Great way to see a beautiful area.

The tour of the village was the best, so beautiful and interesting. Elena was a great guide. We enjoyed hours this tour was a mix guided activity and free time.

Wonderful Views, Hikes, and Stories!

Monica was excellent, just as all the other reviews said. Interesting Marathon on the trip out. The first stop had lots of great hikes and restaurants, in case you didn't get breakfast. No food or drinks, besides water, on the bus. We took the short hike and paid 3 euros to go to the top of the Castle - that was all we had time for. The boat ride provided beautiful views of the coast and we got to see a few fish under the glass bottom. Bumpy but fun. Monica led us on a tour of the old town, at the next stop. So many great "behind the scenes" stories you'd never hear elsewhere and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Be sure to know the end point meet up, there was more than one Catalan flag, fortunately we ran into Monica and she directed us to the right one!

Mediterranean escape!

Both bus and boat were in excellent shape. Tour guide was informative with lots of time to expore Costa Brava.

Wonderful time in this tour. We visited two amazing towns with awesome beaches. Boat trip is the best. Guides helpful, knowledge and friendly. Very good value for money.

Tranquillity at its best

What a great day we had on this trip, both places we visited were beautiful with alot of history, the walled city of Tossa Da Mar, was a great walk to the top for views over the surrounding town, the boat trip between each town was also good, seeing lots of Beautiful scenery

Great Day

This was a great trip. We enjoyed it very much. The weather was gorgeous and we were able to spend some time on the beach followed by lunch and shopping at the second stop. My only regret is that it was too short!

Fun, friendly, and informative.

Marta was an excellent guide. Friendly, helpful and informative. She gave us a terrific tour of the fort and made great suggestions for lunch. The bus was brand new, clean and cool.

Costa Brava

We enjoyed how the trip was partly scheduled and then free time to explore. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The transport was very comfortable. Very enjoyable day!

Incredible sights! Worth the trip!!!

Wow what an amazing trip. The two towns were beautiful and we had plenty of time to explore both. The boat was definitely not luxurious, but the experience was so amazing I’d book it again and again.

A great day out

Anays was very knowledgeable about the history of Catalonia. She was very helpful and nothing was too much bother if someone needed information. She was fun and vibrant and included everyone which added great enjoyment during the tour to Montserrat and the Oller del Mas vineyard. I would most definitely recommend this tour.

A must in Barcelona

Last summer was the second time I have done this tour. Amazing! Even better on that time. Never get tired to visit this area: beautiful sceneries, old towns, clear beaches, unforgettable! Operator very professional, well organized. Don’t miss it!

Picturesque Views Everywhere You Look

This day trip was one of the highlights of our trip. Easy transportation to the coast. Absolutely beautiful views everywhere. And the water - so gorgeous, so clear and blue. Our guide was very informative and gave a fabulous tour. She was also very helpful when we asked for lunch suggestions. This should be one of the tours you book.

Great day in La Costa Brava

I give this tour a 5 star!! This was such a wonderful trip. We did our tour with Joseph in Spanish and even though we know English we wanted the full “Spaniard” experience! the first part of our trip was to Lloret Del Mar, throughout the ride to this wonderful beach town we were listening to all the fun tour facts about the area we we were in. We were given the freedom of roaming the streets and everything was properly communicated as to when we would be meeting to depart to the next part of the tour! Tossa Del Mar was by far the best place on the tour and is highly recommended! Such a beautiful beach town! Great food and vibe! Overall I was so happy with the tour and guides and so happy I chose this company.

Monica was an amazing guide. I love chatting with her. It was a nice tour. Lots of walking though and HOT even in October. So be comfortably dressed

Great casual coastline trip

We very much enjoyed our day on the Costa Brava coast line, (nicknamed the "Brave Coast" due to it's rocky natured cliffs and winds). This tour is very casual (with company, Barcelona Holidays), mainly providing transportation from the bus station in Barcelona to the first stop: We visited 2 small towns, the first Lloret, and the second Tossa De Mar. During the drive, the guide Monica offered some information over the speaker on the charter bus. We stayed a short time (about ~90 minutes) at the first stop with free time to explore the absolutely gorgeous views of the rocky coast line of the Mediterranean, then walking along the shops until we found a small 15th century church. Our guide, Marta, gave us a meeting point and a time to return for our group to then gather and proceed to catch the boat ride to the 2nd stop. Boat ride was gorgeous with views of expensive homes on the cliffsides, but a bit rocky on this windy day, so highly suggest your anti-nausea meds. We stopped midway to feed fish and see them on the glass bottom boat. At the 2nd stop, Tossa De Mar, we again were given the option to have our own free time for about ~3 hours to visit shops, restaurants, beach, and castle, or to go with the guide for a brief 45 minute walking tour of the castle. We opted to go have lunch and explore on our own and again were provided a meeting point and time to return. The beach here is great for going swimming or even a shallow area near the castle to just wade ankle/knee deep water to experience the Mediterranean sea. I would suggest bringing a towel with you if you do want to go swimming as we were a little chilly after getting out of the water without towels. Definitely wear your swimsuit so you can take full advantage though! And I'd also suggest sunscreen. The bus ride back into town was quiet to allow all the guests to rest. We were back promptly by 530pm. They are very punctual and assume you have departed the tour to find our own independent transportation if you don't meet them at the designated times- so be sure to be on time- but otherwise you won't have a problem. Great trip for large groups as the bus carries approx 50 people. Family friendly. Not super structured to allow for freedom of exploration as you desire.

This bus/boat trip was terrible. The driver and guides were very professional and informative. The Mediterranean Sea was breathtaking. Loved it!!

Awesome day in Costa Brava

I loved this tour, all places visited are amazing, cute small towns with very clean and beautiful beaches. The beauty of Costa Brava is not to be missed during your stay in Barcelona. The tour is very good organized and professional, with a perfect distribution of times in each place. I really appreciated that this tour was very punctual. Guides are excellent!

A well curated day out to this stunning location

Well worth a trip to this stunning location. The pick up point was easily accessible and the amount of time in each place was great. The walking tour around the fort was our favourite part and the guide very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend.

Breathtaking

The entire trip was wonderful! The information along the bus ride, the guided tour of Tossa de Mar, all of it! The area is gorgeous! I have already recommended it to friends! I will be back!

Perfect day trip from Barcelona

The coach was very comfortable - cool, air-conditioned and nice leather seats with USB ports. The English tour guide, Monica, was very informative and friendly. It’s the perfect tour to do because the public transport to these places is so complicated. Lloret de Mar was a cute place and had a gorgeous beach. Tossa de Mar was our favourite though, the sunbeds were only €7 (we paid €30 on Barceloneta beach!) and the medieval village was absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful place - I’d love to see even more if it!

100% Worth it!

This was such a fun trip! Even though I was solo, I had so much fun! Martha was very informative. The group had an hour or so in the first stop for free time, and then 3 hours in the second stop for free time. It was so nice being able to explore/do whatever you'd like! I highly recommend this tour. And also, take the optional medieval village walk!

This was an amazing tour. Loved it. We only wished we had known about this place so we could have spent even more time there. Girona was wonderful- so much history. Great shops if you have time. Pal was quaint and worth the stop. Tossa del Mar- SO BEAUTIFUL. I wished we had spent a night there and enjoyed the town and beach more. Our guide Rueben was great.

Wonderful one day trip from Barcelona!

Monica and Marta were amazing guides, I highly recommend this trip. The day was planned well with, bus leaving early morning at 8:30 am then visiting Lloret de mar and Tossa de mar. I would suggest to finish up your breakfast at Lloret de mar and soak in the atmosphere. You'll be taken to Tossa from here via the ship. Please take the left side for a fantastic view. That's a dofijet with under water aquarium. Take your swim suit, sunscreen, towel, loads of water and snacks. It was bloody 37 degrees cause of the heat wave when we went so water and juice is a must. You'll have 3 hours to swim, tour the medieval town and take loads of pictures. This was the highlight of our Barcelona visit so please book it now. You'll be delighted! Thanks Monica & Marta for all the useful info throughout.

Simply stunning

Amazing family adventure. The blue sea and mountains are simply stunning. The only negative I wish the day was longer to enjoy this beauty. Absolutely take your swimming suit or dress up for a quick beach conversion. You will have a free time around 1 hour 15 min at the first stop to enjoy the beach on your own and around 3 hours at the second stop. But of course you could take the 45 min tour of the Wall City of Tossa le Mar with guide who was very interesting and helpful. The boat ride was another cherry on the cake to see this unbelievable coastline from another prospective. Wry happy we did it.

Fine but no response from Viator on my question about the trip

Trip was on time and enjoyable. Tour guide was friendly and approachable. However, I never got a response from Viator when I sent them a question about this trip a few days before I left for Spain. You should have responded

A place worth seeing

A wonderful place that is definitely worth visiting. Our tour guide was good and pick up points were clear. We heard many interesting stories about the Costa Brava from our tour guide. After the tour we were given free time to enjoy food and nature.

Stunning Views

The trip to Costa Brava and Tossa de Brava is a must do when in Barcelona. It was relaxing and beautiful and the views are breathtaking from the boat and hiking trails. The town was charming with lots of yummy food especially La Luna.

Dreamy Costa Brava

This tour was excellent. A perfect way to see Costa Brava in a day! Marina was so kind and helpful. Tossa De Mar is such a cute town and the beach is gorgeous. Lloret de Mar was a bit underwhelming, could have done with out it. Would have loved more time at Tossa! But overall an incredible day.

Amazing trip to the beach

Trip was excellent, I there was more time in costa brava but the trip was great. Pick up location was easy to find. And the toor guide explained everything well.

Awesome Experience

The whole experience from pickup till drop off is very professional and well managed. The explanations given during the tour was worth listening and kept us engaged. Enough free time was also given at both the places to enjoy. The highlight of the tour is the boat ride from lloret to Tossa. Very scenic and pleasent. Kudos to Monica for helping us creat good memories and a nice time.

Costa Brava day trip

Great tour. Exploring the medieval village with Monica was a highlight. Eating lunch in a small restaurant in the medieval village and exploring the shops was great also. Both guides were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Well organised and very enjoyable.

Poor Experience

It was my worst experience with Viator! Never have I had such an experience before and hence I always prefer Viator. But this time the tour guide was more like an audio guide without any human touch. When we reached our final destination my wife took ill but the guide did not give us any help or attention but took the group to the castle! In an unknown place with a foreign language it was very difficult experience for us and to avoid this we pay lot extra and book tours on Viator! I will not recommend the travel agency that Viator used this time!

Impressive Costa Brava

The beauty of Costa Brava is impressive & memorable. The tour was great & highly recommend it. I only wished the tour lasted at least an hour longer to be able to explore more. We had a sit down lunch which was delicious but had to rush to our meeting point.

Amazing All Around!

This lovely tour is definitely worth taking! Lots of walking is required if you want to see the highlights, which worked well for us. We are not beach/boat people but this tour might have persuaded us that we are wrong. The beach's clear waters, sandy and rocky coastline, and historic structures are nothing short of amazing. The boat tour was a lot of fun and offered shaded areas if you wanted to avoid the sun. Overall, the tour was very efficiently-organized and the guides were all incredibly kind and friendly.

Not what I expected

The ride on the boat. At the first stop, you explore the town by yourself… where the boat drops you, you have a choice to walk with your tour guide or stay by the beach
