We learned about the historical sculptures, art and architecture all over. We also got to sit and have a drink in a beautiful ambient corner while the sun sets. I highly recommend this easy and insightful activity.

Authentic back street tour

We loved hearing the history and all the legends of Barcelona. Walking down the maze of old town was very fun and authentic. We would strongly recommend this tour to anybody visiting Barcelona for the first time.

Barcelona Virtual

We have done tours with Christian & Michael before so this was one of the primary reasons we booked with them for a virtual tour and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We can’t wait to actually travel again and go back to Barcelona but during COVID restrictions this is certainly the next best thing.

Absolutely loved the tour! Christian was a great guide and expertly guided through the beautiful El Born and Gothic quarters, showing us how locals live rather than just the tourist hubs. Excellent Tour from Local's Eyes

Christian gave my husband and I a very detailed but also very personal and local tour through the neighborhoods of El Born and the Gothic Quarter. He took us along the less trodden paths away from the crowds of tourists which made for a very enjoyable tour of the rich histories of these neighborhoods and their significance not only to Barcelona but all of Spain. He answered all our questions and his passion for the subject matter kept us engaged the entire time. We highly recommend one of their tours and look forward to booking another tour with them the next time we’re in town. He especially sold us on their cava and chocolate tour. :)

A must for any traveller to Barcelona

This tour was phenomenal! Our host Christian was very knowledgeable and gave us in depth knowledge of the Gothic and El Born areas, as well local legends and Catalan history. We had drinks and tapas at a delicious restaurant, and he was happy to answer any question, even when our curious group veered off topic. We didn’t just walk by these buildings, he took us inside and showed us everything up close. Christian also was happy to take a picture whenever you requested. I took this tour on the last day of my vacation and it was a wonderful way to end my first visit to Barcelona, and made me want to visit again soon!

This is an excellent way of discovering Barcelona. I have lived in this city for two years yet the guide Christian was able to teach me a lot. Christian was friendly and knowledgeable, we had a wonderful time meandering through the old parts of the town and stopped at some well-known sites as well as some hidden gems. Christian was able to tailor the tour AC cording to our preferences. The pace was good, the conversations interesting, the price very convenient. I would recommend this private tour to anyone interested in knowing more about Barcelona, whether this is your first time visiting the city or not.

Cozy yet professional tour of Barcelona

We highly recommend a guided tour with Christian. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and showed us places of the beaten path, which was really great. Christian did a great job making sure everyone could hear him and also keeping a quick pace to make things interesting. I had an exclusive opportunity to have a guide all to myself. Christian is an amazing person who knows loads of stories, hystorical facts and traditions. The hidden streets tour with a guide is something very unique especially in the early evening (I would surely be lost alone in a moment) and a great possibility to see the city and its sights from a different angle. Geheimtipp in Barcelona!

Wir hatten eine besondere Stadtführung erleben dürfen. Es war wie ein Spaziergang mit einem Freund. Total entspannt, locker und sehr informativ. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und viel erfahren und gesehen. Wir bekamen auch viele Tipps für die nächsten Tage und später sogar noch per WhatsApp tolle Restaurant Tipps. Wir hatten eine super spannende und informative Stadtführung. Christian war nicht nur sehr nett und aufgeschlossen, sondern auch top vorbereitet und dazu in der Lage uns durch seine Tour und die passenden Erläuterungen schnell mit seiner Begeisterung für die Geschichte Barcelonas anzustecken :) Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Eine wirklich tolle Stadtführung!

Die Stadtführung war sehr abwechslungsreich und besonders. Wir hatten Christian auf der Tour ganz für uns alleine. Er hat uns viele geheime Ecken und Gassen in Barcelona gezeigt, in die wir uns nie alleine getraut hätten. Aber auch die "must to see" Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Vierteln der Tour haben wir besucht. Begleitend hat er viele interessante Informationen erzählt und uns einige Insidertipps für unseren weiteren Aufenthalt gegeben. Auch für eine kurze gemütliche Pause hat er sich Zeit genommen :) Wir werden wieder eine (andere) Tour mit Christian buchen, wenn wir nochmal in Barcelona sind.

Schöne Tour durch die Altstadt von Barcelona

Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit einem sehr netten sympathischen Führer! Die Zeit verging wie im Flug!

Wunderschöne Tour durch die Gassen Barcelonas mit Michael

Ich war vom 25.09. - 01.10. in Barcelona . Hatte im Vorfeld vor einen Reiseführer zu buchen, um einen ersten Eindruck aber auch weitere Inspirationen dieser wunderschönen Stadt zu bekommen, um dann die restlichen Tage weiter alleine Barcelona zu erkunden. Durch Zufall habe ich dann Barcelona Feeling entdeckt. Nach einem netten und kurzem Email Austausch mit Christian dann eine 6 stündige Tour mit Michael für den 26.09. gebucht. Der Preis für die 6 Stunden war absolut fair , keinesfalls überzogen und jeden Cent wert. Michael hatte ein sehr breit gefächertes Wissen über die Geschichte Barcelonas und hat sein Wissen sehr gut und verständlich rübergebracht . Aufgrund der Fülle von Informationen gar nicht so leicht alles zu behalten was aber nicht an Michael lag:-)) sondern an mir das auch alles abzuspeichern. Auch sehr.....interessante Geschichten über die Bedeutung des Drachens und der Fledermäuse dort. Mehr verrate ich an dieser Stelle nicht:-) Bucht selber, es lohnt sich, auf jeden Fall. Nach den 6 Stunden war ich aber ziemlich Platt vom ganzen Gehen. Einziger Trost für mich war, das auch Michaels Beine sich nach etwas Ruhe sehnten. Ich kann Michael und Christian den ich per Zufall auf der Tour auch kurz kennenlernen durfte nur empfehlen, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Preis- Leistung stimmt absolut. Zum Schluss noch ein kleiner Geheimtipp von mir, den ich auch aufgrund der Empfehlung von Michae dann alleine unternommen habe. Sant Pau Recinte Modernista Ein absoluter Traum...........das Ticket ist nicht so teuer und ich war 3 Stunden in dem Komplex, schwärme jetzt noch davon aber habe zum Glück unzählige Fotos davon gemacht. Vielleicht komme ich ja nochmal nach Barcelona, es ist wunderschön und an den 6 Tagen wo ich da war kann man leider nicht alles erkunden. Ja.... auch auf der ....La Rambla... war ich kurz da es ja immer wieder im Reiseführer erwähnt wird und ich es mal sehen wollte. Meine Meinung ? Wer es mag vollkommen O.K. leider nicht so mein Fall, es gibt so viele wunderbare Ecken in Barcelona, die ich da weitaus mehr bevorzuge. Michael und Christian, alles Gute an dieser Stelle, vielen Dank und wenn es mich nochmal nach Barcelona verschlägt dann hört ihr von mir. Viele Grüße Jörg

Barcelona ganz nah

Vielen Dank Michael! Wir durften eine sehr informative und vor allem sehr individuelle Führung erleben, da wir nur zu zweit waren. Wir konnten alle unsere Fragen los werden und verbrachten ein paar wunderbare Stunden in der Altstadt. Kein Vergleich zu den Gruppenführungen mit Fähnchen tragenden Führern an der Spitze!!!!

"Super leuke dag gehad in Barcelona, echt het gevoel alsof ik daar rond liep. Vooral met de mooie verhalen en achtergrond informatie ben ik nog aan het nagenieten. En wil ik zeker de bijzonder goede inside tips, die net even anders zijn dan de doorsnee toerist, gaan doen als ik "live"naar Barcelona ga. Heel veel zin in! Was ik niet van plan, maar nu zeker wel. Leuk dat jullie het zo persoonlijk maken, dan voelt het echt alsof je met je vrienden op stap bent. Ik ben er even helemaal tussenuit geweest. Dankjewel."
