It was fast. I spotted the driver even before he got out of the car. He was courteous and loaded all our luggage. Drove us to the airport with no issues. Very pleased.

We frequently utilize private car pick=up. We found our driver to be friendly. He arrived at the requested time and was easy to locate. The car was clean and our travel to the airport was uneventful.

Had to cancel

Called and neither my agent nor I could confirm while at sea. On land, they said we confirmed for 11am but I had expected 9:30. Cancelled and took a cab to hotel. Learning was use cruise provided transport.

Quality Customer Service

Our driver arrived early, was dressed professionally holding a sign with my name on it. He was very pleasant when I approached him, and insured that all luggage was placed in the vehicle. Ensured that drop off point was safe for us and all luggage was carefully placed for us.

I communicated the night...

I communicated the night before through the Viator app where and when specifically we’d be. Never heard from them. The next day, we waited and waited for them to take us to the airport. We tried calling the office number several times while waited but no one answered. We finally jumped in a cab. On the ride to the airport, I finally heard from the driver. He said he was waiting for us at a different terminal. I had already paid for the ride and now has to pay for a cab too. Expensive lesson for me. I would not use this service as the cruise terminal is huge and without communication it is difficult to meet your driver.

Our driver was at the pickup point ahead of time. He was very cordial and helpful. The trip to the airport was prompt and smooth. The van was very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Dream airport transportation

Signing up online for the transfer was effortless and when we landed our driver was standing outside with a sign of my name. I was also able to ask questions of my driver of the area we were staying. He was professional and extremely nice. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone flying into Barcelona.

Car hire no show

I hired a private car to pick up my wife and I at the Barcelona cruise terminal to tranfer us to airport. When the car and driver were 20 minutes late I called Viator to learn that Julia Travel claimed they never got confirmation of the scheduled pickup time. We took a taxi instead, which was a bit cheaper anyway. I intend to get a refund from Viator.

Our ride was on time, easy to locate at the pier and Antonio was a excellent driver. Things could not have gone any better!

He did not wait for us

The flight was on-time but we required wheelchairs. So we were a little late retrieving our luggage. We then looked for our driver but he had left rather than waiting a little bit longer for us.

More than Anticipated, and BETTER than Hoped for...

We emerged from the Cruise Terminal in Barcelona and almost immediately were greeted by a suit-dressed gentleman, holding a signboard with our name written on it. He, and we, were early. Bonus points to him. He was friendly, knew where, an more important the best way how to get to the Airport Terminal and which door was most convenient to enter. The drive was unhurried, careful, and actually quite relaxing. We arrived, again early, for our flight, and the chauffeur helped us with our luggage. More Bonus points! All-in-all, a wise decision on our part, and a proper way to complete a great vacation. Many thanks!!

Timely transfer in Barcelona

Glad we had booked this transfer because a taxi strike was occurring when we returned from our cruise. Our transfer arrived right on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Driver didn't speak much English but we still communicated well, somehow.

<p>We had three transfers with Viator and their agent: Julia Travel. ALL we absolutely perfect! We were met at the airport by our driver holding a placard with our name. He was extremely helpful and courteous, took us to our hotel quickly and pleasantly. Our next transfer was from the hotel to the Cruise Terminal. Again very prompt, friendly, courteous, excellent experience. Upon our cruise return to Barcelona we were met at the cruise terminal and transported to the airport in the same manner we had come to expect from Viator and Julia. I will use them again at every opportunity, and would recommend them to all travelers!</p>

<p>In a classic case of one hand not knowing what the other one is doing ... As instructed, we called to re-confirm our pick-up on the morning of, at 8:30am. The person speaking said, according to their records, we were coming on a different ship on a different day. </p> <p>After 30 minutes of confusion, she told me that we could wait until we returned home to request a REFUND from VIATOR. This left us with no way to the airport other than to get a cab. BUT ... right at the originally scheduled time ... our van and driver arrived. The driver said he'd been given his schedule the night before and had NOT contacted the office that morning. So, everything would have been smooth if we had not called to confirm. All was well that ended well. The driver was courteous and efficient. He even went and got a cart for us at the airport. He was a delight, the office folks ... not so much.</p>

<p>If I had known how many taxis are lined up ready to take passengers to whatever destination they desire, we would never have booked the service because it was considerably more expensive than a taxi.<br/> Royal Caribbean did not give information as to which terminal we would be debarking. Tons of other drivers must have used port info to look it up because they were there with signs waiting for their customers. Our driver was not there and we had gotten off the ship 1/2 hour early. It turned out he was at Terminal C instead of B which is where RC let us off. We weren't too thrilled about that since transfer services can get the information before arriving at port. We made a call 5 minutes after he was supposed to be there and he came about 5 minutes later. Julia Travel asked us our terminal but we had no way of knowing. It was our first time in Barcelona. We went over to the taxi facilitator and he was able to give them the information.</p>

<p>Overall, our experience was good. The driver was very nice and got us to the airport quickly despite traffic. The only detractor was that we called the day before to tell the company which terminal to use at the cruise port but they didn't communicate the information to the driver. He ended up going to the wrong terminal, which caused a 10 minute delay. It wasn't his fault and we had scheduled plenty of time into our travel, so it didn't cause us any problems. However, the company could have prevented this problem.</p>
