Very enjoyable and informative tour

Excellent tour guide with very informative advice given to us on the history of the tourist attractions, restaurants and transportation…etc. He can speak different languages (Chinese, English and Spanish) which is very helpful for us. We will recommend to our friends if they travel to Barcelona next time.

This tour could easily be fixed

Our guide was great, so no offense to him. Whoever is making decisions, needs to address. First, the two tapas locations were trash and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. My wife got sick from the seafood that was sitting on the counter at room temperature. She should know better, but no excuse. The second place was empty for a reason. Last, the Flamenco show was nice, but why stick us in the back row, when three rows in front of us were empty? I could feel the cost savings throughout the night. The sick wife ruined the next couple days of our 30k vacation that I irresponsibly charged to my AMEX!

When in Barcelona…

Super fun! Great value…three drinks, plenty of tapas, and flamenco dancing. What more could you want?! Bosco was a fantastic tour guide. Highly recommend.

Trinidad gave us a delightful tour of the Born and Gothic neighborhoods providing interesting tid bits and facts of the areas. The two restaurants provided plenty of tapas. I did not care for the local Vermouth, but was glad to try it anyway. The flamenco show was passionate and entertaining. I am so glad I took this tour!

Awesome Flamenco and TPas

Han, the guide, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. The tapas food was excellent and varied. The Flemenco Show was an hour long and well worth seeing.

Great Experience - Worth it!!

The tour was amazing - our guide was incredible and we really got to know both the Gothic Quarter and the Born. Each of the tapas spots were incredible as well and learned a lot about the whole tapas/vermut experience. The flamenco show was ok - but a bit less colorful than what we had expected hence the 4-stars. Still worth every penny though!!

Amazing performance

Amazing performance by each artist! It was our first time and we were blown away with the talent and the energy the performers had. Will definitely try and visit again if we get a chance.

Ok tour but needs improvement

Mirco was a great tour guide. He gave us a walking tour around the Gothic area and Born. He did a good job of doing explaining the history and telling us stories.. The tapas tour was not great. We went to one tapas place and the tapas were cold. Flys near the tapas. The next place had hot tapas that were mediocre. The location was hott inside and uncomfortable. The flamenco dance was entertaining, but they didn’t explain the story or what they were singing about. Was it a love story?

Greta tour of gothic quarter.

Miranda was a wealth of information. Enjoyed the tour and the tapas. We learned a lot, ate and drank and enjoy the Flamenco show.

Decent tapas and flamenco experience

Our guide was great. I was a little underwhelmed with the number of places we ate (two). The food was good but there wasn’t a lot of history to go along with eating the food. The flamenco show was great though we had the cheaper seats further away, and even though there was available seating closer, they wouldn’t let us move. Might do better to just do your research and visit the restaurants on your own and buy your own tickets to the flamenco show

Great combination of history, culture and food.

An informative tour with a great guide. Katja was knowledgable and lively and made the interesting and fun. I was travelling solo but the 8 other young ladies (one group), celebrating a 40 birthday, included me during the tour which made it much more comfortable for me. The tour was informative, the food and drinks were great and the Flamenco was fun. Katja was kind enough to walk with me back to my hotel for which I was very grateful. All in all a really great evening. Thanks Katja and thanks to the 8 ladies I shared the tour with. I hope your time in Mallorca was a huge success. X

Excellent intro to Barcelona!

Katja was a wonderful guide. Our tapas and wine were divine. It was a perfect welcome to Barcelona! We enjoyed yummy tapas, refreshing sangria, and were introduced to various barios!

Perfectly paced

Our guide was very informative and fun. We loved having a smaller group and the pace was good. Not too fast not too slow. A good way to get a sampling of the area without feeling trapped on a tour. The final flamenco performance was intimate, passionate, and well done.

Great Tapas & Guide, Poor Flamenco Show

Martina was a Fantastic Guide who was cheerful & vibrant. The tour itself was informative and the food & drink was wonderful and very filling. However, the Flamenco show was somewhat of a disappointment. It was ridiculously hot, no Air Conditioning! The lights in the seating area kept flashing on/off at random points. Nothing to do with the show, just some electrical issue. They should have just turned them off. The seating with this tour is also very disappointing. We were only allowed to sit in a specific row with 2 completely empty rows of chairs in front of us. You are seated so far away from the stage you cannot see the dancers feet to enjoy their skills and performance. Overall, I would recommend you only do the first part of the tour with Tapas, and then book the “premium seats” directly for the show if you can stand the heat, or find another Flamenco performance somewhere else in the City.

Realizing our similarities as humans of this planet.

The tour was fun, insightful and we felt connected to the culture. Hearing Trini made me appreciate how similar and different we are as humans from parts of the world. It is an enlightening and surreal experience as I would say. A unique one that will make me want to learn more and book this tour company again.

Very good

This walking tour was very informative. The 2 stops at restaurants for tapas was very delicious. Our guide showed us hidden gems of the Gothic quarter as we finished our evening with the Flamenco show. I was expecting the traditional version of Spanish dance but this was more modern and upbeat.

Walking Tour, Tapas & Flamenco with Mirko.

Mirko was our guide for an excellent introduction to some unique gothic areas of Barcelona, two interesting tapas bars, and a tradition Flamenco dancing show. A really enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Enjoyable tour with mirko

Mirko!!! - I’ve been on tours before where I was bored and tired but with Mormon there was not a dull moment, he took us to get churros as I had been looking for them my entire holiday. The churro place was off route but he was kind enough to take us. I learnt a lot about Spanish culture and history so thank you mirko!! Would definitely recommend

Mirko is a must!

The best tour guides are the ones who love answering questions about the places and region visited in the tour. Mirko knew it all! He gave knowledgeable answers to anything we asked plus more, by informing us of other times throughout the year what may be happening in the certain places we were visiting. We happened upon a parade in the Placa de Santa James and he described in detail it's meaning and history as if it were a planned stop. You could easily tell he was a local and experienced resident. Many thanks for sharing his local lore in an engaging manner with us.

We had a wonderful time with Trinidad learning about the different districts in Barcelona and history of the area. We also had some great tapas and drinks along the way, ending with a fun Flamenco Show.

Walking Old Gothic Town with Tapas tasting and Flamenco show

Good day for me here in Barcelona with Mr.Mirko …our guide, he was nice and helping us all along the trip. Tapas was amazing!! Flamenco shows was excited.

Never happened

Because the agency canceled last minute and said they would reschedule is for the next day and never did. When I contacted them to confirm the rescheduled date they said sorry we have nothing available everything is booked . I knew waiting until the day before a performance nothing would be available . This is why I scheduled this 2 months in advance.

Expect lots of walking, a little food and a long night.

This is a walking tour with lots of walking. The tapas come after all the walking. Tapas was good, not great. The Flamenco show was intense and interesting. Our family was not prepared for a tour that lasted from 6- 10:30 PM.
